Amazing, easy, streamlined process from viewing empty apartments to signing up and executing. Miranda was immediately welcoming and available to show me open apartments and within two days I was in. The property is spectacular, extremely well kept with great views of the lake, including a walking trail. The apartment itself was so clean. It was as if it was brand new, you couldn’t tell anyone had ever lived there before! Huge oversized windows to take in the views, and soaring ceilings, large decks. Community is quiet and there’s a shared social lounge with computers, coffee and TVs. Amenities include daily valet trash, gym, huge infinity pool and package service with lockers on site. Highly recommend you at least view the property before choosing another. ;)

I can’t say enough great things about Reveal on the lake! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. Ariana is amazing and super helpful. She is top notch. The management team is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in daily life.The amenities are top-notch (resort-style pool, state-of-the-art gym, clubhouse, dog park.) The community is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the location is perfect (close to nearby conveniences like shopping, dining, parks, or major highways)Security and parking are never an issue, and the neighbors are friendly, making this place truly feel like home. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, convenience, and a great community vibe, look no further! Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been living here for over year. We have immensely enjoyed life here. Its very dog friendly and we have a beautiful view of the lake from our apartment. The grounds are always very clean with great landscaping. We love the paved walking path along the lake with nature all around it and go on it often. The office staff has always been very responsive, especially Celeste, she has been very welcoming and helpful, anything Ive needed she has quickly resolved it for me. Bre, in the office, is also friendly and accommodating. I would like to add that Brian, whos on the maintenance staff, is very professional, courteous, and fast. Every maintenance request I have submitted he resolves within 1 or 2 days.

My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state and the application process and move in couldn’t have been better. Miranda and Ariana have been so wonderful to work with. They both were responsive during our virtual touring and application process, by sending us pictures and videos due to not being able to be here in person. Miranda went above and beyond accommodating our move-in after a 22 hour road trip. Everyone here has been wonderful, our apartment was move-in ready (beautiful and clean) the property is very nice, and the amenities are accessible and very well kept. We’re excited to spend our time here! 😊

This is a wonderful property that is well-maintained. The office staff are all fantastic and responsive to requests. They work hard to give this place a nice community vibe: wine nights, food trucks, omelet brunch, nacho nights, movie nights. My floor is very friendly and quiet. Living by the lake means many insects, but that is expected. Sunrises & sunsets are breathtaking here!

My wife moved in when this property first opened under the Mansions. We lived here for 18 months before deciding to change directions. We’ve been gone about two years now and we are looking at moving back. This property was by far the best property either of us have ever lived and we miss it. The whole property had a community vibe when we left and when I went to talk with the office today, it felt even more like a neighborhood.The amenities Reveal offers is top notch. The pool is beautiful and relaxing, the gym has excellent views of the lake while you work out, the paths are a little awkward just because they just end but definitely makes for a fun easy little run right off your porch. The units feel luxurious and are definitely something we want back.After speaking with Ariana in the office today, I believe that moving back is definitely going to be the right choice for me and my family. I would definitely recommend!

So I’m still shopping around and leaving reviews for all the locations I visit but this place quickly became my favorite! The property is GORGEOUS! The amenities are awesome. I toured with Raquel and she was so sweet and funny, very professional. It is a little on the higher end of my budget but honestly I can understand why and it seems worth it. I’ve been doing the apartment thing for about 16 years now so I know it always looks better before you move in but I was still really impressed. I’m about 3 months out from moving but so far this is my first choice.

It has been a wonderful experience living here. I feel completely safe whenever I come home late, very quiet throughout all hours of the day. Landscaping is beautiful, great holiday parties/events.The maintenance crew is very professional, fast and efficient whenever you place an order!The ladies in the lobby (Celeste, Bre & Alexis) are all very professional, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable about things to do in Rowlett and surround East Texas communities!If you decided to move to these apartments it will be a great decision for you and your family.

I changed my review they are trying to make me leave and give my apartment to someone else with cheaper rate 🙁, they are tried to charge me more when i ask to renew my lease but I refused to pay more , they listed the apartment online for $340 less i called trying to get the same rate since Im considering this apartment home but they said i have to apply online and if all good i have to leave for a week and then come back :( , it make no sense , they are trying to make me leave the apartment and give it to someone else with cheaper rate when Im trying my best to stay I asked to speak with a regional manager but no way to reach the manager

Just moved here from the Houston area for work. My apartment search was long and frustrating, but everything changed when I visited Reveal on the Lake. This is by far the nicest and safest apartment complex Ive lived in. The leasing staff, Ariana in particular, have been extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. If I had any questions, the leasing agents were regularly available if needed. I heavily endorse this complex as your future home.

My experience here at The Mansions on the Lake has been nothing short of superb! I thank God each and every time I enter my home because this place is truly my personal sanctuary. The unit is gorgeous and the layout perfectly intersects privacy with open concept!The staff at the Mansions on the Lake is exceptional! I particularly have enjoyed working with Assistant Manager, Will Lawson, because he is very professional, upbeat, yet straightforward. He willingly helps you understand how the complex operates and goes above and beyond to help you understand how the lease works as well. You can see Will in the office or walking the complex, and he will greet you with positive energy! If you are looking for a place to call your own personal paradise, stop by The Mansions on the Lake to see Will Lawson and tell him T. Stewart sent you!

I toured this community and it was absolutely breathtaking. The community looks just like the photos on their website, which is rare nowadays. The staff was also super friendly and extremely helpful, not like how car salesman’s type of sales which is appreciated when making a decision this big. This is a great community. The lakeside setting is amazing, walking trails are great, and the buildings are new and really nice. The new owners and property management team is stellar! Friendly, involved, proactive, prompt! They do a great job making it feel like community, nice events to get people interacting, and they know you by name, and your dogs name. Maintenance is fantastic, prompt, considerate, and they keep the property and dumpster area so clean.

Complex is very well maintained and apartments are spacious and clean. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking to move to Rowlett.

The office is always busy but I never feel rushed or ignored. Alexis has been such a pleasure to work with as we renewed for another year and had some renewal concerns. She addressed everything and made sure we felt heard during the whole process. Ask for her if you’re stopping by for the first time! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful New Home! I worked with Alicia who was amazing in every detail. the property is well landscaped and nestled on the banks of Lake Ray Hubbard. The walking rail is great and my home has many high end finishes and features including great appliances, high ceilings, attached garage, spa tub, large shower, and more. It is so relaxing coming home to this. I havent had the chance to use the amazing gym, aqua massage or clubhouse yet but they are very nice. Also love the package lockers! So glad I found this place.

We’ve been living here for about 4 months or so and couldn’t be happier. Our unit (2 bed/2 bath/2 car attached garage) is a perfect fit for us. I love the space we have and the garage provides that extra sense of security which is super important to us. We’ve had multiple friends over that have expressed how much they also love the place. All interactions with staff have been really pleasant but most notably with Alicia Sadler. She has a way of making you feel like a good friend while also keeping everything completely professional. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We’d like to start by saying, we are so excited to be residents at The Mansions on the Lake! Absolutely beautiful complex with gorgeous amenities. But most importantly, was our experience with our leasing agent, Alicia! Alicia was an all-star from the beginning! We had been searching for a long while and Alicia reached out to us. Tended to our every need and took care of us every step of the way! Not only did she have stellar customer service but she was genuinely friendly and had our best interest at heart from beginning to end. We felt so taken care and felt like we were her only customer. She made us feel like residents from the moment we stepped through the door, took time away from her personal life to aid in whatever we needed, answer any questions we had and always made us feel #1. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with her and now that we are residents, we are in love with our town home, the staff has been wonderful and we are happy to call The Mansion on the Lake our home.

The mansions at lake are a great addition to the area. I highly recommend you take a look. Ask for Alicia as she provides the most professional apartment showing I have ever had. Alicia Sadler really deserves a raise and top floor, corner window view at corporate for the way she treats her clients. From the moment I walked in the front door to the moment I left, every question or concern I had about an apartment was addressed. The mansions at lake ray Hubbard are very nice apartments, townhomes and community. They have some great floor plans, garages and even a big dog park. If you ever tour there, be sure and schedule with Alicia.

Me and my son had an experience where the Dallas police came my door with their guns out and pointed at us. They were looking for my neighbor boyfriend who had and warrant for his arrest but knocked on the wrong door. I have videos from start to finish. The office did nothing about it at all.

Great overall experience with this apartment complex. Alicia took the time to help pick the perfect home for my son and I, and I couldn’t be happier! The communication with the office staff is great, they are very helpful and quick to respond. The maintenance team does an awesome job with the upkeep of this community, and are very quick to complete work orders. Being located right off of George Bush Highway I was concerned that their would be an issue with noise, but it is a very quiet area. Very happy to call this place home!

I have only been living here just under a week however the move-in experience was great even with social distancing in place the staff handled everything exceptionally. Sydney is who helped my husband and I and she was awesome to work with very knowledgeable about the property and always available to us anytime we needed help although all the staff here is always available and great to work with Sydney is my go-to. Any issues I had were promptly taken care of, the property is beautiful and very quiet so far, we have a garage and they are very spacious the townhome is beautiful. So far I love it here!

When I have concerns they always address them appropriately and in a timely manner. Sue and Alicia are very sweet and I love chatting with them. The Manager Will always treats my concerns as a priority and is pleasant to speak too. Im glad I chose the Mansions over other apartments and Im glad they chose me.

We already had a bad experience in one of the Berkshire condos, so these people did not only fix everything wrong they did in the other condo (Spring Creek) but also made us trust Berkshire again. The customer service was spectacular, Alexis, Tara, Micael, and Celeste, in person and also by email, we had a limited time to do this, and they made it possible. They gave all of the promised services, all the concessions, everything. They always listened to my queries and concerns carefully and were always helpful. Always with a smile and very professional. I am amazed and thrilled, I had never received such a service, and I am still surprised. Thank You, Reveal on the Lake, for this welcome. I love to live here. I called in for an appointment and spoke with Julio. I called back in because I was running a little late but he assured it was no problem. We looked at a couple of units and I fell in love with the property, the clubhouse and pool were beautiful as well! I toured, filled out the application and got approved in no time at all. William the assistant property director also came out while I was being helped just to see if there was anything he could help with! Overall the level of customer service from Julio and William plus the beauty of the property is what made me tour, apply and lease all in one trip! I will definitely be referring people I know to the Mansions on the Lake!

I lived here for almost 2 years & I agree with most of the previous reviews - both good and bad.The apartment culture & amentities changed when the new management company took over in October. Most of my neighbors moved or plan to do so. The new managment team, Tara & Makaila (sp?), seem to care about resolving issues that arose during the transition & I appreciated their efforts. Alexis is very caring, professional, exudes capability, & shes the best part of the office at the moment. Shes an awesome person & deserves every good thing.Overall, if youre looking for an open floor plan, lake view, high ceilings, patio, & dog park with a small-town feel in a safe, quiet area - and youre okay with the price point - Id recommend giving these apartments a chance. The units are incredibly energy efficient, so congrats on your electric bill. I had almost no maintenance issues whatsoever.One note: ensure youre aware of ALL fees, follow up on issues in person to save yourself frustration, and theres frequent freeway construction going into DFW.

I lived at Reveal for two years, had a beautiful townhome that I loved! It was quiet, had a great view of the pool. Reveal has the best pool in the metroplex and meeting friends or cooking out was always a great time! The office staff was very accessible and always willing to help. Zeth was my favorite, he even took care of my plants while I was out of town for two weeks. I’m sad that I had to move for a job transfer, but I would move back to Reveal if I had the opportunity!

Moved back in September and our leasing professional, Alicia Sadler was amazing and patient. She gave us frequent updates on finishing the application to move into the apartments. I think I can say with some confidence that this positive atmosphere came from a variety of factors ... the most impactful of which being Alicia.From the very moment I inquired about the property Alicia has been nothing but a consummate professional. The first time she answered the phone for me she interjected the phrase, “I can help,” at the end of her greeting. In my line of work those points of affirmation and reassurance are absolutely crucial and gives people a sense of security that you are truly there to help them (and I admire that).From there things have only gotten better with Alicia. She was very knowledgeable about the floor plans, personable and friendly. She’s also extremely attentive to the needs of the residents. There was an incident where I reported an issue in the building one weekend morning and by the time I got back home that afternoon nothing had been done about it. The 2nd time I reported the issue I spoke to Alicia and she was at the building in less than five minutes to handle the situation. She really made the effort to let me know she took my issue seriously and I appreciated that.I cannot stress enough how stressful it is to move to a new apartment complex but Alicia made it as stress free as possible. So far so good! Our move in was flawless, the ladies in the office were super professional, wore masks, were very polite. I love the tall ceilings and doors, our living room has so much natural light we havent even used the lights in the room yet. Closet space is a bit small but still sufficient for a couple. The grounds are very well keep, tons of dog trash cans and waste pickup stations. Looking forward to the rest of the lease.

If you’re looking for luxury apartments, you’ve found them! These apartments are beautiful! I don’t even feel like I am living in an apartment. The high ceilings really make a difference & best of all, they have great insulation. I haven’t had the need to turn on the heater much although it’s cold outside. Also, the walk-in closets are divine. You’ll love it here and living by the lake puts the cherry on top. The staff is so sweet they have sweet treats on deck.

I cant say enough GREAT things about this apartment community. They have helped my mom into her new home! The entire staff from top to bottom is WONDERFUL! Telling you that the apartment is nice seems a bit redundant because they are new and wonderful, but its all the little in the middle that makes this great. I dont have to worry about my mom being safe or comfortable or being far away. The location is GREAT for her. The view is killer. The community is beyond anything we could find for her. I would recommend this place a million times over and over to anyone looking.

I realize some of that is t be expected. I just go for a walk and feel the breeze off the lake and forget about it! I do highly recommend living here though.

The new management team is a breath of fresh air, like a tall glass of lemon ice tea on a scorching summer day, or a glass of top shelf red wine! The on-site staff are simply wonderful to engage, pleasant,professional and humane. I shared some suggestions about the gym and low and behold they addressed them all. We have new exercise mats, they had the carpets cleaned, refilled the sani wipes and keep the gym clean. The restrooms are also accessible now, before the doors were locked because of homeless folks drifting in. The maintenance team is experienced at their craft, attentive and efficient. Under this management team they even had the buildings power washed simply superb job they are doing! Thank you for giving a damn to listen and implement changes. Well done keep it up! Next we have to tackle the trifling folks who don’t pick up after their dogs. I suggest we ask people to speak up, take video/photos if you see an offender and fine the hell out them. I know it’s a stretch lol

My best friend is moving into her first apartment and she and I toured these apartments last week. Even though I am not the one moving, I immediately fell in love. I strongly believe no matter how amazing an apartment may be, I can be turned off instantly if the ladies in the front office arent professional or willing to help. Sydney was the COMPLETE TOTAL PACKAGE. My friend and I had to wait a bit before we were given a tour but they made sure to make us comfortable while we waited. Sydney was super professional and beyond knowledgeable of the complex. Every question we had, she answered flawlessly. My lease doesnt end until May but I think I found my next home!

I havent even moved in yet, and I am so impressed with how quickly and orderly things are done and taken care of. I had originally signed a lease for a 1 bedroom a couple months ago, and we ended up deciding we wanted a 2 bedroom a week before moving. When I called, Will was so helpful and made sure we were able to get into the floorplan and unit we really wanted. It was such an easy process, and he made sure there were no hoops we had to jump through. The apartment complex has been great so far, great pool and hangout area, the gym is good but could use a couple more pieces of equipment but good overall, great floor plan, and have not had any issues with my unit it has easily been one of the nicest complexes I have been in. The only downside I have experienced is a major spider migration coming from the lake for about 6-8 months out of the year starting in spring, if you are an arachnophobe you may want to stay clear.Update: I have lived in this complex for going on three years now and have a bit better assessment on everything as a whole. As far as the maintenance, management, and neighbors as a whole have been great. My biggest issue with the complex currently is the price, every year your rent will go up a certain percentage. When I moved in back in 2021 I was paying right around $2,200 per month in rent for the longest lease and lowest monthly payment, after living here for 2 renewals my rent has gone up to almost $2,700 per month. This is a great place to live if you want a short-term living solution for a lease term but if you are looking to be somewhere that you will renew more than once this may not be your complex. The only other issue I have run into is that the walls are thin in the townhomes, my first neighbors must have just been really quiet because for a year I never heard a peep but now with the past two neighbors I have had I can hear their music, fights, television, kids crying, etc... and the road noise is also very loud, if you are close to the highway you will hear it 24/7Update 2 (In response to Reveals response): I did contact the front office and talked about the price increases in rent before signing a new lease and they basically told me I was out of luck because I was in a popular floor plan and that is what they are going for now. I was told management would call me and see if there was anything that could be done to keep me at my then current rate but that never happened. I understand money comes first and it is just a business at the end of the day but it does suck to be told one thing but in all reality, management doesnt care, they just want that $$$.

When I decided that I wanted to live on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett my first stop was the Towers at Bayside. The amenities are top notch and well kept, it’s always clean and peaceful but the best part is the staff. It was so many people who went above and beyond to make my move into the Mansions on the Lake easy and efficient. Alicia and Sydnee were at the front desk they help show me my new place and help get all the little details set up. Will in accounting set up my resident portal and made everything very convenient for making payments and setting up maintenance. Randy with maintenance has worked exceptionally hard to get my A/C unit working great. I can go on and on but definitely come see for yourself and ask for one of t he great ppl I named 🙌🏾

Amazing community with a nice secluded feel right on the lake, giving you the escape you need after a long day, but also right on the Hwy for easy access to where you need to go. Lake side walking trail, dog part, Olympic style pool, exercise room, and even an Aqua massager!! What’s not to love? If you stop by, ask for Alicia Sadler!! Alicia is amazing!! She has a huge heart and truly cares about people and takes pride in her work! And it shows! She takes the time to LISTEN, and doesn’t interrupt. She went above and beyond for me answering my questions, sending photos and making videos while I was 3+ hours away. I was relocating here. She took the time to build a relationship with me, and that’s where she was successful. If it was not for her I would not have rented here. Will means well but doesn’t always come across the best ways. He talks super fast and it can come across like he’s rushing the call. Slow down. Anytime I spoke with Will I felt like I was bothering him. He is professional, he just doesn’t come across all bubbly and friendly like the other girls. He’s not a bad person, just busy and sometimes you don’t know how to take him. He did take the time to send me photos when it was raining. He is in a management roll and wants to make sure everything is done correctly and wants to dot the “i’s” and cross the “t’s” so to speak. I can understand that. He is definitely a strict rule follower and means well. Sherryl took the time to care when I was having some dish washer issues. Randy the maintenance guy is amazing, sweet, and truly takes the time to care and solve any issues. I sell homes for a living and work in customer service just like you all do. I know how hard it is. No one and no apartment property is perfect, including myself.W3 Management- Get a new trash company please. The current one will not pick up more than one trash bag at a time. That’s just silly and inconvenient. Also, we shouldn’t be charged a small fee to pay our rent via our checking account. Even if the fee is small, we shouldn’t be charged just to pay our rent.The property is beautiful, the staff is nice, some of the policies are a little too strict. Overall I give it 4 stars.

When searching for a new home, I visited The Mansions on the Lake. Jarod was very kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He didn’t try any of the “this deal is only for today” tactics to force you into signing a lease when you might not be ready. My move was several months out when I visited and he still treated me like I was moving that day. Unfortunately, due to health issues I chose another location closer to family. Jarod also went above and beyond, called me to see if I had found my home yet, and if not, he had a new unit opening. That is above and beyond good customer service. I really appreciate this kind of service

I showed up here by accident, looking for a different property. Alicia Sadler helped me right away. Alicia asked a few standard questions and was able to show me an apartment. I was looking to lease immediately and she got it all handled. Just a few days later I was living in my beautiful new apartment on Lake Ray Hubbard. Call and ask for Alicia, she’s the best.

If I could rate Sue a 10 I would. There was a mixup between this property and the ones being built in Grand Prairie. Log story short, I signed a lease for the wrong property this one in Rowlett (which I fell in love with by just the virtual tour). All because of the closeness of their names, Grand Prairie being Mansions at Lake Ridge. Sue ensured everything had gotten resolved so I could sign the lease for the right property. Her as well as Will were awesome throughout & the prompt responses from Sue and Will were unmatched!! Sue was kind and professional from my initial phone call till the end. If my job was close to Rowlett, I would’ve kept everything as it was but it isn’t.I’d recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a place to call home with a property that has management and leasing agents that truly care about their potential as well as current residents!Thank you Sue!!!!! You’re the best!!!!

At first, the Apartment seems to be expensive. Still, when you add the spectacular gym, the huge pool, the water massage (aqua whatever), we can play at the pool table with a cold beer, and the girls (Alexis, Celeste, and Bre) are beautiful and lovely. And with the Bilt card, you can pay the rent on the 18th of each month. The events are... free food, free drinks, and meeting the neighbors.

With the current situation going on COVID-19. Alicia Sadler Was a treat. Her patients and guidance through enrollment has been marvelous. She provided specific information on everything I needed to know. She was helpful from the beginning to the end along with her teammates. Even though I could not visit the property and see my future apartment, she was able to guide me in the right direction of understanding what I was going to get. I have here for 3 months and I made the right decision moving here. Randy and the maintenance team handle work orders timely and leave me a note to let me know it has been corrected or further parts are needed. I appreciate the communication on the status. I can ask questions with anyone in the front office and it gets handled.

Nov 2019 I toured The Mansions with Alicia & after speaking with her & 5 minutes of being in the Golf Cart I told her it was where I wanted to reside. My lease wasnt up until July of 2020 I feel she was like yeah right this guy isnt coming back but I did as told and stopped looking for apartments that day. Its gone from Alicia being THE BEST Apartment Leasing Agent Ive encountered to The Whole Leasing staff of Sue & Sydney all 3 being OUTSTANDING. Its like a kid being in a candy store on which one do I get today where you cant go wrong. They handle things and I might as well just say it Dude they are all HAWT. Just take my money already.Great experience. If you pay rent after the 3rd you wont like that experience but this place deserves to be paid on time. For the negative BUG COMMENTS. Look People WE LIVE ON THE LAKE. This was animal & insect territory until just mauled down and created for us LAST YEAR. Buy some spray. Abide by the rules and you will be FINE to my knowledge. I LOVE MY TOWN HOME. Me & my neighbors get alone fine & I even cook for them at times. Ghetto People please stay away this is a GREAT PLACE. If you have an attitude problem Be Advised WE ARE SERIOUSLY ARMED & HAVE A SPECIAL TREAT FOR YOU & HIS NAME IS WILLIAM, WILL, KING WILL, EMPEROR WILL, SIRE, OR YOUR HIGHNESS on PROPERTY (LMAO......). He eats attitudes like doughnuts & is The Only person on property allowed to have one. Be nice to him & he may let you pet him (Literally Laughing as I type this..). William is awesome & the mix we need. Cross him & they wont find your body until he decides to poop... Sorry Will. LOVE YOU BRO, (GRINNING...) Leave Will alone & he will do the same to you. I dont understand the pressure it takes to be a Manager of a Property like this & see where Will is needed. Thumbs up Will dont evict me from The Mansion Kingdom please Sire. (LOL..). UNLIKEU.
