    I have been a resident of Davis Park, since October 2016. I have no intention of moving anytime soon. Davis Park is quite, clean and family friendly. Property management and maintenance teams are excellent. Manager Kimberly is friendly, professional, and has improved the quality of living at Davis Park, significantly.This is an all inclusive community. Electric, gas, water and sewer are covered.Pet friendly, bug and vermin free, clean community. Theres a dog park and barbecue area, tucked away at the back of the property.If you are seeking a wonderful place to live, with no unexpected expenses due to outrageous electric bills, conveniently located to major freeways, shopping, a bike trail just a block away, and a residential living environment, Davis Park is an excellent choice.

    Going on our 6th year living here and we love it! So nice and calm, and the staff is the best, especially Kimberly in the office!

    I have been living here for about a year now. Savannah in the office is amazing. She’s always willing to help us when we need her. The grounds are always kept very clean. Erick does a very good job helping us when something needs fixing in our apartment. He is also very kind and knowledgeable of what he is doing. I feel they care about us. The apartments are very nice inside as well. We plan on living here for quite sometime. The apartments are also quiet.

    Just like at any apartments, there are things you need to get done prior to moving in and Savannah was so helpful with ALL of it! On my actual move in day things were pretty hectic with the company I chose to get renters insurance through and even though she had no control over what was going on she was patient with me and assured me everything was going to be fine and sure enough she made sure I moved in that day!!! We just got all moved in and the 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for my little family! Its a beautiful community and my kids love the picnic area!

    I have lived @ Davis Park since October 2016. Property was purchased in 2017, and the new owners have made significant improvements over the years. Our Current Property manager Savannah, is excellent. Shes friendly, professional, and prompt to resolve any issues that occur. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful. I plan to live here to my retirement in about 10 years.

    Ive lived in Davis Park Apartments for just over a year now. We absolutely love it! Bethany in the office is so helpful and welcoming. Maintenance is great. The grounds are kept up nicely. Its a safe, quiet complex. Close to the highway, but far enough you dont hear the noise. We love the dog park and picnic area. We have definitely found a home here.

    My mom has lived in these apartments for more than 2 decades. Management has changed several times so Mom has seen her share of good and not so good managers. Bethany is an exceptional manager and human being. She cares about the residents as well as the property. My mom is considered elderly and isnt tech savvy or as quick with changes and needs help sometimes. Bethany took the time to help my mom set up her online resident portal, showed her how to make online payments, renew her lease electronically and so much more. She assists my mom with updates and changes that come about if she needs help and always listens to concerns so theyre taken care of in a timely manner. Ive seen how helpful and patient she is with my mom as well as other residents.

    Ive been living here for a couple of months now and to start off, i love how peaceful it is.. you hardly ever hear anything here. The apartments are designed very beautifully inside, and the property manager, Bethany, is AMAZING!! from the applying process to moving process she is there! and will always listen to your concerns and comments The maintenance is also amazing, had an issue with my lock the first month and he was quick to come and fix it quick!! will be renewing my lease when the time comes!! thank yall for the awesome experience of living here :)

    The Davis Park Apartments are by far the best place Ive ever lived! The inside is very spacious the closets are enormous. The maintenance is always very professional and on time whenever I have a maintenance request. The property is super clean and very well maintained, not to mention the cost to live here is super reasonable. There are so many good things to say about this place.

    Been living here since March and have not had any complaints. The staff is awesome. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I really love my apartment! I appreciate the new additions of the grills and gazebos. Also I love how they keep up with the landscaping and keep it nice and clean! It is an all around great place to call home!

    I have lived here since July of 2020 and it was nice at first.Edited:Cons: These apartments are pretty old so wasnt sure if it was just my old neighbors just being loud or my sensitive ears but you can hear everryyything upstairs. I mean I heard their conversations.No swings or playground for my kiddo. (Lovely dog park however with grill.)Pros: Bethany and the property manager are the nicest of people I ever met and so sweet.They have remodeled the office and built a dog park and bbq grill as well and it is just lovely at night with the lights.Maintenance is so quick to respond and always working hard to try to keep the apartment grounds looking clean.With how high prices are going I think you will for sure get your money worth living here.Right next to highway so getting to work is super easy.Neighbors look out for each other. The neighbors by me are very kind and keep an eye out for everyone in the area I currently have an apartment in.In all I believe these apartments are a great place to call home.

    I like the fact it is respectfully quiet here. The interior of my apartment is fashionably up to date. I am enternally grateful for Bethany who works in the office! She is pleasant, understanding, compassionate, and professional. When my sons catastrophe happened, Bethany respectfully did all that could be done to protect our privacy while we planned a veterans funeral and quietly allowed me to move into a different bldg so I could grieve and heal. I am forever grateful for the respect and compassion. Any issues I have had maintenance wise have been only a few minor issues, and they were promptly taken care of. Motorcycle police like to hang out in the main entrance of the complex during morning traffic catching speeders. Which may be why I have not experienced any, or heard of any crime, in the complex. However, I do feel the signing of a new lease, should not justify an automatic rent increase of more then $50 to monthly rent.All in all, despite the rent, I like living here. My next move I hope to be a house of my own, so this is my temporary stepping stone.It is 🐕 friendly! Does have a dog park, doggie waste stations throughout whole complex, community bbq area with grills and tables, along with cornhole. Plenty of parking. Laundry is open all hours, but has a door code lock you must have a code for in order to get in. The machines use a app you put on your phone that you load money to the app to use washers and dryers.

    I have lived in these apartments for a few years. I really like them. The community is nice and quiet. And the other residents are nice. My dogs enjoy the dog park area and we have enjoyed the gazebos and grills a few times. I was really glad when they put in the dog area and gazebo area.

    Appreciate how maintenance has handle our minor issues lately. Very professional and thorough. Management has been quick to expedite the work orders! We havent had many problems at all. Weve lived here around 3 years. We are happy with the quiet, pleasant complex. Most neighbors are friendly and communicate with one another. Weve survived COVID and two winter freezes here. Were comfortable and dont plan on moving soon!

    I moved to Davis Park Apartments in 2019. Covid struck and forced to work from home. I never lived in an apt. Unit. It feels like home now. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner, improvements are great. A village of good neighbors is a plus.

    I love living here! Michelle in the office is Amazing! Warm and friendly! Maintenance is wonderful!anything Ive asked him to fix or whatever has been done In a very timely manner. I love that the apartments are older therefore we have things like a yard that you would not normally have in apartments. I do wish there was a pool or a park on property. But other than that....great place to live.

    We just moved in not long ago, from the moment I walked in the office to the moment I signed the lease I felt at home. Michelle, the office manager is AMAZING! I can not say enough about her! She instantly became a friend and that is hard to find when looking for apartments, most of the time they just want your money. She even left me tons of goodies when I moved in and a Christmas card.The apartments are older, but very nice inside. We have no issues with the AC/heat, pest, drafts, ect that you run across in older apartments. They are very quiet at night and always a place to park. The best part is, it’s all bills paid. We very much so enjoy living here and if it weren’t for Michelle, who knows what we would call home, but sure glad it’s here. Really wish we had a pool and washer and dryer hook ups, but the pros totally out weigh the cons. I’d rather have a office manager that truly cares about the property and her tenants than a super expensive place to live. Thank you Michelle for all that you do !-the killgores

    We lived at Davis Park Apartments for about 1.5 years. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were attended to in a timely manner though sometimes it was challenging with the limitations imposed by the pandemic. The apartment is very close to freeways so it gives easy access to many areas in the metroplex. Its absolutely a value-for-money option.

    I have lived here for 3 years and it’s been amazing. It’s generally pretty quite and the office is super helpful when you need something. The maintenance always fixes things in a timely manner as well. The only thing I wish is that there was a little playground for my kid and other children to play on

    I love Bethany in the office she is always so helpful and always so kind maintenance is always on top same Day within hours if I need something whether its small or big all my neighbors are great I like that as peaceful and its quiet I like that if I want to grill some steaks on a nice day Im able to Im glad that Im close by the dog park and my dogs get to enjoy running off of the leash overall its been a fabulous place this last 3 years

    The management in this place was awesome and very interactive and made everything smooth easy very interactive way of managing the property and very responsive in every way that it could be described thank you so much for the nice stay we had it in your property for more than three years you were awesome team awesome individuals in every aspect we can describe your beyond description of how great your achievement was towards the residence Inn incredible way thank you Specially the melody she was one of the most elegant a personnel’s and individuals in the management team of the complex so it’s as she is really deserving all the credits that we owe to her thank you so much
