Our family lived there for a year and we loved it, they really take care of the place and the residents. It was clean and safe and well maintained, pool area is awesome. Everyone loves Diane the manager there and it’s a great and friends community, would recommend to anyone!

Chappell Oaks is a fabulous place to live!! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous ‼️‼️‼️‼️It is so serene. The pool area is soooo relaxing.The maintenance is right on time with any concerns!!!The office staff truly cares about you as a person as opposed to a renter. Diana and Brittany are FABULOUS ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Chappell Oaks is a fantastic community to live in. The residents are SO friendly and you truly feel safe here‼️‼️‼️

I love how attentive management covers so much more than just the physical plant. They engage with us as a community & are supportive to individuals as needed. I celebrate both the management & maintenance staff. Best move I ever made.

Ive been here almost a year now. Every day I congratulate myself for making the decision to sell my house and move here. I live in a spacious 2 bedroom apt with a gigantic bath and master closet. There is new flooring, counter tops, appliances, and fixtures. The apt manager Diana is just awesome. If I have a problem its taken care of immediately. This complex is filled with giant trees and wildlife. I have friends in every Bldg because I choose to participate in every activity I can. Chappell Oaks is home. This is just an awesome place to live. I hope to see you here!

I lived here for 2 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Beautiful community, friendly and quiet residents, and expert maintenance and management. Diana (property manager) and Doug (maintenance) made us feel welcome, taken care of, and safe and secure. Chappell Oaks made a wonderful home for myself and my wife and we are so grateful we called it home.

Moved in approximately 4 months ago and couldnt be happier! The apartment complex grounds are very nice and well kept, very secure, and peaceful & quiet. My apartment has great amenities, is good sized, and has a huge garage for a 1 bedroom apt. Love it!Diana (manager), Jessika (assistant manager), and Doug (maintenance) make up an absolutely great staff! Couldnt be more pleased with how they treat and respond to their residents.Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Chappell Oaks Apartments!

Chappell Oaks was a true and welcoming home for my husband and I. The staff was amazing--always kind, courteous, and eager to help. Maintenance was incredibly prompt; they fixed any problem we had on the same day we submitted a request. They are extremely pet friendly, even remembering my dogs name. The grounds were always immaculately clean and absolutely gorgeous! I just loved the trees everywhere, it gave the complex a very private, spacious feeling. The pool area is so beautiful, I would often sit in the shade and read a book just to enjoy the beauty of the trees, ivy, and stonework. All of our neighbors were extremely friendly, helpful, and quiet. We never had a single problem with noise, and my husband and I go to bed extremely early.Unfortunately, my husband and I got restrained away from. Fort Hood. As a result, we had to leave our beautiful home. If we ever come back to the Belton area. We will make sure to return to Chappell Oaks!

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a short term lease apartment for the past week, while I look for a house in Salado. Ive visited at least a dozen apartments from Killeen to Temple. Unfortunately, Chappell Oaks was a little out of my desired budget being that I am also maintaining an apartment at a different location. If I was looking for an apartment to stay in long term, I would be moving in right now! I really liked to overall look and feel of the complex. tons of old mature trees, classic brick buildings, very quiet and peaceful and the overall size of the 1 bed 1 bath that I looked at was bigger than most of the other apartments that I viewed over the past week. However the reason I am writing this review is my interaction with the management team. Specifically Diana White who helped me when I was there. Once it became clear that I would not be leasing at Chappell Oaks, Mrs. White, going above and beyond, recommended other apartment option for me to look into and even made several phone calls to other locations trying to find something that would fit my needs. She could have very easily said good luck and sent me on my way, but she made an effort to help me out when she had no obligation to do so. Ive lived in several different states, renting and buying both houses and apartments and customer service has always been and important part of the overall experience. It was very refreshing to meet someone who also understands the importance of customer service, and is kind enough to help someone in need. Thanks again Diana White!

Chappel Oaks is not an apartment complex, but a community. When you first enter, the place welcomes you with a beautiful scenery and well kept buildings. To your left is the office where the staff are not only professional, but genuinely concerned about your welfare. Diane, Jessica, Rosly, and Doug make this place like a family atmosphere. Where else would you get birthday, get well and congratulation cards. Really hated to.leave, but my health deemed I be with my family. Youre going to love this place!!!

I lived here for 3 years and I wanted to share that I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The property is beautiful and quiet and everyone who works here is nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of within a few hours of submitting a work order. This is a great place to live!

Below is my initial impression 2.5 years ago: August 2020, and the world was cra/cra, including the pandemic thing. Although overdue I can now report my experience has been stellar.My expectation has been far exceeded. It is so easy when you dont like something to yell from the rooftop. This post objectively shout this facility and staff are awesome!! Where do I start: functional, spacious, safe, quiet, energy efficient, responsive and yes friendly and caring . I am not objective on this point, but I think I have the best unit in the community. 1300 sqft, riverfront property with a garage!! Truly I suspect they are all great.Regarding client services the management team (and it is very much a team lead by Diana) makes Nordstroms, Chic fila, Starbuck, (until recently I would have included Southwest) look like rookies.Again easy to be complacent when all is great.
