Friendly manager and crew. Nice environment, clean parking lot. Swimming pool always clean and ready during the summer. Need an apartment apply on-line. Positive atmosphere. I love the people here! My mother is an elderly woman and lives alone before I used to worry about her living alone but ever since she moved here, I feel good about her being able to live on her own. The people really care for others and that is a very rare thing now a days.

My daughter rented here at Stonebriar and it was well kept, quiet environment for her. She had no problems and office staff and the manager Angie was great with all of the move in and move out process. Great place to rent from.

I just want to say that the service is excellent Angie and Isabel were so friendly and informative. I am looking to move back home to Plainview and there is some issues with that and Miss Angie was able to explain in detail how the pricing of the apartment and etc was calculated and what not. I have reviewed the website which is also very accessible and easy to navigate. As well as the video tour which was even more helpful. Not only does Stonebriar have an appealing pleasant look to it as well as the office workers were very pleasant as well. This is somewhere definitely I would love to live. In saying that this will be my new home. I love it !!!!

I have lived here for the last year and a half and I love it!!! The ladies in the office are so nice and always helpful. The maintenance man even goes out of his way to make sure everything is up and running properly! I definitely recommend it.

Ive lived here since 2016 and everything has been amazing! The new property manager Angie has been so awesome and has taken care of all our needs since she became management and is quick to responde. And her staff is always so welcoming with friendly smiles and Maintenance is awesome and always ready to take care of business..This place has gone so way up since Angie and her crew took charge! I wont be moving anytime soon and know now i wont be givin any negative looks or negative words about anybody! Thank you for the change o and FYI THE COLORS ON BUILDING SHOULD BE LIGHT WITH DARK TREMMING! Thank you again ❤️

Highly recommended if you want a place for your family, both the manager Anguie and the girls who work there are always friendly and try to support us at all times to be calm and happy.
