This property is remarkable compared to any other property we looked at. The grounds were kept impeccable and the tenants are quiet and peaceful. It is close to the base and ideal for active or retired duty soldiers. Highly recommend for long term tenants as there are more than 20 year occupants!! Great customer service and caring management!!! Highly recommended!!!

Im going to be honest right now. I wasnt to sure about this place. I had nothing to go off of but reviews and pictures since Im from out state. Conversations with Shelly had me feeling confident I had made the right choice. Not only was she quick to respond she resolved my issues hassle free, even though I bugged her a lot. She is professional and always willing to help. The apartment complex are clean and well maintained. Every single day, I see the two workers always keeping busy. They are on top of tenant requests and follow ups. I just renewed my lease, I do not want to go anywhere else.Thank you east gate ridge!

I have lived here for the past two years, and I truly adore it. There are never any problems getting a parking spot, the environment is always spotless, and it is extremely peaceful. The staffs are exceptional very professional, and helpful.I really appreciate Ms. Shelly, the leasing specialist, because she is always prepared to help you with any problem you may run into. I heartily recommend this as one of the most amazing locations to stay in the Killeen area.

We really enjoyed staying here when my husband was stationed at Fort Hood. Super convenient location with it being 2 minutes from base. Everything is kept so clean. The Maintenance guys & management are on top of everything here and super friendly/quick to respond.🙌 We loved the pool area. There’s even a fenced in dog park if you have pets. I stayed alone on numerous occasions and felt completely safe. Neighbors are friendly/quiet. Only “negative” I have is the free wifi, trash, water they advertise everywhere we had to start paying for when renewing our lease, which is fine because I know that stuff fluctuates. Was just annoying we had to pay for the cable which we never even had or used during our stay there. Rent is a little more on the expensive side compared to other places we looked at but the convenience of it being close to base made it worth it.

My family and I enjoyed living with Eastgate Ridge. The staff were always friendly and professional anytime I called or emailed for anything. During the time I lived there they had done many improvements to the property. Any maintenance issues were resolved promptly. When I received orders to PCS, they made the process simple and easy to release me from the remainder of my lease. I am not particularly a fan of Killeen, but this place is a wonderful place to call home.

My husband and I stayed here for a year and we HIGHLY recommend this place. This place is quiet and feels very safe (despite it being on Rancier) and is only 30 seconds (literally) from post. The staff gets back to you quickly when you reach out to them and the maintenance men get to your problems quickly. We had a leak in the roof during our stay that let rain water soak our clothes, and not only were the maintenance men out there the next day to fix it, the leasing office reimbursed us for our laundry fees to clean the clothes. Additionally - during the winter storm, due to zoning, we kept our power and heat the entire time. The only cons I have of this place is that the intersection leading in and out of the complex is unsafe because oncoming traffic doesnt respect that you have the right of way (Ive almost colliding with several cars), and the washers and dryers are a little small! Ultimately loved this place. Upon move out, I lost the email with the move out check list, so obviously we were charged to have the place cleaned again (which is totally fair), but anything we had questions about on our move out statement the leasing manager worked with us and had most of the charges we had questions on removed! The ONLY reason we didnt renew our lease was because we had a baby and wanted to move into a home! 10/10 recommend!

I loved living at East Gate Ridge SO MUCH! I first moved there in 2011 by myself, and when my husband, who was just my boyfriend at the time, wanted to move in with me, that staff was very friendly and courteous about adding a tenant. Brandy is very friendly and easy to get along with. There was an additional office employee added to the staff, and I dont remember her name at the time, but she was also very friendly. The maintenance staff are the same. The property is always growing and adding new features. When I first moved in, there were maybe 20 tenants, and when we left it seemed like the place was almost full! The area where the property is located is unfortunate, but the property itself is very nice, quiet, and cozy. I loved how clean the cabinets and appliances were when I moved in. The ONLY issue I ever had was with the windows. I think just because the building was pretty old, they didnt seem to be well insulated, or may have just lost insulation over the years, but when we moved out the maintenance staff informed us that the windows would be getting replaced. We were definitely sad to go, but being a military couple, its something we have to get used to. I definitely recommend these apartments to any single person or couple looking for a quiet, quaint, and comfy place to stay.

Brandy and Shelby made it very easy to apply, they communicated every step, and made my move in very simple. The maintenance department help with the issue with my water heater quickly which was just unplugged and I didnt realize it. I love the fact I can call the office and speak to anyone there and it feels like Im talking to family instead of managers. Very nice place to live in Killeen.

Amazing experience living here! I wish I would’ve found this building earlier to be able to live there longer. Management has amazing customer service and will always be willing to help in any way. I wish I would have been able to stay through the summer months to enjoy the apartments amazing pool. Maintenance was very fast in repairs, and the location is perfect. Very close to base, restaurants, and downtown Killeen. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Has to be the best apartments in Killeen hands down. The staff is amazing very friendly in every interaction. The apartments are up to date and beautiful I have been here 3 years and have had no issues. I asked the maintenance man about a light bulb for the bath room wondering where they got them because one had blew out. Within 20 minutes he brought over some I cant express enough how great these apartments treat their residents. You add on the pool, dog park, and laundry facilities to go along with the staff and this is a definite 5 star place. If you are looking to move put this place on your short list and visit them first.

I moved here in May of 2013 with fiancee whom is now my husband0 I have live here for a year & a couple of months. The apartment manager & staff are amazing my husband had deployed for 9 months & while he was gone they helped me with any & every problem that I ran into from question to upgrading to a two bed room to helping change my tire when it went flat in the parking lot. The maintenance staff are wonderful they keep the property vary clean & they seem to get along with every tenant in the complex. The property located was an pulse for my husband because they are located off the East Gate of Fort Hood St & Ranicer Cedar so we are literally 2 minutes from the nearest entrance to Fort Hood. The property itself is very quiet most neighbors keep to themselves but there are a couple of residence like me who are very friendly and just like to say hi to everyone & welcome them to our/there new neighborhood the cabinets, all appliances and the whole apartment was vary clean the staff made sure to replace any if needed. We also have been through a couple renovations we are now a fenced in community we have a brand new laundry room on the property and a brand new pool that will be done in a couple of weeks. I absolutely love their prices as far as rent goes I definitely recommend these apartments its perfect for singles, couple that are just starting out (like me & my husband were) & families~Shaunte Brinkley

My husband and I lived there for almost a year and a half while he was stationed at fort hood. We started out in their one bedroom apartment until we found out we were pregnant and got into their two bedroom which we loved! We absolutely LOVE Shalane Coffey! Shes one of the best managers weve dealt with. Always going above and beyond to help out everyone she can. She always made us feel right at home even though we were brand new and didnt know anyone. Apartments are very clean and always kept up by the maintenance workers. Sammy (the head Mainenance man) is amazing! Hes always there to make sure your living situation is in top shape. You can tell they all really care about their tenants which is really nice. Most are military families or couples so its pretty quiet and very close to the East gate. Thats what sold us on the apartments in the first place, but then we stayed because we felt extremely safe and welcome there. We truely miss the staff at these apartments and if we were to go back to Texas, we would definitly live there again! We also really miss the new pool they built! ;)

This place was the most safe and secured building to live in. I dont have a pet but I felt like I had a park full of green grass and trees. The best part was that I lived by the salt water pool which was always clean. The staff was friendly and if anything went wrong they fixed it right away. If had not been for new employment in another city, I would stay longer than the 3 years Ive lived here. This place will be my home if I live in Killeen again. Money well spent cable and free water the best place in Killeen for apartment living.

I highly recommend Eastgate Ridge Apartments. I first moved here in 2015 because it was close to base, had good reviews, and was meticulously clean. I had looked at lots of different apartment complexes but many had complaints about management or were lazily cleaned. While I was a little uneasy about the apartment style and proximity to Rancier at first, I was settled later. I felt very safe the whole time I lived there. The community is great and the [amazing] maintenance team is on site (I believe). In general, the staff are the best amenity at Eastgate. While I lived there, they were like family to me. I was sad when Sammy and Shalane left but Crystal and the rest of the maintenance team are just as friendly and competent. Unfortunately, my apartment did receive damage from a fire in another unit. I was on leave in a different state which made it an even more difficult situation. Crystal was extremely helpful in making sure my situation was handled. I could tell how much Eastgate really cared about my family and well-being. As for the reliability of the apartments, I rarely had any issues. One of the rare times I did have an issue; my AC stopped working in the middle of summer. I sent an email hoping it would get fixed next week. Not even 10 minutes later I get a knock on the door; they had brought me multiple window units to use until the AC was fixed. I could write pages about how many times the management has gone out of their way to help me, but in short, they are amazing. It is sad that I had to move elsewhere because I honestly felt spoiled with Eastgate and it will be hard to find another company that treats their tenants so well.- Tyler Jeck

I have lived here at Eastgate Ridge for the last 4 years, It has ben an enjoyable experience. The staff Shelly& the maintenance are the best,when ever their is an issue it is taking care in a timely manner..I feel safe my neighbors are friendly.But, my favorite is the clear blue pool..Outstanding❤️The grounds are always clean.parking is good.Its a Great place to live. I absolutely loved living in the duplexes here. My first place moving from RI to Texas. My dogs loved the backyard...Ive never had two FULL bathrooms. Or on sight laundry and pool. They kept the outside of the property looking very nice and the indoors was beautiful.

Ive lived here for 3 years with my husband and son and we love it! You cant beat the price for an apartment this nice AND cable is included. Believe me, weve looked at apartments all over Killeen. We feel safe here, the property is fully fenced and the pool is amazing. We miss Shalane, but love Brandi & Crystal... Theyre always so nice and helpful any time we need anything. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else in Killeen!

I’ve lived in several rentals in several states and Eastgate is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff are absolutely the best! The town itself is not my favorite, but because of the great facilities, apartments, and management it is enjoyable. I recently moved to Killeen from Dallas. I went to google and found Eastgate Ridge Apts which was my first choice. When I called I spoke with Crystal and explained my situation and made an appointment to see the apartments. Crystal was very thorough in showing and explaining the apartments and community to me. The move in process was really easy and I absolutely love my new home. Crystal and the maintenance team are absolutely AWESOME and I am already planning on renewing my lease when the time comes.

Ex military. I lived there for two years and it was a pleasurable experience. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and actually remember you by name. The complex is mostly military so its generally pretty quiet most of the time. New units, New pool, New laundry room, and newly fenced in complex. What more can I say lol.

I can personally say that this an amazing place to live at. I lived here while stationed at Ft hood. The apartments are remodeled so the inside is really nice. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. Whenever theres a issue or something needs to get fixed the maintenance people are always there to help. The apartments are away from the street so its pretty safe around here compared to living any where else on rancier or killeen in general. PS SHALANE AND SAMMY ARE THE BEST!

Simply Amazing!!!I moved into Eastgate Ridge Apartments around March 2013. At that time I was new to Killeen Texas. Instantly, Shalane was SIMPLY AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me into a Apartment! She also helped a good friend into a apartment! She was so amazing i deployed to Afghanistan and came back! My good friend accidently put diesel fuel into his Mazda, when we told Shalane how much it would cost she made a call and got it fixed and saved him $1100. She also helped me type my Resume on her personal time. On several occasions she went to her Amazing boss Brandi and came back with awesome results each time. Sammy (the maintenance chief) is very helpful. Anything you ask of him he is willing to do. And if he cant get it done he knows somebody! I highly advise people to rent from Eastgate Ridge. The Residents are very friendly and helpful!

I moved into Eastgate Appts. in February 2014. My husband and I been living here for 5 months and we love it. Shalane looks out for everyone, not just us but everyone. If she cant help us she will make sure someone else can. When me and my husband BAH wasnt right she made a phone call to his cheif commander and made sure we were straight. Also, when I needed a way to my job interview her and Sammy , the maintenance guy made sure I had a way there and back on their lunch time. They do things that they dont have to and we all appreciate them both a lot. This have been the best service anyone could ask for. They both deserve a raise. :)-Diamond Bullock

The nieghborhood is very quite and friendly. The nieghbors will offer you help with all kinds of things ! The property Manager Shalane Coffey is a real sweat heart friendly compasionate and understanding. She will help you find furniture, and try her best to help you with any other personal problems you may be facing at the time. We have neighborhood meetings frequently so we can get to know each other more, and plan fun events! The houses are clean and the enviornment is safe for kids and very diverse.
