Hi everyone I truly recommend Sterling Bay Apartments for your new home. I have been here since Jan 2019 and have no plans on leaving. Maria is awesome and so nice as is the other girls in the office Felicia, Rhonda, Loretta and Sylvia are always there to help me and all their tenants in a very timely manner. Maintenance work hard everyday making sure all your request are finished and the ticket is closed quickly. Everyone that follows the lease agreements should never have any problems. I see a lot of bad reviews about everything and have to believe the problem is not the office but they’re getting blamed for them. Come live here and you will see how nice and affordable and safe Sterling Bay really is.

I went into the office to get some information and maria was very helpful. She was very welcoming, polite and professional with all the questions i had. Maria was the reason i leasesd the aparrment. If anybody is looking to lease get with maria. She will definitely help you with anything.

Hi everyone I have lived here since January 2019 and have never had any issues like being posted here. The office staff is always nice and get all my issues handled in a timely manner. It’s very affordable and having the utilities added onto your rent is awesome. It’s an older complex and will have issues like anywhere but they always handle them Asap. All you have to do is shop around and you will understand how affordable and nice Sterling Bay really is.

Ive lived on the property over 10 years combined. There are the normal issues here but my overall experience has been very good. The staff will work with you but you have to initiate the dialog. The prices are affordable and the property is not bad. If your just starting out on your own this is a good place to start. I havent experienced any of the negative posts issues on this site.

My family and I have lived here several times, and are currently staying here right now. We have never had a roach problem in all the times we have stayed here. I was surprised to see that as a complaint from others on here. But our experience here has always been good. Maintenance is awesome, timely, and good with their work. We like Sterling bay bc we pay our light and water to them, so tenants dont have to spend extra money on turning on their own utilities. Management is always kind and helpful. I read someone on here say that management not-picks. They only bother you if your patio balcony has miscellaneous items being stored on it. And they do this to prevent all patios from looking like a storage area. I have seen some ppls balconies full of things and it looks messy and tacky. So I understand why they do this. That it is not a problem for us. Overall great place to stay.

Me and my fiancé have been living here since February and we haven’t had any issues. I’m surprised to see so many negative comments. Haven’t had any problems with roaches or bugs, haven’t had any issues with the water or the air conditioner. We mostly stay to ourselves but it’s a nice place and we like it here.

I have lived here since 2018. The office staff have always been friendly. Maintenance always fix whatever is needed in my apartment in a timely manner. Love living here. Its quiet and nice.

I’ve been living here for roughly 2 years. And the staff and maintenance have been vary helpful. I love that you can split up payment into two. I feel safe and love how fast maintenance repairs anything wrong. Big thumbs up guys.

Sterling Bay was a complete great experience for my move in. Ronda, Kristin, and Hayley were all so very sweet and helpful!!! My apartment was very clean at move in and smelled great!!! I’m so happy I chose Sterling Bay!!!

I lived in Sterling Bay my whole up bringing. My grandma, mom and I all lived here and loved the staff until this day! Don’t judge a book by it’s cover because this place was and has always been pleasing. No complaints ever.

I came to visit from houston. The place is very clean and quiet. The ladies in the office are so nice and made sure we understood everything. I liked that they could show me the exact apartnent that is available. Rent is cheap and if i get approved they will give me 300 off of next month. Im excited. Wish me luck!
