I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. Unlike a lot of other complexes, maintenance here is the absolute best— shout out to Dee— she’s always on top of it and quick to fix whatever you need! She’s made living here an absolute pleasure.As far as the property goes, it’s right next to I-35 so most of the buildings are aside the highway and you can hear the traffic— thankfully my building is further away, quiet, and I have a scenic view from my balcony. Along with that, being next to the highway means you have to drive everywhere, there’s really no where to walk to. The gym and Olympic sized pool are the best part— we have 16 buildings but the pool is only crowded on weekends during the summer (which means the 2 bathrooms can get a little… 🤢 during the weekend). I do wish we had more grills as 2 isn’t enough and you often have to wait for them. We also decided to get a garage because parking isn’t always the best, especially if you get home late.I love that all the buildings have elevators, it makes your life a lot easier especially if you’re on the third or fourth floor and have a ton of stuff to carry up. As for the units, I love the high ceilings and extra large pantry in the kitchen. Keep in mind they do not come with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are super spacious— I have a king sized bed, desk, dresser, tv, full sized mirror and 2 nightstands in mine and it’s not overcrowded. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I have noticed the AC in the hallways aren’t working since last summer— they can get very hot (like 90+ degrees) where as before they used to be very cool.Overall it’s a great complex to live at, just keep in mind you most likely will live right next to the highway unless you get lucky like I did.

I just applied to Reveal and my experience was more than amazing. I seldom write reviews but I wanted to write one for this property because of the staff. I have some years of experience as an apartment locator, and I know how things can go; Ive seen a lot. But my experience at Reveal at Onion Creek with Angela, Ashley, Angela and Morgan was just so easy and chill! They were down to earth, wonderful to talk to, caring about what apartment might fit my needs, and generous about letting me see the exact unit Id be renting, which - I know - is not always possible. I felt that I could trust them and Angela guided me through the signing of the lease, with much patience!Its a beautiful property and nicely maintained. I chose a unit on the 4th floor, and they have elevators! And garages, too. The balcony on the floor plan I chose is really nice - two lounge chairs and a little bistro table and chairs will fit!If youre looking for an unusually well-designed place to live, this is it. The floor plans are spacious, and all-in-all its a great choice.

It has exceeded my expectations. Massive property with 16 buildings. I’ve walked my rounds and can attest it is noticeably clean and all green areas are well maintained. Kudos for making it happen, I appreciate it. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional, helpful and friendly. No communication issues. Maybe too much communication.Unfortunately, for such a large property, there is only one pool. However, the area is well furnished with plenty of seating, with an easy on the eyes pool design (I think they’re trying to embrace tranquility).Parking. Fortunately, there’s always parking although it’s challenging to find one near your building after 10 PM but know there will always be parking!My favorite part is inside of the apartment. It’s truly beautiful: high ceilings , stainless steel appliances, spacious living, large patio, etc.yes, I will admit it’s not ideal to live in front of an interstate but its manageable. Lastly , it’s about a 40 minute drive to the domain from hereView from building 16

My three daughters live in this complex. Dee has helped my husband and I know that our daughters, who live six hours away from us, are taken care of by someone they completely trust!! I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the leasing agents and maintenance staff are consistently professional and helpful. The property is always kept in excellent condition, and having service elevators in all buildings is a great convenience. While the location isnt very walkable and is adjacent to the highway, the overall quality of living here makes it a fantastic choice.

Living here has been an absolute delight. We moved in July 2023 and have enjoyed every moment since. The front desk staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The maintenance crew is top-notch, resolving requests promptly. We appreciate the community engagement through monthly events, which add a friendly touch. The floorplans are fantastic, and the property exudes luxury. We couldnt be happier with our experience here.

Moved in recently with a few friends from out of state! Management made the move so smooth and seamless. From Beatrice’s amazing communication to the building itself being extremely modern/clean, this property and management is 11/10. We are obsessed with the extremely high ceilings and amazing floor plan for our unit. The 5 day a week trash service and round the clock maintenance are priceless. We feel so lucky to live here and are really looking forward to enjoying all this property has to offer.

I lived here for a year and loved it. Beatrice and the others in the front office were always so helpful. They responded to our inquiries quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend these apartments very spacious and comfortable with a luxury look. You definitely get an amazing space for your money. The maintenance team was also amazing. They always responded to issues quickly and got them fixed. Hate I had to leave but moved for work. If you are moving to Austin these apartments are 10/10 would highly recommend.

I moved here in April 2024. This was a quick decision for me after meeting w/Ms. Angela the leasing agent. She was so kind and welcoming. Took pictures of balcony views of other options so I could make up my mind! The process was all set up online and it was literally very simple to navigate.Although Ive had some issues with my water heater I am amazed at how quickly they responded. Once in the apartment, they felt like my A/C wasnt cooling properly. Before I knew it, a whole window unit was installed to keep the apartment cool. It ended up not being an A/C issue but the fact that they went through those lenghts....I was SHOOK. I have lived in places where you are left to your own devices and suffer until it could be fixed. So shoutout to Ms. Dee and Braden from maintenance!The grounds are well maintained and the aparment is very spacious with 10ft ceilings. Monthly activities are always posted in the elevator for all to see as well as emails are sent out to the community to keep us in the loop.Complex is very quiet, gated and ample parking. Definetely would choose to live here again if I got a do over!

I’ve loved living here for the past 2.5 years! The complex was built only 3 years ago in 2020 so I was able to move into a brand new unused unit. I’ve seen management change when Mansions at Onion Creek was renamed Reveal at Onion Creek and I’ve had no problems with the new management. The apartments have high vaulted ceilings, modern stainless steel appliances, beautiful white marble countertops, and views towards Onion Creek. If you’re into plants, these units have very large windows to provide lots of sunlight. I’ve loved having guests over at the pool (only Olympic sized pool in any Austin apartment complex). Gym is also kept clean and never too crowded. Parking is relatively easy as I’m almost always able to park in my favorite few parking spots. Maintenance requests are super easy to submit online and I’ve had them resolved within 24-48 hours. Anyone complaining about dirty hallways or broken gates/elevators is neglecting to mention they have probably never taken the initiative to make a maintenance request for it. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive and resolves any issues in communal areas or with my unit. I’ve barely had any issues with bugs (only seen the occasional ant or spider) but pest control sprays every Friday if you make a maintenance request to be added for that week. Noise obviously depends on your neighbors but I’ve been lucky to have a relatively quiet upstairs neighbor and can’t hear my next door neighbor at all. Also my front door has so much sound dampening that any hallway noise is minimal. I also thankfully can’t really hear I-35 traffic since I chose a unit close to Onion Creek. Only negative would be this area is very car dependent and construction/traffic/car accidents are pretty frequent on I-35. I’m sad to leave this great community but looking forward to live somewhere more walkable.

I’m surprised to see negative reviews on here. I’m starting my second lease with Reveal and I’ve had an awesome experience here. Beatrice and Alyssa in the office have always been prompt, kind, professional, and helpful (even when my partner and I had 1,000,001 questions and concerns in regards to transferring to a bigger unit, haha). You absolutely won’t find a better maintenance team either, they take care of work orders quickly and are always kind and friendly. I also get a lot of use out of the pool and fitness center, which makes me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. The grounds and amenities are great, the management/maintenance teams are top tier, and the units are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Apartments are really good and all new appliances . Super responsive staff and helpful .The biggest problem with this community is parking . Management have to work on it to create new spots as many got to park somewhere else and walk to their apartment .No strict regulation on unregistered vehicles. Too many guest vehicles on weekends to use pool . On normal days you won’t see that many

I moved in last week, love the amenities of the complex and of my actual unit. Modern and sleek design with high ceilings! Beatrice was beyond professional throughout my leasing process. Ive just renewed here because my overall experience has been great! These apartments are quality and worth every penny. I always tell people I recommend ,that this community is super underrated and ive worked in property managment for awhile so ive seen worst. Ive never had any issues with management, maintenance responds in a quickly manner, Dee on the maintenance team is amazing and really care about the residents and her job, theyre doing better at having events for residents etc. Only compliant would be is the gates are always malfunctioning.

UPDATE: I renewed my lease, honestly Im extremely satisfied with the lease office and the maintenance team. They responded very quickly my request, I dont have any ugly surprises (like in my old place).just moved last week and so far everything has been amazing! All the staff is helpful and professional. I love my apartment!!! The utilities are almost new, the neighborhood is safe and quiet (at least in my building 😀 ).

I see the negative reviews but keep in mind that this is an apartment and you live amongst others that do not have your schedule, customs or living characteristics. The noise and other things are out of control of the management team and they do try to remedy the situation. Unfortunately most people do not listen or push the limit in how far they can get away with smoking, being loud, trashy etc. The place is generally clean, the pool is very nice and so is the gym. For being an apartment right off 35, I think it is pretty good for the value.

My experience living at Reveal has been nothing short of AMAZING. Beatrice helped me tremendously back in January as I transitioned from Florida to Texas. Angela the assistant property manager has been extremely helpful, understanding, and accommodating as well. Moving in was seamless, my apartment is gorgeous, and maintenance is incredibly prompt when fulfilling service requests (most times same day) I was more than happy and eager to renew my lease here and to call Reveal home.

I am so in Love with my new home. Having lived here now for 3 months, it is everything that Adrian told me during my first visit and more. The finish outs are high quality, the views, beautiful and the location can’t be beat! Adrian is always happy to help me in the office and I have had no maintenance need yet, though I always see the team out on the property making sure it looks beautiful. I even recommended two friends here so far and we literally eat dinner at each other’s place and talk about how happy we are here. With the housing market being so crazy, this beautiful property gives me everything I need without the stress of fighting others to purchase. Think I might stick around a while. Thank Adrian!

I just moved here from San Antonio for work and had been searching for weeks for an apartment close enough to downtown by not right in the middle of everything. I just stumbled across Mansions of Onion Creek and I have to say I am so happy I did! They had the perfect apartment for the right price. They made me feel right at home from day 1.The man who helped me was very polite and took very good care to ensure my move was smooth. I would highly recommend these apartments. They are beautiful and the staff is friendly.

Love living in a brand new building! Everything looks nice and clean, including the common areas. Adrian was really helpful even though we showed up just before closing and was super nice. Only reason not 5 stars is have to walk all the way around to get to the only entrance to the dog park.

Ive been living here for four months now. Some pros - maintenance has been super great with everything especially Ever who has went out his way to fix things he noticed wrong without my asking. Everything is kept cleancons - 1500 a month but still able to hear every time my upstairs neighbor moves.hard to get in touch with management over the phone at times

When I was shopping around for a place in S Austin, I knew I liked how places looked, but I am big on getting referrals and talking to people that have lived there. I came two times - once to tour and once to talk to residents. I liked that the guy Adrian that showed me around appeared genuine and sincere, and that the positive things he said were echoed by the residents I talked to on a second visit.

I applaud the way the mansions at onion creek have handled the snow and water shut off...we have had our power on the entire time!! From letting us use the pool water for our needs to having a clean up crew clean up the driveway for us to drive and walk!!! Love this place since I moved in🤍🤍🤍

Ive lived there for over 5 months I would definitely say that it is one of the best apartment complexes that Ive been too as far as luxury they definitely do take care of their people you never see cops there and when you do there are only there to patrol and just do a little drive by and then theyre gone its maybe once every other week sometimes twice every other week they have a great landscaper group that takes care of all the landscaping needs LOL everybody there is friendly havent had no problems with any of the tenants they are pet friendly just make sure you clean up after him whenever you take them out to potty I do have a dog Park that you have access to 24/7 Tesla charging stations 24-hour gym they pretty much have everything and all your needs LOL hahaha JK everybodys wonderful place to live they deserve 5 stars from everybody
