    I recently toured at this complex with a very sweet lady named Courtney, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had while looking for my new home! She was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Absolutely gorgeous property with garagesand reasonably priced. I was just shopping around, but I know where I’ll be heading back to now!

    The staff I interacted with were Courtney and Holly during my application. They were both very helpful and kind. Any questions I had along the way were answered swiftly and they were easy to get ahold of for any over the phone questions. I also received a full tour of all facilities located at these apartments. Great experience all together.

    Great apartment! Staff is very responsive to issues and other concerns. Maintenance is always there to help, especially Wayne! He’s always prompt and willing to go out of his way to help! The area is nice and quiet too :)

    I love Summer Brook! Hands down best apartments in Longview! The location is perfect and the property management unbeatable! Summer Brook takes care of their residents and their property which is really hard to find in so many other apartments. Management works hard to provide fun activities so residents can connect, making it feel like a family environment.

    I have lived in Summer Brook Apartments for almost 18 months. It is a wonderful place to live. Its well maintained and quiet. The man in charge of maintenance, Wayne, is always friendly. Maintenance requests are filled quickly and done well. I love it here!

    We lived at Summer brook for almost two years and just recently moved out of state. First thing I will say is Wayne, Morgan and London are awesome people. We had a few maintenance issues/general issues throughout our stay and Wayne was always fast to come help. The communication with this apartment complex is top tier, especially compared to others. I will also shout Morgan out for how easy she made it for us to move in when we did. She truly is there to help. Everyone is great. I would recommend this complex to someone looking for a new home!

    Ive been living at Summer Brook for 12 years and they are very apartment homes, very spacious and its a quiet community. Ive seen managers, assistant managers and grounds staff come and go, but Morgan, London and the present grounds staff are the best yet. Theyre very attentive and take care of things when I ask and they make sure the property is kept up. Summer Brook is a place to call home most stay here for years as I have... simply because of the home feel and nice staff. Thank you, Morgan, London and Staff!

    Honest opinion: The staff at Summer Brooke are some of most genuine people. They are quick to respond in time of need—shoutout to Wayne our maintenance man—and community oriented. I actually ran into a few staff members volunteering at the toy drive in Longview.For new comers in town this is a great place to live because they have get-togethers often and the apartments are just a couple minutes away from the main restaurant and outlet malls in Longview.If you’re looking for a Home, you will find that and so much more here at Summer Brooke Apartments.

    I have lived at Summer Brook for a year now and have absolutely loved living here. London in the office is very kind and always helpful and quick to respond. Wayne and the maintenance staff are quick to complete any work orders and are always friendly.The community is clean and I always feel safe.My dog has also loved living here. Summer brook is very pet friendly with a dog park and lots of waste stations to help clean up after your dog. The location is great and connects directly off of the Paul G Boorman Trail. Ive enjoyed the easy access and ability to go for runs and take my dog for walks. The trail also connects to two very large dog parks.

    Morgan and London have to be best office staff I have ever had at any rental I have had. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs & quick to attend to any problems that may come up. The grounds and facilities are kept clean daily by courteous, fun hard workers, Wayne, Alex & Shelby. The pool area is heavenly and peaceful! I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with walking trail and quiet neighborhoods.

    I lived at SB for 1 year and would highly recommend it to anyone. I had the privilege of renting a newly renovated apartment very close to the walking trail which was a huge selling point for me. I had a 2 bed/2 bath apartment which was very spacious and clean! My only experience with the maintenance staff was an issue with a garage door, but they were very quick to help.The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, specifically Lauren who I primarily communicated with. She was wonderful.I really cant complain about anything. I had a great experience there and definitely move back if I need an apartment in the future.

    Summer Brook has been our home for almost two years. We absolutely love this complex. Our apartment has consistently felt like our private little sanctuary. The area is clean and well maintained. The entire staff is very friendly. Lauren is always willing to go above and beyond with anything we may need. She’s the best! I would absolutely recommend Summer Brook to anyone looking for a lovely and peaceful place to live!

    Ive been here for about 2 years and I knew as soon as I toured that I was going to nest and settle in here. I love being against the Borman Trail so I can walk with my dog. The staff is friendly, and communication with them is always timely. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Most important: I feel safe. Overall- very pleased.Update: I have heard others had problems with roaches. I never saw a single one in the 3 years I lived there. Occasionally I saw other bugs but never a German cockroach.

    We have lived here for about 8 months. We love how spacious the apartments are. It’s nice the apartment back up to the trail for an evening stroll. Morgan and London really makes you feel welcome and at home. Summer Brook is a clean, quiet, friendly place to live. I would recommend it to anyone young or old.

    I have enjoyed living at Summer Brook Apartments for the past few months! The location is close enough to downtown Longview, yet isolated enough to have a quiet environment. Living directly off of Paul G Boorman Trail allows us to go for runs and have a beautiful path to walk each day. The prices are affordable when compared to some of the newer apartment complexes in the area. The office staff are incredibly helpful and London is always quick to respond to any requests and assist you! Wayne is the best handyman and will be sure to make you feel at home here!

    Although Ive only lived at Summer Brook for 7 months, I cant imagine living at another apartment complex! I feel extremely safe, and the location is PERFECT. Im just a few minutes away from everything and everyone in Longview! Maintenance tackles problems ASAP, too! My toilet wasnt flushing correctly a few weeks ago. I submitted a request that morning (about 8:00am) and came home a few hours later to it having already been fixed...very much appreciated! The staff members (maintenance included!) are very kind and friendly! I dont make my way to the clubhouse, but they are good about keeping the residents updated via text. They even wished me happy birthday!?!? How kind! Overall, the apartment complex is very well kept, and Ive never had any problems. It is a quiet place to live, and a very sweet community with residents of all ages who look out for each other! The rent is a little more than I originally planned on spending (Im SUPER frugal!), but I dont regret my decision one bit. It is totally worth it, as I love living here!

    Of my 7 years of living in Longview, Ive lived in at least 6 different apartment complexes. Without a doubt Summer Brook is the best! Everything is well kept up and taken care of. The residents are friendly, the maintenance is great and the staff in the office are fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence about living here.

    I normally don’t like to give reviews until I’ve had the full experience, but if the business is exceptional, I’m happy to. I’ve learned that the biggest challenge in the apartment industry is customer service, but summer brook seems to have mastered it. Unlike previous experiences, They are not rude, (very polite I fact) and they are quick to fix problems. I was locked out of my apartment once and 3 minutes later they got me in. When I first moved in, there were things in the apartment that needed to be tended to. I expected it to take a few days but they had it done in hours. Their text line of communication is very efficient and if there is ever a problem, it is fixed with haste and a smile :) great price for what you get. Very nice apartment with no cosmetic or functional problems. I’m very pleased. Also very quiet. Thanks again!

    Tamanaca (manager) is super great! She worked with me during my move in and move out to make sure everything went smooth. She also was very understanding about me leaving a little early to move back home (out of town) to help my dad who had 2 strokes. Summer Brook is a nice, quiet, family-oriented complex. Staff takes care of you and knows who you are. I highly recommend Summer Brook if youre looking for a nice community!

    I moved from a nearby complex to Summer Brook almost a year ago. It has been pretty much a night and day experience as far as environment and atmosphere. London and Morgan helped me get in at the last minute, before time was up to get a refund on my deposit at another complex! They have both continued to be awesome... I love being here as my apartment is on the trail side, with a beautiful view out my windows. It just feels so cheerful. Even though I couldnt see my unit before moving in, it was perfect. Modern, very clean, new paint--I couldnt see any flaw in it, whereas at my old complex (same rent amount), I had to live with ugly, not fresh paint with weird patches, in both rooms, of shiny and the rest matte finish (???) for over four years--I could not get them to repaint or even let me paint. There were also various sizes of holes in the living room and dining room walls... one was as big as a bolt size. Ridiculous and not fun to live in that space, looking at that, trying to have guests... ugh. Maintenance here at SB is amazing. Wayne and team are spot on with their knowledge and with just getting things done. One day I needed a spare key, as I needed plants watered and was going out of town, and not sure when Id return. I was on my way to the store to do it myself and bumped into Wayne, who was very busy. But he dropped everything (it was even his birthday), met me at the office and made me a key right away... what can I say? They go a step beyond and really care about the tenants and making the experience the best. Also, the pool and common areas are so nice--just beautiful! The pool is the prettiest apt. pool in Longview! Ok, just my opinion, but it is!!Well, it is several months later, and I still feel the same--great place to live and great staff! Really enjoying SummerBrook--you will too... : ))

    Enjoy the location of my apartment, its perfect. maintenance is always done any type of needed repairs and equipment in the apartment came brand new. never any problems here, good place to call home.Lobby always looks nice with snacks and drinks and gym is never crowded and always clean.

    The office personnel was awesome!!! They made me feel like I was the only one that mattered!!! They genuinely cared about me as a person and wanted me and my family to know that they are available and can be counted on to go the extra mile. They had beautiful smiles and warm personalities that made you feel like you belong. They had our apartment over and beyond my expectations!! I thought I was going to have to clean top from bottom but to my surprise it was turned key and immaculate!! All I have to do is put my belongings in and enjoy my home!!     Best apartment experience Ive ever had! The staff is always super friendly and helpful anytime you need something! By far the best resident relations team I have ever had! The apartments themselves are super clean and very well kept! The apartments are just the right size, not too small like traditional older apartments! One of the best parts is having direct access to the nature trails located directly behind the complex. If youre looking for a great place to live in a great neighborhood this is definitley the place for you!

    Loved living here!! The maintenance team here responds timely and does a phenomenal job! The office staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming! Plenty of events throughout the year. Having direct access to the trail is just perfect.Brag time: They even hosted a cookout when the power was out for a week due to storms. Not everyone could afford to hole up in a hotel or pay for hot food. The attention to detail and hospitality is phenomenal for the cost of living there.

    Summer Brook apartments is honestly the best place to live!! The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The staff is super nice and is always making sure we are okay. The environment is friendly, there’s no bad vibes here. I also feel very safe at night, there is always a police officer driving around late at night. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live than Summer Brook apartments!!

    Just moved into Summer Brook, and so far am loving it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Lauren in the front office. My apartment is gorgeous with all new appliances and flooring. Its quiet and i love the pool area where there is plenty of seating and everything seems brand new. I also love that the Paul Boorman trail is accessable so i can easily take my pups on walks.

    Just moved into Summer Brook with my lovely wife and handsome cat and couldn’t be happier. We moved to Longview a year and a half ago and have lived at a couple of different places and can already say this is our favorite and will be our permanent home until we move away. The move was simple, the apartment is gorgeous and the staff was excellent to work with. Lauren helped us every step of the way and made our move a lot less complicated, Thank you.

    I have lived here for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. All of my neighbors are so friendly, the office staff is super nice and the grounds are kept immaculate. My dog and I appreciate the dog park so much and I feel completely safe here. It’s so quiet and peaceful.😌 I had some trouble with my a/c one day and they had it fixed within an hour!

    If I could I would give this apartment 10 stars. I am a new resident here who has been so impressed by the professionalism of the staff - everyone from Lauren and Tamika in the leasing office, to Jamie the maintenance guy. When I first moved in, my AC went out. I called the emergency line, and within 30 minutes had two portable units installed and a new unit the next day. I have lived in many upscale and overrated apartments in Dallas and this by far has been my best experience. I really cant say enough good things!

    My husband and I have been living at SB well over two years and we both agree that it’s the best apartments we’ve ever lived at. Tamanaca and Lauren in the office make you feel so at home! They are more than willing to address any needs or concerns right when they come about. SB gives the feeling that you live in a tight-knitted community - not just a normal apartment complex. We have never encountered any rudeness from anyone on property and we absolutely love our neighbors! Our 2 bedroom is absolutely beautiful and at a prefect location near the walking trail! (Bonus for sure) If you ever have any needs in your unit their maintenance men are very professional and will quickly solve any problem you may have. They also keep the grounds very clean and nicely landscaped. The pool opens this Friday so we can’t wait to spend our summer at SB!

    Oh my goodness! Summer Brook is the greatest place to live! I have been happy here and I feel so safe and taken care of. The maintenance crew is wonderful! The four times I have needed them they were there to help me either that day or the very next. The staff is always friendly and happy to see me. I shopped a lot before making a decision on where to live and Summer Brook is priced the best in Longview and has beautiful spacious rooms. I cant wait for summer because the pool is gorgeous! They have lovely blue lawn furniture and the sun shines on them and brightens them up as if to say, Come swim! There is also a place to grill and a pretty pergola to sit under. There are a lot of teachers that live here and I know I would be willing to tutor if your child needs the extra time on some skills they arent understanding. There is a walking/running/bicycle trail behind us, which includes more than 10 miles of path, including the Cargill, Akin, Guthrie, and Paul G. Boorman Trail. Lets go walking! Come on to Summer Brook you will be happy here. Tell em Brenda sent ya. : )

    Wayne, Shelby & Alex are an maintenance staff. The crew is always responsive and waiting for the next opportunity to fulfill issues that may arise. Morgan and London are the best two property consultants in all of east Texas. Out of all properties I have lived at this is by far my favorite.

    The office staff, neighbors, & maintenance staff are all so kind & courteous! Our dogs love the little dog park, & we love that Paul G Boorman Trail is right next door. The pool & outdoor areas are luxurious, the gym is well-maintained, & we just love living here! Also a HUGE shoutout goes out to our leasing agent, Lauren, for making the approval & move-in process an absolute breeze! We applied, were approved, & moved in, all in less than a month!     Fabulous place to live. I have lived here with my two children for the past 3 years. The current management and maintenance team are friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoy being only a few steps away from Paul Boorman Trail as well as having a safe entrance from the property. This is a great place to meet new friends and share some fun times by the wonderful pool and grilling areas.

    Had a great experience moving in here! We were helped by Brenda and she bent over backwards to get me into a unit within the next day. I was thoroughly impressed. I also found a couple discrepancies in my new unit (which is normal for any apartment) and I submitted a service request, and it was fixed that day, and sometimes within the hour! That was awesome. Great customer service and friendly staff. Would recommend!

    The apartments are great! Everyone is so nice. Shoutout to Wayne, he is such a hardworking gentleman and can fix anything. He is always looking out for the community and is very friendly!! I highly recommend living in these apartments , you will NOT regret it.

    This is an awesome place to live, you’ll run into a problem every once in a while like you normally would wherever you live, like bugs forming a nest or appliances going bad, their maintenance guy, Wayne is awesome, super responsive and quick to help, he’s very knowledgeable about everything he’s doing and gets things done, so those problems you normally have to deal with are taken care of, Wayne is a fantastic guy and one of our main reasons for wanting to stay here!

    Filed a maintenance request for 2 issues and within hours they were at the door! Joe and Gale took care of everything within 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional!

    Morgan and London are wonderful mangers, and they are prompt when resolving issues. Great area, and friendly community to live in. If your looking for a nice apartment and terrific location, Summer Brook is the place.

    We have been here less than a month and already the staff has been extremely attentive! Our questions have been answered promptly and professionally. The apartment has been maintained to our standards with no complaints or delays. This is the best experience I have had in the 10 years that I have been leasing apartments!

    Ive lived here for a year and a half. Everyone in the office and service org are extremely helpful and friendly. My AC unit went out and was replaced the next day. I have never had a bad experience here.

    I’ve lived in these apartments for 3 years. The staff here have been great to work with. I’ve had the best neighbors throughout the years. I will be relocating but if I was to move back to Longview, I would move back no hesitation!

    Ive lived here since April, and despite my initial reservations about apartment living, its fantastic. The girls in the front office, Morgan and London, along with Wayne, the maintenance guy, make living here a breeze.

    Im going on my second month here, its nice and updated , very quite and safe , the staff of Morgan and London worked great on getting me settled into mt place and I had one little problem with the shower head leaking and Wayne was right on it , all the crew is great including Alex and Shelby, I feel so at home , thanks to everyone

    Needed a short term rental while waiting for a home to be built in Longview. This is the only community I found that was able/willing to accomodate me fairly -London has gone above and beyond. This helpfulness & kindness is tough to find nowadays and I REALLY appreciate her help. Thank you!!
