    This is our second apartments weve been too , and definitely we will be here for a loongggg time!!! Diamond was soooo helpful in our process, everyone here is absolutely sweet and so helpful.     Apartment searching was very stressful until i came to stone creek. Diamond and Rae was phenomenal with helping us find the perfect unit. prices are good. floor place are spacious and functional. i l am so happy the were patient and assisting us with the paperwork and and questions throughout the entire process. Thank you beautiful ladies. and we received a house warming gift.

    I’ve live in this apartment complex for almost 9 years, in 3 different apartments, with good and not good experiences like other places I’ve been resided in.Recently, when it’s time to renew my lease, Diana went extra miles to assist me, many thanks to her.I have a lake view apartment. I enjoyed the view a great deal much more since the the cleaning crew under the new management was doing a great job cleaning up trash along the lakeshore.This is the right place, if you’re looking for a safe and nice place to stay, with easy access to the main highways, at the center of the DFW metroplex area, only minutes drive to the DFW airport, reasonable rent rates and floor plans, and much better if you get an apartment with a lake view.I believe the new management would do what ever they can to assist you, like they did to me recently; they sure want to make this place a good choice among others.

    I’ve been here going on 4 years. I will start with the things I don’t like. The rent increase yearly, although many other apartment renters are experiencing the same. Second, is the over flowing Garbage. An additional garbage bin is needed. Even throughout the weekdays. On the good side, it’s very peaceful, quiet, and I love all my neighbors. My apartment itself is extremely homely. I feel like I’m in a townhouse vs an apartment due to my set up. Maintenance has always arrived in a timely manner upon issuing any maintenance request. They are a great team.The leasing office host numerous of resident appreciation events which is also a plus.

    The young lady in the office her name was Rey was a solidified professional. She was EXTREMELY helpful & helped me find my dream apartment! She clearly outlined ALL amenities, and even gave me a tour of the property which I was astonished there was a small lake connected behind the property. Her level of professionalism and care makes me feel as If I made the right decision moving here! The process was seamless and I feel very happy to know the office staff truly cares about its residents! Highly recommended Stone Lake residences !

    My Fiance and I have lived here for about 7 months now and we are very impressed. As first time renters we had so many questions and the leasing office helped us with every single one. They are very responsive and when I have had to put work orders in for small various things they get taken care of quickly and even call me to personally ask if theyre to my liking. I appreciate the effort 100% and would recommend living here.

    Diamond was helpful, attentive, and responded back quickly to all of my questions for information. She then scheduled me a tour immediately and really sold me on leasing here. Apartments are outdated but they are nice, clean, and very spacious floor plans. Definitely a top choice!

    Hi my name is Kyle. I have lived here at stone lake going on a year now. My partners mother lives in the complex as well. We just love it here. Yes there are apartments but it’s so much more than that. You really feel like you’re living in a residential neighborhood. The office is always doing fun things for the residents and even there fur babies. Not only is our complex but even our apartment is just besutful. Anytime I rarely had an issue maintenance was there the next day to fix any issues we had. And don’t get me started on how friendly and attentive the office staff is. All in all it’s a great place to live. I have never had any issues and I can’t wait to sign my next lease. I’m staying here until I’m ready to buy a house! Thanks so much to everyone at stone lake for making our community the best there is!im so proud to call stone lake apartments my home! I could keep goijgn on and on but all in all this place is the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Thanks stone lake y’all are the best

    I have lived for almost two years and could not imagine calling another place home in the DFW area. The management team is quick to respond to whatever issues arise (if any). Community is safe and friendly. Maintenance team is quick to respond to any needs. The pool and gym are two of the mot under-utilized amenities at the complex. Love my Stonelake neighborhood!

    Stone lake is such a great place to live! I’m posting this review because I truly love living here! The photo below is my fur baby enjoying her toy she got from the office. They not only had treats for the residents for Halloween but they even had some treats and toys for my furbabies! Not just Halloween but almost every holiday and special occasions will they have treats and goodies! Plus I love my spacious beautiful apartment and they truly are just great people running the office. Thanks for making my living experience here so awesome!

    This apartment complex is very clean and quiet. They have a very nice staff and the apartment was very clean upon moving in. Ive been here for 3 years and plan on staying longer**UPDATE**Everything is still going very well! Im going into my fourth year and still happy about my experience. The maintenance is super sweet and respectful. The office staff is also so nice, helpful and attentive. Most definitely a great choice for anyone whos looking to move!

    I’ve lived here since July & it’s been fantastic! From front office to maintenance. Super quick about getting things done. They host little things like “pool party” with live DJs, margarita day for the adults! It’s the little things that matter with this complex, as if they treat you like family! Super homey residence, nice view of the lake and more! I couldn’t thank this place enough for making me feel at home!

    I must say I have been here for 2 years my first year was rocky, it had a whole another team in the office, But this team we have now is so amazing, relatable, hands on, & friendly. I have watched them work so hard to make our community better. Anytime I have anything go wrong they are on top of it quickly. They are always so nice and make you feel like you are important. I love my place and you will love this community too. I also Love that theyre on social media and they always have amazing events, parties, raffles for us! I work alot so I miss most of it but the fact that they are always thinking of the residents makes it even better to live here. Keep up the great work, to the entire staff...I love them all, but Rae is my favorite though.lol #StoneLakeRocks

    I’ve almost lived here a year. They’re a great community for young people. They have lots of events and parties in the summer for someone who’s not from this area it is wonderful to have a community. Every time I put in a work order there in 24 hours or less it is so great to not have to worry about anything like that.

    I just spoke with Tyler from Stonelake. He was incredibly helpful and patient. I am an overprotective mom and am looking for my son/daughter in law. Tyler answered every question for me and was very knowledgeable. He is very pleasant to talk too. I have worked in the business before and know the set standards I had for my staff. If I was still working I would be proud to have him on staff. Based off our phone conversation, I am making sure my son and daughter in law visit this property.

    Great location! As far as the actual apartment. I have a two bedroom and the layout is great, the apartment is beautifully upgraded and the lake views are so scenic and almost make you forget your right off 360. The property; the lake of course is the best part but the grounds are kept and the pool is very nice. The staff; always professional and polite. I would recommend to anyone.

    My husband and I lived here for 3 years. We absolutely enjoy our home. All of the amenities that we have, make our apartment feel like a home. The private lake and the golf course are great. All of my neighbors so far have been great. In the summers, we all go play volleyball in the pool, and its always been a great time.The only downside to this property is the parking. I really wished that ever apartment had at least 1 assigned parking spot, but again I dont think there are enough open spaces for the number of units, so you are almost forced to rent a garaj or covered parking, and that all adds up pretty quick.I would absolutely recommend this place.

    These are the best apartments I’ve lived in. The security gates always work.. finally a place I’m getting my moneys worth. The community is smaller and people here are so friendly. Trayvon at the front office made my moving process so easy it was a smooth transition. He made sure I was happy with my selection and took the time to listen to what I wanted. He’s the best and these apartments are the best! Look no further because these apartments you can call home❤️

    Resident for over two years. I’ve greatly enjoyed my time living at Stone Lake Apartments and would recommend to others looking in the area. The pricing is fair for the size and quality of units. The staff is friendly and having a good walking trail by the lake is a bonus too. My time here has been uneventful regarding any disturbances and if I didn’t have an opportunity to move into a house i’d be renewing my lease.P.S., I’m out of business cards Rodney, but I will be swinging by to drop off sometime soon.     Sometimes life hits you hard and it knocks the wind out of you. I’m so glad I stay at a complex that has amazing people that understand and will go the distance for you and your family. The whole team is amazing but Sham and Aundrea have a friend in me for life. Ray and T are my peeps too! I would recommend anyone to my Stonelake Neighborhood.     The apartment we applied for was our first apartment we tried for without even looking at it. Just a floor plan image. Our move out date for current apartment was today 2/28 & move in to stonelake 2/28 but we were stressed as we werent sure if we were going to be able to move in due to the weather the past days. Im glad that Diana, Mary & Travon did all they had to do ti make it happen. Once we received keys we went to go look at it. As at The Kace the apartment was not ready whatsoever, cleaning, make ready or maintenance even went so many work orders we had to do so first thing we noticed is the cleaning that set it for us at Stonelake. instead of coming into our new home with a molded fridge or nasty toilet like the kace. Communication at first was kind if hard but im assuming due to the move ins they had but overall we were in email communication throughout the week. I am glad everything so far is coming out good. Another thing we liked and thought was cute was our welcome home gift from Mary. Lets hope it continues to exceed our expectations.

    I have been here for almost a year, the apartment is very good, good space, I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Both rooms have a lot of space, the same with the living areas. The area is great, right in front of the 360, 5 minutes from the airport, Cowboys stadium, Rangers ballpark and six flags. 20 minutes from Downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. The staff is VERY friendly, they are always available. The gym can be better, but is good... Overall is a very good place to live...

    These are by far my favorite apartments Ive ever lived in. Office staff and how tenants are treated is really important to me and both things here are absolutely perfect! Maintenance needs are always cared for ASAP and in a friendly manner. The apartment community itself is very quiet and friendly. LOVE it!

    You know how after a year of living somewhere, you leave with something that made you unhappy- something the office wouldnt help you with or maintenance never fixed right? Clean slate here. We would be staying for much longer but we are relocating for a work opportunity. Loved living here! Everyone is so nice and helpful, and even the smallest unit felt like home for us. Beautiful lake, gorgeous pool, and even walking trails! Hurry and get a unit before they are full!!

    I lived here for a year & really enjoyed it. Parking is not an issue if you have a garage, as at least one car [sometimes 2] can park in front of the garage.Office staff is very friendly & willing to help. Maintenance requests are taken care within 1-2 days.My only complaint is that sometimes the gate is broken - my boyfriend did have his car broken into one time.Only moved to be closer to work.

    Ok love stone lake apartments! The manager is really sweet and was understanding of my situation! The pool area was the bomb.comb!     I have lived here at Stonelake Apartments for 9 years and 8 months and have thoroughly enjoyed. The lady who has been manager for some time, Tonya, has been a joy to work with as well as the staffs that she has had over the years. Any issues are promptly handled and the maintenance crew does as great job. Issues are handled promptly! The only reason I am leaving is that I am moving from DFW to another area of Texas, if that wasnt the case Stonelake Apartments, Grand Prairie, would be my home for a long time to come!! The complex is quite and well kept and once again, Tonya and her staff are tremendous!!

    I have read the bad reviews and complaints of tenants posted and I also know co-workers that live here. I am chalking up most complaints and negative reviews to those bad seeds that you find at all apartments. I came to visit and tour a few rentals and was impressed, I later returned with my wife for a 2nd tour. We were both impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our time with the office personnel.Let’s just say I’m very attentive to detail with many questions and opinions... that being said Megan McGhee the asst manager and Tayler at the front have been more than helpful, attentive to my needs, able to answer all my questions and concerns. I felt right at home from the 2nd visit when they both remembered my name. It made me feel like a neighbor and welcomed home not like a tenant with a check. I will move in this weekend and can’t wait!! Looking forward to my new home at Stone Lake

    I love it here at Stone Lake!!!!!!! I want to give a great big shout out to an awesome team.....Tonya (mgr), Angela (asst mgr), agents Taylor and Jonquil, and our maintenance team, you guys rock!!!! You all are always professional and pleasant to talk to. I love the upkeep of the property, the beautiful landscaping, the pool area, and the view of my lake view apt is everything I expected!!!!!     I signed my lease today at Stone Lake with Jonquill. Hes was very polite and very knowledgeable. I received an welcoming spirit from him. I havent move in yet but I hope my living experience here is as awesome as my tour of the property was with Jonquill.If anyone is looking to move here please be sure to ask for Jonquill when you come to view the property.The only suggestions I would make is to get a better parking arrangements in place. As a resident, theres no way you should have to search for a spot to park or theres no carports or garages available and especially to new tenants.

    When looking for an apartment, this is a good choice. It is a gated community, with gates that work and are not broken like some places. It is close to the ballpark, and football stadiums, there are 2 grocery stores less than 10 mins away, and 2 malls with in 20 mins of the complex.I have experienced a quite community with little to no noise late at night or on the weekends. There isnt many parking spots available for open parking, so just be willing to wear your walking shoes(and its not a far walk but there are not always spots in front of your building). They do however have carports and garages for rent. There is also a beautiful lake on the back side of the complex with a walking trail and you can go fishing in it too. The pool is nice and large so you dont feel on top of other residents when swimming. It is also very clean! There is a gym that is well kept and you have to have a remote to enter, so only residents can you it. The office staff is nice and quick at fixing any problems that you have.
