    I love the management in the Monticello Manor apartments! They always try their best to help out in every way they can! Especially, Brianna! Shes one of the best managers ever!!! I believe she has made this apartment complex a better place!!! Hopefully shell remain with us in years to come 🙏 💕

    I have lived here 10 years and I must say that the new manager Brianna has helped clean up this place. She is attentive and follows through on her word. She has a kind heart and respect for tall. since she has been here,she has cleaned this place up and doesn’t put up with nonsenseI appreciate you Ms. Palacios. Sandalwood needs to give this hard working lady a raise!

    My whole experience was amazing. Brianna was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made me feel so welcomed and helped me through the whole process. I came from such a horrible apartment complex (Viva Max) down the road and when I found Monticello Manor and met Brianna I knew right away this was going to be my new home. She was so professional and so sweet. My son was so excited to see his new home. Our apartment is beautiful.

    This place was very helpful on getting us in any problem we’ve had they’ve help out even after my moms passing the main office lady (Brianna) helped us with everything my dad needed and told him each step to get things better

    I recently moved in apartments with my children. I love the apartment and atmosphere. Everything was new and remodeled . I was able to meet the property manager. She was extremely helpful and very kind . I love how she greeted us and made us feel like we could find a place to call home ..My experience here has allowed me to feel safe and comfortable and great staff in office:)

    I would highly recommend getting in touch with Brianna in the leasing office. Shes done an expectational job working with me and getting me approved. Her professionalism is the upmost important to me and shes showed compassion in my situation. The property is clean and the unit Im moving into is well maintained. Thank you again, Brianna. 🙂

    My Aunt lives here and when I went to visit the other day I noticed alot of positive changes. The place was clean and and the employees looked happier. I met the new manager Brianna and told her to keep up the good work because you can already see an improvement since she started.

    Monticello Manor Apts is a well clean and kept up place. They are doing major remodeling and these units look great. Staff is also friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend to take a look for your selfs.

    In the 3 years that we have lived here and with managers always changing the 2 newest ones Ive seen have done a lot of good since they been here Mrs. Brianna , and Mrs. Janie go above and beyond for this complex and the tenants keep up the great work 👍
