    I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at Berkshire Pullman, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, thanks to Brittany, the leasing agent. Brittany was absolutely phenomenal—efficient, charming, and had top-notch communication skills throughout the entire process. She made me feel like a priority, answering every question with clarity and making the leasing process a breeze. (Specially because I’m relocating from FL to TX) so a lot of questioned were asked.The community itself is just as impressive. Berkshire Pullman offers a cozy, fun, and chill vibe that feels like home the moment you step in. The amenities are well-maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxed environment.     My wife and I are new tenants of Berkshire Pullman Apartments. This place is very clean. The clubhouse, pool, business center with a conference room are among the excellent amenities. The staff, specifically Brittany Kelly, our office contact, is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to be around and conduct business with. I recommend this place. Come see it!

    I love this property and the team working here. Any thing you report that is broken or needs to be looked at almost immediately gets fixed by Rafael and the manager Keren is always so sweet to everyone. I’m really loving the new community events too. Parking is also like Fort Knox so you don’t have to worry.

    Moved in almost 4 months ago and can say out of all the apts I’ve lived in I’ve never actually loved living somewhere before now! First Karen the property manager went above & beyond and handled a situation that was out of her control. Dalton was so great during my move in process and made everything smooth. The cleaning lady is always cleaning, making sure the property is clean. I’m not even sure how they have less than 5 star reviews.

    I fell in love with Berkshire Pullman at first sight. When my husband and I came here to check out the apartments, we were fascinated by the large windows that let in so much light. We were looking for a new place to live and had shortlisted three different apartment complexes. Interestingly, at first, we chose another complex, but their leasing agent wasnt as helpful as Dalton Kelly. He convinced us to change our minds. He is AMAZING, Berkshires superstar leasing agent. Dalton helped us sort out all the paperwork and answered all our questions patiently (We had a lot). He went above and beyond to make our experience a fantastic one. If youre looking for a place to live with an amazing staff, Berkshire Pullman is definitely the way to go.When I moved into my new apartment, I checked all the appliances and noticed that my washer was leaking. I submitted a maintenance request, and within a few hours, Rafael arrived and replaced the old washer with a new one. The maintenance team at Berkshire Pullman is amazing, and their work is top-notch. The hallways have a pleasant scent and I feel secure with automated garage doors and cameras installed throughout the area.Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience of living here.

    As someone who has owned and lived in houses for nearly three decades, I had some reservations about living in an apartment again. Due to the timing of starting my new job I had to find an apartment in which to live sight unseen. Berkshire was one of three on my short list but initially not my first choice to be honest.However, Dalton Kelly, won me over by going the extra mile for me and providing several video walk-throughs of apartments, the grounds and even the parking garage. He succeeded where my other two choices fell short so Berkshire became my number one which I have not regretted.While moving in and since, Karen has been incredibly helpful and kind, answering all of my questions. After I completed my move-in check list and noted a few very minor things wrong, I was overwhelmed to find that within 24 hours Rafael from maintenance had come by and fixed the problems while I was at work and without asking, leaving a detailed note of what he had done.The building is right on Frisco Square so there are many shops, restaurants, and sports venues within easy walking distance. Local events like Frisco Uncorked, concerts and Oktoberfest are right on the square next door.The amenities are amazing. Berkshire was even nicer when I arrived and walked through it in person. Receiving mail and packages is easy and safe. The gym, pool and grounds are very nice and well kept. The interior hallways are wide, carpeted and always smell wonderful and I love the valet trash option, super convenient.The apartment itself is beautiful. Modern appointments, make it an enjoyable living space. All the appliances are modern and excellent and having a washer and dryer come with the apartment was a game changer for me. It was also impeccably clean. If someone lived here before me I couldn’t tell. It’s also very quiet and private here which I appreciate. No loud music, smoke or noise can be heard from surrounding apartments which is nice. I’m really happy here and happy to call Berkshire Pullman home!

    The maintenance staff are nice and resolve any issues as quick as possible. I like that they are strict with their policy on picking up after your dogs and keeping hallways clean as it maintains a better look for the complex. They are very dog friendly and were very helpful during my move-in process.

We had a few minor maintenance issues upon moving in, and Rafael has come by and fixed the problem, immediately! Even on the weekend! He’s very professional, kind, friendly and helpful. I’m so happy we chose Berkshire for our new home!..Weve been here for a few months now, and I just wanted to share that living here only continues to get better. We moved to Dallas from Oregon a year and half ago, and the first apartment we moved into made me miss home every day. Honestly, I wasnt a fan of Texas until we moved into Berkshire, now I dont want to leave.Berkshire checks all of the boxes: genuinely friendly + helpful staff (check), reliable + kind maintenance team (check), clean space (check), new build (check), great walk-score (check), fun events within the complex (check), quiet + safe (check), and peaceful (check).I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but Ill just say this, living at Berkshire is not just a great place to live, but a place we now proudly call home.

    This was the first apartment we lived at in Texas, and when compared to other Texas apartments it was actually quite a pleasant experience. The apartment was cute, clean and comfortable for the most part. The only bad side, the units are kind of small and very expensive for what you are getting.

    I’ve been living here for about 2 months now and still am in love with my decision to live here. The one Person I run into the most is the cleaning lady every morning.     We recently moved in to this apartment (about a month ago) and so far we are loving it. Hallways always smells so good, we love their amenities, maintenance people are on it.. their management are very helpful - everybody loves Kimberly! :) The area of this luxury apartment is located at the center of everything, from banks to grocery stores, to hospitals to cinema, restaurants and parks. Out of all the luxury apartments that we looked at, this is the least expensive, yet the luxury finishes in their apartments are just perfect. I would recommend this apartment to my families and friends, I think they would love living here as much as we do. :)

    Overall, I love Berkshire Pullman. The area is very clean, quiet, and walkable. My doctor office, dentist, barre class, and H‑E‑B is all within walking distance.Pros: enclosed apartment, hallways smell like santal 33 , valet trash, clean grounds, wonderful staff, enclosed parking garage, random apartment events with free foodCons: the apartments sometimes smell like eggs because of the hard water , my catalytic converter got stolen in the apartment garage and no one seemingly knows what happenedIf it wasn’t for the minor inconveniences I would give Berkshire Pullman 5 stars.

    My husband and I moved in here in June of last year and have had a great experience so far! The staff is very friendly, the facilities are kept clean, and we feel safe. We also love walking to all of the nearby restaurants and taking our dog on walks around the apartment building.

    I lived at this complex for 3 years from when they first opened to this month. I wish I could renew but I had to re-locate due to work.The location is perfect, so many events going on in the square area as well as at the complex.The leasing staff is helpful and you can tell the really care about the community.The property is kept up with very well and maintenance staff is friendly and punctual.I had some great memories here at this complex and will truly miss it.

    I moved into Broadstone Pullman four months ago. When I’m asked, “How do you like your new apartment?”, my immediate response is always “I absolutely love it!” When you are being mandated to stay at home, because of the pandemic, being in a home you enjoy is key. Not only do I love my apartment, I love all that the neighborhood offers. A cup of coffee, great food, movie theater, farmers market, to name a few are just several steps away. I cannot go without mentioning, the apartment staff is amazing! They each have gone above and beyond for us and continue to do to ensure we continue to enjoy our living experience! I am so grateful I stumbled into this property. One of the best places I’ve lived in. Thank you Broadstone Pullman staff for all that you do!

    The apartments are impeccable when you enter, you want to live. The location… And mainly Karens service (she was perfect and essential for us to rent) also Sheinne, wonderful and Kimberly who was an angel and also very patient because we dont speak Spanish. The 3 are amazing people and professionals, and the fact that Karen speaks Spanish was crucial. We also like the structure that the building offers and the comfort. We are happy living here. hah and the events they promote every month are really cool. Thank you to the team for being attentive and caring too.

    I’m happy to call this place my home! My Husband and I are extremely satisfied with the amenities here and the location is absolutely stellar. I love being walking distance from so many of my favorite markets and restaurants. The Pelatons in the gym and such a huge plus. The staff is very nice and responsive to all our questions and needs. I also appreciate that they have lots of events/tenant appreciation opportunities like photo contests or free local pizza!

    We moved into our home here at Broadstone in January, and ever since then, we have felt completely at home.The community is well maintained, maintenance is friendly and gets the job done (and will show you how to fix something if it’s an easy fix!), and management has been extremely helpful and all around, great. Residents are also friendly & the dogs love to play with their fur friends at the dog run. I feel safe and secure here, and I doubt we’ll be moving anytime soon.Our apartment is spacious, upgraded and cozy. Definitely a plus!Location is also great — close to Eldorado and DNT so everything you need is a hop skip and a jump away.Definitely consider Broadstone, we love it!

    Moved to this apartment complex in May. Started off a bit rocky; however I will say the property manager Jordon and his team handled it with top 10 professionalism and expeditiously. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe, my apartment was clean, and like with any new building development addressed the issues as they were presented quickly. One thing I appreciate most is they never made excuses. The hallways, amenities, and common areas are always clean. I constantly see the cleaning crew which is especially important during a Pandemic. Lastly, they have started some social distancing events which is appreciated and gives the opportunity to engage. This is still a new development and as more people move in they continue to improve in areas that may be needed when situations arise. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is there is not a call box on the 4th floor. I am not sure why or if there will be one installed. Other than that I am safe, happy, and love my apartment layout and upgrades. I really appreciate the in wall speakers that I can connect via Bluetooth to my phone.

The building is so clean and maintained, the apartments are spacious and have amazing upgrades as well as awesome amenities around the property. The staff has been so helpful and gone out of their way for me from the move in process to my move in day and thereafter . I would recommend Broadstone to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home in the Frisco area.

    I have been here since the beginning and have only had positive interactions with the managers and maintenance, they are proactive and responsive. Maintenance offered to assist me with clearing out my moving boxes which was above and beyond their requirements. There were some tweaks with the bluetooth speaker etc. in the first couple of weeks but management were really responsive and we got it resolved quickly.The apartment itself is a great layout, good quality appliances, great finishes etc. The pool area is well maintained and not overcrowded, I personally utilise the pool and gym areas regularly and love them both. The gym while small in size has some great equipment, usually I just use a treadmill but they have pelotons, stairmasters, rowers, crossfit equipment and weights.Overall, my experience over the last 3 months has been positive, there are no loud tenants around my apartment, its a luxurious and tranquil place to live.

They took the time to show me the property and offered up alternative options that will be coming up in the time I need to make a move.     Raphael serviced my needs when I asked for assistance moving my stackable washer and dryer so I could retrieve the items I dropped. He even swept up the washing powder and squeezed into a small space. Wow what a great person.
