Though I didn’t spend that long there due to career opportunities I had a great experience with everyone there. The staff was very understanding of my situation and made the impact of the early termination very simple and painless. Maintenance issues were addressed though not top quality fixes, they did get the work done and they are great people as well. I would recommend these apartments if you’re moving to the area.

From the Front Office Staff to Maintenance; Living at Stone Creek Apartments has been a great experience.Ms. Terry is a very experienced, knowledgeable and professional property manager. She is very attentive to the needs of the residents and the property to the best of her ability. Compared to surrounding communities, Ms. Terry does an awesome job trying to keep the property updated and safe.Yolanda is a great Assistant Property Manager. Since she has started, she has been non stop working with and helping residents with any issues they have. Yolanda is always out driving around on the golf cart checking on the property. She gives service with a smile and always happy to help in anyway she can.The leasing agent is very professional and polite. She is very friendly and helpful. She has a lot of knowledge about the property and very good at what she does.Fernando, Alexi and Jose are the best maintenance team . Fernando is good at responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Sometimes there might be a delay when parts need to be ordered but aside from that they do an outstanding job. They work fast and efficiently.I have resided here for more than 4 years and so far, so good.Overall, Stone Creek is a good, clean and safe place to live thanks to Ms. Terry and her wonderful team!

Have lived here a year and have been very happy with it. The community is nice and quiet and well-maintained. The amenities are wonderful! Yes, there have been some issues with the gates not working, but they are eventually fixed. Overall a very nice community to live in.I am now going on 3 years living here and I still enjoy it very much. The grounds are well maintained and every time I have a maintenence issue it is promptly addressed. While there have been issues with the gates working properly they are generally fixed within a reasonable amount of time. My unit is quiet with neighbors who respect ones peace, but overall the community is quiet as a whole. I enjoy living here, its centrally located and has very nice amenities that are well maintained.

By Far best first and second experience was amazing and the staff is just beyond amazing with the courtesy, and just gentle, kind souls. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Who’s looking to be near base and close to all restaurants and grocery stores.

Awesome staff! Superb customer service. These apartments are the nicest in all of Killeen. Its like living in a resort. Im so grateful to God for our new home for the next several months. No roaches, no trash, no mold. Maintenance does great to keep the grounds so neat and in order.Our apt comes with electric washer/dryer hookup but they have a laundromat too!Best apartment experience in my life!

We stayed at Stone Creek on a short-term lease. The staff at the front (Megan, Amore, Terry) are great. Maintenance was somewhat understaffed while we were there, but the front staff are communicative and do their best to help, so that made the experience so much better for us. Convenient location and clean grounds. I dont think we could have found a better place at this price range. Thank you!

Stone creek was the first apartment my husband and I moved into when we were stationed at fort hood. we lived in the A1(1 bedroom 1 bath) it was small but very nice. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. whenever we needed maintenance it never took them longer then a day or two to get to us. They have 2 lovely, always clean pools, a great basketball and volleyball court and an amazing gym. we moved out October 2013 to find a little cheaper and bigger place. shortly after we moved out we missed it at stone creek. it is a little more pricey then other complexes, however we always felt safe and at home here and thats worth the money to us. we are moving back into the c3 (2 bedroom 2 bath) and can not wait to get back to feeling at home!

I can’t say enough nice things about Stonecreek Apartments. The lead maintenance supervisor has absolutely taken care of each and every issue we had. I put in work orders thinking they would just get to them when they can only for him to spend all day fixing even the smallest of issues. I did not think for one second he would spend a day doing it all and I can’t say thank you enough. I know it was so much work and he patiently worked through each item no matter how small it was. Thank you guys!!!! Every single person that works at Stonecreek apartments has done nothing but be amazing, nice and take care of us.

The entire property is well taken care of. Ive seen alot of apartments and its hard to find one this well maintained and managed. The price is very reasonable and I think anyone would be happy calling it home. Plus one free covered spot most charge extra for those. I couldnt be more excited about my move and look forward to swimming in the nice pools. Biggest decision is which one Im going to swim in first.

I recently moved from the Austin area to Killeen and I am very impressed with the property. Everything is nice and clean from the pools to the Rec room. Apartment itself is nice and I didnt have any issues with it. The maintenance and office staff are top notch. Great job keep up the great work guys and gals.

I lived in apartments for many years and this was the best apartment complex I ever lived at. They really took care of their residents and always kept the complex clean. It was very peaceful. Nice spacious apartments.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years before moving somewhere closer to work that was cheaper. We definitely look back fondly on the days we lived here. The office put on activities, the amenities were awesome (2 pools, basketball, volleyball, grills, playground), and maintenance was always very prompt if an issue ever arose (which they seldom did). Sure, the gates sometimes jammed and you can sometimes hear your neighbors, but I feel like thats just apartment living for you. It was super central and yet I felt perfectly safe. The only reason we left was the price. Youre paying for amenities/location more than luxury interiors (which were perfectly fine and clean, just not the high-end stuff). Ultimately, we decided we needed to make some sacrifices to save money for a while. But if I ever had a friend moving to the area, these are the first apartments Id recommend to them.

I lived here from January 2017-August 2017, and I would have renewed my lease if I didnt have to move to DFW for a new job opportunity. The rates were really fair, and I always felt safe in this apartment complex. It was close to work as well as restaurants, and the highway was right there, making it a breeze to get anywhere else. Maintenance was always quick to fix any problems - not that I had a ton. Management was helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment complex in Killeen.

Ive been here since 2015, reason why I havent left and decided to stay is due the outstanding customer service, amenities, location and maintenance. It is top notch compared to the other luxury apartments Ive lived in in this area. Staff makes it feel like home.

This is the best community if you are active duty and /or retire working on the post. All gates are accessable within 10 to 15 minutes! Drive is great; Area is so much better!!! Location is perfect to get on highway towards Waco and Dallas or drive to Austin!!! The community host lots of events. The gym is renovated and has Sauna!!! This place is perfect for kids and pet safety!!!

I moved into these apartments July of 2019. The management team is so amazing and professional. Ms. megan was available anytime I needed her for information and to help me throughout my process of choosing a apartment. I was made to feel apart of the community from the first day I met management. I only had one issue with my apartment and within 20 minutes of informing management it was resolved.the area is safe and very quiet. I am really sad about leaving but would most definitely reccomend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the fort hood or killeen area.

If you are looking for a quiet place to live Stone Creek Apartments in Killeen, Texas is your place. I was living in a hotel and decided to get an apartment to save some cash. I went to several apartments in the Killeen area. I did not call or inquire online before arriving to the property on 10/27/19. I stopped in just to look and shared with Ms. Terry my story about living in a hotel. Ms. Terry gave me a tour of the property. It was very cold out but we warmed up with a cup of coffee. After the tour I did an application and was told I could pick up my keys the next day with proof of renters insurance and electricity. I WAS SHOCKED! I have lived in Mississippi, Kansas City, MO, Houston, Irving, Fort Worth and now Killeen and I have NEVER experienced a quick move-in that the staff provided. You can tell these ladies have worked together for years and they know how to keep their tenants happy. Now that it has been a few weeks I had to create a review about how nice and quiet the apartment is.I rented the smallest one bedroom floor plan. I like that the kitchen has a closed off laundry room and plenty of storage. There is a coat closet, and ton of cabinetry. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, ice making fridge and microwave. The bathroom comes with more storage for towels and actual drawers that open in the vanity. There is a door in the bathroom that leads to a large walk in closet. The patio is a private patio with a storage room. I must not fail to mention the apartment came with a free parking covered parking space. Parking has not been an issue. There is plenty of parking for you and potential guests. I love calling Stone Creek home!

Nice apartment, great office staff, Joe the maintenance man is awesome very willing to help when needed. Only thing I dont like are some outsiders using our pools and leaving them with beer bottles and paper plates at the pool. The new green color that the new owners are painting these homes is just plain ugly, advice to owners, no green! Leave it with light colors. Its making the property look dingy. Most of the neighbors hate it.

So far so good! I was some what questionable about all my furniture fitting in stone creek apartments (2 bd, 2 bath) but everything has fit perfectly, leaving my living space roomy and comfortable. Also having a storage area on the balcony is convenient.There was some minor things I wanted fixed due to my picky OCD ways like light bulbs and stuff which was fixed the same day that I called. No complaints.Grass is always cut something I enjoy making it easy to walk my dog due to the fact she enjoys waisting my time eating tall grass.Dog walking area, X2 swimming pools, gym, game room, areas to grill, private parking and laundry facilities in a quit and chilled neighborhood.Not brown nosing or typing this for quick pro quo. I was sceptical at first but enjoy the staff and establishment. 3 weeks in.Recommended*-Eddie

Youre paying more for the amenities and location vs what you get inside of the apartment. Overall it was a decent experience from move in to move out. They are a little pricey though. I now pay 25$ more a month for a 2bdr 2bth 1300 sq ft place. I was paying like 725$ a month here for a 1 bedroom 1 bth 600 something sq ft place. So definitely way your options first.

I must say my experience at Stone Creek has been great!..of course I’ve had my issues but of course it’s expected when your dealing with an apartment community..I’ve been here three years and the reason I’m leaving is that I’m moving to another city..The front office is amazing!!..they are very professional!!!..Very generous and very courteous!..The property Manager Mrs Terry is a sweetheart..And the assistant manager Meagan is outstanding as well!..Everyone has there own experience but my experience here was great overall!!Apt 10102
