Although reviews are low. I know the apt complex because my daughter lives here. She doesnt have any roaches or any kind of bugs or rodents. Yes ive smelled weed sometimes but as long as people dont bother you im not bothered by it. And thats pretty much most places you go nowadays unless you live in a house. I decided to move here also because Shae has been amazing. She makes things go so smooth. Even before i moved here since i visit my daughter often shes been such a big help. Shes so kind and sweet and always here to help. She needs a raise for sure!! She does her job so well that people are waiting to talk to her. Ill be one to wait foe her now that im moving in lol . My apartment is nice and clean and smells good too. They show you the apt before you move in. So if there is any issues they fix it before you move in. Shae makes sure of that. And she keeps you updated on everything as well. They have nice amenities as well. It really has been as easy process for me. Im really happy so far. I will update if anything changes.

Staff have been amazing. I especially appreciated Jesiant Ramos for all her help completing the application/approval process. It was during the Christmas holidays and the staff were still available and willing to help. Always a smile and welcome.

I recently had an issue with my dryer and submitted a work order. The maintenance team, especially Swader, resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Their service and professionalism were greatly appreciated!

Me and my wife really love were we live due to these guys with top notch service if I can give them more than 5 stars I would they well deserve it. These guys go above and beyond to get things done to make this place a great to live . Have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now, the staff is friendly, and are easy to talk to. Ive lived in ghetto apartments before, and this isnt one. Management does take care of issues when they arise, but residents sometimes make life quite hard on everyone. Ignore some of the negatives others have written. The Trash issue is caused by ghetto people going through the trash or just being to lazy to actually put their garbage in a dumpster, same thing with pet waste, thats residents not doing their job, but Ive seen maintenance cleaning it up anyway.The staff are people they have good days and bad days, Ive never had any real complaint though, as I talk to them with respect and kindness, I dont attack them.Its a fairly nice place to live, just accept its still an apartment, and with apartments comes issues like neighbors not being neighborly.

I lived here for a year before moving out of state and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, always recognizing me when I came in and acting quickly on any issue I had. The community is beautiful and well kept up. The gate didnt always work but I still felt very safe living there as a single woman. The apartment itself was perfect. Id highly recommend living here!

My girlfriend and I came by to take a look at what Horizons had to offer and Shae gave us a tour, she was so friendly and easy to talk with. Very helpful and friendly staff at Horizons! Highly recommended, we had a great experience with them! They made us feel good about looking for a home!

Shae showed me around the apartment complex she was amazing. She did a wonderful job. The apartments were really well kept on the outside. They are very good for the price and the inside was nice as well.

I have lived here for almost two years. The entire staff has been extremely professional, responsive, and courteous during my stay. The wonderful people living around me honestly have renewed my faith in community. I’ve leased all around Arlington, and have not felt safer and more welcome than here. Although I am only moving out due to job and lifestyle changes, I would strongly recommend this apartment community to anyone. The BEST place to live in the area. I’ll miss everyone here.

Ive lived here for a year now, just renewed my lease and its been a pleasant stay. Work orders get done same day most of the time, and they keep the outside clean. I will say parking can be a bit frustrating, but they do offer reserved parking. I like that we are close to 30 and shopping. The girls in the office make it easy to talk to them and get things done!

I’ve been at these apartments for 7 months, it’s pretty quiet, and people stay to themselves. The apartments are a good size for the price, and the apartment personnel are friendly. I got approved quick and moved in quick. Any minor problems I’ve reported have been taken care of in a quick manor. I will be renewing my lease. You can’t beat the price and location.

I have lived here one year, I just signed a new lease for another year. I attend UT Arlington and cannot believe the deal I got!!! I am so close to campus, my apartment has a FREE washer dryer and I seriously love the ladies in the office. They are friendly and always good to help, maintenance is not an issue. I really like it here so yes I would recommend.

Every since I moved in last July the staff has been very friendly & courteous. Any issues Ive had its usually a one day turn around. Love my apartment and my neighbors are awesome. I feel safe and after just recently retired a yr ago from the military me feeling safe is the one thing I need.

We love the manager Tesa. She works hard to help you as long as youre a mature and responsible aduly and come talk to her about any concerns or problems you are having. The rest of the office staff knows my name and family and welcomes us warmly. We love Mario and Linda who work maintenance. Depending on the nature of the work order it might take some time, but they get to you within a week max. Obviously if it is a more serious work order they are on it asap.The fact that Tesa has managed this place for years and it hasnt changed ownership constantly like the surrounding complexes says something. They work hard to keep the grounds nice.Were happy for 24 hr access to a fitness room, washer and dryer in unit and computer/ printing services in the club house.The one complaint not related to residents behavior is weve had issues with the pool not being open continuously over the past 3 years weve lived here due to the old emergency phone system not working. It has now been fully replaced and I dont expect more problems this summer!A wish item for the complex is to keep the clubhouse open longer to utilize for hosting a personal party or something. Its currently only open during office hours.A few wishes for residents would be to stop knocking the gates off the track so they will work, clean up after pets, put trash in appropriate receptacles. If its full, go to another one, dont put it on the ground to blow around the grounds! Take some pride in your community :)

I have lived here for 8 months and I love the location. Im near Ross and Marshalls which are my favorite stores. My apartment has a beautiful view of the court yard area. Parking is a little tight but other then that I have no complaints. I definitely would recommend this community.

Ive lived here for 3 years and im finally happy with the new maintenance team , ever since the NEW maintenance team has started about five months ago i have gotten my work orders completed , im treated with respect and the property looks so much better i wish the office team would treat me the same way when i call or come in . im thinking of renewing since all my issues have been fixed I give the maintenance team 5 stars they work hard and should be appreciated.

If your looking for an apt with great amenities and location this is the place .. I just moved here and love everything about my apt, wen I say the whole staff helped with my move ,your not going to get that no where else, the process was easy I didnt have to wait weeks for an approval, I had options to pick from!!! Look no more if you want quiet ,convenience,and great apt your missing out if you dont lease with Horizons at Sunridge

Been here since 2008 and dont plan on moving. Anything i need fix in my apartment, it gets done. I like that there is a bus line right accros the street because i go to the VA clinic quite a bit and walmart. If you live here or have lived here you know who i am, im always out and about checking mail and taking out trash. The grounds are clean and the staff is very friendly.

I was moved out to this area because of my job and have been looking at several places. When I went in here I had the best experience so far. The management staff was so nice! It was a very welcoming environment. I really liked the models they showed me and I can’t wait to sign a lease! If your looking in the area I would highly recommend checking out these apartments!

Less than 24 hours after maintenance request, both Linda and Mario came out to fix my complaints! I was having issues parking and due to health concerns needed a reserved parking spot so I went to talk with Tessa (manager)... I had a close convenient one and it was painted and ready to go same day! You cant beat THAT! Going on 3 years now!

I’ve lived here for a couple months and really enjoy the location. I am a big Texas Rangers fan and it’s close to ball park and Texas Live as well so I plan to stay until I buy a house. The girls in the office are always pretty nice and try to do fun things for everyone who lives here.

Love this place. Management really cares. Maintenance is everywhere, cleaning, mowing, helping out people when they dont have too. Theyre on top of any problems Ive seen. The people who live here all seem friendly. And the office personel are always smiling. Im glad I moved here. It was just for the location at first.

We stayed in horizon of sunridge for a year and for the first three months we had mice problems. But other than that its a very nice place to live. And management is very nice and maintenance people are some characters. I dont have nothing bad to say about them.

I have been here since FEBRUARY and have been taken care of at every notice. From maintenance situations, to minor situations with my keycard. Every problem I have they fixed and the office couldn’t be more great. I’m enjoying my stay here for sure, thank y’all!
