I moved in September, and have been dealing with Gayle since. She is very kind and professional, and willing to help wherever she can. The apartments are modest, but clean in the property is well maintained. The prices very reasonable in the whole DFW area I like that the complex is small only 141 units so there’s somewhat a sense of community parking can be hard sometimes but aside from that everything is nice and quiet and the pool looks amazing!

I have been living in this apartment for about 8 years, since 2016, and I can say many things, both good and bad! But this new lady manager Jayle has completely changed the atmosphere with a positive vibe. All the requests are handled quickly, and she goes above and beyond to help the residents. I hope she stays here for a long time, as we are fortunate to have such a good manager!!!

Miss Gayle and our new handyman Cris work so hard to make sure resident needs are met. Ive lived here for years and can truly say that hiring the right people makes all the difference. Gayle and Cris care to make sure the job is done and is done well. I am very happy with the results of all the maintenance requests that ive put in since Cris was hired and im thankful Miss Gayle has been communicative and worked with us residents to make sure were happy here at Central Park. Were happy to have you all running the complex, I am a truly a satisfied resident because of it. :)

ProsI have lived over a full year at Central Park Apartments. When leasing an apartment one of the top priorities is having a leasing and maintenance team that will support you. And throughout my time at Central Park the Maintenance Team has done an outstanding job! Gayle our current leasing professional does a thorough job of communication, and keeping in touch. With the smaller amount of apartments compared to some larger ones, allows for maintenance to address problems very quickly, all of my maintenance requests were addressed within a day or two, or that week. Rob our current maintenance man works hard, and is very kind, I rolled into the parking lot with a slightly flat tire, and he noticed while I was walking away and volunteered to fill it for me. The team has your back and goes above and beyond to help. The apartments are in a great location with the elementary school and Country club nearby. The atmosphere is very quiet. The apartment appliances are nice. I enjoyed using the multiple close trails nearby often such as the Sopac trail which you can walk/run/bike to in under 5 min.I really enjoyed the fact that parking was almost always available directly in front of my apartment with where I was in the back and I never had to walk more than 10-30 steps to get in my car.The amazon lockers for packages were very nice and easy to use making it where you didnt have to worry at all about a lot of your packages ever getting stolen. None of mine sent to my door were ever anyways.----- ConsThere are roaches in the south throughout my lease there was one dead one which is a good sign that the pest control worked, and one live one, the maintenance team sent additional pest control quickly.My apartment had plumbing issues and leaks throughout but the maintenance team has done an awesome job helping quickly and sending plumbing to address.If you want luxury this is not the place to get. Would it be worth spending more to get a nicer place? Perhaps, but I found this to be a good deal and nice apartment. I would continue living here if I wasnt relocating for work.I would live here again and this is a solid 3.5 - 4 star apartment.The leasing team gets 5/5 stars for how quickly and actively they help, so when you have problems it is nice knowing you have a team that is by your side, which made living here an enjoyable experience!

This property and the staff are amazing. The office gives exceptional service and very kind. The property manager was very nice and helpful in application process. I cant thank Gale enough for her efforts. Central Park is a beautiful community and is a great value for the area. I think its a great place to call home.

Id like to recognize the manager Ms Brandy Harris for her incredible way of handling things around here! She is very respectful and truly amazing when it comes to caring about the tenants and property. I have been here for about a week now and really love this community! It is very quiet and although it may be older property, it is VERY well kept up! The units feel spacious and modern. The price of rent here is very reasonable compared to nearby properties. The location is also very convenient as it is just a short walk away from the DART walnut hill station and it is also near some quick food places just up the street! I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a good place to rent without destroying your bank account! Thank you again to Brandy!

We moved into Central Park Apartments 3 years ago. I wanted to be closer to my job. From the day I walked in to inquire about an apartment til now Ive had good experiences. The staff has always been polite. Im very pleased with my apt. New appliances, spacious and a nice hardwood floor. When I put in a work order they are quick to respond and follow up. They keep the property up very well. My kids really enjoy visiting and going to the nice large pool. Central Park is a friendly apt community and wonderful place to call home.

I have felt very at home since I got here. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problem, the office staff are a pleasure, especially the Pisces one!(Inside joke🐟🐟) My dogs are thrilled with the dog park on premises that is actually kept clean and has lots of shade.I highly recommend Central Park, they truly seem to care about their residents!

I’ve been living at Central Park for almost 2 years. Brandy in the office has been so helpful since day 1—when I began the application process from out of state. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs. The complex is very quiet and genuinely have had no complaints. Also, have never had any pest issues. Easy access to 75 and Greenville Ave. Just wish we’d get a Starbucks opened nearby 😁

Me and my fiancé have been staying at Central Park for the past 3 years and it has been pure joy because of Ms. Brandy! She has worked with us and helped us since we’ve been here. If it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be here. If you want to live somewhere that’s not going to cost you an arm and a leg and you’ll have a property manager that’s going to be there for you and help you when you need it, Central Park is the place to be.

The move in process was amazing the leasing office staff has been great. They are all professional and have handled everything amazing. Any issue that I have had which isn’t really any because when I moved everything they showed me on my tour of the apartment was great. My apartment is very spacious and the neighbors are all quit no issues on my end 10/10 for me and this property.

Moved in on March 2019, Kalisha the manager showed me around and was extremely helpful during the whole lease signing. Over all I did enjoy my apartment considering this was my first apartment ever. A bit pricy for the type of apartment you get but everyone who works there is extremely helpful and maintenance is quick and on top of all request. I think the only issue I had was visitor parking, the spaces are very limited so it’s first come first serve with visor parking. Never had an issue with noise complaints. Overall my experience was good here at Central Park.

So far the management has handled all of our needs whenever they arise.Make sure you look into your internet service provider and accessibility before you move in, as this was the only issue we had, but finally got connected. No place is perfect, but they fix things quickly. Our building is quiet and our neighbors are nice. We love our unit. We got a newly redone unit and its so nice to have fresh and new everything. Yes, it is an old complex made over, but for the price and location, its just right. I dont care about the abortion clinic next door, and I have only seen protesters outside once in 4 months, and they didnt bother me. The pool is clean and pretty 90% of the time, and thats pretty good. Betty is always friendly and helpful and management has handled anything that breaks or needs attention. Never seen a roach, or mold, and I am very allergic to mold, so at least our unit is clear. At this point, we are content with our choice to live here.

Two years ago I saw this place and just stopped and did routine Apt checking.. I was so impressed the next month my lease ended at my old Apt and I moved to Central Park Apts.. Im still happy I made the decision to move here.. The apartment is very updated and new appliances. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help if I have a problem. The upkeep of the property is always very clean and well manicured... Everything I look for in a Apt community they are. Professional, polite, sincere. I like reconizition where its due. Id recommend this property to anyone wanting safe, friendly home living quarters.

Nicely renovated on the inside and great prices considering all the new developments down the street. Convenient location near many great restaurants and shops. and only 5-7 minutes to Northpark Mall. Kalesha, the new manager is amazing! She is very attentive to your housing needs and very professional and welcoming. Shes probably one of the friendliest property managers Ive met. If you are looking for an apartment home near central 75 you should consider this property as one of your choices.

Just recently moved in, Apr 2020. Central Park did a great job of making the move as easy as possible! Kalisha is who I have had the most contact with, she is extremely helpful and very quick to respond! Mercedes and Jennifer have been wonderful as well! I would definitely recommend Central Park to anybody looking for an apartment in North Dallas!

Nice place to live, love the fact that is very quiet. It’s always clean and well kept. Maintenance is awesome! I don’t have any issues with roaches or any type of pest. The leasing staff is always friendly and professional. There’s a elementary school next to the complex, which is convenient if you have kids.

I lived here for two years. I had no problems living here and it was excellent. The location is great; plenty of shopping, access to the train, highway, parks, trails to White Rock. It has everything. Though I interacted little with the staff, all interactions were great. Maitenance was top notch and everything was well kept. My unit was clean and stayed that way. No bugs or pests. It is a quiet area and I felt comfortable in it. Definitelty live here if you are deciding on it.

I just moved into a bigger unit being that I haven’t had any issues living here and the community is so quiet which I love. The only thing is sometimes the washers I’m the laundry room are out. But management is exceptionally nice and friendly. If you come here, tell Brandy in the front office I sent you lol.

Central Park has such a great community between the residents, the staff and neighborhood overall . The staff especially have been so nice and accommodating in our move here. The common areas are very accessable, straight up and clean. Being close to 75 and Greenvile is also a convenient bonus. I truly enjoy my stay here so far and appreciate the community.

The previous reviews seem to be talking about the apartments here, but I want to tell everyone about the park in the middle of the street. The sculptures with cows as the theme are very Texas-style.
