The upgrades done to this place really make it stand out from what it used to be. The leasing office is nice and includes an entertainment area, the fitness center is not very spacious but includes all the necessary. (🤫 there is an open roof area great for small breve meetings or reading) outside sitting under tree shades is pretty neat idea. The doggy Park and pool really give this place a different concept from what it’s former look.

We lives at Lavera Apartments for a year and had a really good experience. The staff were great! Brenda and Kendrick in the office always took care of us. They both were friendly and helpful whenever we needed information or help. We give 5 STARS to our amazing maintenance guys, Mitch and Zack. They always exceeded our exceptions. They were always friendly and had such a good attitude. Our maintenance request where handled in a timely matter. Right after we moved in Lavera went under new owners. Over the last year, they have continued to make updates and changes that were nice for the community. We rented a 3BR 2Bath, which was very spacious however, needed some updates desperately. They are updating the 1 & 2s first and then I guess the 3s. We moved out due to needing a 2BR and Lavera didnt have what we needed in a renovated apartment. I would give them 5 Stars if it were not for the condition of our apartment which was no more than a 3 star. However, I think the new owners are handling things a little different so hopefully it will be updated a little prior to the next tenants.

I moved in recently and I love the layout and design of the apartment. The Office staff are really very responsive and get any of my issues resolved on time. Overall maintenance of the houses are very nice. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by apartment workers.. It really feels like home

My experience with Lavera these last two months have been good considering past management experience. I’m so happy they were bought out by Pinnacle which is very respected management company. They are trying to clean this place up and make it better then ever. This area is getting better and they are continuing to build and upgrade the shops and apartments in Lake Highlands. Kendrick in the office has been nothing but helpful since he came on board. I was so delighted when he emailed that I had a package , something that had never happened after being in the complex for 4yrs.

Shannon is always there to make sure our needs are met. She is a great asset to any property she is at. During very challenging times, she was able to help me downgrade my apartment so my boys and I wouldn’t be financially burdened. Definitely would recommend any property she is over!

I have never lived in a place where the management team cared more about their tenants. I have been in between jobs and they have worked with me to work out my rent payments. This is a great place to live, I absolutely love the landscape and not to mention the office staff are very helpful especially the new property manager Veronica. Had a studio here that had recently been remodeled and it was very nice and a good sizefor my husband and I. Huge closet and nicely sized kitchen and living room area. Nice pool and very cool dog park and I think they had a bocchi (sp?) ball sand pit and a nice little gym in the clubhouse. The did something like 3.5 million dollars in doing the landscaping they told us? They were also in the process of renovating all of the apartments, and I think they are something like 75% done I believe? Only problem we had was trying to get the management to ever help or ever do the repairs they promised they would do before we even moved in. They were also exceptionally rude.

OMG!!! Thank You Brenda for such a wonderful tour of the community. She was so detailed about everything the way things are set-up for COVID for New Residents is amazing for social distancing. Beautiful apartment with 1,2,and 3 bedrooms available. They have updated the apartments in a way that makes the entire place more upscale. The pricing is typical of north dallas apartment with a wonderful neighborhood and schools. Library right down the street.
