    We have absolutely loved living here. I moved here from a different apartment complex in Conroe that had horrible management, so it’s been wonderful having a professional and caring staff. Esther and Nicole helped us throughout the application process and are so sweet whenever we see them in the office. The property is beautiful with lovely amenities including an awesome dog park, HUGE pool, and direct access to the trails at Goodrich Jones State forest. It’s a very pet friendly community and I haven’t had any issues with others walking their pets off leash (that was a big problem at my last apartment). The unit itself makes me so happy. The floor plan just makes sense and there are high ceilings and so much storage space. Berkshire Woodland doesn’t feel like an apartment complex at all because of how quiet it is and how homey the apartments are. When I come home I feel like I’m just driving up to my own house every day. I highly recommend this rental community.

    I just moved in a week ago and I’m beyond happy we did!The apartments are so nice and the big ceilings make them look even better!It’s so peaceful even at nights I won’t hear a noise from my neighbors. All of my neighbors say hi to me and are really nice. I had a maintenance request and in less than 5 hours the called me to make sure my problem was solved. My family and I really love that we have a big forest behind our building and that we’re able to escape the city and take walks with our baby. If you’re looking for a nice place to move, you should considerate moving here!

    I LOVED living here! Especially if you love trees and nature. Very calm and quiet atmosphere. I called this place my little nature oasis. Kourtney was the best and absolutely amazing through my leasing process. The only reason I’m moving is because I got a new job and it’s an hour drive without traffic. If I ever get the chance to work in that area you bet this is the first place I’m going to. From the staff to the views pool and balcony views 10/10 recommend this complex. It’s worth every penny!

    I toured the Berkshire Woodland community with Brittany A. They had a unit available that met my needs but the move in date was too soon. I left my information with Brittany to follow up when they had an availability further out with some other specific requests. Not only did I receive a follow up email for my visit, to my surprise, I received a follow up email from Brittany that there was an availability that met my requests. She also included a quote with a link for application, etc.! Really impressive follow up! Thank you so much, Brittany!

    All of the staff are very nice. Crystal gave a great tour of the amenities as well as two floor plans that met my criteria, and she was helpful with any questions I had during my application process. The state forest bordering the apartments is beautiful and quiet, and the grounds of the complex itself are well kept. Everything has been exactly as expected from online pictures and the tour.

    After 10 months of residency at the Berkshire Woodland apartments I have nothing but high praise for the team that responds to service requests.Every request has been responded to in a very timely manner. The service technicians have consistently been courteous and friendly. And, all issues have been resolved without need for follow up.

    I have lived at Berkshire Woodland for about a month now and so far my experience has been great. Every interaction that I have had with the staff has been awesome . Brittany in the leasing office is always helpful and happy to answer any questions I may have even after moving in . The maintenance staff, specifically Rey, is friendly while also being very efficient, professional and attentive. It is nice to live in a place that makes you feel like they truly care about their residents.

    Berkshire Woodland is a great place to live! One of my favorite perks is the helpfulness of the maintenance staff, especially Rey! He is super efficient, professional, and is always quick with the repairs. He has fulfilled almost all my maintenance requests and I am beyond satisfied with his work! His attentiveness and hardworking demeanor is evident and greatly appreciated! Makes living at the Berkshire much more enjoyable knowing you can count on someone!

    To start off this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The apartments are just beautiful and comfy. Now what makes this place luxurious is the staff. I don’t know how much they are paying Ruth, but it isn’t enough. She made our entire move-in experience so smooth. There was an issue with our apartment when first moving in and I won’t get into detail but she fixed everything that day. Anytime there is an issue that day her or the maintenance staff is there for fix it I can’t emphasize how rare that is. They are was makes these apartments large best in the area.

    Have been here going on three years. I would give 7 stars if I could. The management crew is unbelievably friendly and professional. They make things happen. Service orders are handled immediately and done right the first time. Kim captains an amazing crew, and the attention to detail is incomparable. They still treat me like they did day one. The property is always clean as can be. Overall very happy and impressed with my stay here.

    I am in the leasing process with Brittany A. at Berkshire Woodland and I am so excited to be a resident here because of the great service she has given me. Brittany has provided me with stellar service throughout the whole process. I have had a million questions and she has been super responsive, kind, compassionate and helpful. Even though I’ve reached out to her multiple times a day, every day, she has never made me feel like I’m a bother.     I have been living here for 1 1/2 years. I absolutely love this property for many reasons. The staff has been wonderful including maintenance. Nicole throws the best parties and events for her residents! The grounds are maintained well. The pool area is wonderful. You won’t find a better pool! I feel very safe here. As a single female that is very important. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would recommend to anyone!

    Moved in last September 18 and move in process was easy with the help of Nicole. When we moved in, our automatic garage had some issues but they were able to fix it very quickly. We love the location and the amenities offered. Apartment actually has quiet environment and have an access to WG Jones forest which is a plus since we love walking and love trees. The office and the Gym are very clean and fragrant like youre in a 5 star hotel. The pool is an Olympic size pool and seems very clean as well. Neighbors and the staffs are actually respectful and friendly. Loving our stay so far.

    My husband and myself started apartment hunting near the Woodlands area for our move in January. Our first stop was the Berkshire Woodland. I must say totally as pictured! The grounds were beautiful and serene with all the trees around. We met up with Crystal our leasing agent and was introduced to miss Britany as well. She gave us our tour of the grounds as well as 2 smaller units as the 4 bedroom was not available at that time. The lounge was beautifully decorated and inviting. The salt water pool was huge and with the outside amenities it felt like a resort! We took a tour of a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment which were spacious with great neutral paint colors. Easy to transform into your space. They offer a dog park and spaw for your fur babies as well as an on site dog walker and babysitter if you need to travel!! That is a bonus!!They also have someone that can bring your groceries to you.Most units come with garages but I believe in the larger part of the grounds I believe they also have carports. Beautiful landscaping, a 24 hr gym, a work station room w/ computers, conference room, trails around the grounds, Amazon lockers and more! Being about 10 to 15 minutes from the Woodlands makes it very accessible to highway 45, shopping, food and entertainment. All the convenience of the city but having the beauty of the suburbs. I believe this was our first and last stop of apartment hunting and look forward to calling Bershire Woodland home.Candace & Weldon Watkins

Over all a wonderful place to live.

    Tuesday, July 9th, day 2 of power outage. With freezer meat & poultry beginning to thaw & no available ice to be found, food loss seemed inevitable.Knowing our pool has 2 large gas grills, albeit closed due to power loss, as a last attempt to salvage the defrosting meat by cooking, I went to the pool patio area hoping to find any staff to plead my case.There I met Kim. Not only was she accommodating to cooking, she had her guys fire up a grill & clean the grates! Cooked all the freezer meats, that were sure to spoil.While not having enough to feed the entire staff; Kim, Crystal & Esther got a sampling of salmon & chicken.Many kudos to the Berkshire staff for going above & beyond for helping a resident avert a sizable food loss 😊

    Overall our experience at Berkshire Woodlands has been an enjoyable one. My son and I feel very much at home here. There is a large sense of community at Berkshire. Everyone has been very friendly and respectful to each other. The pool is great because there is so much space for kids to be kids and for adults to enjoy their time as well without being disturbed. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is quick to get work orders done. The guys are always seen out and around the community and communicate progress well. There is plenty of room for kids to play outside and it is extremely pet friendly. The only complaint I have is about the gym. It is well kept, but lacking in equipment that should be part of a luxury apartment gym such as cable machines.

    Nicole and Ruth at the front office are absolutely amazing!!! Nicole helped my partner move in with ease during a really hectic time for us. I love the location, it is right next to W.G. Jones State Forest. The dog park is nice and I really like the gym. We moved in during the winter, so we havent gotten to try out the pool yet, but it looks really nice. I absolutely adore Ruth and Nicole and stopping by the office to see them and grab coffee is the highlight of my day!

    Honestly I love this place have been here almost 3 years. The staff, the floor plans, and the amenities are top notch.Ray and the service team are amazing!! You request to get something fixed in the app, and within a couple hours it’s done. This place has delayed us from building our house at the moment since we are enjoying it so much

    Just moved in. This is an amazing community with a very peaceful environment where the managing staff is extremely organized and involved.     Recently returned from deployment and was in need of a place to live. When I first reached out and spoke to Esther, she was extremely helpful, but kept my expectations realistic. As I was trying to move in within a week since I was staying in a hotel. She informed me of the timeline, that it’s possible, but not likely. During the next few days she stayed in contact with me to ensure I had all required documents and steps completed to try to expedite the process. Between her and the management team they made the whole move in process as easy and quick as possible. I could not ask for a better team. The apartment is nice and I have had no issues with anything or anyone. The only maintenance issued I had were addressed and taken care of within a day. Overall a great experience.

    I fell in love with Berkshire Woodlands, from the amenities to the ambiance and the staff. Nicole has been absolutely amazing and has really made the experience. I am moving from out of state to Texas and the experience was unmatched. Feels like absolute luxury and safety. You pay for what you get. Food trucks every week on the premises, very pet friendly. Huge dog park. Very cute! I have full control over my air conditioning. It is a no smoking property so you dont have to worry about cigarette or weed smells. I am very excited to be living here in this quiet neighborhood that is fairly close to everything.

    I did a tour recently and the staff was wonderful. They greeted me right away and we’re very kind. They were patient and answered all of my questions. The property is really nice and well taken care of. I absolutely love their infinity pool and how big their dog park is. I also like how all the town homes come with a garage too.

    I moved here May of 2019 with the previous owners and have gone through the transition with Berkshire. At first it was a rocky transition, which coming from a business background I totally understand. However, Berkshire has truly upped the standards here. Next day, the staff is extremely friendly, and the ground seem to be a lot cleaner than before. I have also noticed new landscaping and other small improvements across the community. The dog park could use a little TLC, seems to be always wet but other than that, I love this place. Ruth and Tiffany are an amazing duo in the office and truly care about each resident! Never once had a bad run in with Berkshire or any personal issues. Some of the other residents can seem to be a tad snobby and rude, but overall I feel a sense of belonging, especially during summer pool days and everyone comes together! I’ll be re-signing for a second time this coming May. Highly recommend this place if your application gets accepted!

    Our family was moving from West Virginia to Texas.We needed to find a good place to rent. Another important thing for us was to find professional, efficient and friendly staff. Thats when we got to meet Courtney. Although our contact was through email and phone, her responsiveness and diligent actions made us trust her without even knowing her in person. We trusted her so much we signed our lease without touring our apartment. When we got to Texas a few days later, everything was better than we expected. Courtney received us and made us feel very welcomed. Our fridge was not working, I let her know, and they fixed it the same day. Our experience has been great since day 1.Our family recommends Berkshire Woodland :).

    I originally toured the property in May of 2022 and that is when I met Nicole Gonzalez. Nicole was so friendly & transparent and she gave me a great insight into my potential new home. After I decided to apply for a townhouse days after touring, Nicole and I maintained consistent communication that allowed for a seamless moving process. Although I was a little clueless, Nicole explained all the necessary steps so thoroughly to make sure I was comfortable and understood. When I moved in to my new Berkshire Woodland townhome in August of 2022, my transition to a new home went without a hitch! The space was so clean and immediately felt like home.

    My name is Randy in apartment 203, Lived here for years and I can honestly say the best thing about this place is the staff specifically the maintenance! In particular Rey Miramontes has gone above and beyond when it comes to his job, has helped me out on several occasions even when I have not submitted a maintenance request and just needed some help! He’s even helped me out when he’s off the clock and has become one of my best friends ! I would 100 percent recommend living here simply for the fact that if anything breaks you’re going out to have top notch service from a top notch guy ! And everything is always attended to super fast ! When there is will, Rey has a way! thanks for the great service and help !

I have needed, and enjoyed, the amenaties that they offer, especially the fine Office staff personnel - Tiffany the Manager, Ricardo, head of all the Maintenance, and especially Courtney in the office solving any and all daily issues that I may have. They make it a pleasure to live here! I am now renewing my lease for 13 months. Thank you!

    Moved here from out of town and leased the apartment sight unseen. Very happy with our apartment, location and love the spacious garage. The complex is very clean and kept up nicely. Nicole made it all easy with the application and move in process. I think we will like it here.

    This rating is for the consistently outstanding professional, over and beyond experience my family and I get every time we work with Courtney and Ray.     I moved to this property in March 2019.. It was a great community. In 2020 we all know what happened and we have all transitioned and adapted. Berkshire took over at the beginning of all of the mess. For about 6 months there were no call backs and so much uncertainty. I am very happy to say that over the last 7 months ALL of my concerns have been addressed in a professional and timely manner. What a fantastic team! Tiffany and all of the Berkshire team members have really come through. I appreciate every one of you. Thank you for bringing our community back together and taking care of us!

    I have lived at the Berkshire Woodland Apartments for over a year and I couldn’t be more pleased! The administrative staff as well as the maintenance crew, are all very courteous, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The amenities are second to none with an amazing Olympic size pool, a great fitness center, a beautiful and comfortable clubhouse where often times different events are held for the residents free of charge. From time to time, the sponsor different events, i.e., pool party with food and drinks. What a great place to live! I hope to be here for a long time. Thank you Berkshire for making this a place I can call home.

    The staff at The Mansions Woodland were amazing. They made the application and moving process so easy for my clients.     Im moving in around October 8 and wanted to share my experience so far. Ive spoken with several people and all have been quite helpful, however Courtney has stood out. From answering my initial questions to educating me on the application process, having someone send me a video walk-though, and just now answering some of my goofy questions about move-in, the entire staff has been nothing but helpful, kind and pleasant.     First, the staff are awesome! They address every concern promptly and professionally. I’ve experienced this as their UPS delivery driver and as a resident. It’s why I chose to become a resident. From little routine things to the unexpected, out of the ordinary need The Mansions addresses it in stride without missing a beat.Second, the gym and pool are awesome and pretty kick arse.Third, there’s a State Park with excellent jogging, walking and mtn bike trails next door.Yeah, I like this place.     I know theres cheaper apartments around but the managers here will jump over fences to help you and that means a lot Im a busy man and the amenities and things that they offer are completely amazing I love the gym I love the pool and the dog park all things that just make my life that much easier. Fridays is a long day for me the fact that they actually will come and walk your dog Ive never had that kind of treatment.     I have lived here for over a year and I can honestly say that I love and enjoy living here. The community is a very beautiful community. I love the pool layout and the gym is amazing. It doesnt feel like an apartment community it has a very homey feel to it. I have transferred several times throughout my 1yr and a half stay thus far to upgrade to a bigger place and I can honestly say that all of my neighbors have been and are great. Maintenance is very good also even though at times it seems as though they could be short staffed but they get the job done fast. The community is always landscaped beautifully and well kept. Even the paint on the buildings is very appealing. I hope they kept this current color and not change it but update the paint in the future. The inside of all my 3 places here have been gorgeous on the inside. Not to mention the area of Conroe-Woodlands is a great area. The best part of the community isnt even the community per se but the staff. The staff is excellent. From the very first day that I moved in they have all been wonderful. They are like family. You can tell that they sincerely care and the events that they hold throughout the months show their dedication to the residents. Leasing agent Max Kech is absolutely awesome and a breath of fresh air. She has been instrumental in assisting me since i moved in over a year ago. Super Max always goes above and beyond. Even in my time where Ive just been hanging out in the office playing pool or watching tv. She has always been helpful to every person she encounters in my observation. I cant remember every staff members personal name here but Merriam is great too:)

    Reading through the recent reviews, I felt it was time to write about my experience. NO I am not a staff member, no I was not asked to write this, and no this is not a fake review. Ive lived at Mansions with my husband and two dogs for one year and we have extended our lease. First of all, I want to point out that nearly every single poor review is by someone who has paid a bill or rent late (or not at all). Please know, EVERY SINGLE COMMUNITY LIVING COMPANY WILL SEND YOU A LETTER IF YOU ARE LATE ON RENT. I put this in all caps because. 1. It should be obvious and 2. The folks at the office did not make this rule, this is an industry best practice. Think about it: do you get a late notice if you forget to pay your phone bill? YES. Do you get a call if you dont pay your credit card bill? You better believe it. When one of my customers doesnt pay on time, they get a flipping call.The Mansions Woodland office is fair, kind, and helpful. They are ALWAYS on top of their game and if you need something, they address it quickly. Yes, it is expensive. But frankly, I am glad it is. This price gets us a great townhome, a great office, a great location, and great neighbors. If you find that you cannot pay your rent or you have had a financial situation change, walk to the office and say My financial situation has changed and I need to either transfer to a smaller unit or a different community (there are like 10 of them in the area people, come on). They will be kind, they will help you, and they will do everything they can within reasonable limits (BASED ON RULES THAT THEY DO NOT WRITE).The only reason that we docked a star is because the walls are a little thin (nothing terrible or a deal breaker), and the dogs below us bark a ton during quiet hours and it is pretty frustrating. That said, this is a great place to live, we will be here for the foreseeable future, and dont blame the office for not paying your bills people I mean seriously. Sorry for the passion and zeal :)

    Not quite five stars. It is a beautiful place and in a great location but there are minor things that could be fixed to make it live up to its “luxury living” name. The front gate constantly is broken due to stupid people running in to it and the doors near the pool and mailboxes need to be fixed so that they can work properly. Other than that it is clean and has great amenities.
