    I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years and had to take the time to write my review. I love living here, my favorite things are the community events, the trash concierge(I only wish they’d clean the halls & elevators more often) and the maintenance team. Each time I’ve needed maintenance they resolved the issue inside of 48 hrs. Today, Freddy was so nice and made 2 trips to my unit in one day regarding an issue. He was so pleasant and professional.

    Today concludes a significant period for my family. My wife preferred relocation, a decision I supported. McKinney Square has been an exceptional residence. The apartments are spacious, the amenities are outstanding, and parking is convenient and readily available. Importantly, Manager Joshua and Assistant Manager Sheri provided exceptional service, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. We will greatly miss this outstanding property. If you seek an affordable, upscale apartment, we highly recommend McKinney Square Apartments.

    We moved in 2 months ago, and we are so happy to be here.> The place is nice and clean, they pick up the trash on time so the hallway doesnt look dirty, its nice and quiet location.> I have an amazing and very friendly neighbors (building #3).> There are always parties at the office for residents with delicious food and lovely gifts.The only thing I would love to have is covered parking spots for vehicles.

    Cydnie and Sherry were amazing ! Helped me moved at the last second due to some issues which I was hesitant about the 5 stars at first but Cydnie was very professional, polite and very helpful throughout my tour ! Sherry was very helpful as she took her time to move us in and even stayed longer with the whole process.

    This is a great apartment complex with excellent amenities. The pool is very nice and pleasantly never busy. The gym is great for an amateur workout with regulars being respectful of others quiet usage.The one thing I noticed when i first moved I was how diverse the community is. There is wide range of ages from young adults and couples through to families and senior citizens!Aldi supermarket is located very close by and there is a range of coffee shops and bars within driving distance.Cooling costs are not bad. I work from home and have the A/C on 24/7 in a 1 bedroom apartment. Costs about $110 / month average.They also have trash concierge which saves a ton of time.

    3 Month Resident Review -> This review will be critical to help others as much as possible. First of all, I live in a non-smoking building. Yes, they have smoking and non-smoking buildings. I have not experienced problems with smoke in my particular building like many other reviewers.PROS: I love the amenities here . They have a great fitness center, 2 pools/hot tubs, 2 gated dog parks, video game lounge, Starbucks coffee lounge w/free WiFi, community events, valet trash pick up & recycling. Maintenance is handled super quickly. The pool is monitored so that only residents and resident guests can use it:) This complex is zoned for Frisco ISD. Parking is strictly enforced, so there is plenty of parking for residents.CONS: There are a large number of pitbulls living here that are supposedly service animals:/ Trash policies are not enforced, leaving the hallways smelly and attracting pests. There is a HORRIBLE ant problem around the Starbucks machine that has not been properly handled for over a month. They are often completely out of coffee cups for the Starbucks machine and recycling bags for residents. Cockroaches have begun to invade our unit. Pest control hasnt seem to help thus far.CONCLUSION: I feel safe here and the pros outweigh the cons. There will be pros & cons anywhere you live. I do feel like the office and maintenance staff do a good job trying to keep the property safe and clean. There seems to be a lot of crime in the area and our complex seems to see less than others thanks to the enforcement of parking rules & pool access. The planned resident activities are also really great! The office always has fun treats for residents. As of this moment I am glad I moved here and would renew my lease. I will update review again in a few months.

    Definitely a 5 star rating from me, the following are the factors I chose for the basis:1. Affordability2. Neighborhood3. Quality of the apartment complex4. “Worth the money” factor5. ManagementI did a thorough research before moving in, all the above factors were taken into account, and consistently everything were more than average.I just hope the management keeps putting the same level of efforts to keep this community as it is today, in terms of cleanliness, safety and quality of response.Move in experience was smooth, the management is fantastic. I think everyone living here would agree to that. The maintenance for routine service was prompt, all other requests were quickly answered.I will update my review in the coming months, so as to be updated.#update July 29-2024: Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move to other state. I have stayed in this community for over 10 months, and my experience has been amazing. No complaints from my side. The management has been very responsive in the overall stay. Shoutout to Joshua, Sherry who have helped me with the entire move out process.I definitely recommend this community to whoever trying to search for an apartment which is well maintained, affordable, and at a great location in Mckinney.I hope the management doesn’t change. And is consistent with delivering the quality to its tenants.

    FIRST AND FOREMOST CYDNIE NEEDS A RAISE! Talk about someone who gets stuff done! I have lived at McKinney Square apartments for a year now, and while no apartment complex is perfect I am grateful for stay at a community where my communication with the leasing office is effective. I truly enjoy the amenities and have referred two friends to live here now! Thank you Cydnie and Joshua for always assisting me promptly!

    My boyfriend and I love this apartments. We moved to Texas last year, and just fell in love with the apartment, the appliances, dog park, the gym area, the pool area including grill, jacuzzi, ect. And its getting improved.The only reason we wont renew for another year is prices. They went for normal prices for crazy prices this year. From an apartment 1 bed 1 bath $1,089.00 per month, now they are in $1,500. Even worst with the 2 bed 2 bath. I am really sad this is happening. I know is anyones fault from the great team that works in the leasing office, is just the owners reason to go so high on prices.I wish prices would have stay as last year, and I could have stay here.

    Mckinney Square is a nice place to live very quiet ,Friendly Staff and maintenance Staff I was toured by Mr Austin He was very professional and answered all my questions and took the time to show me different floor plans. Prior to my move in l like to Thank all the staff and Property Manager Joshua for working out some things prior to my move in .The apartments are very well maintained and kept up. l been here 2 months now and The Maintenance Staff are great request are done in a timely manner l would recommend Friends and Family to live here.

    I have been here for 3 months after moving from Addison, TX. I love the beautiful complex and all the amenities. I have found the office staff to always be pleasant and helpful. They are quick to acknowledge you and help you with any concerns you may have. They always say hello and check in on you while they are out on property checking on things, assisting other residents or handling any number of duties they are responsible for. You can always find a staff member in the office which is a relief when other complexes are understaffed. If I have ever raised a concern, I have felt that the staff listened to me, embraced my concern and taken measures to address it.The grounds are well maintained. Staff members do come by everyday to collect any debris or feces left by pets from this complex, neighboring complexes or just people out from neighboring communities walking their dogs. Seriously though, you have this at any complex no matter what anyone tells you. This is not a huge epidemic here.Maintenance is quick to respond to any request sent to them. I have seen small bunnies running around but no infestation of any insects or rodents. The bunnies are native to the area and with all the construction going on around us, it’s only natural that they are trying to find shelter. The crews responsible for collecting trash from our doors are very reliable.I have wonderful neighbors who are very courteous and friendly. They take the time to play with my dogs when I’m out with them. We have stopped to speak and catch up with each other. We check up on each other. I’m blessed with such great neighbors. I don’t hear any of my neighbors tv’s or “noise” at all. I live in a corner apt right by the door to enter/exit our building. At most, I sometimes hear the building door close if someone slams it behind them.Parking has never been a problem. I go to work early in the morning and return late in the evening. You would think that all the parking spots would be taken but there is plenty of convenient parking. I’ve not seen any junk vehicles, vehicles being maintenances or vehicles with severe damage requiring plastic bags or duct tape anywhere on the property.Having lived in many apartments complexes, The Mansions has been one of the best. Completely happy with my decision to live here. Looking forward to my living here until work transfers me again.

    The leasing agent Austin Hodges was very welcoming. He did inform me that Saturdays were only for appointments but he was nice enough to squeeze me in. He gave me a tour of the property and i was really pleased, I applied the same day. Hoping for good news. Austin made sure any questions i had was answered before I left. And he also emailed me videos and pictures of the unit, along with specials that they were offering at this time. The property was very neat and clean and the unit we toured was very nice. I can definitely see myself living at this property. Thanks again Austin, you were awesome!!

    I moved into McKinney Square apartments around a month and a half ago an my experience has been nothing but excellent. I had a family emergency which caused me to be unable to move in a day after signing my lease and Austin H. and the management team were very understanding and accommodating. A month later I returned to reapply and ended up signing a new lease because...you just dont hear about apartments being understanding and working with a tenet like that. This was key for me! The move-in process was seamless and both Austin and Nikema were awesome to work with. I also want to shout out to the management team for being a step above throughout the entire process. If you are searching for an ideal, well kept, beautiful apartment....then look no further!

    These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. I am so bummed that I had to move out of the area for work or else I would have stayed way longer. Everything was updated and working properly when I moved in. I love the pools and the jacuzzi/hot tubs, the updated AC/ heater system cools the apartment so quickly and efficiently, plenty of lighting in the apartments. The hallways stay fairly clean. It is in a nice neighborhood where I felt safe going for a jog alone. I wish I could move back 😞

    *Updating my review as the community manager reached out to me to work on the renewal situation, I feel like they deserve a 5 starts as this was my only issue while living here and they were able to accommodate*I have no complaints regarding the apartment itself, it was perfect, no carpet, great insulation, nice appliances, etc. My only problem was upon my renewal when they tried to raise my rent by $200 at $1911 quoting the market had increased prices at the time. I looked up their website and the same floorplan for the same date as my renewal was going for $1760 (I also looked at their competitors and prices were even lower that). After bringing this to their concern, they offered me $1865 saying it was their best offer, obviously I gave my notice and now I see my apartment on the market for $1790. Whats the point of putting it on the market for less than my renewal offer when you have to take into consideration turn costs, resident retention, etc? Ive never been late or a problem tenant, the whole thing was just upsetting because there was really no valid reason to raise the price.

    McKinney square is such an amazing complex to live in. From the leasing process to actual move in the entire process was smooth and efficient. Nikema Gibbs was the most amazing leasing agent I have ever worked with. She was incredible! she was friendly, kind, efficient, and let me know all my options. I am also in love with my unit, the jetted bath tub is such a plus!!!! The bathroom feels like a spa. I would highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Nikema!

    I called and spoke with Nikema over the phone back in January. I was extremely nervous as I was gearing up to live by myself for the 1st time in over a decade. We looked at floor plans online together and talked budgets. Although I choose to go with another apartment she did helpPut my mind at ease. Her willingness to assist me at a scary time for me was really helpful. She even helped me to decide on the type of amenities I was interested in as I previously lived in a house.     Just renewed my lease again after 15 months of staying here at the beautiful Mckinney Square apartments. I made a thorough research on many more apartments in the area moving here. This is my honest review. Here are the reasons why I have chosen Mckinney square.Pros:1. Feels safe with the closed corridors.2. Unbeatable resort style pool with the occasional large screen TV in the pool.3. Biggest gym, I have seen in any apartment so far. Really big.4. Not to mention, the best staff. They are really cool.5. Decent rent prices when you sign for more months.5. Ample parking.6. Many events conducted by the management throughout the year.Cons:I honestly did not have any concern or complaint.     Oh yes!!! I’m excited to write a review of this amazing apartment complex I just moved in a month ago! I was waiting because I wanted to be as genuine as possible and I think I’m ready now.When I visited for the tour I was taken care of by miss Zatoria Smith. What a wonderful lady! She’s easy going, super nice and straight to the point! Honest and not pushy. It seems like she loves her job and her work environment. Always has a smile on her face and she’s eager to help you out with whatever you may need. I toured I couple of apartments in the area and this is the best one, hands down! Not only the location but overall … the units are gorgeous, well maintained. The common areas are pristine! The pool is to die for! The gym is super stocked with the majority of equipment anyone needs (even if you do CrossFit) After a month of living here I haven’t encounter a single issue. Maintenance is courteous and FAST! You send a request and is taken care off asap. You feel safe walking around. Residents seem nice and respectful of the common areas and parking lot. The spaces are big and plenty. There’s no loud - crazy noises from neighbors. It is so peaceful! I love it here!The office has a team of super nice ladies I can’t remember most of their names (I’m so bad remembering) but they are all smiles and attentive to your needs. Miss Maddie is super sweet and is ready to help when you need it.The apartment is spacious. The distribution is perfect ! Open and full of light ! The rooms are great size. The kitchen has more than enough cabinet space and the bathroom is luxurious.I have friends that moved around the same time I did, they ended in different complexes and are always amazed at mine. They wish they would have come here. I love the valet trash ! So neat and always on time. The pool has security which I love !!! They ensure only residents and their guests are in. There are lots and lots of residents with doggies and I haven’t seen one pile of poop anywhere lol hey! That matters :) … or cigarette butts… they keep this place clean.In my previous place I couldn’t order Amazon because it would get stolen :( there were no cameras to find the culprit … here I’ve order a couple of times already and my packages are safe! There are cameras in hallways which gives me peace of mind. They also count with parcel lockers if you want extra protection… but I’m happy with the delivers to my door as I feel they will be safe.I’m very very happy to have moved here!! And I’m very thankful my daughter and I are living in a place that offers the best environment for our day to day life. I only wish it had a playground but there’s plenty in the area :)You won’t regret moving here !!!M. Gaby T.

    What more do you need when McKinney Square gives you a peaceful place to come home too or even a personal gym where you can beat the crowd. You also have a resort style pool area and fire pits for cozy nights. The apartments are a nice size and feel clean and airy as you walk through. Ive always loved a double sink even living by myself.     Overall, the community is nice. The apartments are well established and the neighborhood is quiet. I personally feel safe in the area, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new residential space. The location is convenient to many shops and restaurants so that is also a plus. There are a few things that could be improved.. the cleanliness of the stairwells could be improved and some additional lighting could be added to the premises for safety reasons.

    I have been here now for about 3 years! Prior to the new management, I had a lovely experience with the old management. Now, that I had time to work with our new management...lets just say they are amazing! Ms.Kendra is super wonderful and very patient! Also, shout out to Meg for always following up, and making sure my work orders are to my liking! I dont have any personal issues with my apartment, as I love it. My building and floor is pretty much quite, so no noise complaints. I love the pool area, definitely one of the reasons that keeps me here.

    I moved into my unit in the beginning of August 2020, and I can honestly say I have loved living here already. From the beginning, my leasing agent Darla was very welcoming and extremely helpful in getting everything set up for me. She is dedicated to her job and she does it well! I would recommend working with her if you are considering living here. The community is quiet and pet friendly. The interior of the units is beautifully built. They even offer trash valet! Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely fashion, and everyone in the leasing office is always very helpful and respectful. All around, it is a great place to call home!

    I have now lived at McKinney Square apartments for a month now and I love it! The residents are so nice, it’s a quite community, and the staff is so wonderful. Jamie (leasing manager) in particular was so helpful through the whole process of applying for the apartment. She was more than willing to answer any questions I had and updated me while I waited for approval. She still is so helpful when it comes to any questions I have even now. Anyway, I love this place and hope you do too!

    I have Lived at The Mansions McKinney for a year a half now and have just renewed my 2nd lease. This is my very 1st apartment and from comparing other apartments (when 1st shopping around) and knowing what friends and family have lived in I feel like The Mansions McKinney has great value for everything that is offered. Especially for single apartment living! If your looking for one bedrooms. The entire staff is Friendly and Professional. Stacey is So sweet and Kind and extremely understanding and Always Always patient and Helpful. I feel like the hiring process for which they use for their staffing seems to be working because everyone is always helpful and again Professional. As other reviewers stated when it comes to Maintenance everything is always taken care of in more than a timely manner and it is such a good feeling and a relief that you know the place your living in is going to be looked after properly. I dont have any complaints with The Mansions McKinney.. they have been nothing but good to me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a 5 star all around comfortable place to live where theyll have peace of mind. I wouldnt be surprised that when the 1st thought of the mansions came along if it was God ordained. 😊😊(This Review is for The Mansions McKinney) ****not for McKinney Square Berkshire.

    I moved in here at the end of May and I absolutely love it! The office staff is so friendly and fun. They hosted an event by the pool with cocktails and food, and a lot of people showed up and hung out. There are a lot of kids here but you can tell they try to adhere to the young adult group. I mean they gave me a welcome bottle of wine when I signed my lease!Some of the reviews talk about trash in the hallway, that is only for an hour because they offer valet trash pick up. So yes please!I live on the first floor and you can hear the footsteps of the people and little dog running on the second floor... BUT thats true of any apartment. So no complaints it comes with apartment living.I had a maintenance request for my garage door and they fixed it the same day.Ive had to go to the office a lot for packages being delivered and they are great about sending me emails when something has come in, and being extremely friendly and professional everytime Ive come in.Its great living here!

    The staff and maintenance team are really what makes this place great. They do their best to address top priority issues. There have been a few emergency situations I found myself in and Martina and Zatoria have both been wonderful to work with. Maintence is typically quick and attentive to fix whatever you need. They also have so many fun resident activities for the community to enjoy!

    I have been here for 3 months after moving from Addison, TX. I love the beautiful complex and all the amenities. I have found the office staff to always be pleasant and helpful. They are quick to acknowledge you and help you with any concerns you may have. They always say hello and check in on you while they are out on property checking on things, assisting other residents or handling any number of duties they are responsible for. You can always find a staff member in the office which is a relief when other complexes are understaffed. If I have ever raised a concern, I have felt that the staff listened to me, embraced my concern and taken measures to address it.The grounds are well maintained. Staff members do come by everyday to collect any debris or feces left by pets from this complex, neighboring complexes or just people out from neighboring communities walking their dogs. Seriously though, you have this at any complex no matter what anyone tells you. This is not a huge epidemic here.Maintenance is quick to respond to any request sent to them. I have seen small bunnies running around but no infestation of any insects or rodents. The bunnies are native to the area and with all the construction going on around us, it’s only natural that they are trying to find shelter. The crews responsible for collecting trash from our doors are very reliable.I have wonderful neighbors who are very courteous and friendly. They take the time to play with my dogs when I’m out with them. We have stopped to speak and catch up with each other. We check up on each other. I’m blessed with such great neighbors. I don’t hear any of my neighbors tv’s or “noise” at all. I live in a corner apt right by the door to enter/exit our building. At most, I sometimes hear the building door close if someone slams it behind them.Parking has never been a problem. I go to work early in the morning and return late in the evening. You would think that all the parking spots would be taken but there is plenty of convenient parking. I’ve not seen any junk vehicles, vehicles being maintenances or vehicles with severe damage requiring plastic bags or duct tape anywhere on the property.Having lived in many apartments complexes, The Mansions has been one of the best. Completely happy with my decision to live here. Looking forward to my living here until work transfers me again.

    Lived in McKinney Square for over a year now and it has been a treat. Recently had to move from one apartment to another in the complex and Zatoria did a fantastic job through the whole process.     I love living at The Mansions! The apartments themselves are beautiful, we love all of the amenities- especially the gym and my son love the game room! The staff is always friendly and very helpful with anything that we need. Maintenance is So timely and respectful. We put in a request in the middle of the night and they were there as soon as they arrived at work in the morning. Over all, this has been my best apartment living experience.

    I will be joining this community in late March of this year. When I tell you that I I have been excited to join it since the day that I toured the facility, I 100% mean it. The biggest contributor to this was Megan! She was professional, kind, And she even came in on a day when she wasnt even scheduled to work to show me an apartment. Megan went above and beyond for me before I even applied. Her level of Customer Care is unmatched as far as any community that I have ever toured. The facility is beautiful. The staff has answered the phone 90% of the times that I have called. My move-in date cannot come soon enough.Megan - You have been the best part of this entire experience for me.     I moved into my unit mid-October, and with the assistance of DARLA , I found my apartment. She was so patient with me as we looked at several units until we found the one that I loved! She really did go above and beyond, her words were “ I care and I want you to love it! And even now I grow happier with my apartment. I wanted to be somewhere where I could feel at home and its so beautiful inside, Im so grateful. The amenities are great , the office staff are welcoming and there is NO issue with parking.

    Ive been a resident at The Mansions McKinney since they opened over 2 years ago. Every property has its flaws but what I love most about this one is that as soon as its brought to the staffs attention, they address it and fix the issue. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is by far the best at getting to your work orders quickly and doing the best job. For the guy that got his car towed... Im very sorry that happened to you, but this is a luxury apartment community. I think it is a good thing that they dont allow wrecked vehicles to sit on the property for a long period of time. We pay a lot of money to live in a nice place. I like it here, I have renewed my lease and will definitely be renewing a third year in a row.

    Absolutely love this apartment community. Jamie met my husband and I at the door to welcome us in. I was looking for an apartment for my 80 yr old dad. Jamie is so sweet! She took us on a tour of the complex. This is the cleanest apartment community Ive seen. She explained the process to apply for an apartment. I feel safe that my father lives here. Its at a convenient location 5 minutes from our house. I would recommend this community to everyone.

    I just moved in a little over a month ago and I’m obsessed! The detail and the aesthetic of my apartment is what I’ve always looked for with the countertops, flooring and the neutral colors, etc. The accessibility is amazing and my patio over looks the pool. Such a well kept complex and the staff is very helpful when it comes to anything! I also bought a very oversized couch for my living room and it fits perfect with extra space! Highly recommend this complex

    I am living in McKinney Square apartment here for two months now. From the day I moved-in till now, staff Jamie has been a perfect example of a professional support. She is always ready to help us any time with a positive and lovely attitude. I had several issues after moving-in because I had to change apartment # at the date of move-in , but Jamie and others followed up and resolved all issues nicely.I understand that McKinney Square has been more and more recognized want-to-live-place in the community.     From Mallory to Stacy to Jesse to Stephanie to Jason. The customer service here speaks volumes. They always greet you with a smile and I can always get a straight forward and honest answer to any question. The maintenance staff works diligently and I haven’t seen anything like it. If you need anything the turnaround time is very fast and they will not leave you hanging. The amenities are great at this property and you can cancel your gym membership because the one here has everything you need. You don’t want to miss the Taco Tuesday or the Sunday brunch. I would highly recommend The Mansions McKinney! I give them 5 stars in my book!!!

    I love my apartment, the complex and the front office. Anytime I go in they know who I am by name and are friendly to help me. Often times people write negative reviews but not enough positive reviews and they should. I have lived here for a little over a year and have no complaints. I worked with Stephanie and many others in the office and they are happy to help. I also love the complex itself so pretty well maintained and personally love no access gates. I can zip in and out with no hassle to get to work. The hallways are even kept clean and if there is something and I let them know they handle it. Maintenance has also gone out of their way to get me my service needs in a time that benefits me, since I have a crazy work schedule.

    Awesome place! Very well maintained and ALL the staff (including the maintenance people) are so friendly and will drop what theyre doing to help you with anything! Parking is good and towing enforcement is very reasonable (without parking pass = 3 consecutive days before you would get towed. They supply parking passes for residents). The valet trash is awesome and extremely convenient. They have elevators and climate controlled hallways to your apartment! The gym is huge and the pool area is crazy awesome. Thumbs up to this place for doing it right!

    The apartments are really nice and modern also they are as pictured on the website, no surprises with this place. The leasing consultant team is great, whenever I need something they’re on it right away. I’m grateful for there hospitality and they’ve made this place feel like home, especially, Zatoria and Martina. So if you’ve been looking and feel unsure about this place, come meet the team maybe that’ll change your mind.The one hiccup I have had is the pest control is a little spotty. There searching for a new company that will be consistent but as we all know labor shortages have been issue for a lot of companies.

    When I moved here in January 2017, the complex was under another management company, with whom I had a wonderful rapport. When the new team arrived in early 2020, due to the Pandemic, I didn’t have an opportunity to actually meet them. I must admit, I was concerned that the level of professionalism would diminish, but to my surprise, ALL of the staff (especially Meghan, Kendra, Christopher & Johnny) have far exceeded my expectations!! They are ALWAYS extremely pleasant and professional. I call them, “The Dream Team!!”

    I recently moved to Texas and found out that getting a nice place is harder then I thought. I loved this place and had an amazing time with the staff. I ended up going somewhere else over the 60 I could save but that was a HUGE mistake. I shouldve never settled for less and as soon as my lease is up I am coming back to McKinney Square apartments for sure!     I originally moved in back when the apartment complex was owned by a different company and under different management. As a resident I got to see how Berkshire parent company took over during one of the most difficult times due to COVID.After living here over 18 months I can say that I now feel much more comfortable with the new management with an amazing team like Jaime Robledo and Kendra Washington. They have been very understanding, flexible, supportive and helpful and always ready to assist.I can also testify to the great maintenance staff who are always courteous, professional and who are always willing to help even during off hours for emergencies. Not only do they keep the facilities clean but they also go above and beyond for the tenants like me. Jose being the most recent example among many. Jose was very patient and helpful when we got locked out and was more concerned for our two dogs than we were. Jose got us in to our house and to our puppies and he did it all while smiling.

    I am in love with these apartments. I started my process looking for an apartment very early and trust me I looked at ALOT of apartments. John was very patient with me but at the same time accommodated to all questions and went an extra mile to show that these apartments were my future home. I moved in my apartment in February. Loving the amenities cant wait to test out the pool this summer it is very nice. The pool was another reason why I was sold.

    I was of the First Tenants to move in a year ago now. I love my place. It so beautiful and gorgeous. Its comfy and spacious. I can soak in my Jacuzzi tub, or I can take a walk around the beautiful grounds. I was the first to rent, so when I first arrived there, there was no extra amenities. I understood and was patient, now all the amenities are outstanding. I will be renewing my lease for another year.

    The first time I visited McKinney Square I was greeted by Meg. Not to take away from other staff, but Meg has truly been a consummate professional! She went out of her way on multiple occasions to contact me for various reasons, she’s always smiling and speaking with residents in the complex and going above and beyond the normal expectations of an apartment complex staff member. Meg is a wonderful person and consistently sets the example of how customer service should be everywhere.

    This review may be a bit lengthy, but it is worth the read! I moved to McKinney about 8 months ago. I searched and searched for an apartment for several weeks before I moved. I decided on The Mansions, because I loved the modern look, the amenities, and the super friendly staff in the office. None of these things have changed since I moved in here! We had a pipe leaking in the wall (nobodys fault just a random thing that happened). It created mold on my ceiling and walls in the kitchen and master closet. I called the office immediately to report it. Maintenance was out there within an hour to assess the situation! Rick (the maintenance supervisor) promptly called me to inform me of the process that was about to happen. They ended up having to rip the wall out of my kitchen/closet and replace it! They put me and my son in a hotel for a week so we were not living in a construction zone. AND they gave us a gift card to help with food expenses. I dont think many complexes would do everything they did! Oh, and Stacy gave me a great bottle of wine to help get me through this haha! Each and every time I contacted the office regarding this issue, they quickly provided answers for me. Stephanie, Jesse, Stacy, and Mallory are all fantastic!! They remember who you are every time you walk in the door or call. Overall, living here has been an excellent choice, and I rarely have any complaints. I think the one time I actually had a complaint, it was about a neighbors dog barking all night and all day long. It was quickly addressed and never was an issue again! The office staff at The Mansions are very caring, sweet people! Absolutely great experience living here!

    I have been most impressed with the service team in place of maintenance. Jeff, new to the team, fit right in bein exceptional. He listened incredibly well, order my door guard and reminded me that it would be in tomorrow and he would install it. I forgot that I asked him just for the information.     So happy to find these apts. We were moving from out of state and had to quickly find a place to land in TX ‘sight unseen’. Moving is stressful, moving out of state is even more stressful and moving in today’s world is…well you get it. Shakira was amazing! She dealt with all my craziness like the true professional she is. (I need to note: All the staff are wonderful. I just mainly worked with her.) She…had…it…under control. I was able to do pretty much everything remotely and when we arrived in TX all we had to do was pick up our keys. He provides high class service and shows a genuine level of care to his clients. He goes out of his way to ensure things are up to speed before moving in. I believe he would be successful in any industry with his work ethic.     We have been residents here since they were first built back in 2016. I have lived in my fair share of apartments across the US and I can say, without a doubt, this has been the best experience by a long shot. The apartments are great with a lot of amenities but, the level of customer service and attentiveness the comes from Kendra Washington and the rest of the staff is astounding. COVID-19 hit hard for everyone and put some of us in life crippling situations and throughout the pandemic. When times got tough for us Kendra took it upon herself and to go above and beyond and secure assistance for us when everyone else’s “hands were tied.” If you are looking for clean comfortable living with a touch of lavish modern design and 5 star resident care, this is the best place you will find and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

    I loved living here, the unit was a spacious, updated appliances, friendly staff, good neighborhood only moves because of raised rent but I am a fan of this complex all of my visitors always complemented my home and amenities like gym and specially the pool.     Ive been a tenant at The Mansions of McKinney since 2017 and absolutely love living here. Anytime Ive any maintenance needs or concerns they have been promptly and professionally taken care of in a timely manner. The dog parks are kept clean and they even have someone on staff who inspects them 4 times daily and if anyone hasnt picked up after their pet as required it is picked up. They even fill up a wire basket with frisbees and tennis balls for their furry tenants!I enjoy lounging by the pool and the area is kept clean and their is no smoking allowed as well in the areas. Monthly Sunday Brunches with mimosas and during the spring and summer months there are hamburger/hotdog cookouts, taco truck on Taco Tuesdays as well as food trucks which are all complimentary to all residents.Mallory, Stacey, Stephanie, Jessie are amazing and Antonio is by far the best maintenance man EVER! I have a very high standard and am particular in where I live and Ive never had any security issues while living here. I live in the Paris model and my apartment is amazing and I couldnt be happier.

    The leasing staff has been easy to work with and accommodating through my move in process. Megan, John and Shakira are eager to help and very polite. The maintenance crew Rafael, Jonny and Jose are awesome! They allowed me to borrow a dolly during my move in and have remedied any apartment/garage issue promptly with a smile! Much appreciated!

    I lived at Mansions for a full year and it was a great experience. It is a great place to call home. Its close to a lot of entertainment restaurants in Allen and the Allen outlet mall. The two resort style pools are the best in McKinney hands down with hot tubs. It has a awesome tv at the end of the pool that comes out of the ground. Also it has enclosed ac hallways and elevator access. It has a cool media/game room above the leasing office and even has a tanning bed to use free. They also have certain days where will serve food from food trucks which I found really good and have pool events too (grill burgers, tacos, margaritas, etc. The staff from what I experienced majority of the time really does work with you and listen. I do wish they had assigned or reserved parking but other than that I believe it is the best place to live in McKinney. I moved to get closer or half way in between home and work but after a year I may move back if I do not get a house. It is also very pet friendly if you have a dog.

    I am extremely impressed with how they run their office. Mallory was extremely responsive in answering any and all questions that I had. When I went in to sign the paperwork Stephanie was great at making the process easy which if anyone knows, moving is a stressful so it helps having people that are so great at answering your questions!     I love this place!! It feels like Im on a vacation in my new apartment. I love the staff, I followed them from their previous property because they are that amazing. I see a lot of petty remarks on here that are ridiculous. People that don’t even live here. Or just about things that generally happen when living in a complex with so many people. I’ve never had an issue with getting ahold of the property manager or in speaking to any of the staff. Some people writing bad reviews have a holy than thou additudes and forget what it means to be graceful. I have lived here for 2 years now and have never had any issues. Like guess what, bugs happen.

    Lived here about 6 months so far, very friendly staff, great amenities, neighbors arent loud (though that could just be luck) the entire place is very energy efficient too! My only slight complaint would be late night parking, Ive noticed some people without parking passes who could be guests, my only suggestion would be to create guest parking in the center of the lot to give the residents room to park near their homes, other than that, great place and location!

    So far my experience has been fantastic, I havent moved in yet but my experience with Jason has been 5 stars. Love the location, clean place. Only complaint is carpet in the halls rather than something easier to clean that wouldnt carry a stentch from garbage! I would recommend this place for anyone in the market.

    I can say I seriously love my place. I love the environment and most definitely Frisco ISD. I have been here 14 months and I have not had not 1 issue. My kids play outside all day with no issues. KENDRA IS FABULOUS.... ALLLL OF THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS AWESOME 👏.....when my son takes out the trash they always tell him they will take it for him and he comes back smiling saying “mom I’m not a man yet so they take it for me” 😂 I love the pool area, last summer when it opened we literally bbq everyday and one of the residents taught my son how to swim.... Honestly, I’m new to Texas and everyone here is soooo nice and sweet..... this is the only apartment I have ever lived and I’m this comfortable and it feels like home.

    I don’t get all the bad reviews. I lived in building 20 for a year and I had nothing but a fantastic experience. The gym and pools are amazing. The staff is SUPER nice. And it’s all been quiet in my building. Beautiful place to call home. Hate I had to move out of state.
