    Just wanted to come on here and say we had so much help from Kate in the front office. I know this place isn’t rated high on here but honestly even tho we’re kinda new tenants the place is nice. Quiet neighbors and it’s clean, a little outdated but that’s no issue. Kate was super sweet and helpful though, if anyone is thinking about moving here I would definitely consult with her

    AMAZON PACKAGES THEFT ALERT!!!! Nice complex apartment no complains about the staff but just wanted to inform here that someone is watching the Amazon van and stealing packages. Here is a video in case you recognize him.

    Parking could be better. But the staff is great. Parking I just feel like isn’t fair. Cause each apartment is limited to two cars. Most apartments have people living there with 4 or more cars and leaves no spots for the ones following the rules.

    Kate Rodriguez at the leasing office is such a great help. She answers all my questions in such a kind & supportive manner and helps in solving all my issues. Overall, the people at the leasing office are really nice. They did my application processing within a week and got my apartment ready for move in within couple weeks, which was quick. I appreciate all their help and recommend stopping by to have a chat with them.

    Want to shout out Teresa! She’s amazing. Just moved here and made my whole experience so wholesome. She took the time to explain everything and make sure it was smooth sailing from paperwork to actual move-in day. Thank you so much for all you did for us Teresa! You are much appreciated

    I like this Preston point Apartment 😃😃👍 all the employer very friendly in the management and outside clean everything I enjoyed with my dog. I come every day here and thank you so much. I’m so happy here is like heaven. Thank you.

    I love living here I love that its gated and the office managers are so nice and understanding and I love the two swimming pools and the way they are remodeling everything it looks good.

    These apartments are worth what you pay for I feel like I got a great deal and although there are some delays on services and parking isn’t the best. I know they try to make it the best, it’s a huge property and there’s work being done everyday. Teresa who works at the office is a great woman she shows up and works, she’s always there almost too much and she’s been great to work with. Shout out to her 💯💯

    I will preface this review by saying that I’ve been living in a dorms for a while so my standards of comfort are probably lower than the average adult’s :) I’ve lived here for about two months andI’m pretty comfortable. Here is a breakdown of my thoughts.Neighbors seem pretty nice. On my walk from my car to my unit I enjoy listening to their music and I often smell good Mexican food cooking. Most of the residents seem to be families and the community feels safe enough that kids play outside.Amenities are lackluster but they get the job done. They have a gym but it smells like dust and the air is still and hot, even with the ceiling fans on. The pool water is usually green so I avoid swimming, but others don’t seem to mind.Management does their best but I can tell they are overwhelmed. It takes time to fulfill maintenance requests so it’s important to be patient.I’m seeing a lot of reviews about bugs. I did indeed spot a couple bugs in my unit when I first moved in, but I kept my space free of food debris and called pest control. I haven’t seen any bugs in over a month. Bugs are a fact of life in apartments because everyone is bunched up in small quarters, but as long as you and your neighbors are clean things will be okay. Make sure to clean your cabinets as soon as you move in in case the previous tenant was messy.Overall I’m comfortable. If you plan to apply, do so with plenty of anticipation. It’s a long wait.

    Great place to live! Conveniently located for shopping and entertainment. The staff is friendly. The manager is on top of everything and makes sure things operate smoothly and in a timely manner. The maintenance is very quick and responsive. I am very happy with every experience and interaction I have had with all of the staff.

    I got an amazing tour with Kate! She was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly and she also speaks Spanish which was a great experience for my mother as well! I definitely recommended her to family and friends!

    My car was totaled, and I had to get a rental. Here at Preston Pointe, parking is extremely essential. The entire staff has been wonderful! Theyve assisted me and my son to the best of their abilities; with the resources that they have available, throughout this whole process. Kudos to the entire staff !     We are really grateful to the management of the apartments and to Miss Kate Rodríguez, with the few months that I have been here I can assure you that although it has not been completely perfect, the management really takes care of your requests, I come back and repeat, thats not all perfect, but it is impossible to deny that they really try to solve the problems that plague the tenants.

    I will speak from my experience. I moved 3 months ago. The girls helped me with all my doubts with all my process. Good team. Beautiful townhome. Lots of space. As a person, take care to keep clean and respect your rules and everything will be much better. I am super happy.

    Excellent location! It is my first time renting an apartment in the city and Teresa guided me a lot in the process, and she continues to assist me with pleasure. The apartment is spacious despite being a single bedroom and has a washer and dryer. I couldnt find a better option for me.
