Nice and quiet community. They have a great pool for the hot summer days and they keep it clean. This apartment complex parking spots are very spacious which is great for people who drive SUV’s and trucks. Talk to Damaris or Lucia and they will get you and your family situated into an apartment as fast as possible.

Damares has made our process smooth and she was very patient! We’ve gotten approved for our apartment and she was very thorough, responsive and helpful and patient as my spouse and I had different schedules. The community is quiet, no consistent in and out traffic and there’s excellent parking! We are satisfied and would recommending here!

The community here is truly great, everyone is always so helpful, and it creates such a welcoming environment. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner generally same day service. Property landscape is well maintained and always clean.

I love this community!The green areas are super relaxing, with the pond, fish, turtles, ducks, and the occasional crane. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they do a great job at creating a community.The new exterior lighting and security patrol gives us peace of mind and we feel safe.Also, the newly renovated units look amazing! Great job!

Fairfield Cove is a nice, quiet and affordable apartment community tucked off in the corner but conveniently located by the I-45 freeway with very modern-day units, a small gym, a nice sized pool, a walking trail, a beautiful moat with a bridge crossing over it and a nice view from my 3rd story apartment. Other than the occasional water issues, my experience here has been top tier. A great place to call home, for both families and first-time renters. The staff members in the office are also very helpful and efficient.

Ms. Lucy and Ms. Damaris always greet you with a smile and the best attitude I give the office staff a 10/10 and maintenance as well. I love my apt. The apts are very quite and safe. The gates are always closed. won’t change anything about it :).

I recently moved out of Fairfield Cove Apartments and I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in a very quiet and pleasant property. The new office management has made a big difference, my service request were finally being done on time and I loved the way the new management started to take charge of the parking issues and crime in the area, they actually cared about what I thought or how I felt. If I had not bought a house I would have signed another lease. Thank you staff for making my stay there pleasant. MMona

Wow! I just toured Fairfield Cove today and it is such a nice community. The grounds are unlike something I have ever seen! Not only do they have a beautiful pool, they have a pond! With fish and turtles! The office staff is so nice, too! It was so refreshing to have an apartment leasing staff and manager treat you like you were more than just a number. I felt like family, like I was going home!

I have lived here for a year now and I love it! Yes, management has changed BUT I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF GOOD CHANGES!! We recently had an issue with the hot water but management was on top of notifying us through the new portal. I received a message around 3:00PM Sunday and I also called Monday and they kept me updated. I dont understand how some people cant seem to understand that things like this can happen. Other than that, maintenance is great, property is well kept and hopefully it continues to be that way.

I like to live here, it’s a very nice community, neighbors are helpful and management staff is committed to help the residents. Every time post a maintenance call, I have been taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is very friendly and respectful. I will renew my lease because it is affordable and I don’t think I can find a comparable place to live in this area of town.

In 4 years Sonia and Rebecca have been the BEST team we have had. They were honestly the MAIN reason why we signed another lease here. Holiday activities for the first time in the first 3 years Ive lived here, we now have access to an online portal which is very convenient, change is always good but this change has been GREAT. Thank You ladies for making it feel like home.Maintenance Guys are Everything I love them they have never changed and they are amazing as well, even when management before was ugly lol and didnt get things done when it came to maintenance they were still on top of everything. Overall I would definitely recommend living here to ANYONE.

This a very nice park-like setting community, with lots of trees and a water pond with balconies overlooking the scenery, for our pet and kid is peaceful and comfortable. Nice people at the leasing office and maintenance staff are always very helpful.

Well, personally, I give it 5 stars ⭐️ and I add one more. I have lived here for 5 years and about Damares and Lucy I can only say that they care about keeping the community in order, clean and beautiful, the first time I have seen that they fix it so beautifully for Christmas they cleaned the water fountain. You place the order for what you need fixed and the maintenance guys arrive right away and fix things for you. They are fast, friendly and respectful. What is important is a quiet and nice place to live. I just renewed my contract and I am waiting for a larger apartment I feel safe and happy here it is a nice place to live.So thank you Damares and Lucy and also to the maintenance guys ⭐️!
