A Wonderful Place to Call Home – Highly Recommended!I recently moved to Riachi at One21, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! I’ve been at Riachi at One21 for six months and would like to complement the maintenance team for a recent issue with the heater. It was just before a strong cold front with snow, and the heater stopped blowing warm air. The maintenance team fix the problem that day and were courteous and friendly.After six months, I still feel the management and maintenance staff members are friendly/attentive to issues, and the grounds are well maintained and clean. I work from home and all this is very important to me.

We recently moved to Riachi due to a new job in the greater Dallas area. The experience with the apartment move-in has been outstanding so far. The staff here is extremely helpful and they have been going above and beyond to make sure that we land here comfortably. The community is lively with a lot of kids playing during the evening hours. The community is well maintained and the work orders are resolved quickly.

I recently moved in to Riachi from a nearby apartment community. I met the leasing consultant Patrick on the first day. He was very professional and had the patience to answer to all our concerns and queries. I had few concerns after moving in like the common area in the second floor was not clean (otherwise the apartment is well kept and very clean). Since Patrick was on leave I met Josh. He was very proactive and to my surprise even before I reached back my apartment there was a guy cleaning up the space I raised request for. Overall it’s a good community with access to highways,Groceries, restaurants and good schools under Frisco ISD.Edit: Today one of our door got locked from inside automatically I tried few times but couldn’t open it.I went to the office and Josh came in personally and opened the door as it was already close to 6 pm and no maintenance workers were around.Awesome leasing staffs .Thank you JOSH!

Ive been living at The Riachi at 121 for the past year, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The apartment management team is exceptional, always quick to respond to any complaints or maintenance requests. Their efficiency and dedication to resolving issues promptly have truly made a difference in my living experience.What really stands out is the warm and friendly interaction with the office staff. They are always approachable, eager to help, and make you feel like part of a community. Riachi At One 21, was the first time I (my husband and I) had to lease since college days. Being now in our early 50’s I was hesitant. But the the best experience of my life. If could of stayed or bought the place we would have.It is close to everything you need. You can even walk to restaurants and Kroger Grocery.It was so well maintained and clean, we loved the pool, there every weekend in the warmer months.The property was well maintained and I have to say I had no idea how awesome maintenance could be. I email or call with a problem and say it is not an emergency but they would still be there the next day sometimes within hours. Changed the water filter in my refrigerator, changed cooling/heating filters regularly. You name it they did it.The area again is awesome close to everything and felt so safe, it is well lite at night! I felt comfortable walking at night. My husband traveled a lot for work so I was home alone and never felt fearful. Most of the time when he was home left our garage door open and would leave his wallet and keys on a bar we had out there. Never had any problems or concerns. I loved our neighbors and made many friends there.Our patio faced a park for the property but other close by neighbors May walk through with kids or dogs. We had a patio with plants, bird feeders, patio furniture and even left our Sonos speaker out there year round no one ever stole anything from us! Again very well lighted and gated through apartments.Had the best experience living there! Miss it very much. And close to a wonderful school district you could walk to (I worked there)Kids felt safe enough to walk alone to school and neighbors looked out for each other.You get a 10 star rating in my books.I should also mention not only was maintenance awesome so was the office staff and managers!Definitely recommend ❤️😎

Not sure why/where all the negative reviews come from. At the end of my lease will be just under 2 years since Ive stayed here.Ive had a few minor issues but the maintenance team has always responsed and taken care of it rapidly. They really do care about the folks living here.If I didnt like it here, I wouldnt have renewed my lease this past year. Ive gotten to know the staff team and theyre very helpful with pretty much any random questions or requests I might have.I would recommend if youre browsing the area 👍

I have lived at Riachi at One21 in a second floor Roma apartment for the past 10 months. I moved here from a single family home and had not lived in an apartment for 25+ years. Therefore, I carefully went through the process of selecting a complex to reside. The office staff have always been helpful and responsive to my inquiries. The business center and gym get the job done. My apartment was renovated with new appliances, paint, and carpeting. I have had zero maintenance issues to date! I have great trees outside my apartment which was a draw to this unit. I live on the end of a building, so only share one wall with a neighbor. I am delighted that I do not hear my neighbors, unless they are outside in the breezeway/stairs. This is a very family-friendly complex and you do have to be careful driving around the parking lot since many people/kids are out walking or riding scooters/bikes. I feel safe in and around this area and walk to the grocery store next door. If you like to run/walk/bike, there are multiple green spaces that are about a mile away: Russell Creek Park Trail, Legacy Trail (along White Rock Creek), and Preston Ridge Trail. The move-in process was smooth and I anticipate the move-out process will be the same. Overall, a great place to live in north Plano!

Prompt response when you call them. On top of maintenance. Quite satisfied with their service so far.——————It’s been almost a year ago I wrote the review above after I moved in, and I Just renewed another 14mos lease since I am mostly satisfied living here. The way maintenance and management office quickly respond to you has never been changed. Whenever I make a portal request for anything, I get their message back almost right away even if I didn’t mark it as an urgent.One thing I wasn’t so happy with was recurring package locker room issues but it also seems to be resolved as of late.

I love the community that was at riachi, i had to relocate for work. The only issue i did have was soundproofing and air control. If you live on the outer edge of the apartments alongside coit there will be a crazy amount of noise from traffic. Also i had a one bedroom apartment kept windows closed, kept temps not on the higher end and my electricity bill was around $200 a month. There was an obvious draft from my door. Maintenance always came on a timely manner whenever i had an issue. Would recommend to anyone especially anyone with a family as the community is very friendly. Also its considered a part of Frisco school district.

Recently, I contacted Maintenance over a weekend for an urgent issue. Junior, the Maintenance Supervisor, came to help me out. He arrived quickly. I have lived in this community for almost 10 years and anytime Ive had any questions or issues, the front office has been kind and helpful, especially Niki. I love our little community. Ive been a resident here for a couple of months.Overall, the staff has been great. They understood when I wasnt able to pushback my move in date, and they made it work for them. Patrick and Savannah have both been huge helps to me since moving in. A few things to note - Patrick helped me walk my trash cans from my town home to the dumpster because Id walked over a mile to the leasing office in over 100 degree heat (I missed trash pick up from the city and they were full after moving in). Savannah, among many other things, was willing to take me back on a second tour of the town home I was going to rent when we were almost back at the leasing office and after it was time for her to get off work just so I could facetime my fiancee and show her. Nikki helped me out so that the staff was able to let delivery people into my town home with my permission when nobody would be here for the delivery.Overall, theyre all incredibly helpful and kind.The maintenance staff is quick, kind, and helpful as well. Eduardo and Gerson always do a great job.I plan on moving back to Houston when my lease is up for work reasons and Im bummed because the staff here is incredible and I finding a community like this one is super difficult.

I have lived in this apartment project since 2005. I had to move a year ago in October into the apartment Im in now because they were renovating every apartment in the complex and they had made their way around to mine. They did a nice job on the renovations the upgraded to granite countertops in the kitchen and Im thinking that it must be marble of some kind in the bathroom on far cry difference in the old countertops which were just imitation wood made out of some kind of laminate. The upgraded the dishwasher to a much better quality dishwasher its a G.E. What little service I have had to have performed in the last several years has been taken care of immediately. Theyre good about during their repairs and then cleaning up and not leaving anymess for me to have to get to. Ill just want to thank them for the good work theres service department has done

Just moved in a few weeks ago, place has been pretty cool! The staff are helpful (Patrick got me the HOOKUP), valet trash is wonderful, nice neighbors, and theyve been doing a lot of further improvements since I moved in. New roofs, new carports. Parcel pending is in its own locked room. And Im close to a lot of cool places in Frisco and Plano. Also like no bugs anywhere, Im impressed!

This place is great! The apartments are well insulated, which helps keep the electricity bills low. Patrick from the leasing office was really helpful throughout the leasing process and afterwards. He even helped me find my missing FedEx package that was left in a wrong location.

I have lived at Riachi 121 for 2 years now and have decided to share my experience. I have been a renter since 2002 and this is the best community I have ever lived at. The apartments have been well maintained, and have now undergone a fancy renovation. The community is quiet and the residents are friendly, which is always important. Beyond all of the above, the management is fantastic, which is rare. The maintenance staff are actual professionals and remember you by name when they see you around the complex. What’s most important is the amazing office staff! Niki has been so supportive. She has printed many pages for several projects at my daughters school. Last, but not least, the property manager Brian is the best! I had a special request for a door to be added to my 1 bedroom unit before I moved in, and another request a year after I had been a resident, Done and done! Both request were exceptions (nothing crazy) he didn’t have to make, but he did because of his commitment to resident satisfaction. Living here has been a blessing!

They are very helpful anytime we call with questions and have always made us feel welcome. Now what should we say about this wonderful community, Im living here for more than 5 years now and never had any complaints.I would not be exaggerated if i call this great place as Home. Beautiful spacious apartments with all luxury amenities included.Location is perfect, near to shops, best rated schools, toll roads, gas stations, banks, groceries, shopping and entertainment.Also has two huge pool spaces, and 24 hour fully equipped gym. We feel safe at all the times.Now, what makes the most difference is impeccable leasing staff and friendly courteous maintenance workers.Office and maintenance staff are on top of things. Always making sure everything is perfect.The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Brian(Property manager) and Niki are always there with a big smile to make you feel welcome.I have never experienced this kind of wonderful maintenance from my previous experiences of other communities.There is always plenty of parking left over for guests. These folks even throw parties, Movie nights throughout the year to help strengthen Riachi community and ensure all families residing in the community feels connected.Even our parents traveled from India last year and fell in love with this awesome clean community.The apartment itself is large and renovated with top of the line amenities; hard wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, modern style pool setting.We cannot imagine ever leaving! We love it!. A beautiful neighborhood with parks for kids.I highly recommended this community to everyone!!

I have lived at Riachi at 21 for 6 years. I highly recommend this apartment complex.I approached Nikki at 5:00 pm , in tears, needing to find another apartment within a month. (I had just found out my previous apartment complex was going to raise my rent by $140/mo.) Nikki patiently listened to me and showed me an apartment that fitted my needs.I have nothing but praise for their staff. I put in a work order and the maintenance staff are at my door from 20 minutes to 12 hours later (depending on the severity of the problem.) They are always so helpful and never complain about fixing something for me.When I had surgery, they would make sure I was alright and told me to let them know if I needed something.You do not receive that type of service from most apartment complexes. The grounds are always kept clean and well managed. The complex is comparatively quiet and the residents are respectful. The residents are a great mix of young adults, with or without children, retirees, and families that have relocated to the United States.

You can find an apartment just about anywhere, but you dont find people like Colby. He was a major deciding factor in her choosing Riachi as her new home. And I am so glad for her to feel so comfortable and welcomed as she moves into her new place!

Moving to TX and looking for an apartment was not expected to be so difficult. The apartment rent seems to be on higher side compared to what I heard prior to moving here and even though everything is BIG in TX the apartment is not that big, however it is a decent size. Good part about Riachi is the transparency. Financials mentioned before sales and post sales were same, no hidden cost. Kim was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Maintenance of the property is very good. Looking forward to a HAPPY HOME here; though very short stay till now so far the experience is good.

I have lived at Riachi for around a year and could not be happier. Such a beautiful apartment complex, interior and exterior. The landscape makes it feel less apartmenty and more like a home. For the parents out there, there is a wonderful elementary and middle school directly across a non-busy street. Furthermore, there is a small part in the large grassy area, which is great for routine playing, kite flying, picnics, etc. Also has a huge pool space, and 24 hour fully equipped gym.The staff is on site seven days a week and very friendly. The maintenance response is extremely quick and have had incredible customer service. They occasionally throw parties and get-togethers throughout the year to help strengthen the Riachi community which is a nice touch. If you choose to live in any other apartments in Plano, you will be missing out.Conveniently located between Frisco and Allan! Prime location, amazingly helpful staff, knowledgeable maintenance. I am very impressed with this place and truly am thankful that I have not had any issues that sometimes I come across when reading comments for other places.Amazing experience of living life here!

If I have to summarize my experience, I would say it is reasonably good. Riachi Maintenance team is doing excellent and thats why it is one of the very well maintained gated communities in Plano and Frisco area. One area wherw I would like you to really make more effort is the Fitness center. This center needs some replacement of equipments which althoug function but need upgrades, example: the staircase machine really needs to be replaced with a new one. It would be better to replace existing treadmills with more modern one. It would be good to complement the Fitness center with a weighing machine and good background music. Also the location of Riachi is great. It would be good to have more light at the front gate as it is often very inconvenient during night.

When I first saw The Riachi At One21 I thought to myself this is definitely where I want to live! I liked the quite area the landscape is beautiful, everyone in the office greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in. I drove by the complex at night before considering moving here. I did not hear any loud music, or see anyone people gathered around drinking outside. I need to take these features into consideration because I live alone. I have lived here at Riachi At One21 for over 5 years. I love living here it is very peaceful, it feels like I am living in my own home. I feel very safe living her at Riachi AT One21, especially when I come home late at night or leaving early for work. The maintenance workers are on top of the work orders. When I put a work order in it gets done the next day and the maintenance people always leave a note when the work order is completed. The maintenance people are all very friendly and they stay on top of their job. I would highly recommend the Riachi At One21 for anyone single, married couple or family, this is a great, awesome beautiful place to call you home. Hope

My wife and I just renewed our lease at the Riachi at One21. We have lived at many apartment complexes in the area and the Riachi is by far one of the best. We enjoy the quiet living and our awesome spacious apartment. The office staff always goes above and beyond to help us. The maintenance staff responds super quick and does a great job. The apartment grounds always look amazing. We really enjoy living at the Riachi at One21. We appreciate the property manager taking time to respond to our review and the reviews of everyone in the Riachi apartment community.

Location is a great advantage - Kroger is adjacent to the community, a lot of other grocery stores and restaurants within 2-3 miles radius. I am living at Riachi at one21 since 2018. I just transfered to a remodeled apartment unit in the same community in July. The remodeled apartments at Riachi at one21 are really great. Color scheme, new appliances including brand new washer and dryer, new carpet, granite counter tops. I really like my new apartment a lot. All of the apartments are being remodelled, so any one moves into Riachi at one21 will have a brandnew apartment. The maintenance team and staff are all very nice and professional. My transfer to a new unit was nice and easy. The landscaping is also great at Riachi at one 21, always green, well maintained, clean, beautiful trees and plants. I really appreciate that so much work and effort is being given to the landscaping as well.

The property is well maintained and every time I had a maintenance request for my apartment it was handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is pleasant to work with and I would recommend Riachi to any of my friends as a great place to live.

These apartments are very good. Stayed here for last 3 years and their service is excellent. Always very prompt on fixing any issues like lights, dishwasher. This is very near to highway, kroger, major banks and russell creek park. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.Only reason I didn’t give this review five stars is because the gym is very outdated and does not offer a good variety equipment.

I had the opportunity to stay here as I when through A divorce. I was looking for something that I could move in to fast and that didnt cost me an are and a leg to afford. I started off looking into house but didnt want to lock myself into a long term lease agreement. Thats when I check into Riachi At One21. I was able to sign a 6 month lease which gave me the freedom to eventually move after I attained custodial custody of my kids. I ended up moving closer to my job.I only had to request maintenance one time it was super easy through their app. They were able to fix the problem by the time I had got home the next day. Super convenient!

The best located apartment housing around the border of Plano and Frisco, i wont talk about amenities, accessibility ..etc as its perfect for a working class person like me. Staff is ok, there are a few office folks you should avoid as they can’t do anything. Maintenance is very responsive. Actual apartment units are good, but if you value silence don’t move here. Walls are very very thin. Pool and grill area are very nice! Overall very kid and family friendly. Valet trash is available 5 days a week. Rent is very reasonable for the location.

Thanks Riachi!------I am currently living at Riachi, and have been here for almost a year (moved here around the time COVID started picking up). Viewing was extremely simple with their self-guided tour. Getting in touch with the office was easy, and not as difficult as other apartments make it. I was able to view an apartment within an hour of requesting. As I was in need of an apartment ASAP, I let them know I was interested and asked on an ETA for when I could get the keys. Monica worked hard to get everything approved for me by the end of the day, and I was able to move in later that day, about 4 hours after the self-guided tour. Let me say, the management here is no joke. They are amazing, and have been amazing even after Ive moved in.I really enjoyed my time here. The area is really good, and if you have pets, there are some good vets just a few minutes away.Some pros and cons since Ive lived here (mainly pros):Pros:- Management. Explained above. Any time I have to contact them with a question, they get back to me very quickly, as well.- Extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. I am a single lady who constantly walks around at night. I have NEVER feared for anything while doing so. Sometimes I even forget to lock my car doors and my front door, its that safe.- When gates are down, they arent down for long. This apartment keeps up with its maintenance. Maintenance guys are always busy when I see them.- Large package center thats open 24/7.- You can pick between internet service providers. AT&T fiber is here. Unfortunately I couldnt use it (my apartment is in a weird spot), but I was able to switch to Spectrum easily. Having a choice to even switch is fantastic.- Parking isnt an issue here for the most part if you have any guests over.- Neighbors are quiet. I live on the second floor (top floor) and almost never hear my neighbors. I sometimes hear a family talking when in my bathroom, but thats about it.- If you have kids, this is a very family-friendly apartment. Kids are constantly playing outside. Ive never seen them do anything bad to the cars while theyre playing.- No insects! Again, I live on the second floor, but I only get the odd flying insect or two, and during summer I get a few spiders. Thats about it.- Two different exits onto different streets.Cons:- The only true con here: the dryer that comes with the unit has an extremely loud beep to signal its done. Extremely loud. As loud as the fire alarms in this place. I can hear when someones dryer in a different building is done, it is that loud. When I do laundry now, I tend to stop it before its fully done.- Really dumb con, but there are a lot of buildings here, so if youre getting food delivered, it can be a pain sometimes.- Sometimes other map apps have issues with this address. Im not sure why. In general this is not an issue.I am moving in a few months due to no longer having to be close to work, and wanting to be closer to friends and family. However, I really love this place, and highly recommend it.I will be editing this review after walkout happens. I cant imagine they would do anything sketchy though, with how awesome its been so far.Also - I know some apartments ask their residents to review for a gift card. As far as I am aware, this place is not one of them. I am not getting paid for this review. I just simply love it here.

I have looked at almost every apartment community I Frisco/Plano and most dont compare when you add everything up. The Riachi is well kept, spacious, safe and everything is only minutes away. Honest review. I lived in a one bedroom for 9 years. (Updated July of ‘22)- Friendly, active and diverse community. (kids, adults, singles young and old). It has both changed and stayed the same.- Feels very safe- Maintenance has always been fine. Have only had to use it a couple of times, but it was prompt and done right.- Usu. very quiet, except for kids (sometimes). Its dead silent after 9:00 pm.- Nice buildings. Mgmt keeps the property up: they replaced the roofs several years ago, remodeled the units in the last 2 years, are now painting all the buildings.- Package lockers- Parking can be tight - you more or less probably need to get an assigned covered spot (it costs extra) but thats what I wanted.- They keep up the landscaping regularly. But if you work from home Wednesdays are noisy with mowing/blowing.- AT&T fiber is awesome.- Fitness center is decent- Pool areas are nice and clean- Power wash the walkways regularly.- I like the plantation blinds.- Appliances are basic. The refrigerator could be upgraded.- My water pressure could be better.- CoServ (a Denton Co. Co-op) provides the electric service and it is about the lowest price per kwh you can get at avg. 7 CENTS per kwh. In a 900 sq ft 1br I averaged about $90/mo. for electricity. Winter lows in the $50s-60s, summer highs in the $150s-$180s.- All of this is a testimony to the management. There have been staff changes over the years like anywhere, but this is a well managed property, and I know that one staff member lives onsite and has been in management for going on 10 years.There are newer places with smart home features or a pet washing station, but for the money, the Riachi is great.

This is a wonderful community to reside in. The property is well maintained and the units are very clean. I like that it is a small apartment complex bc there is never a issue with noise and disturbance. Great access to shopping and restaurants, major highways and the DFW airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are no issues with maintenance. Yvonne is the best! She is friendly and patient and always take care of her customers need. She makes you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your untit. She really put her customers interest first and don’t will not be satisfied until you are. Ask for her if you considering living this community - she will take great care of you!
