    Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance is responsive, the front office is kind, amenities are good. Going to the pool was my favorite! Close to stores & restaurants & car wash. The apartment I was in has been loved and worn by others in the past, but it is a great space and the vaulted ceiling is wonderful (I lived on the second floor). Some of the appliances are on the older side but everything works. Great place, loved living here and I will miss it!

    We moved in to our cute little apartment in 2022 and its been splendid! Our wonderful landlord, Haley, has been the sweetest, kindest lady! Shes always so welcoming anytime we see her and she ensures any issues we have are fixed. The fact that she is here, makes our stay at these apartments 100 times better!

    Been here for about 5 months, and I havent had any negative experiences yet. The property managers have all been very kind and helpful with setting up auto pay and other such issues.My single bedroom apartment has been clean and mold free since ive been here, and the only maintenance issue ive had was handled quickly. I would say the only real downside is the lack of overhead parking, but that is trivial and more of a personal matter

    Ashley was over- the-top wonderful helping me make my new apartment home happen!!! Her personalized service and responsiveness was much appreciated since I was doing this long-distance. She is professional and knows her stuff -answering all of my questions and making it easy. I highly recommend Country Club Villas!

    I love love love this apartment! Super affordable and super nice with a lot included such as; a nice pool, 24/7 gym, etc. Not to mention, everyone who works here is the best! Anytime anything happened in our room, they immediately sent someone to fix the problem and the office ladies are soo so sweet! Definitely a great place to live :)

    Very great community and most people are friendly around the complex, amazingly great and helpful staff in the office, matinace staff is amazing too. I have loved living here at this complex been here since 2018. The apartment really feel like a home and not just an apartment.

    Amazing apartments and staff! Constant communication and updates about what’s going on, quick service for repairs or problems, and so much kindness in every interaction! I’ve lived a few places in Canyon and Amarillo but this place is the best!

    I transferred from another Monarch property and San Angelo,Wasnt sure how that was going to go,Turns out, Haley and all the office staff made it so easy and welcoming,I like my apartment I think its going to be splendid living here !!

    The leasing office is run by true professionals, some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Always quick with answers to any questions that arise. Maintenance is quite knowledgeable and responsive. As for actual living here, pretty chill. No drama. Everyone just living their lives.

    I have been here over a year and I love it. The two managers in the office do a great job, I know its hard to keep this large complex going and yes the ladies in the office do there best to make everything ok.Anytime I need work on my apartment, they take care of it and it gets fixed.It is a quite place to live.Both managers go out of there way to take care you.Thats what I like to see, two managers working together to make Country villa a better place to live.And Christia the other young lady, she works hard to helps you out also. So everyone lets work together and make this a great place to live.😁😁

    Ive been here a few years and can honestly say the staff that is currently here is the best its been. Its an older complex but theyve been doing everything they can to lift it up. Always kind, always friendly and always on top of things. The campus itself is clean, generally quiet and the residential population has definitely taken an upturn as I feel more comfortable and secure with my neighbors these days than I did just last year. And the location is the best in town as far as Im concerned. Nothing but respect and appreciation for these folks.

    I love it here. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I love that there’s a dog park, a swimming pool, gym. I haven’t gone swimming yet or tried the hot tub and sauna but I did try the gym once and loved it. I also love that it is close to my job and so many other things.

    Staff is very inviting and helpful throughout my moving in process. I just moved in a few weeks ago but I can already tell we are going to love it here! I picked these apartments to live in because they were the best for your buck and the closest to work! Definitely recommend this complex

    Cindy, Haley, Reagan, are the sweetest and caring office staff any one could ever ask for. They make sure we as tenants are taken care of. I love them, always very helpful and make sure all jobs request are done in a timely matter by maintance. They really take a lot of negative attitudes from bad tenants and continue to stay positive no matter what.( because I sure would not.) Brandon in the maintance department does a great job,he alway make sure as tenants that we are satisfied before he leaves the apartment. The new supervisor of maintance is not my cup of tea, he seems to be on the lazy end of the stick and does just the minimal to get a pay check. I have been here over 5 years and to me I call this home. I recommend that if you are looking for a place with friendly faces and respect, and great maintance come to Country Club Villa Apt.

    The staff and maintenance team at country club villas is top notch. I’ve never had to wait for an issue to be fixed. Furthermore, the renovations they have made has made for a comfortable, welcoming home. Would recommend!!

    I like it here, I have lived here two times, and both times I have been happy here, the people in the office are wonderful, always nice to see them, the apartments are good, I have had little to no issues and the location is great, the area is nice and anytime I have any questions or concerns about any events that take place, they are always happy to help me, I would recommend this place to others. Anyways thank you and have a wonderful day today.

    I just moved here 2 months ago. So far I like it. The maintenance is fast to respond and get the job done quick. The management is awesome. Tanya and Nichole are very helpful and kind . The apartment was clean and ready to move in.

    The only problem we had was maintenance was a little slow with repairs. Also residents with dogs are very bad about cleaning up. I have seen poop right at the poop garbage can. You cant bend down at the can to clean up??The office staff has gone out of their way for us since the day we moved in. They even had some of their people help me move in. Parking sometimes can be a problem, but it is people who are actually storing vehicles on site. It would be hard for management to police this. Lived here for a year and would stay here again if I ever moved back here.

    The staff is very knowledgeable. They help resolve issues quick and when the corporate office makes a mistake they are quick to inform and inform of the error as well. They have parties from time to time to celebrate things like the opening of the pool for the summer and have drawings. Staff is helpful and maintanience guys know what they are doing.

    I have lived here since December 2016! So far my stay here is GREAT!! My kids LOVE the basketball court! We are excited about the pool this summer! I recommend this place. Its in a great location being just down the street from the mall, hospitals, walmart and cant forget CHICK-Fil-A!! :)
