I have been living at highland for about couple year’s and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within the same day.The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool and gym. The location is also perfect, with easy access to indian store and especially Costco.Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to call home!

I lived here back in 2022 as my first apartment complex but unfortunately had to move due to financial reasons. Once I got it back together we were struggling to find a place that suits our needs as well and Highland drew us back in. Aldo was so helpful throughout the whole process and answered like a Illini questions for me, I was even annoyed at myself but he helped with no hesitations and a smile on his face. He has impeccable style and was very down to earth making it honestly really easygoing and made me even feel like I made a new friend which has never happened for rentals for me. I have no anxiety about visiting the office and in fact I have very positive feelings about it! They throw so many fun things at the office and just make it very happy and warm! They’re just on it here and I can’t say the same about MANY complexes. It’s also in the perfect spot if you like to eat good food!! Thank you Aldo!

I moved here last month, Aldo in the leasing office was really helpful in the whole situation and made sure that i was comfortable while picking the apartment since i was moving from out of state. After moving i had 2 minor issues which were handled immediately by Aldo and kiki. So far it has been a great place for me.

We been here in this apartment for a year and half. So far it’s been great. Leasing agent Aldo is very helpful whenever we have concerns and will go above and beyond to fix the issues. The maintenance guys will fix whatever we request within 24 hours we sent an email. It’s a safe community cuz there’s a state trooper that patrols the area everyday.

I’ve been living here since March and first off I want to thank Aldo he helped get my apartment great customers service and was SUPER informative and kind. Kieran is also ABSOLUTELY AMAZING . Both have great personalities and have made my living experience enjoyable. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious. Maintenance also handles any problems almost immediately. Thanks highland living yall are awesome here.

The apartments are well maintained, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and access to Interstate 35/121. The main reason I moved in this complex was the staff. Aldo Garofalo was my leasing agent who assisted me while he was on vacation. Lived here for about a year and have nothing but good things to say. My leasing agent at the beginning was a very knowledgeable man named Andrew, super friendly and knew the answers to pretty much everything about the complex.I haven’t seen him since but all the other managers are also super helpful and nice, never have any issues getting into contact with them. The atmosphere in the leasing office is always warm and friendly, especially when Kieran is there. Her hospitality, quick thinking, and attentive and fast delivery of service make living at this complex a truly luxurious experience. If every apartment manager was like Kieran the world would be a much friendlier and efficient place.

Ive been living in Highland Luxury Living since 2020. ALDO one of the leasing agent is the only one who treats me so kindly. I feel like he really cares about the people living there and he is always very helpful with the issues concerning my apartment and my bills. My lease ended and I was about to leave Highland Luxury Living apartments and go to another city altogether. But ALDO took the time to discuss with me about my concerns and quickly found me another apartment bigger and nicer, and make the transfer swift and smooth. I recommend living here, its a safe and decent apartment complex in a good neighborhood, and ALDO will make sure you have a good stay here.

I’ve been helping my mom apartment hunt and this property has to be hands down the most friendly, professional and incredibly helpful team! We called and spoke with Aldo to set up a time for my mom to come and visit the property. When we arrived we were greeted right away by Kieran and she was very sweet and accommodating while we waited to view the property with Aldo & Ashley. Ashley and Aldo were very thorough and patient with Mom as she is very particular and has a lot of questions. My mom ended up falling in love with the property as it was modern, spacious and well-maintained. Thank you to the amazing team for making this process so easy for my mom. I’ve got the chance of tour around Highland Luxury Living with Aldo a few weeks ago.Although I decided to move to a different side of town this community would have been the chosen one for multiple reasons.The renovation they have done to the units are unique and very delicate. All amenities look in great maintained condition and last but not least leasing office staff is in top of their game with all of the details.The day I toured the weather was bad. It was pouring outside and even though Aldo grabbed His umbrella and showed me the unit without hesitation.Thank you - Aldo, for being so responsive, professional and supportive throughout this process.

My wife emailed a problem in one of our bathrooms. Lyle came into our apartment with a smile and eager to help. While he was taking care of the tub I mention to him that the tub was not draining. With a smile again he said I will look at it and he fixed it. He then went to our other bathroom and checked it out and he fixed the drain problem in that bathroom. While in our other bathroom he noticed the handle on the toilet was broken. He left and came back and fixed that too! Then I was at the kitchen sink he noticed that the water coming out had poor water pressure. He fixed that as well!! All of this in 15 -20 minutes!! He was expedient, thorough and most of all eager to help and make our home better! Lyle went above and beyond all with a smile and with an attitude of service ! Thank you Lyle!

I live on this apartments for 4 years. They are awesome, really quiet, nice neighbors, clean, and easy access to mayor roads. I only left because I bought a house, otherwise, I would have lived there for a long time. Maintenance people are nice, respectful and professional, and the office team has been always awesome. Alejandra, the manager, was always available to answer questions, and really nice to deal with. Honestly, even when I love my house, I miss my apartment a lot. I liked my two bedroom apartment here once I moved in. The only thing was at the time I stayed there nothing was updated. They was very quick when it came to something that needed to be fixed. The parking spots the only downfall if u work late. There would be no parking spots by my old apartment. But I liked it there.

Pros:-Location-They keep the property looking nice.-The value is is decent-New management and things are being improved.Cons:-Below standard internet plan and only one choice (50mbps and data capped).-My experience with the maintenance crew has been mixed. They’ve been slow at times and often “band-aid” problems instead of fix them. Our fridge has a leaking problem and they haven’t fixed or replaced it after a few attempts. Instead we just a bowl in the back to catch the water. Our screen door was in rough shape when we moved in. They just “unbent” the door instead of replace it like it should have been. It still looks beat up and I’d be willing to bet it’ll cost us when getting back out security deposit.Overall Thoughts:The complex and apartments overall are pretty nice. They keep the place clean and the location and value is decent. The new management has been proactive at improving the complex which I appreciate. Despite my complaints my experience overall has been pretty good.

Really happy with my apartment! The place is so quiet and peaceful. I feel very safe and very comfortable in my new home. The management is great and the service team always takes care of any maintenance issues right away. Really wish we had new appliances, but other than that i love love love my apartment :)

Been here 2 years going on 3 and never had any issues. The apartments inside are beautiful, appliances and the bathroom looks great. If something isnt working they will check into it right away. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They try and make the environment fun by having events throughout the month, witch is nice. The pool and weight room are small, so if that is really important to you then it may not be a perfect fit.

The staff at this property is the best I have come across after touring several different properties in Lewisville. Nancy went above and beyond to help me feel accommodated during the tour, and other staff members were very welcoming. Pricing with everything was transparent, and they follow up with potential prospects. Property looks well kept and updated in the apartments. Even if you lease elsewhere, the tour is worth it.

My only issue was with the old manager, Kathy for her attitude. Once she was gone, I renewed my lease!I love that they accept packages for you when youre not at home. Maintenance is on point! I hope nothing change in this apartment. I wish they didnt charge pet rent because my dog doesnt have an income.
