    Currently in the application process. William reached out to me regarding an upcoming opening for a 2 bedroom. Throughout numerous emails, and then finally being able to come in for an in person chat and tour of the community, he was super personable, honest, and made us feel very comfortable. He never made us feel rushed even though we kept him 15 minutes after close. Hopefully we will be able to continue working together.

    I have been carrying mail since 2020 and up until recently, this property has a lot of turnover in management. Ever since I have been put on this route, things have greatly improved due to the consistency of the management team and maintenance crew. The property is cleaner, things are fixed quicker, and communication with them is much clearer than before. Yall guys are awesome! 👍

    Me and my fiancé lived here for a total of 2 years and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to move out of state due to work. The staff is amazing and the one time I needed some repairs, maintenance responded quick! Special thanks to Jackie for always helping with questions or concerns. Great experience and will move back if we’re ever back in Texas.

    Ive had an excellent experience living at Country square apts. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and the surroundings are always clean and pleasant. The maintenance team is outstanding, always quick to respond to any issues and incredibly efficient in their work.A special shoutout to Jackie from the apt office for her customer service skills. She is always friendly, approachable, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and well taken care of. Her dedication and positive attitude make a huge difference and truly enhance the living experience here.

    Im a tenant that just recently moved out after 5 years of living there, most of it off and on via weekends during the pandemic. I must say the community is very peaceful to live at. I never had any issues with my neighbors or even with management. Did I have my share of problems? Absolutely, but who doesnt? What made it better was Everytime I went to management they were quick to follow up on it and together with them, it made my apartment a great place to live in. I would.highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their first time apartment or even for families as well!!

    Just about to complete my first full yard here and I love it! Was stressed last year at this time trying to find a new place to live due to the Increasing rents. So lucky to have come across Jackie (mostly because of mutual clients).... She was amazing to work with and made the transition super smooth. Maintenance staff, so far has been above and beyond my expectations (prior place I lived at, they stole some items from my sons room) with our renewal coming up.... Jackie was all over it (shes now the Asst. Manager and well deserving)... Major Shout Out to the entire team at CS Apartments!

    I have had a great experience so far as a new tenant. The move in and leasing process was super easy. The office staff was great especially my leasing consultant Willans. The apartment is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate as well! Very happy !!

    *this is NOT a compensated review*I dont usually review an apartment complex while I live there, for obvious reasons. However, this review has been earned. Due to a clerical error, my wifes car was towed last night. And by all means, it just looked like we had failed to register it. However, when I told the office that I had indeed registered our cars, they believed me and took the time to investigate the issue. They found the error that had occurred, and cleared everything up. I didnt have to pay to get the car back from the tow yard or anything. They were super nice about it. Ill also throw out there that last year we had repeated A/C issues, and the manager personally made sure that everything got fixed, even to the point that they installed an entirely new A/C system. I am genuinely grateful for the people that work here.

    WELL, THEY’VE DONE IT AGAIN! Are these people great or what? They installed a railing to get up the stairs leading up to our apartment all because we were afraid we might fall. And this is not like hiring a plumber. They had to get corporate approval followed by city approval. And then they had to hire the contractor to put it in. Not to mention the expense, which was not cheap. These people really care about their tenants! I can’t say enough good things about them.

    Right after we moved in we had a water leak. Jackie and Carrie were super! They got right on it and even scheduled all the work early in the morning so as not to bother my sleep schedule since I go to bed so early. While no one wants a problem, they were extremely professional and competent and got the work done.

    Please dont feel like theres something more you can do to impress me. This review was from me seeing the property and experiencing your staff which I think is great. I dont even live on the property and never have Im a delivery driver.Im sure you work hard and satisfying your customers. It shows.     Just signed my FIFTH lease renewal. This complex is wonderful! The maintenance guys always answer calls quickly and professionally. The complex grounds are well maintained and most importantly SAFE! I look forward to many more years here. I have been a resident for 5 years and I cant say enough about this property. Each and every staff member is always friendly and helpful. All maintenance needs are quickly handled. The grounds are well maintained. MOST IMPORTANT - NO PESTS OF ANY KIND!

    I’ve been living here for a year now and i just want to say that moving into country square apartments was the best decision I’ve made . It was my first time moving into an apartment and the staff made it super easy for me to move in .     I moved to Country Square Apts 2 years ago and I must say that they are the best complex Ive lived in so far! The office staff and managment are top tier when it comes to residential problems etc. The community is always clean and the landscape is always cut and trimmed. I give these apts 10 out of 10!!!

    I was planning to lease there but I couldnt because I had to leave for university. But just talking with the staff there, I felt welcomed by everyone. They provided me with all the information and treated me kindly. When I return from university I do plan to visit them and see if they have any available units.

    My husband and I moved in over the weekend. We werent able to see the apt in advance but were pleasantly surprised! The make ready team did a great job. We love our apt. Adrianna has been a delight to work with. We didnt have hot water to the kitchen,but after putting in a maintenance request, Juan had it fixed promptly. So far we are very pleased with our decision to move here.Im updating this review to reflect the amazing work that Kari did to get my lease updated and correct. I have been here for a little over 3 years and still love my apt. Maintenance is always prompt in responding to my requests. Kari and her staff are amazing.

    I’m giving 5 stars ONLY because of Rachel - the property manager. She is a true gem and cares about all the residents. She goes above and beyond for her resident family.I’ve lived on this property for 7 years and I know personally how it is living here. If I could afford to go elsewhere and still be in a safe area I would’ve left a long time ago. This place is absolute chaos and something is always wrong. But since Rachel has been the PM she’s slowly started to make positive changes. She takes the time to listen to the tenants truly stoves to make a difference.

    My husband and I have lived here for 2 and a half years. We love it here. Rachel the manager is the best. The maintenance crew are great. They do their job and are always friendly when i see them when Im out walking our dog. They always address the dog as well. My husband has had some serious health issues lately and the maintenance and grounds ppl always ask how hes doing,which means a lot too me. It really feels like family here. The whole staff deserves a round of applause for working so hard during this pandemic were going through. They are our heros. I know we will be signing on again next year. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else.

    Office staff is so welcoming, and friendly. Maintenance is courteous and prompt. More importantly they are making the repairs in my apt before I even ask. Thanks for the new tub enclosure. Rent is most affordable around the area!!! New manager is the Best!!!

    I just moved here January of 2021 and couldnt be more pleased with the pleasant, courteous and efficient customer service I have received thus far from the folks in the office. The area has been quiet with minimal traffic and the spot Im in is perfect for my needs. My only regret is I didnt sign a 12 month lease rather than a 6 month.

    Maintenance is always top notch….I had a small leak which was determined to require a new ac system….I came home to a hole in ceiling but not a sign of any debri on sink or floor that hole had Ben cut and two indoor ac units with vents outside through windows installed. I received phone calls alerting me to issue and I will have a new ac unit installed in 2 work days. The first call was an after hours call and Nathan was at my apartment at 11:00 pm to determine if a small leak needed emergency repair. The care and concern for the well-being of my pets who are kennel during the day was most appreciated

    I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been here about 2 years now and I dont really understand the negative reviews. The wildlife is so BEAUTIFUL here, birds and squirrels everywhere making the entire community so beautiful. There is nature everywhere and people are so friendly and nice, everyone seems to walk their dogs and make friends so easily and there is plenty of area to play, kick a soccer ball here and there and just enjoy the open area. the apartment manager is awesome and the maintenance men have always been SUPER quick. I see complaints about the walls on some apartments but I havent experienced that. With apartments you will have some occassional noise from neighbors and you cant avoid that. If you dont like it, you gotta get a house. I dont plan to leave anytime soon as the wildlife/nature and great manager are something special.

    I have lived here for years. Have seen several staff changes over that time. Everyone from Rachel, Manager to Maintenance staff, to grounds crew and make ready are exceptional. They all have smiles on their faces and will do anything day or night to help the residents. Even during this historical time dealing with Covid you NEVER SEE ANY OF THEM WITHOUT A SMILE and willing to help in anyway possible!!! It would be nice if more residents would take the time to say THANK YOU!!! I have often wondered how the small staff is able to do so much with this large community!!! I have seen them help so many residents it is overwhelming. Us as residents could and should do more to help them. Some of them little things like making sure our personal trash is placed in dumpsters correctly. They have ALWAYS answered my maintenance calls asap be it day or night! THANK YOU ALL FOR CARING SO MUCH FOR OUR COMMUNITY AND PROPERTY!!! GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE ON STAFF HERE!!!!

    I have lived in Country Square Apartments for 15 yrs and have seen different management go and come. I have to say this crew of management/maintenance team are the best. If you have a request to get something repaired or whatever, they dont hesitate to send someone out to correct the issue.     I had a few repairs that needed it to be done and after advising the office via their web application, the maintenance came by and the work was all done quickly and efficiently. Love my apartment! The manager even called to make sure we were satisfied!!!

    I have been living here for 4 years now, I have never had any issues with the management team. No bugs and it is pretty quiet. Only issue is that Ive had to call every year at the start of the summer to get the A/C unit re-filled with freon but they usually resolve that pretty quickly.

    Long time Resident, friendly and helpful staff.. I lost my cell phone months ago and out of the blue, Josie at the office calls me and asks if I had lost my phone.. A maintenance worker found it and turned it to the office. The Ladies at the office charged my phone and recognized my picture and called me to let me, they had my phone.     I was skeptical about moving here due to all the negative reviews but when I took a tour and dealt with the staff the apartment were actually wonderful they dont look it from the outside but when you walk in them they are HUGE and you cant beat the prices! I love my new home and Ziomahra is the sweetest and she was a wonderful help though the whole move in process.

    Ive lived here for the last 4 months now and I love it. Its nice and quiet where I am. Huge square foot per dollar and a great location. I recommend living here as of now!Update 10.20 - All is still well, I only wish there was a gym, but I am les than 5 minutes from about 3 24-hour gyms so its not bad. And a Dog park, but there are some great ones in the area.

    Juan has been outstanding. He tells me what hes gonna do, gets it done fast, and cleans up afterwards. He coordinates the next steps with me.=========================================================During the ice storm the maintenance team was quick to respond to a burst waterpipe. They arrived in only a few mins to tell me they had already turned the water off and to arrange water extraction. They anticipated my questions about future work and had the answers. Thanks, guys!

    I enjoyed living here. The only reason I am giving this apartment 4 stars is when it was move in day, the apartment was not ready and it cause the moving crew to stand around and wait on the carpet to guy to start and finish.

    I would like to thank the staff in the office for the warm welcome , My husband and I are so proud to be apart of the Country Square Community, he stated this is the best apartment community we have ever stayed at since he been in Dallas from Nigeria and the maintance men gave a warm welcome as well and Ms. Josie for showing us our home and thank you Emily for being so sweet and having the right attitude ,helping me as needed, it feels like home.
