Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this complex, I moved here just over 5 years ago. I have lived in several apartments as my family grew and never had any issues. Maintenance is very responsive, and overall management in general is fantastic! Monique has always been so helpful and communicative which I appreciate, we are always informed of any apartment changes, upcoming weather, etc. She does a great job at bringing activities to keep the community together and fun things for the kids to enjoy which I appreciate as a mother. I would 100% recommend this complex to anyone.

The staff in the leasing office are professional and courteous. Monique is a great office manager and asset to the “Britain Way community “ she always listens and has a helpful resolution when and if a problem should arise. I’ve been here for 5 years and she is always accommodating and understanding. My family loves living here and the after school program they offer is the best.

An amazing German-Swiss style apartment complex that holds a Britain name. I like this place because it won the U.S. LEED gold certificate, and offers plenty of Eco-Friendly Amenities. You get that modern efficiency and functionality that American multi-family dwellings rarely offer in ONE -- Franklin K. (former resident)

Monique goes beyond her job to get you settled in your new apartment, and Cesar was very friendly and helpful. I lived here 16 months and never had an issue. The apartments are kept clean inside and out. Very calm and quiet area. Never had a bug problem nor pest at all actually and very affordable! All utilities are included except electric. Always got compliments on my apartment on how nice and spacious they were. The only down side part is that, only 3 bedroom apartments have washer and dryer. And the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors snore. Other than that I had an amazing experience here and was never let down by management. (Also family friendly if you have kids this is great place to live and raise your family in)

I was finally able to move out by myself and it was all thanks to Julissa. She was the best leasing consultant ever. She helped me from the beginning so much, and always got back to me very promptly . I really appreciate her.

If you are looking for a nice comfortable quiet place to live try Britain Way Apartments.Ive been there for almost Eight years and I am a Avid fan of Britain Way Apartments No apartments are perfect all the time but miss Monique Littleton and staff does everythingthey can to Accommodateyour standards.With improvements made all year around !Keep up the good work Britain Way!!💯💯

Julissa is the Best. She will work with any situation and/or request. I only hope the corporate office sees that she is an asset. I know I can be a bit demanding, but she NEVER FAILS TO DELIVER. :)

Great place to live in. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Apartments are clean, no problems with bugs ever. Maintenance is responsive. Pretty normal, apartments are bunched together in fours so your neighbors are pretty close. This community has a lot of kids, so lots of children related noises.

In my experience, the new management is fantastic. The manager Dora and her assistant Julissa are lovely, attentive, efficient and very friendly. I want to emphasize that I am very happy with the change in management and the complexs team. I am a Hispanic resident with 10 years in the complex and I had previously given the complex a bad rating. But it was because the old manager was a bit rude and racist with us Hispanics, she always tried to get us out of here and favored only people of her race. She gave me charges that didnt exist, it was terrible, she abused us a lot, she evicted many acquaintances for no reason, but now I am super happy with the new management. And I highly recommend the place...
