I really had no major problem in my stay. During my 3 years I lived quietly there and everyone was very kind, the maintenance staff always attended to any inconvenience. And all the girls in the office including Bardha and Courtney were 100% kind and helped in what they could most when they needed something. Thank you for everything.

I’ve been here for one year and a half. I can say that this is a cozy and safe community where you can always feel attended in person and online. I recently decided to renew my rental contract. I’ll always feel grateful and happy of living over here. I highly recommend this apartment complex. You will love the swimming pool and entertainment areas, as well as the gym for fitness lovers. Besides that, your kids will love the playground.

They were very polite and quick and put stuff back where they moved it. The maintenance responds very quickly and are quick to get things fixed around here. Update…. I think the maintenance people are very hard working. They have always been quick on anything that needs fixing. My ac wasn’t cooling for and in a few hours it was fixed. Up front are very nice and quick to get back to you. Would recommend to anyone. They have really been awesome and fun this year with lots of giveaways possible for the community which I hadn’t had at other apartments I’ve been at. Thanks guys for always giving.Update. No one can ever say the maintenance take to long to respond or fix things. I put in a work order and by the end of the day was already fixed. Y’all are awesome

I am not really the one for reviews but I felt it would be unfair to not leave one after my recent experience.I have been living here for over a year now and I must admit that the new management is very understanding and kind. I felt listened to by Courtney, who not only addressed my concern with utmost professionalism but also ensured it was escalated, so there wont be any issues in the future.

Community location is very good, very close to the many stores like HEB, Aldi etc and have very good schools with bus facility which is less hassle for the working parents. Apartment rent is reasonable to compare to the nearby. Community offers good service to the residents.

The leasing office staff is really nice! I would give it a 5-star, but I haven’t been able to use the gym or movie theater yet. Otherwise, clean, friendly, and good value!! Updated to show that I was able to use the Gym and this place has been absolutely amazing! Even renewed my lease

Is a good place for live, some areas needs more gardening and maintenance and the same for the pool. The apartments are nice and with space. Staff always respond and are very nice!. I still live here and still good prices for rent.

Stopped in today for a tour. What an awesome aesthetic look. Trees and garden areas well kept, pool looks so refreshing in this heat, quiet and clean. These apartments have been around for a while but still kept up-to-date. I loved the helpful and attentive staff. They were so resourceful and prompt answering questions and laying out the rental process concisely.

We been here for almost a year now. I feel the need to write a review seeing all the bad ones. I have to say there is some things that need to be improved on communication is the biggest. I know the staff is very busy, but I should not have a guy come do my shower twice because there is no communication in maintenance department. Im not downing yall at all! Our AC broke this past week and that night at 11pm the man brought us a window one. We got our new AC even with covid in within the week. Thank yall for working hard. Definitely a wonderful place to be. Nice and quiet and havent had a problem. The parking is just bad after 11pm you can not find a spot. Your close to everything and have nothing to really complain about. Thank yall for working hard and giving us a great first apartment to stay in.

I’ve been living at Cornerstone Ranch for four years, The staff is wonderful, Catherine the Property manager is very nice I like that she’s not untouchable if you have a problem you need to talk to her she is there for you, and maintenance they are very professional and friendly. I also like that some of the employees also live on the property. Cornerstone Ranch is a great place to live.

This is an awesome and affordable apartment complex. All of the ladies in the leasing office are all so nice. Almost every time I go up there Courtney is there and she is always so sweet and helpful! Ive been here for 3 years now. What I like about cornerstone ranch is the apartments are all pretty sound proof. The office staff are all so great. They go out of their way to help you, especially courtney. She always has a great smile and so friendly. She really cares and will take care of whatever you need! I highly recommend cornerstone ranch if you need an appartment!😁

Well. I told the management I would write this positive review, because they (the ladies at the Front Desk) have mostly been outstanding. They are VERy friendly, VERy positive, Really on top of things, trying to make sure WE are HAPPY. They Love us! They are so Nice and hospitable. They have a FAIR price for what they offer.! Maybe a little on the low side (for price)!...Awesome experience here.My wife and son and I moved in 6 months ago. We loved it from the beginning, until the end.If my job and life situation wasnt too stressful right now for us to stay in Katy, here at these apartments (until we had enough to buy our own place), we would most likely stay here for a while!Definitely better than the other apartment complex we were at before (Terra at Park Row).The website for Cornerstone puts it accurately. Its where Luxary meets Value here in Katy. Its also been a GREAT location for us because its so close to all the shops, HEB, etc. on Mason road, and it doesnt usually take that long to get to I-10, about which I was surprised.DEFINITELY recommend Cornerstone Ranch for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, peaceful, WELL taken care of apartment complex.Well miss Cornerstone when we leave.Austin, Kasia, & Aiden!:)

I just moved to this apartments and I love the service and all the amenities we have, kathya and Kourtney are always very heblpful, orders always get done quickly, nice neighbors. Also very affordable prices. I would definitely recommend this complex.

I have been at the Cornerstone Ranch complex for two years now and I really have had no complaints about the complex.. If something breaks, they immediately fix and/or replace it.They always respond quickly in the officeWhat I like the most is the pool, which is big and clean, and the gym.. I recommend it... it is also located in the smallest areas of Katy, which is the Cinco Ranch.
