    Ive been living here for a while now and the people the staff and maintenance crew are always taking care of the property and making sure everything is safe for the residents. Ive needed them several times since both the tornado and hurricane and there after and campbell grove is always answering my requests and very prompt as well.. from a very happy resident.

    Recently moved in here and I really like my new home. Since the beginning service was exceptional and my apartment was nice and clean when they gave me keys and made my moving transition very smooth. Highly recommend.

    From the start they were wonderful to work with. Martina was great! Great communication, friendly, professional and understanding. They worked with me when I first moved in, we were in need of something ASAP and they were the only ones willing to work with me. As long as you keep great communication and let them know what is going on they will work with you. Definitely would look into their other properties if I needed to just to keep working with this management company. Shoutout to maintenance because they are quick to respond to normal non emergency tickets.

    Great customer service, and my apartment looks amazing would definitely recommend it. My move-in was smooth, the apartment was clean, and I havent had a problem with anything.

    I am a long term resident at Campbell Grove but feel like a brand new one after transferring to one of the beautiful refurbished apartment. I am a senior citizen and do not usually take the time or trouble to comment on things I buy as I am not very good on these new technical gadgets but I just felt it was only right to let you know how great it is to live here. The property is kept very clean and any maintenance things I need are taken care of right away this is due in part i am sure to the manager Stacy who I have had the pleasure of meeting in person and gave me her undivided attention even though as a senior I take a long time talking as you can probably tell here. I hope I am able to stay here a long time.

    What a wonderful and friendly staff. They cater to customers on the daily and make sure everything is 100% to the customers satisfaction. New repairs/renovations have been done, superb results. Waste services are impressive. The property manager, Staci, is always taking care of everyone’s needs and completing expectations. I strongly recommend!

    Stacy the new manager went above and beyond to help me with my notice & came directly to my house late and made sure i received my notice sighed and acknowledge personally in my hand by them at the leasing office, because when I come home the leasing office is already closed, and I its hard for me to pick up something or do anything at the leasing office for that reason. Me myself work as well in the apartment leasing industry , and never in my life have I seen a manager that devoted to their residents while being responsibility of a leasing agent to take care of residents needs and concerns, But NO! Stacy will go above and beyond making sure residents are ok and are taken care of !, Thank you for youre attention and being so understanding, while the time Ive lived there and made the transition of the new management smooth and headache free forme i wish you all the best!

    Olga and the 2 other young ladies are exceptional. They take care of my needs with and without question. I was able to move in less time than I needed because of them. The property itself decent enough for me. Clean and the neighbors are nice and quiet.

    I was in desperate need of a new place to live and in a short time window as my old complex was sold and being torn down.After many apartments, townhomes etc I saw Campbell Grove online and set up a viewing...and boy, I am soooo glad I did!The office staff immediately was informed of my situation and did everythimg they could to.make my move less stressful and over all pleasurable...big thumbs up.But the staff was not the only great thing about the move...You get a very friendly environment here from your neighbors...and also a very safe and clean one too. I was very pleased with my choice in Campbell Grove and look forward to my stay here. You will too!

    New management has really been doing everything they can to make Campbell Grove a beautiful family environment and I appreciate it so much!UPDATE: Lisa, Vanessa and Claudia are so helpful and kind. They really make me and my kids feel at home.Since Claudia has been in the office she has been caring and reasonable as much as possible. I believe Claudia and Olga are doing a really good job! Very helpful.

    Campbell Grove Apts are very nice, brand new appliances/updated units. The on-site gym is amazing along with the staff. Management is one of the better teams I’ve experienced in my apartment living. This community is very safe and close to central Houston.

    Lisa has been so helpful! The beginning of our experience here was not what we expected. We were moved to a better apartment. I emailed a work order and hand carried a copy to the office. Lisa came out on her day off to address the issues. She does what she says will be done. Thank you Lisa!! You are the best!!

    I love the manger(Ingrid) of my apartments, she help me out when needed.She makes sure I know about any events or changes that are going on the apartments. When I call or go to the office she is always helpfully she takes on everything that is handed to her like a starburst I am very satisfied with her service.

    Just signed my lease , loving it. The staff are so helpful ! Highly recommend!! They are constantly upgrading! The pool is beautiful ! And .... All the tenants i have met are real friendly ! And the whole complex has a peaceful, relaxing feeling !!Diana and the staff are awesome!!

    I have lived in the Spring Branch area for years, it wasnt until I came to Campbell Grove that my search for a home was over.     Very good experience with the manager Claudia. During this pandemic times, she worked hard and helped a lot of people with rent issues. Campbell Grove is a friendly clean neighborhood. The staffs (Olga and Vanessa) are friendly too. Look for Claudia the manager if you have any questions. I highly recommend the staff and Claudia the manager because she is fair kind and friendly.

    Ive been living here for about 3 to 4 months now and I must say Im rather impressed with all the upgrades that are being made on a daily basis. I love my apt!!Staff is awesome and the few minor issues Ive had with my apt. maintenance took care of it within the hour even after the office was closed for the day.Love this place!!!

    I have come to visit my sister several times and on occasion I have stayed for 3 days to almost a week per my job. I have gone into the office with my sister on various times and not only is the complex looking pretty awesome even though they are kinda old. With all these new areas for people who live here, the office staff is awesome as well. Both the manager Yesenia and the leasing lady Griselda have been great at taking care of we have needed. Its unfortunate my sister has to move since she will be working with me.. I want to say thank you for letting her and me to live here all these years. I strongly recommend it ..

    I have lived on the premises for a little over five years. We have gone through several managers and that is one of the reasons, I didnt give five stars. I have had issues with hot water several times, and once slept with my door opened because 24 hour maintenance never showed to fix my AC, however, regular maintenance normally comes within a day or two after putting in a request. Parking was a previous issue, but it seems to be getting resolved.One of the previous managers with the exception of Alicia & Griselda at the property were not very pleasant, nor did she care about the residents. Since Ingrid has been in the office, she has been very helpful and attentive to my needs and to the needs of other residents. She has been in the office by herself for the most part but from what I have experienced, she handles the day to day very well. Since I moved here, I have always enjoyed the location, being only a few minutes away from I-10, HEB, Sams Club, and a plethora of other stores makes life a tad bit easier.

    Ive been living in campbell grove for over a year. The apartments themselves are not the greatest quality and could use definite improvement. However, from my experience with other apartments I believe the maintenance and staff are truly trying their best to make sure the experience here is great. My current complaints are that the apartments could use better pest control practices, they should update the gate system, and the laundry facilities are basically useless. Other than that, this is a safe community thats great for kids and I would not mind living here long term.

    As a tenant coming from three years ago with the old company is much more worse. We have minor problems here that had me thinking that the staff wasnt doing there job out of frustration. But I took the time to understand what they were dealing with. They came to a place that was old and run down. I do see progress and I do see them doing everything possible to make our living better. They have so many things to fix and people to please and it all takes time. I love the new Campbell grove. I even upgraded to a two bed and Im satisfied. Anything you need if you talk to them and give them a little time due to full reconstruction, Im a witness to them trying their best to make tenants happy. Keep up the good work Cambell Grove!

    As I have just moved in,when I spoke to the leasing office all my questions where answered. They were very nice. The only issue I have is that my back door looks ugly and needs replacing and the water in the kitchen sink comes out very slowly. As I was leaving for work I saw the truck delivering the gym equipment. Which I cant wait to use. my only other would be the huge dip existing out of the property.

    I give this Apt complex a 5 star because of Ingri (The Apt Manager). She not only knows how to preforms her job but she does it very well. All I can say to her is THANK YOU!!! She helped me find a new apartment within the complex on very short notice without complaining. Thats what I call a good manager and person. She went above and beyond her job duties. Campbell Grove Owners need to know what a great asset she is to their company. Its people like her that lets me that their is still some good in the world.

    GREAT GREAT OFFICE TEAM and MEINTANANCE TEAM !!! I am bless to choose this property since day one. I move from Dallas to Houston and what can i say the process was simple and easy. I got all the help i need it from the office team. This is a beautiful property in an amazing location close to freeways, great neighbors, great school, never had issues with nobody.The office team is great they care about you here and I knew that from the first phone call I had with ingrid and Maria. The staff is very friendly, interested in your comfort and extremely professional.An excellent place to call home.Now moving back to Dallas after one year in this beautiful property; if i ever come back to houston this will be my place my home.Thank you team for everything

    I have been at this property for more than 10 years. Throughout the years I have not been more pleased with the office staff more than ever right now. Lisa Claudia and Vanessa are súper devine.     Finding an apartment was very stressful for me. As soon as I walked in to Campbell Grove and met Alicia, my stress ended. Alicia was incredible. The apartments are nice and well kept. The complex is close to everything I need and very close to expressway that gets me in and out of everywhere I need to go. The move in process was simple and I was able to be in my perfect apartment FAST.

    Ive been here 6 months and management has changed once since Ive been here. What I can say is when you live in these complexes that were built 20 and 30 years ago its gonna come with some issues. I can honestly say there are small problems that can be rectified either by self or thru maintenance, but its not a deal breaker. Im satisfied and greatly appreciate Ingrid and her staff. They cant help what they inherited but they are doing what they can to fix it. I love how they are thinking of the kids and implementing the lunch program during the summer. Customer service means alot to me because its important to be able to work with someone. I can work with these guys. Thanks for all you do!

    This place has a lot of potential but like others said parking is an issue. Got my car towed twice and released (didnt have to pay anything). My boyfriend, kids, and I had to walked all the way to the impound yard on Brittmoore.And not only that my boyfriend got jumped for a visitor parking spot and got our car stolen. Its pretty much a descent place to live.Even though parking is an issue. I would still love to stay here. We fought for this apartment, it took us several months to get this place. And thankfully the manager helped us the best as she can to get us moved into our apartment.Im not saying the complex is bad, its the people you have to look out for. Never put your guard down.

    Love my 1bedroom apartment when I first moved in I had trouble with the parking issue but I have gotten use to it they are fixing the complex up which I love no drama friendly neighbors I would recommend any one stay here with kids or not management is wonderful any problem you have they fix in reasonable time frame overall love this place
