The move-in was exactly as I expected, and I could not think everybody there for all the help they gave me.     The apartments are fine and the service also is good. The only thing that made me give one star is the noise and parties almost every night by the swimming pool. It’s always noisy and loud music and that continues to midnight . I think the management should do something about that and then I will give you 5 stars.The maintenance guy is very helpful and he deserves 5 stars for his service.

    These apartments do not have cockroaches as many others do (at least thus far I haven’t encountered any). The complex is fairly clean and safe. As for prices, they are reasonably high. However, maintenance requests aren’t quite met though mine have been minor. Staff is nice and answers promptly. Events are made for the residents and though I’ve never been, from afar they look fun. It’s a good way to keep residents happy and active.

    I love living here. Office staff is always friendly and communicative with me and maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. They take good care of everything, I never see trash or dog poop like that last apartments I lived at.

    I’ve lived at the Residence for 8 years and have gone through multiple turnovers in staff/property company owners and the current staff there have been the most helpful yet! The complex itself is beautiful and the floor plans are pretty spacious and modern for any size floor plans. A big plus is the great hang out options including bars, the stadium, and H-E-B is just a short trip away! After 8 years it has been hard transitioning out of apartment living, especially when the Residence has been home. Thank you Stacy for being so understanding, accommodating, and helpful, during such a tough moving out period. You are amazing!     We’ve really enjoyed living at this complex! We were worried when we moved in because of a few dings, some dirty areas, and a slightly cheap apartment building, but it hasn’t been a bother at all. The neighbors and quiet, the activities are fun, the staff is helpful, maintenance is prompt, we really don’t have too many complaints other than the initial move in! Its a quiet area, super close to Sam’s and H‑E‑B. The baseball field is visible from our apartment so we get fireworks every week! It’s a beautiful apartment and we’ll be sad to leave. I’d recommend it to anybody!

    This is a beautiful property and the pool is amazing. Jeanette is always so attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the pool party they threw and DJ Jenny kept the party fun. I definitely recommend living here!

    Moved in July 2022 as a relocation for work. Toured this place in June 2022 and Stacey was extremely helpful and thorough. Stacey showed me at least 5 different floor plans that fit my what I was looking for. The floor plans are spacious, garages are huge, big closets, living room area nice, piol area and hammocks are nice. They are upgrading the dog park area. What I love most is how quiet this complex is. 1 month in and I love it and Stacey helped me find the perfect home for me.

    This is a great place to live. The office staff is always willing to help. They have a nice business room that tenants can use for Internet or to print, etc. - a life saver before we got everything set up in our apartment. The maintenance staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. Usually same day service! I really like that you always see them around the property, so they notice problems and take care of them even before tenants are aware. I really appreciate how the property is picked up every morning - including on snow days!!! The apartments themselves are great, but it is the staff that makes this the best place to live.

    Ive lived here since March and I absolutely love it! The girls in the office are phenomenal and always attend to requests in a timely manner. The apartments are beyond beautiful. So glad the full size washer and dryer are included. The community amenities are upscale. Excited to see the dog park and outdoor fireplace. Gym is HUGE has brand new equipment and has the basics for an intense workout. I am so happy to call this place my home! I highly recommend living here.

    Residence at Midland is top-notch. The staff are super personable (especially Whitnee), accommodating and keep the complex clean. I love that there is plenty of parking, maintenance is fast, and the landscaping is kept up with. The staff also try to make it a family-oriented place as much possible which is refreshing for an apartment complex. They have done garage sales, toy drives, etc. to make residents feel a sense of community. That’s part of the reason the complex feels so safe! I would highly recommend! Also, who doesn’t love being so close to an H‑E‑B?!?

    This complex is great and I highly recommend the Residence at Midland.The property is very clean and my neighbor are the best. The office staff Stacey and Sonia have given me the best customer service! The resident event are fun to attend and the free beer a plus!     I was a little anxious about moving to Midland and finding a good apartment complex. I moved into the Residence at Midland without having visited before I got there. Because of this I had been on the phone with Ashley and Trish many times asking questions. Every time they were kind and helpful. After I moved in the kindness and helpfulness continued even though I was already locked in. One of the best things about this apartment complex are how new and beautiful they are as well as how great the overall customer service is. Not only are the ladies in the office great but when I needed something fixed is was extremely prompt with everything I needed getting fixed all at once. That was the one issue I was worried about once I moved in, whether the customer service would be good or not. Well, the Residence at Midland checks all of the boxes, I highly recommend it!

    Very good service the amazing young lady’s Sonia and Marisol are very knowledgeable and helpful. The residence isn’t just an apartment complex it’s a community full of nice people. Staff and management are always available to help and answer question. The location is amazing near all the amenities that midland can provide. Easy access to odessa for my daily commute. Since switching over to new management the moral of the staff has been a lot better. Living here the past 2 years have been amazing and worth the price to pay.

    Place is great. Claudia is amazing! She made things easy and does not hesistate to offer her help. She was always quick to receive my phone calls and she was very patient with my different schedules of availability. Honestly, my bf and I decided to stick to this place because we got such a quick and straightforward response and throughout our move from Wisconsin to here, Claudia was able to work with me in signing the lease and all the proper paperwork I needed in order to become a resident. Also, I got a cute goodie bag which was super sweet of her to give me! 😁

    Pretty nice place overall. I’d say it’s in the category of top tier of places to live in Midland, although there are some newer places. This one is by far the least expensive though so for intersection of quality and cost it can’t be beat. If you have problems MAKE SURE you talk to Stacy in the front office. She gets stuff solved before your even home from work, not sure how but it’s impressive. Other than that the pool could use an extra cleaning every week but overall good place to live

    Was very unsure about where to lease here in Midland Texas so I took a six-month lease at another apartment complex, big mistake. I was sold on Residence at Midland months prior but on my second visit my amazing agent Whitney Kingston sold me on my apartment. These apartment complexes are very quiet and well-kept overall. The best way to describe the attitude here is just laid-back good living with good people. Special shout-out to Whitney thank you you are right. Pool side It is better.

The staff is extremely helpful with any requests I have had, and responds immediately to any kind of construction or maintenance issues. Amy, Jennifer, Trish, and Ashley are all super friendly and knowledgeable. The level of customer service residents receive here is unmatched in West Texas.Besides great customer service, the actual apartments are very luxurious and well designed. My unit is quiet and energy efficient. Floor plans are well laid out, lighting and appliances high quality, buildings well lit, and the best part is the high quality Cybex equipment at the 24hr fitness center.I fully recommend leasing a home at The Residence at Midland.

    My experience with Stacy and her team over at the Residence of Midland was probably the best apartment experience Ive ever had. I lived out here in the Midland Odessa area for 10 years now and have never felt as good about the whole finding, applying and visiting and new apartment the that i did with Stacy and her team.     Office personnel and maintenance are always helpful and quick to respond to any issues we may have. I put in an order this morning for a faulty hot water heater and they had it repaired and working like new before 11:00 am. The community is great and very well designed. We are in a 1br 1ba apartment and don’t feel cramped at all. The apartment layout is great and everything flows. I highly recommend this complex if you want a no fuss place to live.

    I have been relocated and was not given the opportunity to go out and really seek for apartments or homes. When I came across the The Residence at Midland home page in my apartment searches I was very impressed by the pictures and the floor plans. I decided to take a trip out there and see for myself the complex before I made any decision. Trish McCarthy is one of the leasing professionals that work there, but everyone in that office is extremely nice and very welcoming. Trish was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and after taking a tour of the complex and seeing how beautiful they are it was a decision made in seconds. My girlfriend and I are very excited with our new home, it feels like were living in a 5 star resort and we are fortunate enough to call home.

    After living in an RV for a while my fiance and I decided we were ready to get an apartment. Living in Midland there are quite a few to choose from so I figured the process would take a while. I had a list of a few different complexes with The Residence at Midland being the first, thank gosh it was! When I walked through the club house doors Ashley made me feel at home immediately. I had lots of questions and she knew how to answer all of them with appropriate responses. I told her what we were looking for and she helped me choose the best floor plan and gave me a complete tour of the grounds. I went back a few hours later with the deposit and more questions and was once again very pleased with the outcome. Even though I put the deposit down late that afternoon we were approved by the next morning with an address and all! We move in July 1st and I cannot wait to see what the rest of my experience will be calling The Residence at Midland my home!

    Our time here has been nothing short of amazing. When we initially toured the Residence, it was the 7th complex we had visited that day. They were all the same, with the usual pitch and telling us that new amenities were coming soon. However, when we came to the Residence, those amenities were already there. There wasnt a more friendly staff in Midland. The entire staff greeted all residents by name when they walked into the office and showed a sincere interest in what they came there for. Trish, Jennifer and Ashley have been helpful and professional our entire stay. There isnt a better place to live in Midland, its like an oasis in the desert.

    My husband and I are seniors, it was very important to us to find an apartment that would improve our life style. We are currently at a property that does not maintain the grounds and that is not concerned with tenants needs. Ashley Plunk at The Residence welcomed us and made us feel that our needs were the most important criteria for renting. Although the townhomes on the property have not been finished, she showed us the other apartments that were a similar layout. We were very excited when we saw what The Residence had to offer. We wanted to be sure so we then went to other new properties to see if there was a better option. There was not. Nothing out there was comparable to the workmanship, Apartment features orcommunity features. We have a lease so we needed to have the unit with an attached garage ready for the end of august. Ashley was amazing. She found the building that would be ready in time for our move. We have put our deposit down and have an address already! The Application process was very easy and seamless on the web. Ashley then guided me through making the deposit on line. She was so very helpful. This last weekend my husband and I went back to the property and Ashley was kind enough to answer numerous questions and allowed us to again tour the clubhouse area and the pool that was just opened on Friday. Ashley is very knowledgeable and helpful. We look forward to making The Residence our home.

    I am relocating and the timing wasnt so ideal for me. Looking for apartments is stressful enough but when I stopped in at the residence of Midland I met a very energetic young lady name Trish in the front office. Trish has made my transition easy for me. Being 4 hours away and trying to get settle Trish always steps in and goes above and beyond to make things easier. I knew after viewing the apartment that I would make residence of midland my home. I cant thank her enough for all she has done and I cant wait to move in!!!!!

    Going on three years now. Location, location, location. I really like where these apartments are. I thought getting stuck in the very back of the complex would be a bad thing but its turned out to be great. I live right next to the dog park, theres always parking, and I can walk to the Rockhounds games. I wish they had a gate for humans at the back, but it is just an exit gate for cars so I have to hop the fence to get to the stadium. Kind of dumb they welded shut the walk-through gate that is right beside the car exit gate. The pool area is very nice and the workout room is always open and never crowded. This is suppose to be a gated complex and it looks like they are finally working again after installing an entirely new system that took over a year to install, which is what prompted me to write a review finally and pretty much what made me go with 4 stars instead of 5. My only other nitpick is that the smoke detectors go off if you try to cook anything, dont know if thats just my apt or all apts in general. But that was an easy fix. It gets pretty hot in the summer time and if you hassle them enough you might can get them to install a window unit at your own expense if you think its that bad. I am in a two bedroom and only one of the bedrooms has this issue. Rent prices have been going up steadily every year but compared to the insane rental prices in the rest of the city its not absurd. Also, At&t U-Verse is the absolute worse cable provider ever but the internet is not terrible and I stream most of my media anyways. Thats about everything I could think of. Despite its little flaws, The Residence is still a GREAT complex in a GREAT location and I would recommend it to anyone who doesnt care about pricing too much. After reading the other reviews on here I can only tell you that you get what you pay for. My apt couldnt be better. But I probably got lucky and I probably am willing to put up with more that other people.

    Our son was moving from NY to Midland TX. We needed to arrange for his apartment prior to arriving in Midland. He was given the Residence at Midland from his manager at his new job. Upon calling to inquire about availability, Stacey Loper answered the phone. From the start until he was all settled in, she was amazing and always available to answer any questions, as well as, assist with all of our many deliveries prior to arriving to Midland.The complex is beautiful, with the pool, bbq area and especially the fitness center, complete with even a Peleton. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious offering large closet, modern kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment and even an outdoor storage closet on the balcony.We couldnt be happier knowing our son, moving to a new city, will be living in Residence at Midland. Just minutes away is HEB grocery, Sams Club , restaurants and many other attractions.Again, Stacey, we cant thank you enough for all your efforts and dedication to ensure a seamless move.

    I love this community. Stacey and Sonia always go out of their way to accommodate our needs. The pool and patio area is by far the best around Midland. I highly recommend this place.

    It seems that apartment was built in a rush. We came into a dirty apartment with major issues being a new apartment. Update May 2016Well they got alot on kinks out. Fired a rude front desk lady. Ashly and her management really turned it around. From two star to four star. It was a nice stay after the first bumps when it opened.
