    My husband and I lived here for 2 years and cannot say enough positive things about the staff here! Kim and Katherine are absolutely the nicest, most understanding, and supportive people! Honestly I cannot say enough nice things about how utterly amazing they are!Jay and his crew are phenomenal and get things done so quickly!If youre looking for a laid back community this is your place!The big negative we had about living here, which has absolutely nothing to do with the staff or the actual community, is that Grapveine tourist traffic is out of control. The people watching during festivals and holidays is great. But the management of crowds and parking is insane. Again, totally not on the community, but just know it gets very loud and very packed for about 6 months of the year.Again, Kim and Katherine, yall are fantastic and we loved having you as our management team!

    Lived here for 3 years, aside from my dishwasher going out (and maintenance promptly replacing it), I absolutely loved living here. I had a 1 bed 1 bath and it was laid out well with high ceilings. The apartment was fiber-optic capable, and had plenty of access to the local area, with a lot of great mountain, and road biking options. I feel so lucky to have called this place home!

    This one of the best communitys to live in grapevine. A well managed and well maintained property with bueatuful views of downtown grapevine (Walking distance). All the ammitaties you need bueatuful pool, lounge area with fire pit, second lounge are with tv and shuffle board. 5 minutes away from malls, airport, hotels, gas, food/bar. Apartments with large open floor plan with high ceilings. Friendly office and maintenance staff. Highly recommend living here.

    Awesome place to live. Like waking up every morning on vacation. Staff is great - the girls that run the place are like family and so are many of my neighbors. 2 bedrooms are a little pricey but they are also extremely nice. If I had the extra cash...Lots of events, walking distance to main street, restaurants, shopping, 3 minutes from the highway and, for me, 15 minutes from work. Love it here.

    I am moving out next week after 3.5 years of the best experience ever. First and first and foremost are Kim and her entire staff from Office to Maintenance The Best. Professional, pleasant with Pride in their Performance. The grounds and facilities are top notch as is the locationI am now 70. This is the best experience I have had in living. I am moving out of State. I wouldn’t be leaving otherwise

    This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Ashley. When I say Ashley was so enthusiastic about her job, you can tell she loves it, and all the residents seem to love her as well. She was extremely patient while trying to figure out our needs as to what would be ideal for us since we are moving from a house to apartment living and had major concerns. Im able to say this only, after visiting a host of other properties, no one can beat Ashleys level of service. At the end of the day, Resort 925 stood out not only for the quality of the apartment, and the location, right on Main Street. Did I also mention the apartments subfloor are constructed out of concrete, talk about a minimize noise from neighbors! The complex had everything we are looking for and more, cant wait to move in when an apartment becomes available. Thank Ashley for showing us our soon to be home!

    We are new residents and love it here. Kim, Ashley and Shelly were tops and made our move-in most pleasant. We were syncing our move-in with the stressful sale/closing of our home, but the staff here were so flexible and accommodating. Our 2/2.5 unit is beautiful and updated, and the location is the best. The Grapevine Recreation Center is across the street, but we find our gym sufficient and less crowded for our routine. We hope to be here for years to come.

    My fiance and I looked at every single Apartment complex in this area and this one was by far the best we came across. The leasing agent, Ashley was thorough and personable which made such a huge difference to us. We felt like we were being shown around by a friend rather than conducting a dull business transaction. The apartments are lovely and unique, in a perfect location! Ashley is a GEM and we are already in the process of making proper arrangements to move here when we are married in a few months. We cant wait! Thanks Resort 925 and thanks Ashley!

    Miss Ashley was amazing and kind and had a great deal of information about the property and the surrounding areas. The property was absolutely beautiful and had so much to offer. They have something for everyone, from home life, get together parties, business meeting rooms. I LOVE the Resort at 925

    Ever since I saw this place from across the road at Chill two years ago, I wanted to live here. It was my ideal location, but little did I know it was the perfect place to actually live too! What a jackpot to have Ashley and the rest of the office staff working to create such a beautiful and neighborly place to live! From community activities to fresh cookies in the office to really taking action anytime anything is needed, you feel welcomed and wanted here. I just renewed my lease because I can’t imagine living anywhere else. For a girl who moved away from home half way across the country, I couldn’t be more thankful to find a place that makes me happy to be in Texas. Worth every penny and for as long as I possibly can you will find me here! Thank you!!!!

    This place is fantastic. The building is really well maintained and is obviously in a great location off of Main St. We have had really great interactions with the staff & maintenance crew here as well. Ashley in particular has really gone out of her way to make us feel like we are welcome and valued.

    I have lived here 3 years now after my initial plan of being here for 1 year. There is nothing I do not love about this community! The leasing and management staff members, my neighbors, and the overall environment are just fantastic and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else in Grapevine.
