    Lions court and there staff have been so amazing! They are committed to working with you to accommodate your needs and living. I couldnā€™t be more impressed. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and does a great job keeping everything in top condition.The apartments themselves are homey, modern, and well-maintained. Overall I highly recommend lions court apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. Itā€™s truly been a wonderful experience, and Iā€™m happy to call it home.

    In my search for a secure and gated Apt. to live in that is beautiful, Clean, newly remodeled I have found my New home with Lions Court. I cant believe how amazing, friendly and supportive all the Staff have been. And they continue to improve and upgrade the community.. I only wish I had moved Sooner!!!

    This is a very quiet place to live with friendly neighbors. The staff has been extremely helpful when I had to move from out of state and I like the fact that it is gated. I have more than enough room in the apartment, and I really like having a washer/dryer in the unit, so I dont have to go anywhere to do laundry.

    Macie and Jessica are amazing office workers and very friendly! and maintenance is amazing we were able to get in for their lease up campaign we are the first tenants in our new renovated apartment and their so beautiful! And great on price monthly as well! I wouldnt pass this deal up ! They are quick to answer your concerns and questions and very welcoming our kids love it here they have a playground basketball court and tennis court and even a gym! And once you get a maintenance order in they are there quick never been in a gated community love it and its quiet here ! Be sure to let them know if you decide to come tour or sign a lease with them let them know I sent you! Thank you again Jessica and Macie for welcoming us with open arms! I see us being here for a very long time love calling this place our home!

    I have lived at Lions Court for about 4 years. Lions Court is quite and safe place to live. The girls in the office are great. I will be here for a long time. Come see us and take a look at the new and improved apartments.

    Management at Lions Court Apartments are very nice, professional and understanding. Maintenance is very efficient as well, we moved in and didnā€™t have our washer and dryers installed yet but they came quick the following day and installed them!

    This apartment complex has amazing staff who genuinely care about the well being of their people who live here. The upkeep of the apartment is great when I moved in, I felt like I was moving into a brand new apartment. If you have any issues they respond right away and take care of the problem whatever it may be. Its a safe quiet apartment complex and I have had a really good experience living here

    I moved into Lions Court a couple of weeks ago, and I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is kind, they respond fast and are incredibly understanding! Maintenance requests are fastly taken care of and the maintenance man doesnt leave a complete mess after working (that was a dig at highpoint not gonna lie). Ive had no issues with pests, mold, or neighbors! The grounds are beautifully maintained and while I have seen trash outside the dumpsters, its almost immediately cleaned up within a day or so (business day). I feel safe. I feel happy. I feel at home.

    I moved in this month and I love it. The gated community makes me feel safe. Its quiet offers a gym which is nice with my hours for work. The staff are friendly and quick to help with any needs. I would recommend this complex to friends and family

    My wife and I moved in earlier this month. Jessica and the office staff have been very personable and helpful regarding the circumstances of our move. Theyā€™re polite here and they hustle to get maintenance orders as well as anything else you need done in a prompt manner. Itā€™s great here.

    I have moved into Lions Court recently and cant say enough good things about it. I had set up my utilities and internet a few weeks before moving in and forgot to tell the move in date to the internet company and the equipment arrived a few days after ordering the service which was left at my door. When I called the office They offered to and immeddatly went and put it in my apartment. Also when I filled out the apartment checklist to let them know if there was anything wrong in the apartment, which there were only 1 or 2 that needed attention maintenance immediatly fixed them.The whole staff from Kurt to the management ladies and maintenance are so friendly and wanting to make sure all your needs are met is fantastic. They are all great and friendly. I always feel welcome when i go to the office. I would strongly check out Lions Court.

    Great place to call home! The apartment itself is beautiful. I have ceramic tile flooring marble countertops and up to date faucets. Feeling safe and secure was my biggest concern. After living here for awhile now I feel completely safe. The security gate works awesome! Its very quiet and everyone is so friendly, from the tenants to the staff, I couldnt be more happy. There is also play areas for the kids to go play. Maintenance is fast and competent. The office ladies are Awesome. If your looking for an apartment you should come check them out. Its a great place to live!

    The price is very reasonable for a pretty spacious apartment. The community is very quiet and the staff is friendly. Anytime I have to call the office they always answer within a ring or two which is a nice change from other places. The owner of the complex is nice and you can tell he cares about his business. Heā€™s has been here over a decade, unlike most places that change management every year. The walls are thick so I hardly hear my neighbors ever. Covered parking is included with the rent, not extra, which is rare these days. Itā€™s easy to pay rent through the app and you can open the gate with an app instead of having to use a keycard or clicker which is really convenient. When I moved in, there were a few things that needed maintenance, but they came to fix it quickly. I havenā€™t seen any bugs except for a couple of crickets, but they were dead so thatā€™s great.

    Since weā€™ve moved in , we have had no complaints. The area is very quiet and is family and furrbabies friendly. The area is secluded so we really donā€™t hear ruckus or have any issues with anyone being too loud with music or any solicitors. Great for singles or families. Iā€™m pleased with communication from office staff when there is a fumigation or any filter changing and also are very quick to respond to and work order request. Kind staff including the maintenance. If I could have a 24 month lease I could but for now Iā€™m loving it. Definitely vouch for you Lions courtšŸ™ƒ

    Ive been a resident here for 10 years. Been happy with my time here. Staff members have always been nice. I appreciate having covered parking, and peace of mind with the security of a gated community. Upgrades are always welcome. This apartment community is quiet and peaceful during my tenure here. I get along well with all the neighbors Ive had over the years. If theres anything that needs to be tended to our fixed, maintenance handles my concerns in a timely fashion. Overall I give 5 stars with my level of been satisfied with my tenure here.

    I love the fact that Lions Court is around the corner from my church! Macie and Jessica worked hard with to make it as comfortable as possible for me to move. It is over whelming and I cant believe the price of my new place. This will be my new safe haven! Macie and Jessica are awesome and I plan on being with them for a long time!

    I have only been living in Lionā€™s Court Apartments for about a week but I already love it! Getting in contact with them is fast and easy and they are so nice! When I moved in there were only a few things to be fixed and the next day they came and fixed them no problem! I love that it is a gated community and I have already met a really nice neighbor. This is my first apartment and I am so glad I chose to live here! I feel safe and very welcome here and thatā€™s very important to me as a first time renter of an apartment! I am very grateful I got the opportunity to live here!

    I moved in recently and have been very happy. The floors are nice and having a washer and dryer in unit is great. Staff members have been friendly and maintenance is quick to respond.     From the first contact call to moving in, it has been a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond to bring you a professional and enjoyable move to your new home. We moved from out of town and have never even been to Wichita Falls before. I spoke to Jessica and she immediately made me feel comfortable with our choice of apartment complex and excited to move to Wichita Falls. The apartment we have moved into is roomy and so comfortable! The complex is quiet and all of our neighbors are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Lions Court Apartments!

    I am enjoying my apartment and the communication with the office staff. Iā€™ve had maintenance come through to check a few things and they have been respectful and very responsive. I have kids and having a small play area and several open grass areas to play ball is a good feeling. The fact that all the kids come out to play makes me feel comfortable that my kids have others to play with. The gym is small but definitely a good spot to decompress and interact with other people. We have a vending machine to get snacks or drinks while we check mail and the area of parking lot is perfect to take an evening walk through the whole complex. When Iā€™ve submitted a request for anything they have followed up at a timely matter. My vehicle has shade with covered parking thatā€™s FREEšŸ¤—!! We have neighbors who are neighborly and not snobby no matter if itā€™s neighbors who are across parking lot or nextdoor. I am glad I found a place to find comfort and quiet as our home for the next year at least. The prices donā€™t break your pocket either with the economy being the way it is. Lions Court , keep doing your thang!!!

    When I started touring places in Wichita Falls lions court was by far the best option management wise and price. They were great about checking in with me, making sure I was taken care of and had a place to come home to. Iā€™m seriously so thankful Jessica works here, within the same day of move in I met multiple maintenance workers who always make sure to say hello and check in and ask about my dog too. Itā€™s a very friendly community that makes you feel at home right away. I ended up getting a 2 bedroom for the same price as a 1 bedroom. Nothing was seriously wrong with the apartment and you can tell they do a good job maintaining the property.

    Lions Court Apartments, what can I say....My boyfriend & I love living here. Its quiet & gated.The apartments are spotless & updated. We have lived here almost a year now & we have no complaints. The staff ( Danielle, assistant manager) ( Kurt, Manager) made us feel welcome & went above & beyond to get us approved & in an apartment within 48 hours of applying. The maintenance crew is great, if anything is wrong/ breaks within 24 hours they respond & take care of whatever it is. I feel safe here & neighbors are very friendly.     I moved in out of state sight unseen and am very happy I chose this apartment. The office staff responded almost immediately with questions I had before moving in and made my move in day a breeze.The apartment is very nice with new hardwood floors, in unit washer/dryer, and was very clean when I moved in. I have lived at the Lions Court Apartments for almost 3 months now and have submitted 1 maintenance request (sensor in the oven went bad). In less than a day maintenance had resolved the issues. They do a very good job of taking care of you here.I would recommend Lions Court to anyone looking for a great apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

    When I first moved in approximately seven years ago, I truly enjoyed my apt., yard was always mowed, trash picked up, quickly repaired or replaced broken or worn things, which I rarely had a problem with. I had problem with smokers( in their apt, with came though my vents) getting better. I dont like the fact that several barbecue pits with sticks and debris is under the stairs near my door.

    My little family loves living here! The management is amazing! The maintenance crew is quick and on top of an issue as soon as one pops up. Our 2 bedroom apartment has nice hardwood floors and its pretty spacious! All in all we love living at Lions Court Apartments!

    I just moved in recently and the 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath is nice. All new flooring. I would say the price for a 2 bedroom is really good here.The office associates are nice and considerate. Moving from Cali to Texas was no easy move, but Jessica and Danielle helped make it easier and painless. They helped alot.Overall the apartments are quiet, and clean. I have no troubles with noisy neighbors. I love my new apartment.

    Im very happy with how the front office was able to get us in so quick, how quiet and friendly the community is. I love the fact that its gated, which makes it safer for tenants.     Lions Court is beyond amazing.The people in the leasing office are so understanding and welcoming. Even the maintenance workers are extremely nice and responsive when doing their job. Lions court does a great job of explaining and answering questions and they really put time and effort into each person that lives here.     I recently moved in and they have been great so far. The staff has been responsive and helpful throughout the move-in process. Maintenance was able to make initial repairs in a timely manner and without disturbance. The rooms are spacious and theres plenty of storage. There have been some nights where the dogs can be heard barking, but its manageable. The only other downside is that its near the railroad tracks so throughout the night you can hear the train horn blowing. Overall, I look forward to living here for years to come.

I ike that its a gated community. We had a few maintenance issues when we first moved in and those were handled in a very timely manner.. I would definitely recommend the lions court.

    I absolutely love it here! I applied and was accepted within the same week, when I moved in the office staff was so sweet! Jessica was so helpful and kind and had everything ready for me when I was ready to move in. The apartment is very nice, clean and maintenance was swift to fix the few things that werenā€™t functioning. This complex is all round amazing, and I highly recommend moving here to anyone looking for a home.

    Ive been living here for a little over a month now and I can definitely say I dont regret moving in. Jessica was really helpful with helping me understand a lot of things as this is my first time living on my own. You also cant beat the price of the units here compared to other apartments in the city. Maintenance is also great. Needed a new switch in my apartment and was able to get it replaced the next day. Only bad thing I can say is the area leaves more to be desired as there are many old run down buildings and not a lot of big stores close by with out having to go out to the city. Also there is quite a bit of pet waste but I cant really blame them for other peoples laziness. Overall would recommend.

    When I started looking for a place to live I liked the fact it was a gated community and that everyone I met in the office was so nice. Its much bigger than my last apt and I liked the fact it has washer and dryer connections in the apts. It makes it so much easier on me and the neighbors are so nice.     My family made the move from Arizona to Texas a few months ago which brought about a whole slew of difficulties. Jessica in the front office was incredibly patient with me as I called several time to get questions answered and helped to make the move in process as seamless as possible.We moved from a two bedroom one bath apartment that was very tight for our family of four to a three bedroom two bath apartment that has plenty of space for our family and our dog.When we moved in the unit had just had new flooring installed prior to our move in. We did have some hiccups with the plumbing as we chose to purchase and install our own washer/dryer set, however, maintenance worked quickly to get the problem solved. Maintenance also worked quickly to solve any other problems we have encountered along the way. Additionally, this community is a true gated community, unlike with most places that put a gate at the front but leave other entrances open to claim being a gated community. Lions Court Apartment has no open entrances. Finally, a very big plus in my opinion is the frequent bug spray. Unlike most complexes, Lions Court has mandatory bug sprays every two months to help keep any bug problem to a minimum.My only lasting problem with the unit is the lack of storage space, the kitchen in my unit has 5 cabinets and 4 small drawers, and the lack of screens on the windows making it impossible to leave the windows open on nice days.At the end of the day, for as affordable as the complex is, those issues are minor in comparison and my family is happy with our decision to move in.

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and I havent had any major issues. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner to fix whatever issues I have going on with my unit. The three bedrooms two baths are very spacious and my kids love having their own rooms. Is very quiet here at night and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Iā€™ve lived here for a little over a year now and felt like a review by a resident thatā€™s been here for a while would be helpful to people who are apartment hunting.The complex is somewhat quiet (I live by the gate so I hear a lot of traffic, but itā€™s not too loud) my neighbors are all extremely kind, Jessica (I believe sheā€™s the leasing manager, Iā€™m not sure what her exact position is) is EXTREMELY kind, quick to respond to any concerns I have and communicates extremely well.At other complexes that friends and family of mine live at (crossroad apartments and nunneley place, avoid those apartments if youā€™re reading this while apartment hunting) 1) they do not have an emergency phone number that you can call after hours, 2) they have to wait days, sometimes weeks for their maintenance emergencies to get resolved. At lions court, I think the longest Iā€™ve had to wait for an ā€œemergencyā€ (heater went out) to be resolved was 12 hours and that was because the maintenance man had been snowed in and needed to wait for the roads to clear up before he could come to fix my heater. I was able to actually CALL (not message on Facebook, or have no way to contact at all like the complexes mentioned before) to let the maintenance man know what was going on. The maintenance men are also extremely kind and diligent and I 100% trust them in my apartment without me here.When I was looking at other reviews, I saw that someone had made a comment about roaches, and I just wanted to say the complex is on the outskirts of town and surrounded by woods so of course there is gonna be a bug here and there, but I have never seen ROACHES. Maintenance and pest control come every 90 days to spray for bugs and swap out the air filters, so thereā€™s no need to assume that youā€™ll have an infestation. All apartments and houses have bugs here and there, if you move into an apartment hoping to never see a bug, youā€™re going to be extremely disappointed no matter where you go.The only bad thing I have to say about living here is that the location is not really great. Thereā€™s not much over here, so unless youā€™re already familiar with the area then it takes some time to adjust to getting to and from the center of Wichita Falls.This apartment has been perfect for my son and I, and I recommend it to any small family or single parents looking for an affordable, safe place to live.

    Management was helpful while I applied and got accepted into the complex. My previous apartment complex had communication issues where as Lions Court always kept in contact with me. Lions Court made it even easier to communicate by being able to text message. They also make it super easy to actually pay online (some other apartment complexes said online payment was possible but those sites never worked) and have they provide excellent maintenence services. The apartments are nicely kept and cozy.

    When I was looking for apartments I looked at 3. They were either too small or costed too much. Lions court was affordable and just the right size. They are beautiful and had washer/dryer hookups for no added cost like some other places. When I had trouble getting them in, maintenance was glad to help and had them in place in 5 minutes. I know I made the right choice. Plus everyone is incredibly friendly and made me feel like I really belonged here.

    Wonderful staff! We were relocating to Wichita Falls from another state. Establishing a new home long distance is not easy, but they were so helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I was so happy to see how secure, quiet and clean the complex is. Great exercise room, and pet friendly.

    Iā€™m not from the Wichita area and honestly was super decisive on moving here. My last show for a place was this one, as soon as I was greeted I already felt so welcome. I fell in love with the place instantly. Iā€™m a single mom with a lot of things on her plate right now and just needed a home for me and my boys. When I did the application I was nervous because my credit/income arenā€™t the best right now. I was approved in no time and my moved in even quicker. I had a couple of issues in the apartment and within 2 days of being here they were taken care of. I canā€™t speak for everyone else but for me this is definitely a place I am glad I can call home.

    Lions court is a nice little place to live. They get things fixed within a day. The office is very informative. The professionalism shown when they answer the phone is top notch. Even more so in person. Its kept clean.If I could change one thing, it would be absolutely nothing.

    Great price. Quiet. Newer name brand appliances that work well. Maintenance completed anything we requested on the same day. No issue with the gate entrance so far. I feel safe in this community. All the staff have been friendly and happy to help. Talk of a pool being installed next year would be great and adding new chains to the swing sets and some infant swing seats would be great too. No issue with bugs. Thanks Danielle for helping answer all our questions before moving in.

    Nice place really quite. Water and utilities has no issue as well as the grounds are kept very well. At times the mail box area is disheveled by residents. They have 24/7 acces to a treadmill.     I love these apartments! I moved from Florida to Texas and not once did the staff loose contact with me. They answered every question that I had even multiple times.
