I came in today literally at the last minute (4:50) when I got off and Ms. Valerie still took her time and help me complete my application which is very appreciated. Even if I don’t get approved for the apartment Ms Valerie was amazing and transparent with everything. Very satisfied with my experience today.

I drove my sister an hour to get over here to take advantage of a special and she was kind enough to reach out to her GM to even try to help us out which at this point no matter what she’s a total BLESSING!! Give her a raise she needs to be in awarded or given extra recognition for her hard work and having a heart!

Valerie assisted my grand daughter. We arrived at 4:58p.m. and I was her ride. She didnt hesitate to stay late to make sure she could apply for the 3 bedroom. Thank you for staying late to help my grand daughter.

The apartment homes are super cozy and the staff were very friendly and nice. They are professional above all. Valerie, Stephanie and Nathali madre sure my family was taken care of as well as the maintenance team for making sure our home was nice as possible.

Miss Chantal Sanders is the best assistant manager I have ever encountered. She made my process very easy. From the time I spoke to her about the apartment, up until the approval, she ensured I remained positive and assistged me every step of the way. I recommend Las Lomas Apartments to any and all because I know I will be taken care of and the staff, especially the assistant manager is caring and welcoming.

Called and spoke to Valerie, she was very professional and welcoming. She was extremely helpful answering all the questions we had. Excellent customer service, hard to find now a days. Regarding the apartment complex, very clean in and out.

I’ve been living here for over a year now. I can say that I do like the new office people than the previous ones. Only issue I have is that I sometimes need to call a few times if I need maintenance to come fix something. Would be easier if they had an online service where we can just submit our request instead of calling for any maintenance service. But other then that don’t have any other issues with this apartment complex.

Im back I been here for almost a year its quiet still loving my space maintenance is quick and always on time. The property stays clean the trash never runs over. My least is almost up and I will be signing my lease over my boys love there rooms the only thing is no washer and dryer connection. But we do have on site laundry. Management is great the office people are respectful and get the job going. But if you can live without a washer and dryer connection will this place for you and rent is fair. But I love it here.

I really appreciate the leasing agent for sending the maintenance guys over right away. There was a problem with my ac, and the maintenance guy got to my apartment right after I reported it. They were nice as well. It appears to be working properly now.

Ive been here 2 months and I love it. Mantinece is fast and they are always up early cleaning the premises. Sometimes the gate doesnt work but thats not often. Front desk is kind and I love this area....not alot of traffic comes this way. Ill post again in a couple of months
