    I highly recommend Isaiah great leasing agent helped me look for the right floor plan for me and my kids. He was very professional and helpful.     I’m gonna be moving in soon so far so good, the lady’s at the leasing office has been amazing.. I would love to give a special shoutout to Ms. Alex and Ms Diana they have been the ones I have interacted with so far helping me, they have been super nice super friendly and will try and work with u no matter what.I’m still waiting to get my keys, Seeing all the bad reviews seems to be unbelievable but I wouldn’t doubt anything this review will be updated if things just go differentlyAgain Ms ALEX!!     Its beautiful here in Brisa Galeria, I lived here for two years and went back to the Philippines and now Im back here again because its close to everything and the manager is nice , and stuff especially isaiah who helped me a lot ! their service is very easy and fast, I didnt have any problems, excellent to me 👏 👏 . Happy 😊 tenant here!!!

    I have recently moved in. The area is super nice, almost everything you need and want is right around the corner. My move-in process was like a breeze, it happened so fast and efficiently, and all the credit goes to Diana. She went beyond extra miles to get us moved in, remained patient, accommodating, and supportive.I was little skeptical with all these negative reviews, so I hope the best for the future.

    I love the location of this apartment. It’s so peaceful and super close to so many stores and restaurants. My favorite part is the gym and the pool. The gym comes with all the basic appliances as well as a view. When my boyfriend and I have a problem the maintenance ppl come in the day of or as soon as possible. The people in the office is nice and friendly. Alberto was showing us around and helping us move to a one bedroom. He’s been very informative and easy to talk to.

    Chateaux Dijon apartment is very nice!! I love the renovation of my apartment it was very clean and beautiful. All of the employees are very helpful, answer all of my questions and concerns and make my stay very pleasant. Living here so far has been a pleasure!

    Went to place an application yesterday , went in looking for one thing came out shooting for another one thanks to Alberto who showed us multiple apartments to give us more options and freedom to decide what we wanted. The process was fast and even though he was busy , he made sure that there was someone there to help us in case we had any questions. Looking forward to getting accepted and moving in soon!

    I love my home here at Chateaux Dijon. Yes there are a few German roaches you know those Lil roaches but hell we live in Houston of course there gonna be around, but seriously we keep our own roach killer around the place and really dont ever see them the only complaint I have of this place is the people that live here and dont pick up after their dog. But what can you do lol. I love the area here close to any restaurant you want and shopping malls everywhere around here and the best is the service here if I put in a request for work to be done even the smallest little job to do the maintenance crew is here the very next day or sometimes that day and fix it and they are very friendly. The management staff is the best Ive ever had to deal with and I dont think I ever want to move out of here. Our patio is huge and we even have our own garden of produce and everyone that lives here are friendly and so kind especially at the pools there is someone having a birthday party and they will invite my niece and nephew over to eat some cake, now that is what a lovely community is all about and I will say Chateaux Dijon is the best community and My Home!!!

    I’ve been a resident here for a while and my stay here has been great. The leasing staff from the manager to the leasing officers are extremely helpful always welcoming current and future residents with a smile and resolving requests immediately. My kids enjoy just dropping by to the office and appreciating the ongoing decors and efforts for festival celebrations and getting cookies :). Love their attitude and the enthusiasm to serve their residents. Chateaux Dijon is a great community to move into if you are planning to move. Shout out to my favs Mia, Angie, Lori, Marilice and Mercy! Keep up the great work ladies!

    I have been a resident for about 7 months now and not only is the staff friendly, but the maintenance has been very quick. CAF Management has taken over the property and is bringing this wonderful property back to life.Susanna, and the staff are easy to deal with and always there to help get things done.Friendly neighbors, great floor plans and a perfect place to live. I would suggest, if you are looking for a place to live and you want a place with character, nice neighbors in a great part of town.....Chateaux Dijon is the place.

    Where did this Mercy come from?! She is a great asset to your team. The property is nice but the units are even better! She made me fell welcome and explained everything in great detail. I was looking in advance because my lease does not end until next year, but I am certainly going to send friends and family that way and tell them to specifically ask for Miss Mercy.

    I recently visited Chateaux Dijon for a two bedroom and had such a great experience! Location is GREAT, in The Galleria area so easy access to major freeways. The office is cute with very friendly employees! I was greeted by Susana and she made me feel like I was at home chit chatting with a friend. She took the time to go through her availability and sizes with me. She showed me the renovated model and all the amenities. The two bedroom I saw was vey spacious and she explained the renovations taking place. Very impressed by the work being put into them. Im still looking in the area, but this is def at the top of my list!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE the way the apartments are looking, NO CARPETTTT ugh I don’t understand why most places aren’t getting rid of carpet-granted there’s pest issues, the renovations woke them up 💀 but patience is a virtue so I’ll wait and see-new management is struggling to keep up with maintenance requests but this is their 3rd or 4th month ?? I forgot but yeah let’s see how new manage improves my home $$$$

    Overall great experience. The assistant manager Lanisha walked me to several floor plans until we found one I was happy with. The new manager Lauren checked on me and the process several times to make sure everything was smooth. Online signing of documents made things easy for my busy schedule. Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional. I was very surprised to receive a welcoming gift, which was just the icing on the cake.

Great people, they are all super friendly and informative, super polite and funny too!We had been looking for an apartment for a long time but we didnt found anything that fulfilled our needs. When we found these apartments and went there to ask for information, since the very first time we walked into the leasing office, they treated us very well and really went above and beyond to help us and seemed to perfectly understand the situation we were in.I am very grateful for them! Shout-out to Wendy and Milazia.Last but not least, the place is beautiful, we love our apartment, the layout is perfect for us! I recommend 100%.

    We have been here almost two years, and we love it. The apartments are older, but they are well-kept and updated nicely. And I think the age gives them character...they have different layouts, etc. The management is on top of things, and they come quickly when we have issues in our apartment. The rent is very inexpensive for this area, but the quality of residents is still high...everyone is very nice, friendly, and quiet for the most part. I definitely feel safe here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. We have had a couple issues with management because of things happening in our apartment, but they are very understanding and willing to work with you. Most recently we were asked to take down some sun shades we put on our balcony to block the afternoon sun. We thought they were within the guidelines as set up in our contract, but in the end we had to replace them with shades that matched our neighbors. We were kind of bummed/annoyed by that, but I guess it is understandable. They want the complex to look uniform. Even though it was inconvenient for us, I think any quality complex would probably make a stink about something like that, so I cant complain. The other issue was when we first moved in there was a roach problem (please keep in mind this is not normal for this complex, and living in Houston means you will have the occasional roach no matter how good your pest control is). The management responded quickly and did repeated treatments until the problem was eliminated about 6 weeks later. In the mean time they gave us the option to switch to a another open apartment, but we decided to stick it out and Im really glad we did. We have only seen a few roaches since then (a year and a half ago), which is pretty common in Houston. We have regular pest control visits that keep things under control. The only thing I dont like about our apartment is there is not a washer and dryer, but we knew that coming in, and I think it contributes to the cheaper rent. The laundry rooms they provide are nice enough...they get the job done, and it actually makes doing laundry faster because you can do it all at once. There is plenty of parking, and there is also a small neighborhood behind the complex where it is nice to go walking. The location is great if you work downtown. There are bus stops close by, and it is within walking distance of the Galleria. Lots of good restaurants close by, etc. There is also a Sams Club with a gas station less than a mile away, which is nice for cheaper gas in the uptown area. Great apartment! We will be sad to leave when it is time.

    Chateaux Dijon was the first apartment I moved into after college. I moved before the new complex owners, Roscoe Properties took over. I enjoyed my time there. I lived there for 2 years before the rent was too expensive for my new job. I did have one incident where my apartment flooded but that was due to an upstairs resident and not a fault in a pipe. The staff cleaned it up quickly and replaced my carpeting as well as evicted the individual who caused the mess in the first place. Otherwise, the water is an off color sometimes but I chalked it up to old pipes and city water. Get a Britta filter and youll be fine. I did see a lot of roaches but Im a Texan so it didnt concern me as much. The only issue was rat droppings but I never actually saw any mice or rats. I never had issue with hot or cold water that I recall. I always felt safe, the neighborhood was generally quiet and I liked having a reserved parking spot. Kids didnt run around screaming at inappropriate times or anything. I recall feeling safe enough to walk around during the day without issue. I enjoyed being close to the Galleria and the other shopping centers.

    I am in love with this property! My leasing agent, Marilice, is so sweet and helpful that she took me right to the apartment of my dreams! All of these ladies in the office are really good! They always know my name when I walk into their office (and I have not even moved in yet!) I began my working career in property management over 40 years ago, so I am a very critical customer and Marilice won me over the first day! I cannot wait for Chateaux Dijon to be my new home!!!

    This is my second time moving back to Chateaux Dijon. I probably should never have left the first time. We love living here. Unique layouts, safe neighborhood, dog friendly, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I feel that they really care. Maintenance requests have been resolved same day. Close to my job and everything else I love. Overall happy and highly recommend!

    The location is perfect and the affordability for the area is everything. The office staff is a whole vibe and they definitely make you feel welcome and at home anytime you stop by. The have community events and plenty of amenities just like other luxury apartments in the area and neighbors are chill. Community is pet friendly and super convenient to everything.

    I moved in like the last week of November. Little Jay helped me out and i have to say he was so sweet, super attentive and really helped get us moved in. Im loving the location, thought it would be difficult moving from living near Washington Ave but shopping and restaurants so close have made up for it.My neighbors are friendly, have not had a problem with parking whatsoever, bug free (thank God), management is wonderful. So far so good! Ill keep you posted as we go along!

    Great location, great neighbors, a little expensive but you are paying for location. My main issue is, the lighting at night. I dont own a lamp because I have never needed one until now. other than the bedrooms, there are no over head lights in the eating area and in the living area. They have 1 over head light for the top and bottom floor? (It makes reading difficult unless I am secluded to the bedroom.) The relay switches do not work properly. Some wall receptacles dont work at all? The service guy came a few weeks ago and still nothing. Its a simple fix, and for the amount I am paying, it should have been taken care of, but I guess they dont plan on doing anything about it. They do allow all breeds, but in my area there is nowhere to walk the dogs unless you go out to the street and then you cant get in the gate from which you left, so you have to walk around the block to get back home. Its an ok place to live just expensive, and have lamps and make sure if you have dogs, you live near a dog run area. Gloria is awesome. Apartment manager.

    Really goes beyond what you would expect. The new owners are really friendly and sure there a few issues but they will fix it. Pools are closed but should be reopened in about 2 weeks. They have great office parties. Just hope that the rent will not go up. 2 problems. 1. Pest control is not effective. 2. The 5404 drive in gate is still not working after 5+ months. We should not be charged monthly until this is resolved.

    As someone who personally used to live and work at the Chateaux, I have a unique perspective on this community. Please realize there are many people I have been blessed to come across or have assisted to, who live at this beautiful and historic community.BREAKING: This community is not for everyone. I guarantee you will never find a community with 101 floor plans, 364 apartment homes, and 137 work orders in one day. I moved from Orlando to work here, yet I still think about this community because it made that big of a positive impact in my life.On note, if you are into the paranormal, which I am, I highly recommend giving this place a chance.Best of luck and enjoy living in the Galleria District of Houston. Best People, food, nightlife, and shopping anyone could ask for. Also no zoning.

    I moved to TX almost a year ago now. I was looking for a place that I could have my pitbull puppy, after so many nos..Chateaux Dijon said yes. I signed a 15 month lease and I have been pretty happy here. The staff in the office have always been friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion.     The Chateaux Dijon is one of the few apartment complexes I am glad to be able to call home. There is a very tight knit community present throughout the property. The units themselves and the surrounding area have a great deal of character. The floor plans offer good amounts of space at a very reasonable price. There really is no place like the Chateaux Dijon

    Great place for pets. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. Great gym and pool areas are nice. Only issue is that getting a hold of the front via phone is a hassle but you can just go there in person and someone will get to you. Other than that, really great place.

    Customer service is grade A and they accept our weedle (Pitbull) :) So many incentives and perks to living here! we love it!     Just moved over the weekend and the office staff was very helpful Mercy made our move in process very stress free she was able to answer all questions and concerns with no hesitation great personality😀 I also went into the office today and young lady named Mia who also has been very helpful let me known about their National Taco 🌮 day tomorrow

    Yes you are right!, some of these reviews are fake..(the bad ones)..no wonder you wont even identify yourselves..the truth is with the new apotheosic Ricos administration Chateaux came back to life (the last one was killing us and making us find another place to go..many residents of over 15 years living in here had to leave because of her rudeness..you know who I am talking about) yes, even in the best pricie and luxury complex you will see bugs and crime which has nothing to do with a good or bad administration..So if you dont like it so much, what are you doing still living in here..because you wont find any thing better for the location and the price, huh?This is Jamie in case you accuse me of leaving a fake review.

    Assistance Property Manager Shamarlynn helped me out a lot. I was placed into a unit site unseen. She made it so much better. She placed in a bigger unit and made everything great. Check out this location.
