We have had the pleasure of calling Park at Siena our home since June. We were helped by Melanie who was amazing! She was super sweet and knowledgeable. I’m very happy we chose this place. Ever since then our experience here has been nothing short of incredible. Jordan and Angela are always so pleasant and helpful. Ronnie and the maintenance team are always kind and fix any issues (if any) very promptly. I love the amenities. I don’t have to leave the community for fun because they are always hosting an event! Thank you PAS staff for always going above and beyond!

Do not think twice about living at Park at Siena. From management, to the units themselves, to the amenities, everything is so great here! This community definitely stands out from the rest of the apartments here in Round Rock. We toured many apartments in the area and we are so glad we chose Park at Siena. April, Angela, Claudio and Jordan have all been super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always very prompt, usually coming out the very next morning to fix any issues. Definitely would recommend!

This place is amazing Jordan has been so helpful since day one. This apartment complex has great amenities, the club house has two office rooms perfect if you work from home. If I had one thing to say is just to check your apartment before moving in. Even though the apartment was brand new has a lot of little details that should’ve been fixed before moving in (Small little details And finishes).

Just finished touring this property and it is BEAUTIFUL!! I didnt see poop everywhere or trash thrown all over like most new apartment complexes so that was a plus, it was also very quiet.Claudio was the leasing agent helping my wife and I find an apartment and he was AMAZING. I loved his energy and his professionalism.Unfortunately, we were unable to apply at the complex, due to the background check requirements, but if you have a good background you should apply!Thanks so much Claudio :)

Great experience and communication with the entire process! Jordan was quick and responsive and very knowledgeable in what I wanted in needed for an apartment. Apartments are new with a club house, pool and gym. I would recommend people come and check it out!

Just moved to Texas from Puerto Rico and my first place to call home is here in Park at Siena!!!. Super happy here, very peaceful and so comfy. The staff is amazing and thorough to make you feel like home and their communication is on point. Had a difficult start but had a quick fix and all thanks to April, Angela and Melanie and maintenance staff. The unit is perfect, comfy and spacious, everything is so neat and so well distributed and Im in love with the kitchen. Location is so perfect, everything is pretty close and a very nice close communities. My suggestion, come take a tour and you will fall in love immediately. Extremely Satisfied!!!

We absolutely LOVE living here. Every experience we have had so far has been 10/10. Our application process was super quick and easy and move in was a breeze. We have worked closely with Melanie and she is absolutely amazing, but also every staff member we have spoken too has been extremely helpful as well. We also had our first maintenance request and Ronnie was AWESOME! He is so kind and knowledgeable and I feel confident if we ever have any issues they will be taken care of quickly.Aside from the staff, the property is absolutely stunning and in an amazing location. It is peaceful and quiet and we really are so incredibly happy we chose to live here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!!!

I absolutely love it here. I just relocated and needed to do the entire process remotely and I couldnt have done it without Angela. She is a life saver. She ensured my move in was seamless and even left a nice welcome package on the counter for when I arrived. Not to mention the community is beautiful, clean and quiet. My experience with moving to Park at Siena has been a very positive experience. From the time I met with Melanie and the staff I felt welcomed. I am enjoying my apartment as my dog is. I find everyone to be friendly. The grounds are kept beautifully and the pool area is amazing always an activity planned. My apartment is so specious. I So enjoy morning coffee on my patio and allowing my dog to have a yard to enjoy. I feel very safe here and would highly recommend this to all for a great move.

I really don’t like where I currently live and when I toured Park at Siena I immediately knew that I was going to sign a lease. I’ve had a countdown on my phone when when I officially move in for over a month now.

I stopped by this place last week and spoke to a person who will be working at this complex, she was handing out flyers and said they are opening soon. I took a peek inside the office and this place is beautiful. She let me see the inside of one of the apartments. I love the two-toned cabinets, the quartz counter tops and large closets. They even have a mudroom type space when you first walk inside the apartment. My lease is isnt up until September but when it is, I will be leasing here for sure! The pool was almost done and I love that there are nice/newer houses right across the street, it makes it feel more like a neighborhood.

However, I was fortunate to have Melanie and April assist me throughout the entire process.
