    Jay, Lou, Liz in the office are so awesome! They all are VERY respectful and professional & they have patience. They work hard and are very welcoming like family! I give them 5 out of 5 stars cuz they deserve it!! Also shout out to Daniel and the new guys that take care of stuff for residents and the apartments they work hard also! Thank you!!!

    I had the pleasure of visiting The Commons at Manor, and I can honestly say its a place I would love for my mother to call home when the time comes. Lourdes, Liz and Janissa are incredibly welcoming, and their genuine love for the residents truly shine through. Its comforting to see such a warm and caring environment!

    The Commons at Manor +55 community is an awesome facility super clean and well maintained(Top Notch). Ms. Leticia and Ms. Lourdes, the property management team, are the best in the business of serving their residents. I can not thank them enough as they helped my loved ones secure and move into their new apartment.

    I’m a resident at Commons at Manor and I cannot praise enough the staff at the community! Starting with Lourdes the manager, she is kind and genuinely cares. She listens to our grievances and takes action. Liz and Jay are also very caring! But today I want to express a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the maintenance team, Daniel and Leti!!! In all my life, I have never seen such a great maintenance team! They are VERY hard workers and always do a great job. They care for the residents and take care of the community as if it were their own. I hope the home office knows and appreciates the diamond they have in this entire team! Thank you so much!😊

    It seems people only leave reviews when they’re mad! I have to give a huge applause to Jay for remembering I had lost my keys down an elevator weeks prior and getting them back. They handle a lot of people throughout and it’s a tough job but man she came thru for me and those are the small things that deserve to be rewarded so if any of the owners or managers are reading this. This girl def deserves a promotion for actually caring about clients!!!

    I totally enjoy living here. Management (Lordes) and maintenance (Daniel) are very responsive to your needs. Amenties are great. My neighbors are pleasant. Mondays and Thursdays, tenants meet with our Community Coordinator(Amy) to do crafts,play games and celebrate Birthdays and socialize.Have lived here since May 2023 and have no complaints.We have a Walmart, Dairy Queen,Whataburger,Panda Express and Poyo Loco nearby and new shopping center under construction with HEB,Dollar Tree,TJ Max and Marshalls as some of businesses opening. Pick Up by Cap Metro will pick you up at front entrance for 1.25 per ride and take you almost anywhere in the Manor area.I dont plan on leaving!

    Great tour with Araceli! She was extremely kind and professional, while also knowledgeable and personable. I loved that she knew all the residents that we passed in the hallway, and they all were happy to share their great experiences since living on the property. Brand new residences that have great amenities and beautiful upkeep. Will bring other clients here in the future for sure!MissMerrickaRealtor®

    I just want to say that my parents love their apartment at The Commons. The apartment is beautiful and affordable. The amenities are great. They respond quickly if there is something to be repaired. I cannot say enough about The Commons at Manor...Oh yes I can, the staff is very friendly and Helpful, Thank you Araceli!

    I am a resident at Commons at Manor. I am very pleased that I made the to move to Commons at Manor. The staff here are very professional and helpful always willing to help you. The Manger of the community Mrs. Laura Dominquez is very professional and always willing to assist you. Recently I had a situation arise concerning my vehicle Mrs. Laura Dominquez assisted me in resolving this issue in a timely manner. I am very grateful and appreciative for everything that she did to help me resolve this issue .
