The lobby looks and always smells great!+1 Family friendly community-1 Moving in, the carpet was still dirty and there were bugs, both dead and alive, everywhere. Rented a carpet washer from Lowes and cleaned up the carpets and asked for another pest control visit.

I have lived in Soho parkway for a long long time. The management is very kind. I really feel comfortable with talking to them and they really do care about situations that are presented to them. The location is nice and they have many gatherings for the community to get together or enjoy some nice local mom and pop shop food trucks. I was here during Covid19 and I am sad to go since I love this complex but Ive been here for a few years now and I want to move on with getting a little closer to my job. This place is great. The maintenance team is super friendly and helpful and I really miss everyone at Soho when my lease is up. Thank you for being so kind and friendly with disabled. Its very hard to find people who are understanding of mental health and our burdening idiosyncrasies. Thank you for letting me feel like I belong and that I matter. This place has problems but they are not company based. The company, staff and employees are all 5* and I will miss them.

Ive been living here since 2019, its definitely had its ups and downs but I can say this has been a great experience. I think this complex offers decent value given the available amenities. They have cycled through about 3 management companies but only one was bad. Dont have any gripes with the current management. The only thing I could probably complain about is maintenance almost always seeming understaffed, sometimes you have to call the office to get stuff fixed otherwise your work order may just sit in limbo. Overall just small things for me, I enjoy living here!

These are beautiful homes that we’ve been living in for the last year. We just resigned our lease for the next 18 months and worked with Annie. Annie was so helpful and provided outstanding customer service. We had been wanting a garage for a while and she got us the garage right below our apartment the same day we resigned our lease. We had access to the garage immediately and are very pleased with Annie and look forward to extending our lease here.

Chad has been the most helpful and professional leasing agent I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very quick to respond to concerns and seems to really care about the residents on the property. It was told to me that Chad will be leaving Soho parkway soon. Those will definitely be some big shoes to fill when he leaves.Leaving another update to my previous review.I have dealt with several complexes over the past few months and by far Soho parkway has been the best. Even after my move out they have been responsive and helped me very quickly with a rental verification letter.Shout out to Azia, Annie and John for making it happen. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment in a prime area, Soho is the way to go.

Overall experience has been very great, Lilly and Manny are responsible for apartment management and are both fantastic and very helpful. I have no problem reaching either of them when I have questions or need assistance. Great communication and often host food trucks and have treats for the residents regularly (cocktail hour!) Ive lived here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints. Every work order that weve put in has been taken care of quickly, and everyone who works for the office works hard to keep the property running smooth. The office is friendly and personable. The dog park is great for our dogs to run around in, and theres a path around the property thats great for walks. There are plenty of other dogs that are here on property that frequent the dog park as well. The sense of community here is really strong - everyone knows everyone and the events that the office throws multiple times a month are great.

Chad made the application and move in process super easy and fast. I absolutely love the apartment. I did have a small issue with my dryer but maintenance came out the next day and fixed it. Im grateful that I didnt have to wait 1 week or longer like my previous apartment. Anytime Ive needed anything, Chad and his team are always there to help. Highly recommend this place.

Today we were visited by the best maintenance guy ever!! Carlos was very professional, kind and helpful. He is definitely one of the reason I am now thinking about renewing my lease if he continues to stay here. If you have any questions about maintenance Carlos is your go to guy !! And if you have any questions regarding the property Chad is your guy. I hope this review helps people out there when deciding on renting here. My opinions have definitely been changed for the better after working with Carlos and Chad.

We moved into the Mckinney area late last year and had a rough start at this apartment complex. However, we noticed a significant increase in quality once Berkshire took over management. Specifically, the new apartment manager Ashleigh was especially helpful during the later days of our stay.Due to several issues prior to their installment, Berkshire allowed our contract to be voided and we moved out in January 2023. We were given multiple options to resolve the issue during the process including moving into another apartment on-site, transferring to a sister property and finally releasing us from the contract with no fees attached. Throughout the process Ashleigh was responsive, consistent and continued to speak to our benefit. Berkshire and Ashleigh stand behind their promises and we will definitely be considering one their properties if we move to a new location in the future.

This place is awesome! The pool is HUGE! I dontneed a gym membership anymore. My apartment is really spacious and I love all the amenities that come with it. The women in the office are really awesome and helped me throughout the entire move-in process moving all the way from California wasn’t easy, but it was the best decision I made. Me and my son love living here!

These apartments are wonderful! I have lived here for about 4 months and have not been happier:) the neighbors are great, trash service is a great touch as well! The complex is very well put together a 5star pool with lounge areas and a cute dog park:) The staff is great about getting any service requests done very quickly. The entire staff is top notch! I have small issues regarding uncleaned taps , issues with lights and cupboards I raised a maintenance request and they are very quick and replaced the taps and resolved all my issues. I recently moved to the DFW area and started looking for an apartments online. I narrowed down my search based off the reviews I saw left by residents left online.When I initially came across the Soho Parkway apartments I decided against them because the reviews online spoke negatively about the office staff; specifically Chad, and I didn’t want to commit to a lease knowing that he or any of the other office staff wouldn’t be helpful and friendly if I needed them.As luck would have it other options fell through so I revisited the idea of, and eventually moved into the community.When going through the leasing process I had the occasion to meet Chad; he wasn’t anything like the reviews online described.Chad was helpful, upfront and straight to the point. He gave me the information I needed to have a smooth move in and transition my family effortlessly. I did work with others in the front office - but Chad gave me the most helpful, thorough, necessary and useful information the first time I asked.I look forward to working with him in the future because I know that Chad takes my request seriously and values my time.

Recently decided to move from our current apartment to somewhere new. After a few denials due to small errors of credit, Soho was our last resort. Our agent was Andrea and he was an absolute ANGEL! Our credit still came up but he went above and beyond for us to get us the apartment we wanted. Lived in SOHO for 2 1/2 years. Moved out this past June. The whole time I lived there, I had no issues with management or maintenance. Parking is still an issue but after living in one apartment for 9 months(my original lease term) I was able to move to an apartment with a garage. I had no issues with the move, everything went smoothly.When I moved out on June 15th 2019 the transition was flawless. I would not have a problem with considering moving back to SOHO if need be.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences! I am very glad I chose to live here and will not be going anywhere else any time soon! The management is awesome and have always been very accommodating and extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this complex over the many in this area. It is safe and the living spaces are outstanding. I would rate SOHO higher than the highest possible rating if I could! Best experience I have ever had in any apartments. Well done, SOHO. As you can see from other reviews, parking can be difficult to find for guests. For residents, it is not difficult unless you cannot fathom walking one hundred yards to your place. I have lived here for one year and have always had timely responses for maintenance or anything else. The staff, particularly Audra, have been very friendly and helpful throughout the past year. Almost all other residents are nice and dont make a ton of noise (which is great if you have ever lived around people who party every weekend).

When we went looking for apartments we had a pretty long list to go see. Soho Parkway just happened to be the first one and it was our last one as we chose it right on the spot. We even moved in the exact day we got our keys I dont think weve ever packed so fast in our lives! LOL. We are extremely happy here and everyone in the office is so nice. I mean yeah there are reviews about bad neighbors but that will happen anywhere you live. Weve been here a few months now and so far no complaints. I Google searched Soho Parkway after being recommended by a friend and previous tenant to check them out when I was on the market for a new home. She would tell me countless times that Soho was such a wonderful home and the front office was both warn and welcoming. When I searched Soho I was stunned at all the negative feedback but decided to ignore that and check out Soho anyway. I was blown away by the beautiful complex and the convenient location to both my job and other great places. I was won over immediately and decided to move as soon as possible. Fast forward to now and Im still as happy as ever with the friendly front office, the fast and thorough maintenance team, and the pet friendly atmosphere. I strongly recommend Soho to anyone looking to find a new home. You wont be disappointed.

Its very rare that everybody in the front office is so nice and quick to get issues resolved. Vanessa and Audra are absolutely amazing!! Vanessa has helped me from the first day and she was always so sweet, definitely sad to see her go. Audra is just amazing!! I love it here and I love how they treat my dog too :)

Claudio, Zach, and Jared are the saving grace of this establishment! They get the 5 stars. After $500 in lost groceries, a 6 week battle with their online maintenance reporting system, apathetic office staff, an incredibly upsetting conversation with the property manager, 3 refrigerator parts, and 2 subsequent replacement refrigerators, my partner was finally able to get a functional appliance. If not for those 3 gentlemen, she would probably still not have a refrigerator that works. Shes very grateful for their help and diligence to turn around a nightmare situation.

Guys dont listen to any of the reviews come out here and check it out yourself and I can guarantee you if you meet the friendly staff and cooperative employees, you will see that there is nothing bad to say about this place. I am still on my 13 month lease, and I havent run into any problems, aside from parking. I work in a job that requires open hour shifts and sometimes I get home very late, to find there are no parking spaces, which, theres nothing they can do about it, seeing how they have limited space and too many people have too many cars.

This apartment is literally the best place I have ever lived. This complex is very clean and the kitchen is excellent. Very close to exciting places. This side of town is very new and clean. Although everyone have little ups and downs but they’re doing everything to they can to keep up with all the residents as direct communication is disturbed due to COVID so I understand it can be hard to keep up with all the calls, online requests and email.
