Ever since Excel Took over this property ,the new staff is amazing. They respond immediately when I have an issue. Our experience living at Monticello has been excellent. The staff make all the difference, from leasing agents to maintenance. The community is well kept and we love it here. The location is very convenient for those who work nearby 45 North Freeway . We are already looking into renewing our lease.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago. At first i felt pretty skeptical since i found them on Facebook and it said 50% off first month rent with $0 application and $0 deposit... when Judy from the office called me, she let me know i was approved with a whole month free. Which surprised me bcuz my credit score is horrible.this is my first time renting an apartment, so im not sure how it all works. they never showed me the actual apartment i was getting, so i was kinda scared that i signed a years lease without seeing it on the inside. THANKFULLY, the apartment was great! unfortunately, it was carpet but it didnt look old and nasty. For the price i am paying, its HUGE.The 2nd night i slept here, my AC went out and i called the office the next morning, within 1 hour the maintenance man was at my apartment getting it fixed.I feel like this was a great choice and i will recommend all my friend to this apartment.

I moved in Dec 2017, this staff has been so wonderful to me in my time of loss. I lost everything During Hurricane Harvey.They have been very patient and wonderful and Im so in love with my fab apartment. Great Office Staff and Great Place to live.

Some of the other comments are stupid. Management really is putting in effort to fix the place up & make it better. Id say the worst part is the kids that run around all day (during summer / after school). Theyre loud. But any time I had an issue with the apt theyve been pretty quick to resolve it. Fridge stopped cooling, guy came & fixed it same day. It went out again a week later so the next day they brought a new one. Same deal with ac... So they are trying

I have been living here for over 2yrs on my third lease and it is an excellent place to live. I would reccomend these apartments to all my family and friends. Very nice floor plans you must see it for yourselves. Marcus Barton

I’m a resident at Monticello and I love the baby office staff there always so sweet and nice. The maintenance staff is always willing to help and fast with the work orders. New office people and I am loving the changes.

I do like this apartments I feel very safe because police are around day and night. I dont have roaches and they are very clean, also they have a very good maintenance service.

Housing specialist Ms. Sybil... she is the best I really didn’t have to do too much paperwork because she took care of me I know she here just for a little minute but I wish she would never leave so if y’all looking for an apartment definitely go to her because she would take care of you like she took care of my new move here on propertye The residents here really love her she’s car and she’s very patient that’s why we love her the hardest part for me is letting go something positive thank you Sybil for what you have done for me I wish you well in your new journey but I don’t want you to go God bless you and your family and KC love you please don’t go we need you here to make things go smooth and running good
