    Ive lived here going on four years this year. I recently transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and the process was super easy. I loved my one bedroom, as it was spacious and very modernized for the price, but I fell in love with the two bedroom and decided to make the switch. Im 100% happy with my decision and am absolutely loving my new apartment. Brooklyn and Mickey are extremely helpful and always super sweet.Perks that you wont find at other complexes without paying an arm and a leg, these apartments come with a washer and dryer in all units, very modern appliances, tons of space and great neighbors!

    Not only was the rental process smooth, but Brooklynn and Mickey have been super helpful and friendly! They are quick to respond and love to help. My apartment is quiet and cozy, the appliances are top notch, and it’s super spacious! I highly recommend renting here.

    Absolutely loveee the apartments, very spacious and up to date. The office girlies, Mickey and Brooklynn, are super super nice and helpful. They have answered any questions or concerns that me and my boyfriend were worried about when it came to the apartments. I highly recommend :)

    Searching for an apartment is overwhelming, especially when looking for an apartment on the bottom floor. Finally found one here at Summerwood appointment. Raven was very nice and polite when showing my mother and I the apt we were searching for. The rooms were to our liking Having our own washer and dryer in the apartment was awesome. No more laundromats.I like that I can park my vehicle under a carport We have had zero problems. Madi finished the process very quickly. These ladies are very nice and care that we are satisfied. Thank you ladies Summerwood is the place to reside.

    I moved here in January of 2020, and have had a great living experience. Madi and Blake are always responsive with questions I have and the maintenance staff has always helped me with any issues I had (hot water heater going out, and my door getting stuck). These apartments are newly renovated and are absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Everyone who lives her is nice and friendly. What I really like about these apartments is they allow 3 pets and don’t charge an arm and a leg for the pet deposit. I would definitely recommend Summerwood Terrance Apartments as your next living space.

    I love these apartments! Granite countertops, all new appliances, full size washer and dryer in my apartment, and the double paned windows save me TONS on my utilities. The staff is AMAZING! I had a hard time finding a place and called probably 20 different apt complexes with no luck... The staff at summerwood helped me get my keys the same day I paid my deposit! I would definitely recommend checking it out!!

    I’d been apartment searching for a little over 5 months it was getting pretty overwhelming when a friend told me about these apartments. The washer/dryer unit and new kitchen appliances were what attracted me especially for the price! Rayvun and Madi were really helpful in the finalizing process as well. They were patient and worked with me to make sure it was up to my standards before I moved in. Maintenance has been pretty good about tending to my work orders by the end of the week. It’s also pretty quiet for the most part which is a plus. I’ve been here for a little over 2 months, I’ve no regrets so far and enjoy living here!

    The staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait too long for any requests or maintenance in our apartment. We also moved into a newly renovated unit and love it! The granite countertops and new appliances are awesome.

    Apartment hunting is stressful & overwhelming but Summerwood Terrence employees and the apartment itself is great! They’re very friendly and work with you no matter what! They really work with their renters! Also the maintenance guys always make sure you’re doing great and everything in the apartment is up to date and to the right standards! We love it here, thank you guys for making us feel welcomed 25/8!

    I had been looking for an apt for several months and was quite frustrated. The office staff put in extra effort to get all my paperwork, dates, etc. in order and get me into an apt quickly. They were available to answer any questions I had and never made me feel like I was bothering them.The apt itself is just as great...new appliances, light fixtures, windows, etc. Everything is updated nicely.

    I moved into these apartments a little over a month ago, and I LOVE it! The management is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is fast at getting your request done. I have no complaints. It’s a great place to live!

    The leasing office is easy to work with and really friendly. They helped me with exactly what I needed. The apartments are great. Nice redone apartments and great for the price I’d rent. I’m happy I chose these apartments to rent from.

    Rayvun and Madi are so helpful they care so much about getting residents taken care of and comfortable! When I moved in they gave me a welcome gift of a candle and a cutting board set which made me tear up. The remodels are beautiful and well done. Cant wait to spend years at my new home!

    I was fortunate to get an apartment here as soon as it was remodeled, meaning that I get to enjoy top-of-the-line appliances every day. My favorite part has to be the granite countertops. The leasing office is communicative and always friendly.

    I love living here! Madi and Rayvun rock! Anytime I need something they are right there to make sure whatever it is it gets taken care of right then! Awesome place to live, great amenities, centrally located and close to everything in town!! You couldn’t ask for a better place to live!!!

    When my roomate and I were looking for apartments, we tried the Summerwood Apartments first. We took a tour and was helped with the friendly staff in the office and promptly were approved to move in. Love the new updates and that it is so close to the hospital where we work!
