    I was hesitant about moving here but the courtesy officer reviews made me change my mind…he’s a protector and makes sure the property is protected. I heard a lot about these apartments then was told since the courtesy officer had been there it has gotten better. There’s no more hanging out loitering and etc. He’s very nice and you can tell he’s a people person. My first night he helped a lady 5 month old baby from choking and she had just previously lost a child from the same thing. He sprung into action really quick! I had an issue and he returned my call within a couple of minutes. He’s very prompt. The kids out here really seem to like him too. It’s not easy trusting people nowadays but he’s DEFINITELY trustworthy.

    Ive been here for 3 years and I actually like it here its quiet for the most part thanks to our courtesy officer Haygood this is the first time Ive seen a courtesy officer care about the community. Hes polite, but firm he actually is part of the community. I heard these apartments were terrible until Haygood showed up and I have to say I feel much safer knowing hes here.

    I love the new renovations! I also appreciate how professional and detailed manage was during the application process. And the maintenance staff tended to my minor work orders in a timely manner. This is an amazing property!

She is an apartment specialist. She is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I’d also like to acknowledge Geraldo for all of his efforts, and professionalism towards my whole application process. Geraldo, was very patient and professional. He worked with me till the very end. I recommend these apartments to any individual(s) who are looking to start fresh with life and new opportunities.

    Been living here for almost 3 years now and although everyone has different experiences, mine has been good. I will say when I first moved here I had a few problems with the A/C but maintenance handled it in a very reasonable time frame as they do for any other problem Ive had but I havent had many problems. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I stay to myself and my building is quit quiet for the most part. 2 bedroom layout is lovely and I keep my place clean so I dont have any bugs. Only problem I have is the trash problem tenants and their kids just leave trash any and everywhere but the grounds keeper are good at picking it all up every morning but they shouldnt have to keep doing that.

    Great service, very friendly and informative. They actually answer the phone and return calls promptly. It was easy to set up an appointment and no questions were left unanswered. The units are very nice and kept up to date and maintenance workers are very attentive! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for affordable apartments!

    Great staff! Team is amazing! Yvette is very attentive to all of the residents needs. Jerry and Brenda always greet with a smile and helpful. Haygood is on-top of security needs. GO TEAM CENTER RIDGE!!!

    Been here for a while. Love how big the apartments are my neighbors are awesome never had a problem with maintenance calls. I must admit I had a issue recently and they came out multiple times and did everything they were allowed to do. They get everything done when I need them. Never had a problem with the people in the office. Never had a problem with break ins. Now if they can get the people from hanging out with the loud noise the fighting, partying and stop them from trashing the place (cause I’m sure grounds ppl get tired of picking all that up every morning) and fix the gates on both sides than these would be some really good apts in a really good area.

    Officer Haygood works 24/7 and cares about his residents and their safety. I personally don’t believe he gets paid nearly as much as he should to take on this career or this property.

    I just wanted to take the time to let management know that heygood is always on top of things on property really cares about his residents and keeping them safe and the property was crazy until he got here now I feel safe to come home at night knowing that hes there to secure the property and his response is really quick thank God for Mr haygood protecting us and watching over us at night when we sleeping keep up the good work Mr heygood

    I’ve been here for more than 5 yrs and I haven’t had any issues. Keep in mind it’s an apartment complex...not a house. So far I’ve had a good experience.

    It is the best place to live, super quiet and everything is organized, the apartments are very large, cheap and the service is excellent.
