A Great Place to Live! We first moved here in back in April 2017. The leasing agent was very helpful and professional. We were able to get a really nice and new apartment at the back of the property near the wooded area of the trail. There werent many residents at that time and its nice and quiet with little road noise and plenty of nature. Any issues we had were addressed and the staff did their best to remedy the bumps that come with a new building. We were given concessions on the lease which made it easier for us to have such a nice place which was more in size and rent than we budgeted for ourselves. When our lease came to its end, the leasing staff went out of their way to help us transition into another unit on the top floor that better fit our needs going forward. They were patient and understanding of our specific situation and offered many avenues of assistance during our move to the new unit. The apartments are still new, gorgeous, and absolutely in a highly desirable location right off the trails, close proximity to White Rock Lake and the Dart Station! They are continually updated new features like added security and have fun social events for their residents. We are saving up for a house but if we need another year of savings, well definitely stay right here in this wonderful location! If your looking for a newly built apartment with many amenities, security, friendly staff, and perfect location, Id highly recommend the Parc at White Rock! The Parc at White Rock, is a unique place to live! Their friendly community is perfectly located in the urban city. Walking steps from Dallas White Rock Lake to go walking, running or biking! The view is amazing from the 5th floor apartment!!! There are varied dinning options around with access to the train station as well. Customer service is rendered with professionalism. Specially by Danielle and Melanie. They are very helpful and understanding. Amenities are kept clean and neat. It has been a delightful experience to live here for 2 years and a half. I had live at other apartments around the same area, but so far this have been my best experience. I highly recommend The Parc at White Rock to my colleagues and friends.

I lived here for about 2.5 years and I can honestly say, its one of the best apartments Ive lived in. Kaderick was an awesome leasing manager. Always made me feel extremely at home and was always really prompt any time I needed help. Its a big complex, things are going to break, but as a whole, they communicated well and were reactive to any problems. My unit was amazing. I never heard my neighbors, which is so rare for an apartment. And the location. Being next to Olive Shapiro was great for my dog and me. White Rock is close too, but the park was way less crowded. Depending on where you are in the building the parking garage can be a hike, but it wasnt a big deal. Amazing gym, beautiful pool, nice people, good maintenance, quiet community. If I hadnt moved out of state I would have stayed much longer.

I recently moved into the building from relocating to the state. So far, my experience has been good. I worked with Kaderick on some initial concerns and he was very helpful! I appreciated his transparency and insights about the building. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns and Im excited to fully experience the building. So far, I havent had any problems with any of the elevators or my packages. Everything has been great. I love the gym, its the perfect size to get in several different kinds of workouts. And Im excited to try the pool, once weather permits! In short, so far so good :)

My experience at The Parc has been nothing less than AMAZING! From the moment my husband and I walked into the apartment, we have absolutely love this place! We have made so many life-time friends and enjoy the Parc community so much!Melanie & Kedrick, our leasing agents have been super helpful throughout these past 3 years. From the time we went for an in-person tour, application process, move, maintenance, parking, and renewing our lease over and over. They have both been extremely responsive and have patiently answered all my queries.We continue to be impressed by the amenities and free monthly goodies. It is so nice living somewhere that has such accommodating, respectful and genuinely caring staff. We could not imagine living anywhere else. We are so happy to call this place our home since 2019.

I lived at the Parc just a couple months short of 3 years. My experience with the front office staff and maintenance has always been pleasant. They were always happy to help and in a timely manner. Any questions I had they took the time to answer. As a single female living alone, I felt safe. I would recommend the property invest in more cameras in high traffic areas but over all the neighbors looked out for one another.I rode the train everyday to work and I could count on the front office looking for me when I made it home. The area is super nice with the lake next door and the apartments are very spacious. All in all my time was great here, and this was my first apartment as well.

So close to white rock lake, I bike there all the time and this is the most convenient place I have ever seen! The amenities are nice, great gym and beautiful pool area. It is next to DART, with that being said I haven’t had an issue with any sort of break in, but I know some have. Just be safe, lock your cars, and do NOT park in a resident spot unless you’re a resident...you’re in Dallas. Visitor parking is clearly marked and enforced. All the appliances in the apartment are of quality, counter tops are beautiful. When we had the weather outage, somehow water was still working the entire time and only went out for a few hours. This place is built well, but you do hear noisy neighbors from time to time. If anyone is complaining about it smelling or being dirty, that is the residents lack of respect for their homes. The complex and management do a great job of upkeep, mopping the hallways and sanitizing the elevators. Never had any issues with pests and I’m so thankful for that. Maintenance was always available and responsive. Overall a great place to call home.

I moved into the complex at the end of June. I find the building clean and very quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, the gym top notch and the common areas very well maintained. My apartment is on the fifth floor and I do not hear any noise coming from other apartments. The staff has been very friendly and nice. I lock my bike in the bike cage and believe it is safe. The location is perfect right next to the park.The buildings get together on Wednesday before Independence day was a lot of fun, a number of tenants came out for burgers, hot dogs and beer. Lastly, I do not see garbage in the halls or the parking garage and I have not witnessed any bad smells. This is a very nice complex.

Ive been a tenant here for a little over two years. Aside from the usual apartment-living issues, this place has been great. Every unit overlooks the neighboring park which is a nice break from the regular city views. The building management and maintenance teams are awesome. Ive had a few service requests that have been taken care of promptly, thoroughly and professionally. The parking garage and hallways are always clean. The gym is well equipped and modern. The pool and BBQ areas are clean, well lighted, and still look brand new. Happy to call this place home!

I moved to the Parc after my last apartment was broken into, and wish I wouldve moved here the first time. Safety was a HUGE concern for my wife and I after our last place and feel very comfortable here. Every entrance has multiple locks before being able to get to our place on top of a security guard. the place is VERY clean, on the off chance that trash is on the floor from the valet trash cart it is quickly cleaned. I have not had any issues with my apartment that needed managements attention, but they are all kind and attentive. water issues being complained about are easily explained because the apartment is new and have sat since building until new renters move in and are easily remedied. The apartment is beautiful and I love all the amenities and think it is a great value for the money.

I got out of a bad relationship and moved into this apartment complex rather quickly. They just so happen to have a one bedroom on the first floor, as I am a wheelchair user. It hasn’t been rainbows and butterflies, as that is life. But whenever I have an issue or concern they assist in solving it. The regional manager is a joy to work with and she works with the manager here on site. Maintenance is great, and the other employees are super friendly and do an amazing job at keeping the hallways and common areas clean. I love being across the street from the dog park. That street does flood and the bike path turns into a river but it goes down eventually. The spiders and pest issue is large due to location. But worth it, the dog park and lake are a short walk away. Close to 75. Very happy.

We love it here at The Parc! The leasing staff is very friendly and seems to care about the needs of the residents here. Management really emphasizes the community aspect of an apartment complex which we love! We also love being within walking distance to White Rock lake. This area is a very nice area. The main thing I want to rave about is the maintenance service here - every time we put in a service ticket, it is completed the next day! Its so convenient and I never have to follow up. AWESOME job!

It took me a while to find an apartment that I could call a home, but this place blew my mind.First off, really great staff. Danielle and Jay are both amazing, always very helpful and friendly.The community is very secure, there is security patrolling the perimeter. Large covered parking garage, and it is very well-lit all throughout the apartment complex.The apartment grounds are very well maintained, the pool is clean, the clubhouse is always looking nice, and the media room is always on point.Love the fact that White Rock Lake is literally outside my window. Very close to the dog park, which is awesome because they are very pet friendly. It even has its own Dog Grooming Station.And las but not least love the fact that it is so close to north park mall.Definitely recommend everyone to check it out if youre looking for a quiet nice place to live in Dallas.

I lived at the Parc with my roommate for two years and LOVED it!! We lived in one of the larger units and found that it was reasonably priced and HUGE compared to what else was out there. The location of the Parc is amazing especially if you have dogs or love to be outdoors as it’s right on some great trails, White Rock Lake and walking distance to the dog park. It’s also conveniently located ON a DART station which made it really easy for my roommate to commute to work downtown and for me to go shopping or access Mockingbird station or Uptown station. I never thought I would utilize the DART before I lived here but it came in handy especially when I had guests in town that didn’t have a car.The amenities are top notch. We loved the two story work out room and when my family came in town we utilized the pool table and tv area. The pool is a great spot to hang out and grill with friends. It doesn’t get super rowdy like other pools around Dallas as the residents at the Park are a really good mix of age.Speaking of residents, they do a great job at hosting monthly get togethers so you can mingle with fellow residents. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice! The Parc truly has such a great community feel.We really loved the staff as well. The leasing agents are so nice and helpful! Our first year we lived in a unit near the back of the complex. It was nice and secluded but an agent was able to look up other units available and we ended up moving closer to the leasing office and all of the amenities for a cheaper price per month! I was really impressed with the maintenance team as well. Any issue we had with the unit from our washer/dryer to a simple light bulb switch was done in a timely manner and the guys are really nice.I would recommend the Parc through and through to a friend. The only reason we moved out was that we needed a little extra space and a backyard for our dogs.If I were to change anything it would be to open the club house 24/7. They recently closed it during night time hours as a safety measure which is completely understandable. We could still access it by going through the mail room it was just a small walk from our unit.

The property is gorgeous- the apartments, amenities and finishes are all beautiful and brand new. The location, in terms of proximity to the beauty of the lake and really nice areas of Dallas, couldnt be better. But most importantly, the staff at an apartment complex can absolutely make or break the experience, and the team at Parc at White Rock is the best of the best. Every encounter Ive had with them (and Ive had many!) has been genuinely unbelievable in terms of how flexible, gracious, and accommodating they have been. They are an absolute pleasure to work with, and due to all their help, I feel so at home and so happy I chose the Parc at White Rock Lake. My experience here has exceeded my every expectation; I highly recommend it!

Ive lived here for a year and have loved this beautiful place! The staff is amazing and always have my best interest. Whenever I had an issue for something to be fixed, it was taken care of within time frame. Im not a big dog lover but there are many that live here and for the most part they take care of their pets. I guess I got lucky and Im on the hall where we all have lives and still have fun and manage to not get on each others nerves...lol its great! Yes there have been a few hiccups with the gates and elevators during the quarantine, however we should expect delays due to the pandemic so this was not an big issue for me. Never had my car towed or my guests because I have my tags and make sure they have theirs as well. So for me this past year has been a great experience and I look forward to the next one! It was hard choosing between this apartment and another. The excellent and professional service that the staff and the manager Mr. Ramirez gave me is what made my decision. They assisted me and getting the apartment that I wanted. The manager went beyond to make sure I was pleased with my decision.I moved here about a week ago and I love everything about the apartment. They offer great amenities, like wine Wednesdays were they treat you to wine and appetizers. They have 24/7 coffee in the lobby which is a plus. I love the area minutes from many shopping places and restaurants.

Mayra in the front desk area at The Parc is always helpful when I have questions or need an issue resolved. I have always seen her be very caring and respectful toward me and other customers. She makes the difference at the complex because she helps me feel safe and cared for and is speedy in processing maintenance orders and administrative questions.

The location of this apartment is awesome! Couple steps from the trail and the lake. I have been here for half a month and very please with it. The halls to your apartment is,blasted with AC and smell great. Their gym is a good size with atleast 4-5 trailmills and 3 elliptical machines and many other weight machines and they are always available when I go. Have I mentioned J Knight, he is the best! After two long and exausting days of apartment hunting, my last stop was The Parc before I made decision on where to stay. James took his time and showed us at least 5/6+ apartment. He was so patient, friendly and enthusiastic while showing us all those apartments . I guess because of his friendliness and enthusiasm or too exhausted, helped us made up our mind and signed the contract after our tour and havent regretted since. I will give updates later.Updated after a year of stay 12/27/18: I moved out several months ago. As mentioned above, the facility and staffs were nice but there were a lot of breaking into the cars and also wheels thief. From time to time, there were roaches and crickets along the hallways but I haven’t seen it the apartment. Overall, if you locked your car doors then this facility is a decent place to stay.

Mayra was extremely helpful and helped me get moved in from one day of viewing the unit to actually moving in. She helped me get my internet and electricity set up and had everything ready within 24 hours. I was extremely impressed with her and the rest of the staff. I am very happy to be living here and feel like it is a great community!

I moved into this complex in late December 2018, and it has honestly been a great experience overall. I was moving from out of state, so I wasn’t able to view the apartments in person before signing the lease (which is why I was willing to pay $1700/month in rent to ensure I was moving into a nice, safe apartment).When I moved in the apartment looked exactly as it had online, so I was very happy with that! However, the complex is extremely difficult to move in and out of due to the layout. Once you’re moved in it’s not a huge issue, but when we inevitably move out at the end of our lease we’ll be paying someone to move us 😅 (we’re only moving out because our rent renewal amount is going to be $1900/month).We haven’t had any maintenance issues with our apartment. Anytime so much as a lightbulb goes out it’s addressed by the end of that same day, as long as I fill out a service request. It’s great! I was the first person to ever live in this unit, so we didn’t have any issues with filth left behind by previous tenants.It’s the perfect location for cyclists! We can walk right out of our apartment and ride to loop around White Rock Lake!The clubhouse facilities are great! But I do wish my packages were handled better. I get a ton of deliveries for work and if there isn’t a free locker to check the package into, it’s simply left on the ground in the mail room (Even though I’ve specified on my FedEx, UPS, and Amazon account to have them delivered to my door). It’s also very difficult to carry multiple packages from the mailroom to your apartment if you live at the far end of the complex. It’s literally a 10 minutes walk. So, if you get a lot of packages invest in a wagon.Aside from that, I’ve never had any issues here. I only ever saw one car get broken into during my stay, and an email was sent out to all residents letting us know. And cameras and additional security were added by the end of that month. I assume the break-in might have had something to do with proximity to the White Rock Dart station. Overall, very safe, clean and well worth the cost of living.

Chris, one of the leasing agents, was patient with us through all of our questions and ensured everything was ready to go on move-in day. We are obsessed with our new apartment from the finishes to the layout to the attached parking garage. We have lived in many apartments and I think its safe to say, this is our favorite!

Ive been living here for about 6mths and half and so far I dont have anything negative to share about the staff nor the apartment complex. I will say that the staff up front both Melanie and Kaderick do an awesome job at making you feel at home. There both polite and very kind and always willing to help you. The apartment complex is great I havent had any issues except for what happened during the winter storm but the staff did a great job on fixing the issue the very next day. 👏 I would highly recommend Parc at Whiterock to anyone and everyone, its a great place and awesome location.

In the world of renting, every prospective renter knows the horror show that awaits them as they look for a new apartment. I have to take time out of my day to tell you that there is at least one place where people do their jobs and you will be happy throughout the leasing process. Parc is that place.Danielle was really, really awesome to deal with. Knowledge and flexibility matter, especially when people cant wait to get out of their current leases elsewhere. Everything about this place is great; its also a very quiet area an has relaxing scenery. Other places may have that, but the staff at Parc is the difference. Havent dealt as much with Janken or Melanie, but theyve been great when I have. Office phones get answered, effort is given to offer alternate quotes, tours, supplemental brochures/photos, etc.We havent moved in yet, so Ill update after weve been there a while. But, what is usually the worst part of the process, aside from moving your stuff, was actually fun so I say come take a look. It also doesnt hurt that these are the best move-in specials Ive seen, so while they fill up this new property, hurry up and take advantage.

Great place to live in my opinion. Ive never experienced any car safety issues ive seen in some other reviews( perhaps it was people with valuables and bags in their car, usual cause of a car break in). Though ive only lived here three months i like it a lot. Hallways are always pretty cooled off even in this summer heat. Im not much of a meet and greet person but its cool they have 3-4 monthly events .My favorite apartment ive ever had.But i will agree with the negative comments towards floor 4, the first apartment by the parking garage floor reeks of cat odor when i occasionally have to park on the roof.

Update: i really do love this place and recommend it. But there are some truth about parking and elevators.While there are a lot of pros there are a lot of cons to living here!My husband and i lived here for a year and as each month passed by things seemed to be getting worse... The staff is great, people are friendly, place is nice, but elevators are constantly broken, entry gates broken, my friends got towed multiple times because there is no parking, whenever i have a visitor the ext NEVER worked and i had to walk down because the elevators are always broken... and let them in. All winter i tried and asked for the fire place to be turned on and it never worked the year we lived there.I almost never write reviews but today was my tipping point the mail room is a disaster, my packages are constantly stolen, the electronic mail room unit was broken so my package was sent elsewhere and i’m trying to find it.Don’t be fooled by the looks, it’s great and all but i’m not really happy with my experience....

The location is great, the staff was always available and willing to help if needed and I never experienced any issues with the parking garage, trash or anything else! They put on great events for the community and the gym is one the best Ive had out of all 12 apartments Ive ever lived in. If I wouldnt have been relocated for a job I wouldnt have left!

The Parc is the new standard for Dallas!What a great experience its been living here. Very easy going and social staff. Very professional and always a quick response for any questions or concerns.My only regret is that I wont be able to live here longer, as I will be moving out of state. Very affordable in a well accommodated and quiet area, those with pets will find this to be prime location while living in Dallas.Despite the very flashy and polished first impression of the building, you feel welcomed and part of the family almost immediately. The sponsored social events are very easy going and down to earth. Its just the right combination of prestige and casual.I cant thank Danielle, Devaughn and company enough for all of their willingness to go above and beyond for their tenats. Update: I spoke to the manager Danielle today and she was very helpful. Apparently the policies cited that prevented my issues being taken care of, were not, in fact, policy. Changed my rating to 4 stars based on the very positive conversation I had with her and the assumption that I wont have any further issues. The fact that I had to press for written documentation of the problematic policies before she intervened/apologized is still very frustrating, but I appreciate her candor and competence.***Location is excellent and finishes are nice, but Ive had non-stop issues with receiving packages/mail (literally hundreds of dollars in stolen packages and nothing they can do because of policy) as well as significant parking issues. Pretty much the only thing going for the place now is the fact that its so close to the lake/trails, and the maintenance staff is great.

Greatly enjoyed the hospitality at Parc at White Rock. We are greatly appreciated with Mayra and the rest of the staff for making things run very smoothly and facilitating our application process. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new place to call home.

I have to say the staff at this apartment complex is always sooo friendly and helpful. I don’t rent here but I have had to ask to use their printer twice and my experience has been very pleasant and helpful. I will be looking for an apartment at the end of March. I will definitely inquire at that time about availability. Thank you for being so kind and helpful to me.

I really love this place! It is super pet friendly and the leasing staff are wonderful. Melanie is extremely personable and she was the first person I met when I came to view the property. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit because it could be your place to call home!
