I live here for less than a year. The new management is great and they are also doing many improvements to the apartment. Eddie is a wonderful manager and very responsive to my requests. All bills paid at $595 for a large studio is a steal. -

After speaking with Sami director of operations we need more hard workers like her she is very understanding and is very professional I rate her at a 10 she hears u out and lets u know how she can help and fix the problems as a tenant we just have to do our part and make sure rent and other fees r paid and the mg and maintenance just have to take care of what needs to be taken care of in the unit we need more ppl like sami she is awesome π― to speak with her is a blessing I want to thank her very much for what she does she is doing a fantastic job and she will receive many blessings for here and her family. -
