    We moved in Dec 2024 and Samantha and Q that work in the office are so helpful and so quick to answer any questions we had prior to us moving in and also up till now .. We were very skeptical about living an apartment but that has changed .. we love our place and our neighbors are amazing people ...if your looking for a place this is where you wanna be....

    Moved here a little over 3 months ago from the Midwest and the transition was so smooth! A huge shoutout to the from office, and especially Shelby, for all the help getting things situated while I was over 1000 miles away. She was so helpful for me as an out-of-stater trying to find a place! The pool’s sometimes can get green with algae, but I’ve seen them change the pool water, cleaning, etc to keep it nice for us residents.Apartments are pretty nice to be honest. Like I said, the leasing office has been so nice. I haven’t had any issues when I made a maintenance request and the guys are always outside trying to keep the grounds clean and up to par. I haven’t spoke to any of them yet, but I always see them hard to work especially the tall Latino male. Give him and Shelby both a raise!Also, I did win a cruise for their summer move-in drawing, so that was a nice surprise because the transition and move down here was easily my 13th reason why.

    My wife and I have taken residence at Hunters Way for over a year. Staff and Maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Had 3 issues that required attention in all this time but they were resolved the same day! Neighbors and pets are friendly too in this quiet community.     My experience at hunters way has been really good. The property is beautiful and spacious making walks with my dog a good time. Neighbors are nice people and the area is very peaceful. Im glad that I’ve made this place my home. I recommend hunters way to anyone looking for a new place to call their home.

    I stay in a 1 bedroom..been here a year & about to get a 2bedrm ..The Leasing Mgr DeAnne is Awesome! I like how the yard is maintained weekly...Gets trimmed/ mowed and to me thats a plus...Pet friendly for sure..When I put in orders for Maintenance it doesnt take them long to fix it..the most 3 days IF THAT...Its very quiet day/ night where my apartment is located...I would definitely recommend anyone to lease an apartment at Hunters Way

    Ive been a resident at Hunters Way for 5 years. I loved it so much that I even got a job with the company. I now as an employee get to see and be a part of the community in all aspects!     Selena is the best maintenance worker this apartment complex has. Definitely management material. She came out and fixed problems that had been unsuccessfully addressed a few times before.

    Been here since December and best place we have been at so far! Leasing office has been so helpful and friendly. Anytime we’ve had a problem they have always been very understanding and helpful. They do drawings on Facebook as well and I was able to when a gift card and Stanley cup for free. If you need a nice place where it’s quiet and peaceful and where the leasing office is great, then this is place for you!

    Fixed our AC in under an hour! Called ahead so we could put our dog in her kennel and they are always very nice and friendly! Thank you for always taking care of the complex!

    I been here for over a year and I love the location easy access to everything and even if close the the 289 once inside you can not hear any traffic. The office staff are all amazing and have been helpful if I have any questions. The maintenance guys and have always taken care of us with any problems. Overall I rate it a five sue to we live the staff and location.

    Literally love this apartment complex! I moved here from out of state and I can’t praise them enough!!! They are some of the most understanding people! As a single mom of two they understand when I’m late, they work with me on my payments, they always fix anything that ever goes wrong in my apartment, and I was talking about struggling for Christmas this year and the office ladies went above and beyond to help give my kids a Christmas ! I could not love this complex and the office people more !! I tell everyone what a great place this is to live!

    Has given me lots of opportunities and always put a smile on my face each and every single day.The landlords always has nice choice of words towards me and they always have my back! One of the landlords is so very polite to me and always make sure I’m very safe and nothin bad happens to my apartment when I’m not around…Me choosing this place was a very great idea

    Although I do not live here I cant help but write a positive review. I am a Life Skills teacher in the Panhandle and I was teaching a unit on budgeting for a first apartment. This basically includes teaching the kids how to look for one, figure up bills and such. When I called I spoke with Taylor, he was very patient, kind, and professional while speaking with my student. I would certainly tell people to at least check them out!

    I’ve come back and left reviews for this place so many times due to living here for around 10 years. I’m one of the few that has stuck around so long that I stopped trying to keep track of neighbors. They come and go, and we stick to ourselves. I can’t tell you how the pool is. I can’t tell you how the emax apartments are. I can, however tell you how much this place has changed in the last few years.The old Maintenence supervisor finally moved on from this place, or at least took a backseat role. This is specifically why my review is high. I can now put in a ticket and overnight if someone can fix it, it’s done before I even go to work. It’s insane. The new lad in charge of the maint team is young, super sweet, and honestly seems to love what he’s doing. I’ve had a few tickets put in recently— one for the door on my mailbox failing and just needing to change it. Within 12 hours the entire door was swapped and lock with it. Got a note on the door to grab a new key.But recently we had to move to Reliant. Like every power company now, it’s stupidly expensive. So to offset the cost I put in the money for a smart thermostat. Our C wire didn’t exist. Well, it does now. And the maint guy spent so long over here trying to figure it out with me that I was not only impressed but humbled. He spent 2 days here swapping cables and learning a brand new system so that when others ask for the same thing they’re taken care of. Not only that but he gave me his number in case of a blowup. He cares. It shows. I appreciate it.After 10 years our washer and dryer finally went out. As much as I absolutely hate appliance warehouse and dealing with their shoddy scheduling, the ladies up front did everything they could within scope to get us fixed. Not a single issue with them.People were way more high strung in the office when I moved in. I felt uncomfortable. Unwelcome. Afraid to ask questions. This place has done a complete 180. Unfortunately it did it while upping the rent. But, it could be worse.Right now we’re waiting on our “updated Maintenence” of replacing the bathroom floor. But otherwise? I have my own smart locks. I have my own doorbell camera. I have my own thermostat. This is as close to a house as I’ve come. I really cannot complain.

    I have really enjoyed living at Hunter’s Way for the past two years. The neighborhood feels safe and the location is really convenient. The price is great for what you get and their response time for maintenance requests is one of the best I’ve seen after living at a couple other places in town. Valerie made the whole application process super easy and convenient and she is always helpful with anything I ever need.

    Valerie is such a positive, pleasant, sweet person to work with. She offered to help me with anything computer related to make my rent payments easier. Anytime I needed something worked on or didnt know how to work something she was always quick to assist. I am an older lady. Jericho was the most respectful maintenance person also.     Nice place to live .No problems. The office staff is great, fun and personal. When go you by ask for Joe, hes amazing to work with! I lived here for over 3 years and moving, only because my job is calling for a relocation. Other than that, Id still be there!

    This is the first place that my wife and I lived after we got married and stayed here for a full year. The office staff and maintenance were always very friendly and helpful, the apartment itself was nice and reasonably priced at the time, and we enjoyed living here. The only issue we had was its location near the loop which was always pretty noisy, but didnt bother us too much.

    Love this place! So clean, nice, and most importantly I feel safe with the security cameras and the fact that they have security you can call. Dean (I believe that’s how you spell it) 😂 was awesome and helped us get our keys and Valerie was super sweet and awesome as well great customer service and snacks as a bonus in the office, felt super comfortable and at home instantly. Definitely recommend this place to everyone that asks.

    I moved here a year ago. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! However, since new management and completely new maintenance crew came in a few months back, this place has done a complete turn around! The landscaping, grounds, putting lights out everywhere (so its not dark), putting out smoke bins, and just overall making this place a home for us!!! I cannot thank new management and grounds ppl enough. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND I FEEL AT HOME NOW BECAUSE YALL CARE ABOUT YOUR TENANTS HERE AT HUNTERS WAY!!! THANK YOU!

    Love the give aways the do on fridays, free pizza, free coffee, doughnuts ...you name it!I do wish though, they would improve the gym, the last time i went in, it was very dirty and some working machine were not working properly....i would absolutely would love to start using it again.Thats the only bad thing i can say about this place everything else is great.

    While sometimes it seems that the apartment is in desperate need of repairs and updates, overall they have been good to me.
