FANTASTIC! This was a huge move for my husband and I coming from NY to Texas. I had been looking for a place where we would feel at home and be happy. Please see Shay!! Shay helped me every step of the way and answered all of my questions. She is super friendly and if you’re considering moving here, I HIGHLY suggest working with her. Moving from NY to Texas is no easy feat but with Shay, I guarantee you’re in great hands. She gave me a wonderful tour of the property and was really patient working with us. This property is truly so beautiful, pet friendly for my fur baby and there’s a great pool. My hubby and I are loving living here because it feels super welcoming and relaxing in this community. Also, they host events for the tenants and it’s a great way to make some new friends!

I went in today and out of all 5 properties I visited this property was the BEST! The pool and the aqua lounge was my favorite amenities to view as well as the gym that’s HUGE! I was toured by an agent named Arkayla and she was so friendly and kind and explained everything to me. There was also someone there by the name of Missy and she was super fun and friendly. They both made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Truly a great experience and I look forward to becoming a resident once my lease is up.

Loved living at Reveal 54. I had a short lease, but would not hesitate to live here long term. Everyone at the office feels like family, and they always are quick to help with anything. The facilities are extremely nice, and they are maintained really well. Felt very safe here with my two children. Thank you for all of your help! Yall were wonderful. :)

Neil and Johnny, in particular, have proven to be invaluable assets to the community. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every service they provide. They are not just maintenance workers; they are the epitome of professionalism, promptness, and friendliness.Its not just about fixing things – they genuinely care about the well-being of the residents.Promptness is a hallmark of their service. Whether its a routine maintenance request or an unexpected issue, Neil and Johnny are always quick to respond. I had a prolonging issue due do the freeze weather we had last year, and Johnny kept checking frequently to ensure it was resolved. This level of efficiency significantly contributes to the overall satisfaction of living at Reveal 54.

I visited the apartments with a friend who was considering moving in. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I was impressed by the spacious 24/7 gym that had all the equipment a fitness enthusiast could want. Additionally, I appreciated the attached garages, which added a townhome feel to the apartments.

I had a 14 month lease at Reveal and I loved my apartment. It was a spacious 1 bedroom with a garage. It is very unique that each apartment has their own personal garage. I rarely heard my neighbors unless it was the big dude that lived over me stomping around. The amenities are also great. From the resort style pool, the gym, and the aqua massage. Property wise, I did love how it was off the road. The only hiccup is there isnt any extra parking. For every 5-6 buildings theres 4 extra parking spaces that are usually taken up by other tenants. So if you dont have any space in front of your garage, guest may have to walk from the front of the complex. Also, one thing that made me uncomfortable, as a female, is the walking paths are right behind your apartment. Literally. People are walking on the sidewalk right outside your window, which can become annoying when people walk their barking dogs at 6-7am. Lastly, I am not a person that frequents with the front office much as I am a simple tenant. But all of the times I did need help the front office was very nice and helpful. They do have a few move out rules that made things a little aggravating when leaving but I cant fault the staff as they are simply doing their job.All in all, this was a great experience & if I ever move back to the Austin area, Reveal is definitely at the top of my list.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The main reason is due to the staff at Reveal 54. I have NEVER experienced such amazing office and especially maintenance staff anywhere I have lived! Neil responded immediately to my maintenance calls and not only did he do a wonderful and thorough job, but he is also friendly, respectful and courteous!! I am so grateful to have such caring and helpful staff who go above and beyond!! Thank you!!!

I just signed my lease a couple days ago and am very excited to move into the Reveal 54 property! I love the layout of the complex with beautiful amenities and the apartment features make you feel like you’re inside a luxurious little home. I am sooo happy to have my own garage attached to my apartment. The balcony is also a great size too! Fernie has been amazing, working with me and answering every question I had so quickly and thoroughly!! He was friendly and helped with guidance in finding what I wanted which made things easy and painless!! I’m happy to say I’m a new resident here :) Thank you!

Ive lived here since November 2022. Fernie is who helped me tour, get situated and answered any and all questions Ive ever had. To this day if I ever need to talk to anyone from management I reach out to him. My lease is about to end, if I wasnt looking for something closer to Austin I wouldve stayed. Its been a clean and beautiful place to live.

The person who helped me was fernieIt’s a really nice place! Really luxurious and spacious. It’s a huge complex, the management is nice, the amenities are also a big plus. Unfortunately I was unable to move in due to out of district for college that I’ll be attending. I definitely will be back to see if they’re still available after I graduate!Spacious living spaces & stainless steel appliances as well as tile and marble back splash.They also recommended me other properties that would be in my area, budget, and district, I will definitely be coming back!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with the team at Reveal 54. Ask for Megan L she is such a wonderful human!! All of the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have submitted maintenance requests and received a prompt response. Anthony was knowledgeable and also a wonderful human. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Berkshire. I strongly recommend their properties to everyone! In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Berkshire, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

We have been residents here since November 2020, even renewed our lease with the new management because they were so great! When it came time for us to potentially transfer to a sister property, Megan L. was so incredibly helpful and provided any information I needed. She even verified everything with her property manager, and was so quick with emailing the breakdown of the information for reference. Im so happy that the transfer is no longer necessary, and we will continue living at Reveal 54 knowing we are in good hands.

From start to finish, Fernie made everything smooth for me. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived in and I’m grateful to be able to call it HOME!!!! He was attentive and very easy to talk to. Anything I didn’t understand he explained in detail…. If you want to live in a mini mansion, REVEAL54 is where you need to reside…. So far so good and it’s only been 3 days now. Blessings to everyone in the front office! Keep up the good work ethic and positive attitudes. I had two bad experiences with different properties before finding Reveal 54. Holy smokes, what a difference! Fernie, in the front office is AWESOME. He has patiently answered my dozens of questions. The entire application process went as smoothly as it possibly could and I cant wait to move into my new place next week! If living in the apartment is as great as the application process has been, I am definitely going to be happy here.

Leased here for 2 years. Although the change in ownership last year brought a heavy increase in price for rent & services along with the loss of some great extras and benefits for residents around the clubhouse.The staff onsite both front office and maintenance have always been exceptional.When I first leased from overseas they did everything they could to help me get set up when other places didn’t want to deal with it.More recently, Fernie O at the front office has been incredibly helpful in a number of situations and I really appreciate this.The people make the place and, while the units really are great and spacious, the staff here really do make it a great place to live.

Neil responded to my emergency maintenance situation promptly. He was able to bring over a temporary AC unit the night I called and was able to fully repair my actual AC the next day. This community has been a breath of fresh air compared to the last place I rented. I cannot recommend Reveal 54, and Neil enough!

This apartment complex is incredible. It goes without saying that the apartments are beautiful. The thing that makes it great is the staff. The maintenance team of Neil, Anthony, Hernando and the others always come the second they can, and take care of the apartment with precision. One of them was going to come to help even when they were off and about an hour away. We rarely have an issue that doesnt get solved within hours. Meghan, Jaden, Kayla and Fergie as staff are top-notch and go out of their way to take care of you. Ive been in a lot of apartments and overall this is the best comprehensive team Ive seen to date!

Ive lived here for 3 months now and waited a while to write my review after reading several others. I will say the day I toured the girls in the office were really busy with one person yelling at them. I wanted to leave but decided to stay and realized the person was yelling at them over pet feces. I then heard the conversation and the young women told the person she would talk with neighbor and have staff pick it up. Now I get not all people are sanitary, however why yell at the office staff? I will say my overall experience with Libby and Courtney, Brandy, Demi have been great even though I did receive a lease violation for parking. This was my fault and I did apologize and understand they were just doing their job. I have recommended this place to a friend whom also leased and was also very pleased. I will say previous reviews on staff in my opinion arent accurate in my eyes you get what you give. I havent been disrespectful to them, even with my lease violation. I have seen some things while going into the gym, and lets just say I wouldnt tolerate my wife or daughter being talked down to by some of you who live here. Great customer service! I would not be able to be so civil.

Living at Reveal54 was a great experience. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with a garage. I ended up not paying a security deposit when i moved in and getting a month free. I recently moved into a house nearby and moving out was an easy process as well. I only had 1 small issue with moving out which was with my final account balance. Jayden, one of the employees at the leasing office took care of that right away. Customer service was always top notch when it came to maintenance, account issues, or complaints. The pool, the gym, which includes an aqua massage machine, and the main office were always well maintained. Only small complaint was the main gate had issues and was often kept open. However, the gate being open never resulted in any major problems for the 2 years I lived there. I had very few issues during my stay at Reveal54 and throughly enjoyed it! I would definitely choose Reveal54 if I had to do it all over again.

I would highly recommend staying here. For starters the apartments are beautiful. The pool area is stunning and the gym is everything. I love the gym. The staff are amazing. Courtney and Chris being my favorite. They are very resourceful, responsive, efficient, and overall professional. I had some issues in the beginning dealing with my lease and I was feeling like the property manger dropped the ball with me b/c I wasn’t able to reach her when I felt it necessary. However, the whole time she was still working on my situation. I received a call from her today and was actually shocked. I never expected her to follow up with me or even care about my situation and I was completely wrong about her. She is amazing. She called me and was very professional with me even after I told her I was thinking negative about her b/c I thought she dropped the ball on me. She was very apologetic even though my situation wasn’t even her fault to begin with and my situation was so complex that she had to escalate it. I am grateful for her empathy and professionalism. I honestly never saw it coming. Overall this place has great staff and the apartments here are just stunning. I love the island feel. The only criticism I have is with it being a new place you will need pest control b/c the ants are out of control. I don’t have anyone above me or under me so I can’t attest to the noise. My experience noise wise hasn’t been a issue.

While this property is heavily overpriced, we enjoyed our time living here. It’s the closest you get to having a house without actually having one. Every unit has an attached garage. The pool is gorgeous. We loved having a dog park inside the community and made lots of friends there. Jayden the office manager was extremely caring and helpful to us at our move out.

We toured Reveal 54 with our wonderful leasing agent Fernie Ortega and we were immediately sold on wanting too live here. We were relocating from Alaska and wanted to be somewhere safe and quiet. We’ve been here less than a month and we simply love it. The team here has been wonderful with assisting us and helping us journey through living in Georgetown. Fernie is always so available and helpful. He is truly a superstar in my book. I would definitely rate everything as a 5-star experience.

Whenever I had any questions/concerns he was always very prompt and professional when getting back to me. In addition, the maintenance staff here is super helpful and always asking how things are. For those looking for a more calmer setting but looking to stay in the vicinity of Austin (10-15 min drive) I highly recommend Reveal 54! Ask for Fernie hell make the process as smooth as possible!

I’ve been living here for 13 months and I love it so much. The staff is amazing, they are always smiling and greeting me whenever I see them. The pool is huge and so relaxing, big spacious gym and also a water massage room! Not to mention they have Starbucks in their office! Manual from Maintaince is amazing and quick. All the girls in the office are nice, Libby will always make your day with her friendly self.Mansions 54 is the place. 5 stars

I temporarily lived in Mansions 54 but my overall experience was fantastic. Im actually appalled at the negative feedback. Chris, was so welcoming, professional, and friendly. He took his time showing me around and was extremely knowledgeable of the property. Mari and Libby were wonderful, as well. Greeted me with their beautiful smile. The apartments, pool area, and landscaping is gorgeous; always maintained. Maintenance always waved at me. They are very professional looking with their matching uniforms 😊 One minor complaint would be there arent enough doggy stations, but I believe its in the process.

The staff at Mansions54 is incredible. When looking for a community one wants to feel the warmth of a family and the protection of an army. I can truly say that Ive experience that and more. It goes without saying that that’s the reason Ive been a resident of the Mansions since 2016. This is my 3rd property by the Mansions and most definitely my favorite. Mansions 54s community is clean, sleek, and modern. Moreover, the staff is extremely welcoming and makes you feel like family. My leasing agent Libby Garcia is the reason I transferred to this beautiful community before my lease was up at my last property. Her passion to make everyone who walks through the door feel valued is what you want in an agent. After meeting her I knew I had to do whatever it took to become a resident at this location immediately. I honestly couldnt ask for a better living environment. Mansions 54 has everything you want in a community and their community gatherings are unmatched. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to call home to choose Mansions 54. Were waiting to call you family!!!!Signed a loyal committed resident/member of the family.

It was a wonderful experience overall, and I cant stress that enough.Unfortunately Im having to move from the location due to unrelated family circumstances, but if/when I need housing in Georgetown again, Id love to come right back here!

Took a tour here today and was very impressed.Staff was very professional and they seem to maintain the property fairly well. Both the onsite and apartment amenities seem five star. They even have an aqua massage room which was unique.Will definitely be considering a move here and I would encourage anyone considering apartment living to do the same. My only gripe was no washers/dryers pre-installed which isn’t a big deal, but should be standard for luxury apartments.

I have lived here just over a year. My place is perfect for me, even more so is the maintenance folks and office staff. I had 4 light bulbs out an when I tried to change them I ran into difficulty removing the covers. So I contacted the office by phone and talked to a very professional and sweet lady Shay she helped me fill out and send in a service request, within 10 minutes a knock on the door, Hairy from maintenance was perfect he changed all lights an asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. I have never received such professional and caring service anywhere. This team is at the Top of their game, and I recommended Reveal 54 to anyone who wants an A+ Team taking care of all their residential needS. GOOD JOB FOLKS!

We leave in the Community for 2 1/2 years. We love our apartment comfort. The neighbors are good person and then most of them are same for a long. Great place closer to Heb. RR oulets , IKEA and many other shopping center. We recommend this place for everyone

I have so many wonderful praises for Anthony, a maintenance specialist at Reveal54. I called 15 minutes before closing time yesterday when I realized my AC unit outside was not working. It was 84 degrees in my apartment and just would not cool off, though the inside was putting out air. They set up an emergency call immediately and Anthony called me to talk about the situation. He was on his way home from work. He turned around and came back to personally take care of the problem! He was so caring, kind, and knowledgeable. He had some work to do, but within the hour the air was working. What a treasure of a maintenance specialist you have! Thank you.

When Berkshire took over management of our complex in October, weve seen an incredible improvement to response time with issues. The office personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, especially in establishing guidelines for maintenance work orders to ensure issues are documented. The maintenance team is extremely quick in the initial response and eager to resolve issues in a timely manner. We had problems with faulty garage door FOBs which resulted in a series of related, but unforeseen problems including reprogramming issues, antenna length, and a disabled garage keypad. Each problem was addressed as soon as the crew was made aware and they went to great lengths to keep us informed each step of the way. They were extremely friendly and professional. I’ve had a pretty good experience so far. Chris was a delight to work with there were 2 other ladies in the office that weren’t as helpful or nice. The maintenance guys are awesome haha I was running and I ran across a huge snake! Thankfully maintenance guys were right there and took care of it! I love the new build and color scheme most of all the huge garden tub! I am getting a little impatient for them to open the pool but just because I feel like I’m missing out on how amazing it is!

People not abiding by rules (dogs off leashes/not cleaning up after them/speeding through complex, ect.) Great amenities, attached garages are amazing. Cant get a whole lot better for an apartment.

Smoothest transition from one place to another that Ive ever had, and these apartments are very luxurious. Grounds is beautiful Rock work is nice. the roses in the flowers and all the plants that have been planted here and trees really make it pop. and it has death no level is the same from one side to the other the apartment complex changes its height and elevation you get a real feel of the Hill country

Guy with energy drink in hand with tattoos by front mail center around 1:25pm stole my food order from my uber driver. he was apparently flagging down cars asking for anything, and my uber driver was dumb enough to ask him if he was looking for his food order and he said yes. just straight jacked my food. residents be careful, apparently there are people that live here that steal.

Worst part about living here. Amenities advertised aren’t available half the time. Today is Friday and the pool has been closed all week. They opened the pool end of Mayish and just about close it every other week. Definitely would check into that prior to signing a lease. On a positive note office staff is extremely friendly.

I am very pleased with Mansions 54 but I am very very unhappy with AT&T which is the only option to use for this property. I almost would have rather kept Suddenlink but unfortunately I can’t. I emailed the contact that they have listed for the property because you can’t do it online or call in because no AT&T person can help. I originally spoke to Chris on 2/16 and followed up with him a week later and told him what package I wanted. He told me my unit wasn’t even registered in the system. Then here I am moving in March 1st and I get a call from Francisco which has been the most help. I was supposed to have service set up ideally on Monday but because Chris didn’t follow back up with me I cannot get service until Friday. Then today I get a call from Colton and they told me oh we will get you service( today being Thursday) and I got all excited because I was like yay their showing up early and still no one has shown up. I’m extremely disappointed in AT&T. I still don’t have service and I hope they come tomorrow. I hope no one has to experience this. Thank god I have mobile hotspot on my phone or I’d be screwed.

Everything has been great except getting the ATT internet set up. There seems to be big a disconnect between Mansions 54 and ATT. I tried to set this up a full month prior to my move in date and its been so frustrating. Now here I am, been moved in for a week now, and I find myself calling into the Mansions 54 office every day to get an update on when Ill finally have internet access and I feel like Im getting the run around. Its been disappointing only because I AM the one doing the calling, no one follows up with me on Mansions end. That is why I am taking one star.

I live here in mansions 54, the girls who work here are very friendly and very professional, Miss Libby speaks Spanish and is very preferable and is here to help you.And Miss Demi is very friendly and can help you with anything.
