Ok let me post this review, I have been living in this property for two years. For the prices the apartment is actually pretty ok. It could be better but you get what you pay for, the area is quiet and honestly the neighbors keep to themselves. No fights, no shooting, no drugs, no mess. The new management Ms. Sylvia is actually pretty nice, every maintenance request is answered properly and within time. I live on the 03 side my major complaint is sometimes maybe 2 days out of the month the hot water doesn’t work. It’s so annoying but after a conversation with the manager she seems to be taking all complaints into consideration, it’s really refreshing to have a manger that cares.

I’ve read a lot of the reviews here my Experience was very different Ms Trisha at the front desk has been absolutely helpful. She gave me the rundown and walked me through the process. On getting the apartment absolutely honest about the fees and everything and whatever question I had to ask her she would answer is was about 100 questions, but she never once got a attitude about helping the customer and I appreciate her taking her time with my concerns also Ms Sylvia was Helpful as well you can tell when you walk in and say hello by the way that they greet you and help you Both of them knows what it takes to work as a team. To customer Satisfaction I don’t know about everybody else, but when I left there, I had a smile on my face thank u too the both of you ladies for all of your help

Living in this complex has been an incredible experience for my family and me. The safety and security here are top-notch, which is a huge relief, especially because my kids attend Klein schools. Weve felt completely at ease knowing that theyre not only safe at home but also in the surrounding area.Ive seen some concerns raised, but personally, Ive found this community to be well-maintained and clean. The regular pest control visits by the complex have kept our space free from pests, and while I acknowledge that issues might arise, cleanliness on an individual level also plays a crucial role.Regarding maintenance, some simple fixes like removing the shower head filter helped with minor noise issues. I appreciate the efforts made by the management to maintain the complex, and I feel theyve created a diverse and welcoming community.In essence, this place has been a haven for my family. Were grateful for the sense of safety and the vibrant atmosphere. Its truly a home where we feel comfortable and secure, especially considering the excellent schooling options nearby.

This apartment complex is very good. I am going for my fourth consecutive year living here. The offices attention is meticulous, seven days a week. Kashia and her team do their job very well. If the pools worked all year round, there were apartments with an internal washer/dryer and someone from maintenance was on duty on weekends, it would be the best complex in this area of Spring
