    I have lived here for over a year and I love it. The coffee in the leasing office is great, and the staff is very friendly. Raven and Kristina will help you with any problem you have no matter how big or small and have both been a huge help with issues that arise in day to day apartment living. Fast and easy access to food and grocery, but traffic can get backed up at times because of proximity to the highway. The trash valet makes not having to travel to the one dumpster on the property much easier and hassle free. Good place to live overall.

    I live there for years without any issues like other apartments. We felt home like surrounding and security in this gated community. They charge you little more for the additional services they provided. But itā€™s ok for the services. Office staff is promptly responding to issues all the time. Small size gym and kids love using their swimming pool. I recommend this place to my friends and all.

    I have lived in this community since 2009. There have been painful challenges with different owners and management staff from time to time.The latest staff is excellent! (10/31/2024)Ashley is the General Manager and she is a great asset to this community.Kristina has always been personable, professional, and courteous. I have the same pleasant experience with Anam.Cristina, manager of resident retention, is a pleasure to work with. She makes renewing the lease a pleasant experience. I appreciate her professionalism and sincerity.The maintenance team are also communicative and professional. Their attention to detail and followup with residents is very assuring.Once again I had planned to relocate this year but thanks to Ashley and her new team there is a new sense of security. Looking forward to another 15 months at Palm Valley!

    I am a current resident and have been here since 2009. The apts are within walking distance to HEB, restaurants and CVS. Bailey in the front office is extremely helpful and kind. I had an emergency situation on Sunday and she took care of it immediately. The apts are beautiful, very spacious and my neighbors are very quiet and respectful.

    I lived here for almost 4 years.Great Location and fair prices. Great community. Glad to have called it home.I have 2 items for feedback:1. Owners need to give the office staff more freedom to deal with the issues with residents. (I have heard many other residents frustrated that the lease and the owners policies give the office little wiggle room to accommodate)2. Breezeways and front porches need to stay clean for visitors. It is a bit embarrassing when your visitors comment on the cleanliness of your front porch.

    Palm Valley is a fantastic community to live in! Very friendly leasing staff who are highly respectful, professional, and understanding and will work with you. I needed a handicap unit for my mother, and within 24 hours, the fantastic Maintenance team made it available. Move-in process was a breeze and the Maintenance staff (although we have not needed them much because everything works perfectly)- are prompt and professional- So Thank you Guys!! To the Manager and all the leasing staff a HUGE THANK YOU for making everything possible for us! We absolutely LOVE this place...And ..oh...Totally Hi-Tech..gates are opened by an app on your phone and you can open them from your apartment if a visitor is trying to enter to come visit you..also you can generate a temporary visiting code for Door Dash etc! Love It! Come be our neighbor! Reasonable rates and specials.

    I went there for a tour of one of the units. I tried the self guided tour but was stuck and confused. The ladies at the office had no problem helping me out. I worked with Kristina and she was fantastic. Very communicative and answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable on the units pricing and what fits my needs. I also noticed while I was there how clean the property is.

    The apartments are clean and well maintained; However, appliances are outdated. My refrigerator was broken and freezing all of my vegetables and ruining my groceries, and It took 2 weeks to get them to come out. I reported my issues to the front desk staff, and they did not communicate them to the management team as they stated. This apartment complex also has contracts with a local tow truck company, so that if you do not register your guests immediately, they will tow the vehicle away, this can be stressful when your guests comes over for an hour and you forget to register them. Lack of follow through, and the towing situation makes living here difficult. Also, the road known as AW GRIMES BLVD can be very busy in the mornings and evenings, making it difficult to leave and arrive. 4 stars because- despite the lack of follow through at times by NON management office team members- the management team has always made amends for problems; The management always acknowledged delays and any difficulties experienced, and the current front office manager, Ashley, is able to handle complaints in an acceptable manner. Comparative to other apartments in the area and their offerings, living at Palm Valley is overall a pleasant experience.

    Weā€™ll be moving in on October 1st 23 and we have had the best experience with the whole applying and moving process. Our leasing agent, Bailey Wells, has been absolutely outstanding and I 100% recommend anyone thinking about moving here to do so. Very pleased with her customer service!

    I have been living here for awhile now with my daughter and I absolutely love it. Bailey the employee here, I appreciate for always being so nice to the kids that come in the office and surround her desk after school. She always throw the best events and the property is very kept up. Maintenance always finishes work orders in a timely manner. I recommend this property as a home.

    Ever wonder what customer service really means? Well look no further! Having had a chat with Palm Valley Management (especially Bailey Wells) proved to me that customer service still is a prime concern. From day 1-meet to move in and after, management has been there to support me and make feel part of! Dont get me wrong, I wasnt born yesterday (40yr veteran of living in Austin Apartments), this is not about getting you in and fare well. This is about finding a place where you can call home and I have! There is plenty of good things about Palm Valley Apartments and one in specific that elevates my greatest pet pee 100%.     Beautiful complex. The office workers are so friendly and willing to help with any situation. I spoke with Frida over the phone and she made the move in process super easy! The maintenance staff are always smiling, and really take the time to show they are there for you!

    The apartments are very nice & updated! My niece had her birthday party in the main building and it was beautiful with the large windows and the pool was sparkling. Bailey was very nice & had the best attitude - you could tell she really loved working for Palm Valley. Highly recommend, go to Bailey with any questions you wonā€™t regret it!!

    Great community, all around great staff. I visited looking around preparing for when my lease is up and Bailey helped us out & answered all the questions I had.     I was on the search for an apt as I was getting ready to sell my home, and after visiting 10 different apt communities (yes 10!) I knew Palm Valley Apts was the next place to call home. I had the pleasure of working with Kia, whom was such a delight to work with. She was welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Moving from a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2 story home to an apt is a HUGE adjustment, and I had so many questions to ask ...and Kia was quick to respond to everything which I truly appreciated. Palm Valley Apts checked all the boxes for me: 1Location (across the street is H-E-B, LA Fitness, Dutch Bros Coffee, Nail Salon, McDonalds, Wingstop, and so much more) affordable rent, clean community, and I love my unit especially having an attached yard for my furbabies. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

    I came in for a tour of the apartments, Bailey was the first person to greet me and take care of me! I had my 2 kids with me, and she was very patient and kind with all the questions I had and very sweet with my kids. Apartment shopping with 2 kids isnā€™t ideal, but Bailey made everything very smooth. Iā€™m very appreciative of her! We will definitely be back.

    Its a good place to live, easy commute to my work in Georgetown. The new management company is giving the whole place a face-lift, including the pool area, which is nice to see being done. The office staff does their best to be helpful.

    I have lived here for about 2 years now, heres my experience.The office staff are very nice. Despite some of the few times I had troubles, Ines has always made everything right. I cant express how many times Ines has resolved my issues and always with a pleasant tone. As a matter fact, Ines professional manner, consideration and understanding is one of the biggest reasons im still at Palm Valley. You dont find exceptional service everywhere, so why give it up when youve found it, right? Obviously, dont expect extensive service if you reach them around closing hours but even then, the office staff has stayed past office hours to accommodate me, which I am very thankful for (@Ines & @Bryce). Bryce and Mary are very nice individuals. Bryce is a smooth talker, so if youre used to unfriendly/awkward phone conversations then youll be surprised once talking with him. Mary is somewhat new so I dont have much comment besides the fact that shes very nice and sweet. If you are looking for a place where you can depend on the propertys staff, then this place is a great pick.The maintenance staff are also very nice. They have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, even during these hard COVID-19 times. I mean, they have come to perform emergency maintenance for me during holiday weekends. Dont get me wrong, its not like the apartment is so bad that everything breaks; stuff will eventually break down, its the fact that the maintenance team were able to come and fix it in a very timely manner. I have friends who live in other complexes whose maintenance team just arent as great as the ones here at Palm Valley. So I just want to give a huge shout out to the members of the Maintenance team here, thank you!As far as pricing, I believe it is reasonable. The living space is larger than that of competitors and the exceptional service from Office Staff and Maintenance Staff are priceless. And from what ive seen, apartments around this price point are smaller and apartments cheaper than here are... SMALLER. Ill be the first to admit, maybe the walls and ceiling/floors are not the greatest, youll hear the neighbors above but hey, thats the apartment life (just let the office know but dont be too picky).Lastly, the location is really good. Come on, youre right next to HEB and 10 minutes away from the i-35.I hope viewers found this review helpful.Regards,Alexander

    I have lived here going on 2 years. If Ive had any issues they have been resolved or explained. The location is close great, close to everything. Everyone pretty much keeps to them selves and are cordial. I do like that the apartments are updated as well as the layout and option of having a back yard. I do take advantage of the amenities. I do wish the gym was a little more updated but for a free place to work ouy I shouldnt complain too much.They have overall met many of my expectations of living in an apartment. Ive lived in 2 different units both great and comfortable. I can always find a spot to park. They keep the grounds clean and all my interactions with the office staff and maintenance have been positive. They have office hours for everyday of the week and do host events for the complex. I would definitely renew when the time comes.

    We love it here!! Its close to our jobs and conveniently near HEB and other stores we regularly use. Our neighbours are awesome. the staff at the office are great. The maintenance guys are cool and helpful as well. We love the homie feeling we have here and we feel safe walking our dog at night.We have lived here for over a year and the property is very clean and extremely quiet at night. I love the quiet hours from 10p, to 8 am!! Just wish we had a dog park for him..

    I have loved living here so far. The residents are respectful, the staff do their best, the amenities and activities are lovely, and the home itself is warm and sufficient. The package room system leaves much to be desired as it is always disorganized and makes me need to look for my packages all over the package room instead of where it should be, but thats mostly carriers fault.

    I recently had the pleasure of touring one of the apartments in this complex and was blown away by its spaciousness. The layout was open and provided ample room. The tour guide andy was knowledgeable and friendly, providing a thorough understanding of the complex and all of its amenities.     I checked out Palm Valley this past weekend to visit a friend - I hadnt been there in a while. WOW! I was impressed! They have kept up the place quite nicely - the place was clean and there was a volleyball court there that i didnt notice last time. The pool also has a great vibe with a firepit and its a pretty good size. The staff was super sweet and the community had an overall sense of peace. Two thumbs up!!

    I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the maintenance man, Justin. He has been to my unit the last 3 days due to an AC problem. He has been so helpful and so kind. Justin informed me that I would need my AC unit replaced and brought me a portable one. He has come in on his days off and worked tirelessly in the eat to make sure I didnā€™t have to reside in it. Not once has Justin complained.Also the people in the front office, Bryce and Chelsie, have been nothing short of awesome and helpful as well. I honestly believe that they genuinely care about their residents. Theyā€™re always positive and willing to help. They are stellar.Iā€™ve been at this apartment complex for about 2 months and so far it is a way better experience than my last apartment.

    Lovely apartment complex with garage spaces available to rent. Placing a maintenance request is easy and they get back to you ASAP. The office staff is easy to talk to and very professional. The assistant manager, Ines went out of her way to help me and my husband. Theyā€™re also pet friendly and even have small yards for some of the first floor apartments.H-E-B is down the street and so many restaurants to choose from.

    I really like living in these apartments. My husband and I were there for almost two years. We rented a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Loved the big kitchen, had a lot of cabinet and storage space. Bathroom was super spacious as well. I liked having storage space in the laundry area. As far as the amenities went, we loved the pool area. My niece would come over often to go swimming. Really would have liked to stay there another year or two but the rent went up a little more than we could afford at the time.

    My mom has lived here for 2 years and I stay with her quite alot along with my 2 children. As far as people complaining about noise she has never had a problem. Believe me my kids are loud and we stay up late. Ive never heard the neighbors either. I have actually been considering moving here myself. The staff is always friendly when Ive been there. I love that they have yards.

    The location is wonderful, for a number of reasons.. first is proximity to major highways I make a right and I can hit 35. I go straight and I can hit 45. I make a left and I can hit 130. Second, I am across the street from HEB and a number of amenities: restaurants, the liquor store, salons and gas station.My apartment is great. I have a one bedroom with a large office, but itā€™s big enough to be a second bedroom. Open floor plan. Washer/dryer hookups. Dishwasher. Disposal and double sink. I have laminate floors outside the bedrooms. Huge windows, a porch and a little yard. For under a grand.The staff are completely customer oriented, and they are slammed. There are more than 200 units on this property and more than 300 complaints and needs and typical fixes. There are two people to get it done, and they do. Thatā€™s a testament to dedication. If they donā€™t answer the phone, come in and visit. They make the time.At some point you get what you pay for. Here you get more - in the good way. During the summer the entire area comes out to celebrate the pool. And given the diverse demographic here, itā€™s wonderful. My daughter is eight, and sheā€™s playing in the pool with bearded tattooed blue-collar workers, who are as nice and kind to her as I could hope for. They catch a football holding a beer, and say sweet things to the kiddos. You have the older Crowd in the bigger bathing suits reading a book on the lounger. The nuclear family is all over by the barbecue cooking up things and sharing with people outside their group. So if you bring things, theyā€™re yours. And if you want to share them you can. But you donā€™t feel uncomfortable, and thatā€™s a hard box to check.The maintenance group here are great.

    Moved here in August and can say this has by far been the best apartment my wife and I have lived in. The area here in Round Rock is perfect, you have everything you need so close. Apartments are big and roomy for all your needs and the staff has been so great. We have never lived in a community that felt like home this quick.

    When we decide to move Im someone who does their research about the complexes and want the best bang for my buck. After going to 13 surrounding complexes Palm Valley was last on our list. Back in Feb of this year a woman named Molly I believe who worked up front, instant had us hooked. The tour went awesome, showed us 3 different units until we loved the Torino. Weve been here 4 months and I plan on coming back and doing another review at month 11. We optd for the unit upgrade and LOVE our counter tops, new fixtures, and the space. As for anyone reading the reviews I wouldnt agree with some of the issues here. Pool is amazing, they just replaced some of the gym equipment (its a free gym), the club house looks amazing and everything is operational. MAINTENANCE is DEFINITELY A++ when it comes to resolving any issues. Billy and the rest of the team are great and respond in a timely manner. Upon move in we had some flickering lights issues and every time we asked for it to get checked out, Billy came same day usually within a few hours. Complexes around here charge more for less, Palm Valley truly feels like a safe place to call home. Renewal is up for debate due to school transferring to UTSA, which saddens us because we LOVE living here. Also theres plenty of parking, just may not be directly in front of your unit( God forbid if you have to walk another 20 ft).

    We chose this apartment about 3 weeks before we moved from NY to here. The whole time Kylie Kruger helped us through the process, got us here, helped transition us into the place, and much more. Palm Valley has been nothing but accommodating to both me and my autistic son. And this is just the front office!My apartment was clean, and everything was as described. I discovered 2 small things that maintenance had fixed and replaced within hours of reporting it. Its nice and quiet here as well, as all the residence seem peaceful.

    Its alright quite at night no car break-ins. Appliances are on the cheap side (Loud). They will hit you with a high priced fine if you break one of their rules. Club house is under construction so hopefully it will be a positive impact. Both gates open during the day and one gate closes at 6pm. Thin walls you can hear when water is pumped to upper floors when someone flushed the toilet. Living in apartments when several units are connected, youre going to have run-ins with your neighbors roaches, and thats a problem you donā€™t know you have until itā€™s too late. Overall Itā€™s okay for mid-price range apartments.

    I moved in here 2 months ago, and sadly have 10 to go. Cheaply made while dressed up to look nice, bug issues, (a lot of spiders), they donā€™t bother to return calls, answer voicemails or emails. The gym has mostly broken equiptment, the poolsticks in the main room are broken, they forget to replace the doggie bags for weeks at a time. Itā€™s a serious issue.Do not move here.Update!!:The project manager contacted me directly after Iā€™d submitted this, and within the same day, my fridge issue was fixed, my stove issue was fixed, they are hiring a new landscaping crew to treat the land correctly (so no more fleas in the grass!), and pest control will be at my house on Wednesday to deal with my spider issues.I am actually really impressed that they jumped up to get these issues taken care of, and it turns out thereā€™s an issue with their email/portal center so they werenā€™t getting some of their complaints; itā€™s been fixed now.

    Weve lived here for 2 years. The first year was great, staff was really attentive and made sure to keep up with their own documents. We are now trying to move out and the staff has lost the documentation. Otherwise it has been a good experience.

    Overall community is pretty clean and the pool area is nice. Neighbors and friendly and respectful of one another. Appliances need an upgrade, however. Maintenance team is wonderful.

    Overall itā€™s ok. The new dumpster system is horrible . We still have trash everywhere. Trees need to be trimmed. The GATES (front ) NEVER close. I go to work early and see random people coming in and outā€¦ and weā€™ve had several apt robberies and our neighbor car was broken intoā€¦

    I have lived here going on 4 yrs, everytime i have put in a work order, it has been completed in a very timely matter.The new mgr Steven has been very intentive esp when the lights in the outside corridor needed attention, it was fixed within hours. Thank you Steven.My only request is to please get the gates fixed so I know im living in a gated community.The gates have been wide open for a very long time now.can i please know when the gates will start to be closed again???
