My husband and I are relocating from the Texas Panhandle and have been searching for a place to call home. In what became a very hurried search, finding a place to live was daunting and the stress unreal as all this had to happen in a short amount of time. I cant say enough about Kat, Brianna and the rest of the staff at Savannah Oaks and there efforts and support in making this move a little less stressful and hassle free. Their attention to detail in finding a unit that would best suite our needs was above par. My husband and I are looking forward to being a part of this community. Thank you again for all your help!

Property was very well kept and staff was so friendly! From the moment I walked in to the time I left I felt so welcomed! Went on a tour and all my questions were answered. Will definitely be recommending this property!

Absolutely best complex in Lubbock. I love getting to call this place home. The property is very well kept up with and maintenace is top notch. They are very fast to respond to things and will take care of you. Katrina in the office is by far the best, you can tell she truly cares about this place. She is wonderful! The amenities are kept very clean also and parking is always available. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to move. Great management!

This apartment complex is top tier. Amazing people up front in the offices who truly will do anything to help you live comfortably. A lot of my teammates and I at UTSA loved this area and these apartments. It was a great experience to live here!

I lived at Savannah Oaks for two years and would’ve continued to live there if I didn’t have to relocate for work. The two years there were the best renting experience I’ve ever had. The leasing office was always kind, friendly, and prompt with any questions or inquiries. The landscaper was always working his hardest to make sure that the entire complex looked gorgeous. The maintenance staff was amazing and always quick to take care of any problems I had. The complex is beautiful with incredibly friendly neighbors and fellow tenants. A hidden gem that I truly feel grateful to have found. I only wish a complex like this existed in my new city.

I highly recommend this place. I have seen many places and visited many of those, but Savannah Oaks is the best and most beautiful place to live in by far. The staff are so helpful, especially #Natalie. They are so dedicated to hosting interesting events like pool parties and movie nights once in a while. The maintenance team also addresses your issue as much as they can.

Ive lived at Savannah Oaks apartments for 1 1/2 yrs and it is a fantastic apartment complex. The community is very friendly and the manager, Katrina and her staff, are top notch professionals as well as attentive and caring towards the residents. The pool, business center, laundry room and property are always well maintained. The grounds are well kept with seasonal plantings of flowers which I love! I have had a couple of maintenance requests and Jason is just superb! Hes knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. I love the location as it is easy to get to the Loop and Marsha Sharp, restaurants and any shopping I need to do. Whether your single or a family, I highly recommend making your home at Savannah Oaks!

I would highly recommend Savannah Oaks Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Lubbock,. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the community is friendly and welcoming. The staff is always helpful and responsive, and they go above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy. The location is also great, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Overall, I have been very happy living at Savannah Oaks Apartments, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I lived at Savannah Oaks for 2 years. It was definitely a nice change of pace from all the college based apartments I lived in before. Management and Staff were very welcoming and supportive; made it feel like a friendly community rather than just a source of income. I never had any bad to say about the place as a whole, they have done a lot to improve the property and the experience for the residents. They do the little things that many apartment complexes do not do. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, go see the lovely ladies in the office and I am sure they will take care of you!

Friendly staff and a beautiful apartment at an amazing price. Out of all the occupants who live weve only ran into one maybe 2 rude people. Everyone else is super friendly, if you have young kids I highly recommend this place since theres kids 24/7 outside. Theyre all playful and welcoming of my niece and nephew when they come to visit. The staff is friendly and weve only had one issue that was fixed within 48 hours of bringing it up. Well definitely be renewing our lease.

Just wanted to express how appreciative I am of the staff at Savannah Oaks! They seriously go above and beyond for us residents, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed. Especially lately with this crazy Lubbock weather. From maintenance going out of their way to clear the dirt from our patios after the recent dust storm, to ensuring there’s ice melt dispersed and available in now the winter storm we’ve been experiencing. Rain or shine you can count on them. I’ve never experienced such a reliable apartment community, and consistent! I’m so thankful despite Covid the office has done a fantastic job at coming up with fun remote resident events! There’s been a few times I wasn’t able to get off work in time to grab my packages or laundry tokens from the office, but any time they’ve been so nice to help accommodate. Thank y’all for everything that you do!!

I work night shifts so my sleeping hours will be on day time, but I am not worried since this place is so peaceful and quiet . You can sleep and relax anytime of the day!

Sadly, I only lived at Savannah Oaks for one year but it was a great place to rent. If I had not relocated to Dallas, I would have definitely renewed my lease. Maintenance issues were usually fixed the day I requested them, the online portal for paying rent was very user friendly, and the management has always been quick to help with any concerns.

The greatest group of professionals I have come to admire, the way they take pride in keeping the property, the office personnel always ready to go above and beyond for residents. The Maintenance crew I could honestly give 5 stars for work ethic and commitment to completing all work request. I have to say I am highly satisfied with this property and would gladly recommend to anyone to make this their home too.

Just wanted to say thank you to the nice and respectful staff they were a big help to me.unfortunately I was not able to get a place there due to an issue but to anyone who is interested in an apt there I suggest that you go to Savannah oaks they are nice Apts and the staff is great thanks once again to you all🙏🙏

If your looking for a place to live cheap in rent,clean, peaceful,and nice staff,this is the one.Just because some people had a simple bad experience doesn’t mean this is the worst ,I’ve been here for almost 3 yr and haven’t had a problem at all.
