I have lived in Summer Green apartments for 3 years now. It’s a quiet place to live, close to restaurants and shopping. The ladies in the office really go above and beyond for the tenants. Any maintenance issues I’ve had are always taken care of in a timely manner. I have never had any issues or concerns that would make me question my safety or my child’s safety.

Well what can I say?! There’s so much to Summer Green that has been spectacular from Management, Staff, Maintenance everyone makes it truly a Summer (breeze) Green. The color Green often is represented as balance, harmony, and tranquility, new beginnings, growth, and renewal. That’s what it has been for me all of those in ONE! From the place I came from, the space I was in what a wonderful place of a reset. From the OG seasoned crew :) to the newest members ALL are heavy on poise, prompt responses, super understanding on unforeseen situations as long as you keep your integrity they rock with ya! It’s a home with a bond!

I love staying in Summer Green Apartments! I’ve been here for years! It’s close to everything I need ! My job, eating places, banks and my Hair Salon! The office people are very nice and helpful! Very nice place to live. Not a lot of noise . Quiet for the most part! When something needs fixing they fix it ! 🥰🥰🥰

Had an amazing experience with Summer Green apartments in 2024! Safe and quiet community plus attentive maintenance.Most importantly, the apartments are faced away from one another so that the windows aren’t looking into each other!! The management staff are helpful and super nice too!

I have lived here for 13 months now and I love it here! The price is right for longview, the apartments are clean, maintenance is on top of calls, the grounds are kept very clean and neat, and I always feel safe walking around the complex. To leave a thorough review I will say my main dislikes are that there are no ceiling light fixtures in the bedrooms, the kitchen cabinets in my apartment are outdated but totally functional, and the patio has no electrical outlet. The absolute best part is the staff. Everyone is friendly and genuinely helpful. I had a rough month with bills and to my surprise Tiffany was extremely understanding and had ways to work with me to get it resolved. I have never lived in a complex where the staff truly cares about their residents on a down to earth level, that gets a 5 star rating.

I have lived at Summer Green for almost 14 years and the staff here are wonderful and the main reason I have stayed. Roger has always taken such good care of any maintenance issue I had and worked hard to come up with a solution for an ongoing issue. He goes above and beyond to take care of his tenants, as does all of the office staff!

Roger with the maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. I put a request in for a light fixture and Roger showed up same day to get the light fixed. He was kind and very respectful of my time and belongings. So far every one here has been amazing and kind. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to everyone.

We love living here it’s quiet. And when we ask them to fix or repair anything in our apartment they do it that day or the next and very quickly. The maintenance is very friendly and so are the ladies in the office. We heard this was one of best apartment communities in Longview and they were correct. If you are looking for a place look no further I promise you will be satisfied.

Review I would like to Bragg on the ladies in the office. Sonja Morrison is always there for me no matter how big or small. Moving to Longview was a challenge for me and secondly getting an apartment of my choice at a reasonable price and close to my work place ... But then I found Summer Green Apartments..And I dint have to look elsewhere.. the Manager Kirsten is just amazing ...she is a professional she took me around the whole community and got me the apartment what I was just looking for . The maintenance service is just outstanding they get things fixed in ur apartment within a day .Thank you Summer Green .Highly recommend if u looking to stay in Longview .... I am new to the area and have been looking for a place to live close to my work. I came across the apartment via social media. I went today to inquire and i met the Maintenance person Roger, who i am so excited to find out is from the same country i came from. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place, how close everything to meet my basic needs, how accessible the amenities are. I cannot wait to sign the lease and looking forward to spending my summer by the pool. I am also looking forward to meet new faces in longview area.

We have lived at Summer Green Apartments since 2015. The staff is very attentive. If we ever have an issue, their turnaround is top notch! We’ve reach out to other apartments locally for a change of scenery since we’ve been here for years. We ALWAYS circle back to Summer Green and renew our lease. They truly care about their residents.

This was my first apartment away from home and it was a great experience! The staff at Summer Green is incredibly friendly and gracious. The apartments are a little older but very well maintained. I only had minor maintenance needs while I lived here and the maintenance team is very quick to respond and also very nice. Overall a great experience and would recommend if youre looking for a comfortable, easy apartment living arrangement.

I have lived here for almost five years with my husband. The office staff is great and very helpful, especially Tiffany who went out her eyes to personally help me when my husband and myself had an emergency. I especially appreciated it because my husband has medical issues the could have been complicated if she had not helped! She is wonderful. The whole office is Michele and rest of the staff are so friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff great too they always very prompt one fixing any issues that arise! It really nice here at summer green. I have two people that I work with that have moved here or are moving soon! They also try to create a fun atmosphere by having events and giveaways. Compared to other apartment complexes that I have visited this one is quite!!

I’ve lived at summer green for about two years and it’s been my favorite apartment complex by far. The location is great, everything in town is just about 5-10 mins away. The neighbors are all friendly and never cause any problems. Kirsten and the ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful. The maintenance guys are quick to fix any problems although I’ve had basically none. Overall a great place to be!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Summergreen apartment homes.The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Summergreen apartment homes. I strongly recommend Summergreen apartment homes. The staff at Summergreen apartment homes are top notch..I couldn’t be happier..

Got divorced in 2018, after 20 years, had to move in to an apartment, very nervous and upset to say the least. When looking for an apartment, the girls in the office made me feel like this was going to be my new home. Since day 1, they have been more of a family than just office personnel. Michelle is the best manager I have met and her team is amazing. Gorgeous pools, and grounds are kept immaculate. I love my apartment, its home. The maintenance men stay on top of everything in a very timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

After Sonja submitted a maintenance request on our behalf, the issue was fixed in a couple of hours! The maintenance man was so nice and helpful!! I, unfortunately, did not get his name. Great location! Close to everything! A little older community but has huge floor plans and lots to offer. I love the dog park and wash station!! And the pools are my favorite place to hang out! Michelle is really nice and very accommodating, and maintenance is quick and thorough.

Lived here for a year and a half and it was one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had! Our unit was fully remodeled, very modern, and a great price for what we had. The location is perfect, the office and maintenance staff were professional and prompt with work orders. The complex is quiet and well kept. The only thing I could complain if I had to is the bathrooms only being big enough for one person in our unit. I definitely recommend moving here if you’re thinking of it!

The apartment I live in is nice and I love the one I live in. I love all the amenities that come with living here. I would strongly recommend living here to anyone. It is close to all shopping, restaurants, and my bank. I love it here.

Summer Green is amazing, lots of places to eat around the area, excellent location!!!! But the most important thing about Summer Green is their assistant manager, Dixie Gaylor. She the greatest, She will always go that extra mile for you to make sure youre 1000% satisfied and then some. This place would be lost without her. She made my move in smooth, easy, and fast. 1000% the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Update: The manager contacted me concerning the 1st month free and agreed to prorate my January 2017 rent. Im very pleased with Summer Green honoring their advertised 1st month free by prorating my January 2017 rent. Again, the staff at Summer Green Apartments are very nice and always respond to maintenance issues very quick. Im happy that I selected Summer Green Apartments as my home.Moved in these apts because they advertise 1st months rent free and because they are in a convenient location; unfortunately, the 1st month free ended up not being but a partial months rent free. I moved in 11/18 and rent is due 12/1 so be aware of that. So far Im pleased other than Im not really getting a free months rent like advertised; If I had been offered I much rather had paid the retro amount for Nov and had Dec free.Additionally, all of the staff have been very nice and maintenance are very quick. Apt semi flooded because tenants on top me unhooked their washer and water spilled into my apt.

I came to Sumner green after visiting several of the so called upscale apartments. The first thing I was happy with was the amazing attitude of the staff. Everyone was friendly and at least seemed happy. Sonja, sat down with me and eagerly answered all of my questions. Then after understanding my wants, needs, and desires on my place to call home... She proceeded to help find the perfect unit. I move in a couple of weeks and I am eager to call Summer Green home!!! So, if youre looking for honest answers and commitment to excellence... Summer Green is the place!!!

I really enjoy living here at summer green apartments, staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are clean and tidy. I have had no issues with crime or theft in the three years that I have been living here, also there are two salt water pools on site that have always been kept immaculate. Special shout to Michelle the manager who has helped me with my transition to my new updated home and I would also would like to thank Dixie and Morgan for their exemplary service.

First off, Morgan was AMAZING.This was my first apartment renting experience and she was always available to answer ALL of my questions sometimes more than once because I had no clue what I was doing. She was organized, spoke TO ME instead of AT ME about all the terms and conditions, and I felt 100% confident about the whole thing. She was a dream.Next, everyones talking about the thin walls or whatever and I honestly havent heard a single peep from my neighbors, and I have people with kids, loud TVs and all that around me. The inside of these apartments are SO NICE. Other apartments have outdated appliances, poor water pressure, and no way to take baths, only showers. Not here! The washer/dryer facilities are awesome too! Fully dried clothes, no funky smells.The ONLY negative thing about this place are people who dont know how to park and double parking. But thats handled promptly once you give the front office a call.10/10 would recommend living here, or at any of their sister properties!

We upgraded to a larger apartment here at Summer Green Appartments because the rent was very affordable and both the office and maintenance staff have been beyond helpful. Ms. Michelle (the blonde manager) was a huge help with our transition from one apartment to another since our baby had been born on the day we had agreed to move. If it had not been for her, we would have probably had to have moved somewhere else. Thank you!

A Huge Shout Out to Brenda Hurff, Morgan Jones, Sonja Morrison, and Dixie Gaylor! Brenda was Exceptional and patient with my move from Dallas to Longview. Every obstacle and challenge I seemed to encounter she eased with being knowledgeable and resourceful. She followed up with me regularly since the 1st time I set foot in that office. She kept me updated and informed.Morgan was equally helpful. With a smile on her face and sharing with Brenda how to make my transition even smoother. So eagered to assist me in making it all work out for my benefit.I got the exact Apartment I wanted and I couldnt be more delighted with my new home.Im a Believer that Everything starts at home! Now I can explore and venture as far as my imagination can take me in Longview, Tx.A Property should Always be aware of what type of Staff you have on Board. Moved into a renovated apartment recently. No complaints yet. Office staff is helpful. Location is perfect. Made sure they sprayed for bugs before I moved in, after reading a couple of comments in the reviews. Havent seen one yet.

Dixie, sonja, morgan, and michelle were simply amazing, helpful at every turn. every time i walked into the summer green office i was met with beautiful smiles and treated like an old friend who just came home. the world needs more dixies and sonyas i cant wait to move into this apt!!!!!!Now that I lived here for a while now I stand by my original review you will not find a more beautiful place to live the staff was incredibly helpful all the time incredibly understanding when you need something fixed its fixed immediately Ive never lived in such an amazing apartment complex if youre lucky enough to get an apartment at something green never give it up its the best apartment complex in Longview
