    Great Place to Live!Forest Garden Apartments is a well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable community. The management is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartments are spacious with modern features, and all utilities are included—super convenient! The location is great, with easy access to shopping and public transport. Highly recommend!

    I went to inquire about getting a lease here and the receptionists were very professional and kind. I very much appreciated how they consulted me throughout the entire process, especially Natalie for giving me valuable information about the apartments that I will use in my search for a living space in Garland. Definitely would recommend to anybody else looking for a space in Garland.

    I really enjoyed the service of the maintenance men especially Jydonn, he was really helpful with helping me out and was one of the only maintenance men that was actually nice and helpful and I think he should get promotion with how hard he was working to help me

    My experience here was great! The leasing agent Randee Rizo was so helpful and answered all our questions. The apt was nice and clean! We were apt hunting and was getting stressed out but Randee Rizo made my experience better by being so kind and helpful !

    Jydonn Griffith is the guy to call if you have any issues with your apartment, he can handle any problem pretty quickly is trustworthy and just a really helpful and nice person.

    I lived in this apartment for the last five years. It’s great place for family. Rooms are spacious, the rent is reasonably affordable, and it includes all utilities. The compound is relatively peaceful, kid’s friendly and got wider spaces outside for playing. My kids missed the play field and their friends a lot. To talk about the quality of the apartment, compare to the old age of the building the quality is really good, this doesn’t mean that there were not maintenance issues but if you take the big picture in to consideration it’s possible to compromise. The only thing it needs periodic maintenance and consistent check up. Hopefully the new management will put eyes on it. The bottom line is this apartment is great place to live for average people. If you are a person looking for fancy and super luxurious place go somewhere else. The only reason why we moved out is we couldn’t find three bedrooms and downstairs. At last but not least I want to talk about current management especially Brandy. She is an amazing person, and she knows how to handle customers. She is super positive, and goes extra mile to help people. I wish she would have been there for the last five years.Unfortunately we got her on our departure and I asked her “where have you been these all five years?” I was amazed that she refunded me the deposit in full after I lived five years in there except deducting only $10.00 for post box key. Brandy! Again I want to say thank you! May God bless you!

    I have been living in this apartment for last 6 years, it is so wonderful for everything. It is peaceful area for living, fresh air because of huge trees, walking area between blocks, secured for kids. I appreciate the managers, they are also great. But I am very happy if you change my frige, dish washer stove, and the carpet they get old.

    I have lived at this complex for 6 years and am very glad to say they accepted me and I am a happy resident. They spend time to keep the property properly maintained and the maintenance and office personnel are friendly.

    We moved in 5 years ago, and just moved out because we needed a bigger space. There’re so many pro’s living here. Rent is cheap, utilities paid, great schools, great location, child friendly and big open space at the back. They recently changed their staffs. The new manager Brandy is so great, very positive with a helpful attitude. Thanks Brandy for going above and beyond. I also thank the maintenance team, especially Roger for being always there whenever we needed help. They sometimes provide Great activities like BBQ , ice cream , out door movie on the lawn for our kids. There are some things that can be improved, like upgrading kitchen appliances and AC systems.We had a wonderful time at Forest Garden having great neighbors and friends around. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable yet peaceful place.

    I recently moved in and I already love it. It is quiet and no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Of course I work outside and make sure I do not take any into my apt. The pest control is free excluding bed bug treatment. The office staff are friendly and straight up. Its all bills paid super affordable. The only con is the smell of the food that everyone cooks here it is strong like spices. But its just outside.

    This is one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Make a simple call to the office with a problem or maintenance issue and they will send the maintenance man out. I called during the summer because it was was way too hot in 1 of the rooms and they came and installed an AC unit and it’s been a great help ever since.
