    Our ten years here at Country Club has been better than we could have hoped for and its largely because of Aprils management. Shes assembled and kept a great team of staff members and what more can we say about having Robert and Jessie taking care of our maintenance issues - awesome!

    A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Wonderful location, nice and peaceful, I always feel very safe and cozy.

    Just moved in about a week ago and the process was very easy staff in the office is very friendly. Crystal was the leasing agent who help me and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed about the process it really made me feel like I chose the right apartment community. Couple of small issues I encountered the maintenance showed up that day and fix it, Wow! 🤩. I gave this property 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

    I stopped in to tour a 3 bedroom apartment, unfortunately I had no clue they didn’t have them, the office was wonderful and very nice of helping me find a different property that offered what I needed!

    Love it here!!! The girls in the office are Johnny on the spot to answer questions or deal with any issue you might have. The pools are lovely and maintenance is always working hard to keep things nice. I am already inviting friends over for fun!

    These apartments are wonderful! They are so on top of making sure residents are comfortable and happy. When you walk into the office you are always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. Anytime I have had a problem arise in my apartment, Carolyn is on it and the truly amazing maintenance crew gets it fixed quick! For example, my AC and fridge have decided to act up this summer and with one call to Carolyn my issues have been resolved in less than 24 hours! That is truly amazing! The staff works incredibly hard and I appreciate all their work. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

    I recently went to view an apartment at country club villas. The staff is super attentive and answered any questions I had in regards to the apartment I was looking at. The grounds are very well kept and everything was clean in the apartment while viewing. The pool and weight room are a nice added bonus as well.

    Where do I start? The whole team at the Abilene facility have been incredibly helpful and resourceful! The office manager Carolyn, I hope I got her name right, is one of the most genuine people Ive met! Very very helpful, went out of her way to help us get an apartment and I just simply cant thank her enough! Chloe and Alicia were also instrumental in helping answer questions and solve problems! Please please check out this apartment complex when you are looking, great office staff is hard to find!

    My husband and I moved to Abilene a few weeks ago and had a great experience when touring country club villas. Tara was so professional and great to talk to. She made us feel so at ease with the moving process. The community is so cute and I love that the homes have fireplaces! Tara has such a fantastic personality and genuinely wanted to help us. That made such an impact for us! I would recommend taking the time to stop in here to tour their homes. BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND AMAZING OFFICE STAFF!

    Weve been here for a few months now, and overall we love it. The maintenance team is great, and responds to issues usually same day or next day. The office staff is friendly, and seems mostly knowledgeable, we prefer mainly to work with Tara (the assistant manager) she really makes you feel like youre being listened to, and tries to make sure your issue is resolved right then and there. Shes by far the best worker of the office staff in terms of having both knowledge and genuine kindness. Sometime it can seem like not everyone knows whats going on in the office, but as an over all team they do well in making sure that someone there can find the answer for you if they dont know it. The property is well maintained, and pleasant, its generally a quiet friendly community, with the exception of an occasional loud neighbor, weve not had any issues what so ever.

    I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. The maintenance team has been exceptional with responding to my issues quickly. They also keep you well informed of things going on. Tara Martin is especially helpful and super nice! I always know that if I have any questions she’ll respond super quick, or have a smile on her face when I pop in to talk to her!

    I’ve lived here for 5 months, but my girlfriend has been here for over a year. We’ve been very happy with how we’ve been treated by everyone from management to maintenance! Tara is always so friendly and is able to bend over backwards to help us with what we need.Maintenance is amazing! They were able to take delivery of my girlfriend’s washer and dryer while she was at school and made sure it was set up correctly! I don’t think we’ll stay any where else while we’re in Abilene!

    Country Club Villas is a great community. I have lived here for almost a year and honestly have no complaints. The entire management staff is not only professional, but also care about their residents. Tara Martin has been awesome with my family and goes above and beyond. The maintenance staff is always very nice and timely with any issues that may arise. I have recommended this community and will continue to do so.

    I lived here over a decade ago and loved it. I moved back to Abilene last year with my kiddo, and this was my first choice of places going back to apartment life. My son plays tennis, and we have a beautiful court at our complex. Maintenance is super quick to respond, even for minor issues. And the staff is very friendly. Especially Tara, who is always quick to answer questions or even send texts for reminders for packages, etc.

    Ive lived in the area for more than a month now and so far, i like it. I like how they keep the areas clean. The office people are very nice and welcoming. Ive had a couple of simple repairs in my apartment and maintenance crew always do their job very well and quick. I like how they keep us updated and informed to whatever is happening at the Country Club Villas (i.e repairs, water shut down, or office hours). If they do have water shut downs, its only within less than 30mins and it only happened once since Ive been here. Keep up the good work!

    The ladies in the office do a great job of keeping us informed about anything that we have going on. They are always great to work with and helpful! Even their maintenance crew is great! I have lived here for 2 years and have not had one complaint. They keep the grounds upkept and clean. Many great amenities and they continue to upgrade.

    We have had a wonderful experience here so far. The office staff has been very nice and accommodating. We have especially appreciated Aprils help with several things that we needed since moving in. Maintenance is very good and they were quick to come out and fix the few things that have needed attention. The complex is quiet and beautiful, especially in the fall with the gorgeous mature trees.

    First off, the staff is amazing! I loved being close to everything so that is very convenient. Ive lived at other apartments in Abilene and the property would be unkempt but at the CC villas the property is very clean and they take pride in their appearance.

    We have only been here for a week so far but it is great! We did have a couples problems with the dishwasher and sink but maintenance came over right away and fixed it! The ladies in the office are super sweet and welcoming! We love it!

    CCVs review,Hello, we would like to say we think that you all do an exemplary job in maintaining the integrity of this complex. Anytime we have any concerns you all are spot-on when it comes to taking care of anything inside our apartment or outside on the parking lot. The aesthetics in the complex are maintained beautifully and if I had my own house this is the way I would keep it up myself.But, there is one concern that hasnt been addressed adequately. It concerns the parking lot parking spaces. It just seems that there are not enough uncovered parking spaces for people that may not be able to afford the covered spaces. I am aware that this apartment complex is here to make money, but it seems that if you could make the covered parking more affordable, more people wouldnt feel as much of a bite out of their budget as what is being charged now. I have a covered space, but I also have a second vehicle. I would be willing to pay half of what Im paying now for the second space. Some dwellers here have more than one vehicle and if a deal could be made like that it would make it more affordable and more accessible.     I have had a great experience working with Tara, she is friendly and attentive. Even from the first time i came to look at the apartments up for rent. If i ever need something fixed or looked at, she sends them right over. I will always recommend this place, very quiet.

    I loved living here (only moved because I moved into a house). If something needed to be fixed, maintenance was super fast. All of the ladies in the office are super nice (they knew me by name everytime I went to the office). I had an updated apartment and it was sooo nice and rent is not expensive

    Employees review,My wife and I would like to say we think you all do a fantastic job. From the office with April, Tara, and Lori to the maintenance and the yard work its all what we hoped for, for the money we pay.But one person has stood out every since weve been here these last three or so years. This person has been consistent in taking care and completing all of the concerns from changing a light bulb to working on our appliances like our dishwasher. This person is always nice and completely considerate of our needs. The person Im speaking of is Jesse the maintenance man.     My husband and I looked at several complexes before choosing our home and we made the best choice choosing Country Club Villas! The staff are very accommodating, the property is very well kept and quiet! Maintence is VERY timely with completing work orders. Lorri in the front office has been very helpful since the day we began our apartment search and is sure to help us with any issues the second we bring it to her attention! We definantly recommend Country Club Villas!

    Been here for about 6 months and am very happy with these apartments. The women in the office are always very nice and helpful. Matinence is also great. Had trouble with my garbage disposal and was replaced that day. The matinence workers are always kind and greet you when you walking around the grounds. Air conditioning cools excellent (1 bed). Grounds are kept up nicely. Only thing I had a problem with is the pool closing on labor day for the season. It is still hot in texas for months afterwords. Always have been informed a week or more in advance when they have to do something such as turn the water off. Very happy so far keep it up CCVs

    I have really enjoyed living here; even if it’s only been for a short time. The staff is very friendly, the neighborhood is clean and very welcoming. The neighbors have also been very welcoming. There are very pretty walking routes around the complex as well. I can’t wait for the amenities to open back up!

    Clean, clean, clean. I looked at 1 & 2 bedroom and the apartments were nice and arranged sensibly. The property was clean....i was looking for issues and found none. The pools ( they have 2 pools and a hot tub timemachine lol ) all superclean. And the apartments are centralized with everything a human needs to be happy from a mall, 2 movie theatres,restaurants( buffalo wild wings, I-Hop, popeyes,etc..) Lowes,Target, Wal-Mart....to much to list.
