Love this place 20 minutes from downtown Dallas 20 from Plano 10 from Richardson 5 from Addison the maintenance guys are very helpful and get the jobs done fast. My evening night walks are quiet and peaceful. Very dog frenly and a quiet dog park. Susan the manager has a good personality. Unlike my other apartments there is plenty of open parking if you dont have a reserve parking and my wife loves the landscaping especially the red flowers.

The truth about Preston Creek Apartments-I moved here without any expectations and met the most genuine, hard working, kind, transparent, encouraging team I’ve ever met., and I’ve had my own experience with leasing. From the beginning the communication established was very transparent. We came to a common agreement, initiating paperwork that got established in the next (3-4) following business days.,small delay on my end. Smooth Transition during move-in day.The closest curious neighbors came to say ‘’ Hello’’. And ever since then I’ve seen nothing but hard working individuals offering guidance and support even while having responsibilities of their own. Live and let it be, even with the new changes at the end of 2024(regarding parking) and the process that it took to give each tenant a written notice as well as constant reminders via email of the upcoming changes and the things that that may impact. During the process right.. everything pointed to the fact I was getting a new assigned parking spot or the nearest visitor’s parking would become my new parking spot. You guest it. I got reassigned. It was no trouble at all because every notification prepared me to what was waiting for me( and I want to take a pause to appreciate Susan,Oralia, each and every single temp individual who sat at that desk each day coming in with their best attitude and empathetic self ready to be at your service., to candy man ‘’ that’s right’’ one of the sweetest souls with great willingness to get things done the right way,Carlos sincerely grateful for your patience with my ESA when she’s on guard mode., and for the positive smile Jose shares with you every time he sees you no matter what he is doing. Could be during his morning diligence or could be when he’s ready to answer your service request.) Sincere most grateful Thank you to you all. Preston Creek’s staff, your way of work ethic when something needs priority and time is the most adequate best to be on top of all. One thing at a time. I consider. When I do decide to move because the time will come for me to get a new place to call home. The good memories imprinted in my heart will forever follow me celebrating life while I reminisce of the good times at Preston Creek. Except the new neighbors and their loud music, who knows maybe it was somebody’s birthday. Let me choose not keep those memories, or the time I stepped on dog poop hahah! Yeah! Good times. This place is awesome Susan the manager does an amazing job making sure the residence are taken care of and everything is up to par for them. The only time I would live somewhere else is if Susan was the manager there other than that, I will be at lifer at this place!!!

Everyone in the office has been great since we moved in. We are first time renters and they really took their time going over everything with us during the move in process. We have only had two maintenance issues and they responded immediately and followed up with us to make sure everything was good.

Ive been living in this property since Dec. 2013, seeing a few managers coming and going, have to admit it, miss Roxana was a good manager, always solving any issues that you have or need to be solved, but now the actual manager miss Susan I have to say.......she rocks, shes been so far an excellent manager and since shes here notice a lot of changes on the property for the good of the tenants, never had a problem communicating with the team, props to her and also the maintenance guys.

I want to thank Susan and her ENTIRE staff for the great customer service I have ever received. From her office staff, to her maintenance staff. I am a current resident and every time Ive called, the ladies are super nice. If i have to leave a message, they always return my call, plus they always follow up on my works order.

I have lived here for 2yrs. I feel comfortable I haven’t had any major issues so far. Only issues that happen occasionally is someone parking in your assigned spot. But issue has gotten much better. I love my apartment and the office staff are really nice.

Been living here for a year and just renewed my lease.. I love these apartments and the area.. The maintenance guys are always there when I need them. The apartment staff overall are excellent. Very understanding people. The ladies in the office always exceed my standards.. Thanks guys

Within the 2 years that I have been living here its been a great experience so far! They take care of my work orders within the same day. Roxana knows how to take care of her residents and its always nice to see smiles greeting me every time I walk in. Thanks for the great service girls.

I absolutely love living here. I have lived here since 2012. I have been through 3 management changes. The second one seriously made me consider moving. Then Roxana and Trisha took over the leasing office. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a business, but like all businesses if you communicate directly with the staff, they will do everything they can to ensure whatever issue you, or they have is resolved. This past year has been particularly difficult for me and these ladies have been kind, supportive, and have worked with me every step of the way. Thank you ladies!

I love living here at Preston Creek. They are always updating and improving the complex. If you ever have any maintenance needs they are there quickly to take care of them. The office staff are wonderful as are the maintenance staff.

I just moved in and i enjoyed my move in process, all the ladies in the office are great and friendly, they are so helpful! They made my move easy and convenient. application process was explained in detail, and had all my questions answered. They had a great special where i paid only $18 to apply! (now where else i looked had this)I love my apt it is very spacious and like any other apt ive been in there was some small minor items that had to be addressed but they were taken care immediately which was great! I dont see myself relocating any time soon. highly recommend stopping by and leasing.love my new homethanks ladies

Its been awesome being a resident here, i love to walk my dog around the block and compared to other apts preston creek is super clean and neat.my apartment is super spacious and there is many amenities on the property. we have a dog park and a playground that i take my niece to when she visits me!!! the new staff has enforced the policies which is great because it keeps the place we call home nice and comfortable to live at. I would highly recommend this place, and I plan on renewing until i decide to buy a house

Ive been living here 2 years now and havent had any problems. The front office was very helpful and understanding. If youre going to have guest over, please tell them to park in a visitor parking spot or it will be towed. Other than that perfectly fine.

Evelyn, at the office, made our application process actually enjoyable. We have had issues as expected, but the engineer took care of each problem on the same day and quickly. The area is quiet and very convenient to stores and night entertainment. The prices are fair. 3 months in and we plan on extending our lease.

Ive been living here for 3 years and everything is fine. I like the place, its quiet, but the bad thing is that the parking lots are very, very small - narrow and you barely have room to get out of the car. This often causes the car next to you to hit your car, but thats for the same reason that the parking lots are very, very small. From then on, everything is fine. The maintenance team always comes quickly and fixes whatever is needed, but the thing is that people who have dogs are very pigs since they allow their dogs. dogs do everywhere and they dont pick up their excrement even though there are free bags to pick up these and garbage cans and there is no control over that
