    I would gladly give the move in experience a 5 star, starting from putting in the application and moving in. I moved in and the apartment was beautiful, bathrooms were updated and very spacious. Kaitlin was very professional and helpful, Alex did a great job also by explaining the amenities. If you like a nice quiet luxury feeling then come check it out for yourself.

    My family and I moved in to the Berkshire Preserve apartments about 10 days ago. The Leasing office staff Callie, Alex, and Kaitlyn have been extremely professional and friendly in accommodating our requests and making our move in and stay very comfortable. The maintenance staff including Hector and others have addressed the few maintenance issues promptly to our satisfaction. The community and the apartment layouts are quite good and we hope to continue to enjoy our stay here!

    Just moved into Berkshire Preserve, and my experience has been amazing so far! I mostly worked with Kaitlyn, who was incredibleā€”she guided me through every step of the process and made everything so easy. Iā€™ve also interacted with the rest of the office staff, and theyā€™re all friendly and fantastic. Excited to call this place home!

    Being a property manager myself Ive kept a critical eye on things here and I have to say that my family and I pretty happy with our experience here. Nothing is perfect, but they do what they say they will and leasing office staff, especially Kaitlyn, are very pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work!

    I cant give Kaitlyn enough praise! She helped me and my husband so much get moved into our apartment and her time and dedication should not go unnoticed. The apartment and pricing were just so amazing and then the customer service from the staff and Kaitlyn especially is truly admirable! We are so pleased with our stay thus far at Berkshire Preserve.

    Lived here for 3+ years, by far one of the most pleasant places Ive lived at, very clean, well maintained and management was nice and never had issues with them.I lived in apartment 12204 and I believe I had the best balcony with a beautiful Forest view.The only reason I moved was due to moving out of state.I definitely recommend them if the price is right for you.

    Wanted to give the staff some credit since Im probably the first to complain about numerous things, been here 6 years.I had a bulb burnt out in my bathroom. They are Pin Base Halogen type and I couldnt get the bulb out. There were two other lights still burning so no emergency. I put in a work order that morning and in a couple hours a nice maintenance guy was at my door. He came in and quickly changed it and made the fixture look like new. Now that is service. Thanks!!

    For sure Brittany Kelley was awesome with helping pick out the right space. It has the perfect view and the amenities are fabulous. Ms. Kelley made my move as simple as possible with the best deal and heck even recommended a great cleaning service. I would give her 10 stars is could.

    I LOVE it here! Iā€™ve stayed in a few different apartment complexes where the walls were paper thin but not this one. The maintenance staff is always so quick at fixing things that need to be done around my apartment. The only downside would be the buildings hallways could be cleaned more often and parking is kinda bad unless you rent a garage. Other than that wonderful place to live!

From the moment I moved in, Ive been impressed by the friendly and professional staff, who always go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The amenities are fantastic ā€“ the pool is always clean and well-maintained, and the gym has everything you need for a great workout. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes that make it feel like home. The location is super convenient too, with great shopping, dining, and parks nearby. I couldnā€™t ask for a better place to live! Highly recommend!

    I loved this community the very first day I came for inspection. Chelsea showed me around and immediately I told her I wanted it. She told me the requirements and application processes. Few days later , I was approved and now I have been a resident since February. The maintenance team are always around keeping the environment clean. Service requests are attended ASAP, and my neighbors, may God bless them . They are very considerate and keep noise to the barest minimum. I live on the second floor, the floor above me and below me dont bother me at all, and I hope I dont bother them also. The restful nights and peaceful weekends is a thing to cherish. The parking is not that bad. I have only had to park on the street once.Keep up with the good work.I am already spreading the word to potential residents.

    That view from my balcony may make this review a little biased. I looked at Berkshire Preserve a few months ago. While on my apartment hunt, I looked at other places and read a lot of reviews. Apartment reviews are always scary. Everyone can have such varied experiences. So far, mine has been great. Kaitlyn, in the office, knew I wanted a unit backing up to the preserve and the living situation that allowed me to wait. She helped me find the right one and she patiently dealt with a lot of my questions and move stress. Iā€™ve been in my unit for just under two weeks, and it has been smooth so far.

    I lived here a little over a year & I loved it. The only real annoying things were that it echoes because of the tall ceilings, and parking. I wouldve renewed my lease but, due to some personal things happening I couldnt - I would 100% go back & rent again! Maintenance staff was always so kind, and attentive. The complex is quiet, neighbors are nice, and everybody keeps to themselves.Office staff wasnt always the nicest but, with not having any problems with my unit I didnt have to deal with them much. Package delivery can get frustrating as some packages may get left on the floor in the mailroom but, the mailroom is locked.All in all, I absolutely loved living here, felt super safe!

    I have lived here since January 2019 and that should say something! I have 2 Boston Terriers and it was important for me to find a dog friendly complex. Well this one is!!!! They have 2 dog parks and a wooded area with hiking trails. I love it here. The pool is beautiful and the gym is like a mini LA Fitness. I have never had a problem with my neighbors and have actually made some life long friends! You will not be disappointed with a visit to this place!

    This is the first apartment I have ever moved to and I have been here for less than a week but so far and I am truly loving it here. Justin is the leasing agent that I mainly worked with and he had no problem answering any questions that I had, giving me reassurance on the actions that I needed to take to qualify for an apartment, and overall just cared to make sure that I was taken care of. And for someone who has never done this before, he truly made this process very simple for me. You get what you pay for and what youre paying for is truly worth it in my opinion. Definitely check this place out if you can!

    I have lived here since 2017 and I still love it. I think the fact that I have been here for so long says a lot about the complex and community. The pool is gorgeous and probably still my favorite amenity :) The staff and management have always been helpful, nice and respectful to me but that is how I treat them as well. Erin, Chelsie and Justin are great to work with. Overallā€¦. Great place to be.

    Update 8/11/24Ive noticed so many negative reviews about the office people, and I wanted to share my experience with them.So far, Ive never had any negative experience with their office staff, they always answer my call and address my concern in timely manner. Over the few years Ive lived here since 2021, I only had to place few work orders, which were nothing major, just regular routine maintenance.My lease expires in a few month. Even though its about 40 mins away from my work, I still plan on renewing my lease (as long as renewal rate is ok).---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update 10/17/22I submitted the maintenance request for the kitchen sink and ice maker in the freezer on Saturday and Camila from maintenance team came in the morning on Monday to fix all the issues. She was very friendly. Still enjoying my life here at Berkshire Preserve.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------From the apartment tour, application and lease agreement, entire process was very smooth thanks to Kolten and leasing team.I just signed the lease agreement and cant wait to move in!!

    I came for a tour at this community and immediately felt valued and cared for, and they accommodated myself as well as my mother and grandmother to tour with me.Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable, he answered every question we had and made our tour a success, the community was very quiet and beautiful, and very well maintained, Kaitlyn is also an honorable mention because she was so sweet! Definitely my top option for a future home. āœØ

    I just moved in this past weekend and no parking issues as I had seen in reviews. There is always space available. The place is really nice and the trash service is a luxury to have. My neighbors are pretty quiet and met one of them who has been living here for months and she said the same things. I would recommend and the leasing office has been really helpful and easy to work with. The amenities are soooo nice and the 24/7 fitness room is pretty big compared to other properties when I was looking. Definitely pricing is high but youā€™re paying for what you are getting which is pretty nice.

    Just want to acknowledge their new maintenance guy Donnie, he is GREAT!! I couldnā€™t dry clothes for awhile cause the previous dryers that the property installed were messed up and kept damaging my clothes. Donnie was very professional and literally disassembled the entire dryer to get to the root of the issue. I work from home and at times forgot he was even there cause he works so diligently and isnā€™t loud or messy like others Iā€™ve experienced. I was really impressed knows his stuff when it comes fixing things. Best thing the property couldā€™ve done was hire him cause good maintenance workers who actually care to help tenants with their unit issues and WANT to resolve it are a dime a dozen! Amazing job Donnie! He gets 5 stars!

    I have lived here over 2 years now. Great place to call Home, the staff is always very nice and helpful, always willing to work with you if you have to be a few days late on rent to keep a roof over my head. Work orders completed in a timely fashion. Friendly neighborhood, property always seems to be in tip top shape to enjoy while youā€™re outside. Amenities are excellent top to bottom. Chelsea and the rest of the staff do an amazing job providing updates about the property and additional information we may need to live comfortably. I couldnā€™t ask for a better place to call Home.

    I resigned my lease yesterday and Im glad I did. My experience has been great. The leasing office works with you, its a nice area, I feel safe, and I love my unit. Im hoping to see more neighbor-friendly events in the future. Only thing I would change is the price of my rent. Really wish it was lower but thats the market these days. Shoutout to Aaryn the property manager and her team for their help this past year.

    I lived here for a while but had to move for a job out of state - I will really miss this apartment complex for sure. Justin is very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns and the leasing agents in general are always very nice and supportive. Maintenance is super quick whenever an issue arises. This is a really great place to live and never had any problems at all. If I ever come back to DFW I would hope to lease with Berkshire Preserve again, thank you!

    So yesterday evening I had a ton of trash to throw out of my apartment. I literally had about 5 large trash bags and struggled to get the trash bags to the dumpsters . One of the employee Josh was driving around in the golf cart and saw me struggling . He literally pulled over and took all 5 large trash bags to the dumpster for me and asked me did I need any more assistance . He was really helpful and respectful . Thanks again Josh !

    So far a great experience!! The office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Iā€™ve been dealing directly with Simon and heā€™s been great! Always providing all the information Iā€™ve needed in a timely fashion. The apartments are great! Nice and quiet. No disturbances. Parking hasnā€™t been a challenge as Iā€™ve seen other reviews state it is, I guess it depends what area of the apartments youā€™re living in. Overall, great experience and would definitely refer others.

    Yesterday, on the 25th of July, I encountered three issues that required maintenance intervention. The property management promptly arranged for Donnie to address the request within my flat. Donnie exhibited efficiency inĀ resolving each matter and showed a courteous demeanor. The impending day is approaching when I will need to initiate the process of renewing my lease agreement. ProvidingĀ such assistance will be one of theĀ factors influencing my decision to extend my lease agreement.In addition to other motivating factors, it is worth noting that the geographical proximity of this place is within a 30-minute radius of Dallas. The environs around Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, McKinney, and Frisco areĀ nearĀ one another. The premises are well-maintained, withĀ Pangea restaurant conveniently situated nearby.

    Summary: Staff is extremely nice! Apartments are beautiful! Parking is horrible!I move here at the end of June 2018. I picked out a new apartment onlinein April and received a call back in less than 2 hours with approval. Unfortunately, there was an insulation problem with my original unit at the last minutes so I had to switch 2 days before my move in date to get my current apartment. I dont blame the staff at all. The staff was extremely helpful, really nice and they comp me for my troubles. The only problem Im having now is with the parking. Its horrible!!. My neighbors and I have to rush home to get parking or ride with others. I cant get a garage because the new area I had to move to doesnt have garages available. Sometimes I have to gamble with getting a ticket and/or tow for parking in handicap like the rest of the tenants. The office parking becomes full at night. Also, I had a minor problem when i moved in about noise, but its just me and my little 8yr old Maltese!Overall I love my place , but the parking is my main challenge. If you can get an apartment with a garage, you shouldnt have any problems. Im going to continue to check with staff for open garages or to switch units. I would like to stay here until I get my house at the end of 2019, but I dont know. it depends on the parking.

    Berkshire Preserve is an attractive and safe apartment community. Ive lived here for two years now and have not had a single issue. Every interaction I have had with the office team has been pleasant and positive.Apartment management really seems to take a proactive approach to addressing resident concerns. One example is the creation of the package delivery center. No longer must packages be left at your door, subject to being stolen. Now they can be delivered to a secure room and placed in a locker that only you have access to.I am extremely happy as a resident in the Berkshire Preserve community.

    I have absolutely loved living here! I drive into downtown for work and love the simplicity of these apartments and their location. I have enjoyed everybody in the office and they are all wonderful to work with. Autumn went out of her way to help me out when it came to lease renewal time. Which I did do for a third time now!

    Ive lived here about 4.5 years now, with nothing major to complain about. The new team one took over at the start of covid, and there were some hiccups but everything worked out and was communicated well. The times I have reached out to the current team, Ive gotten same day responses or updates. My AC going out is the only maintenance issue Ive had, and it couldve gone easier but in the end it got fixed in about a week.Noise level is pretty normal from my experience in apartments, never had an issue with dirty halls or grounds. Parking isnt always guaranteed, but Im in building 1 and have always been able to find a close spot no matter when I get home. Not always covered, but still close. Never really felt unsafe taking the dogs out in the middle of the night and havent worried about break ins, which is a main priority.Moving in about a month to be closer to downtown, but otherwise would live here again if suited my needs.

    I have lived at Berkshire Preserve since December 5th, 2022 and I have no complaints. Everyone in the office is friendly and the maintenance men Hugo and Martin are always very helpful, hardworking, and quick when it comes to issues in my apartment and everything works like itā€™s brand new once theyā€™re done.     I had a great experience here. The apartment itself was great, never had any issues with noisy neighbors. Parking can sometimes be a stress but it was pretty rarely. The landscape is well maintained, we used the pool all summer long and had no complaints. Overall, Iā€™d recommend.

    I met Kim when I first moved into my new apartment at the Mansions in April of 2019. Every time I speak with her or enter the clubhouse, she greets me with a smile and is eager to help in any way. Iā€™ve had two maintenance requests up to this point, and she and her team have been great at ensuring any issues are resolved as soon as possible (within 24 hours each time). If I ever had to leave this community, my only wish would be that I could take the Mansions staff with me.

    I cant say enough about this complex! As a new resident (moved in early November), the front office is always so kind and courteous! One major reason we decided to move was the professionalism of the team. We worked with Jeanine (shes amazing), and she made the entire process so simple. Even with all the clients that come and go she remembered my name when I went in for coffee a few days later. The complex is beautiful, the pool is amazing (I can not wait until Summer), and all the residents are so nice. Another thing that I love is the communication! We often receive emails about events that bring the residents together. Looking forward to many years here! So glad to call it home :)

    Shyli gave me a tour and found the perfect place for me and Im a very picky individual when it comes to luxury apartments. I know that others say the walls are thin but I feel like they are the perfect amount of sound suppression and a bit more than you can expect in an apartment. Its rare that I ever hear my neighbors but they are just as respectful and considerate as I am and never loud past 10. These apartments are incredible and truly luxury living from the high ceilings to the wooden floors and incredible kitchen appliances and cabinets. Im definitely going to stay here for the next 4-5 yrs and or until I find a house. 32yr old with apartment manners and reasonable neighbors. Thank you!! Thank you! thank you! Shyli for getting me a place to finally call home! You treated me so awesome and so kindly Ill definitely be recommending you to any others looking for truly luxury living.     I moved in about a month ago and love my apartment unit, but the parking makes me stressed out everyday. I have to rush home to claim a spot and then dont leave the apartment just because Ill lose my spot. It makes running errands after work so stressful. The fact that there are cars lining the fire lanes at night should be a heads up to corporate that they didnt plan well for the amount of units and tenants they have. I also do not need nor want a garage, so relying on getting a simple spot should not be so stressful. My friends live at the brand new apartments across the street and they do not have this issue at their complex. I dont think I would renew my lease for that reason. Also, the walls/insulation are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors talking in the unit next door. Other than the parking issue, the amenities, staff, and overall experience here is great.

    My husband & I found these apartments online and wanted to just look, since these apartments are on the higher end of our budget. Will was diligent, charismatic, funny and knowledgeable. He kept asking if we had any questions and we honestly couldnā€™t think of anything to ask that wasnā€™t already covered. Before the tour even began, my husband could see the sparkle in my eye and knew we would be applying. I canā€™t tell you what sold us- maybe the Starbucks cafe, maybe the salt water pools, maybe the beautiful gym or even the dog park that will be opening soon. I think what really sold it was how safe and welcomed we felt. I left in aw and moving into this apartment is all my husband and I can seem to talk about. Of course, Iā€™ll have to update once we move in and live here, but the vibe this place gives is like nothing Iā€™ve ever experienced when it comes to leasing an apartment! Take the time to check them out, I promise itā€™ll be worth it!!

    Had a great experience at The Mansions! We are in the processing of selling our home and my wife and kids stopped by to look at their 4 bedrooms. Will was friendly and knowledgeable and even gave my kids cookies and snacks from the model home. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and in the perfect location for our family. My wife loved the huge island in the kitchen and the custom details and my kids loved that they each get their own bathroom! The Mansions will definitely be our first choice once we sell our home because of the quality of the community and the above and beyond customer service of the staff.

    I moved to The Mansions at Spring Creek following the most horrific apartment experience ever. They are the BEST here. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming (shout out to Michaela who is always on top of things!), quick to help, extremely knowledgeable, and very organized. I would recommend living here for sure!

    I visited several apartments before meeting up with a fellow colleague who lives at the Mansions at Spring Creek. I decided to go for a tour- I couldnā€™t be more pleased. Will was my guide for the afternoon showing the grounds, amenities and several possible apartments. The application process was seamless and Will also made recommendations for electric, cable and rental companies for washer and dryer hook ups as I am not from Texas. I am also grateful for Randy of maintenance for fixing and directing how to make a few items work within the apartment. So so pleased to call the Mansions of Spring Creek my new home away from home!

    I moved here from Florida 2 years ago and love living here to this day. Its in a perfect location between everything in Dallas and the atmosphere is amazing. To be honest, the only reason Id leave is just due to the fact of rent prices going up so much and me wanting a 2 bedroom sometime this year or next! Berkshire Preserve is an exceptional place to live at though, I swear!

    We have not moved in yet, but from the tour the apartment is kept well so it looks new. Staff are friendly and efficient. We like the price and the promotion of first month free rent. Be sure to avoid buildings that have multi-bedroom apartments because parking will be hard to find at those areas. Hopefully there wonā€™t be kids living above us otherwise there will be noise from kids dancing on the floor from upstair.

    I have been living in the Mansions since they opened back in December. So far my experience here has been a good one. As expected with any new place things break down like the elevators or my AC and Tub, but the issues are corrected very quickly and to my satisfaction. The staff is great, whether im getting a package, paying my rent or calling for something to be fixed they are always kind and helpful. Will, Shyli, Simon, Michaela and the maintenance guy Randy take good care of me and my apt. So thank you Mansions! Keep up the good work, i know its not easy. šŸ˜€

    My home is amazing! I love the floors-no carpet is the best way to live! The upgrades just could not be found anywhere in Dallas. Crown moulding at ceiling & floor, even in the bathrooms! The stainless steel fridge with ice machine and filtered water out of the door, marble in kitchen and bathrooms, designer fixtures throughout, light gray painted walls throughout the entire home give it a polished, decorated look without alot of effort on my part. My jacuzzi tub is the real jewelā€”I love everything about this place. Michaela & Will are top-notch! This place is huge yet they always remember my name-#EXTRA! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that expects a next level experience. Ladt but not least, Randy & Luis are the awesome maintenance dynamic duo that keep this place looking top notch! Thanks so much for everything! Side note-My electric bills are amazing and I like to keep my apartment at 70.

    Moved in almost 2 months ago and really enjoy it. The apartments are very nice and the staff is very helpful. We have had 2 small issues in which the maintenance staff came THE SAME DAY and fixed the problems. Not only was the maintenance staff quick but they were very nice. My wife and I would suggest a garage if possible as it is worth the price. Moreover, the pool and the workout facility are awesome; resort like. I would highly recommend living here.

Two encounters with suspected pets pee just outside our apartment door. Reported to management and cleaning actions taken.Also resident who take cigarettes at parking lot near building with nonsmoking signs, and left a lot of used cigarettes at the parking lot, disgusted, also reported to management but management clearly took no actions but asking the janitors to clean after the messy work left behind the residentsExpect to pay a lot if you break lease (paid for 85 percent of rent for reletting fees, and any accelerated rents until the next resident occupies the unit) also was fined with cleaning fee even though the unit was cleaned thoroughly by hand. Lucky enough it was waived after negotiation with managementOriginal post on july 2018: 5 starsHad been resident here for almost a month, its great, love this place and worth the rent!     Will was so patient with me when I was deciding which apartment I wanted several months ago. The apartment is beautiful with its 10-ft ceilings. The maintenance staff gets on things QUICKLY [even when theyre not urgent]. Itll be that much more beautiful when the 1,000 trees theyve planted mature.I hope to be here 10-yrs from now. I cant imagine now why Id ever want to move!

    I love visiting the Berkshire Preserve and other Berkshire communities.Over the last two years as a vendor with two different companies and industries, Ive always experienced a fantastic welcoming, and their communities are always so beautiful to visit. Ive known Autumn for some time before she was a manager here at this location and worked alongside her at a management company. I know genuinely she cares for her residents, team, and residents. This community and all other Berkshires are a must-see and visit! Keep doing a great job, Berkshire!

    The Mansions!!! Living my best life. I downsized because I have an empty nest now, this was the best decision moving here. The staff, the property and even maintenance are amazing from the beautiful floors, top notch kitchen and the best part ,to me , my marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub!!!     Cockroach warning!These are Great apartments and I really love the location. Iā€™ve lived here for 4 months and have really enjoyed it. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cockroaches. I moved in and on day 1 found cockroaches crawling around in multiple rooms and immediately called for pest control. Pest control has come out a few times now but the method they are using doesnā€™t seem to be preventing them from coming aroundā€¦Just found 3 this morning after pest control came 2 weeks ago.

    Im in absolute love! the apartments are 100% top of the line luxury. all the amenities and staff are wonderful! i can not wait to use the pool area in the summer! all of my neighbors are extremely nice! Ive seen a lot of people complain about parking, however there hasnt been one single time ive come home and not pulled into a COVERED spot right in front of my building. this may be because my specific building isnt filled up yet, but hey no problem here. also i feel as though the people willing to give 1 star reviews over parking are just looking to complain. it is an apartment complex where you share living with others, if you want your parking space with your name written on it every time you come home, either move into a house or pay for a garage! will and simon are awesome. will helped me find an apartment, showed us around, and helped me sign my lease. simon got me all moved in! cant wait to spend the next 2 years here and maybe even more!

    Lived at several other complexes throughout Dallas Metroplex none have compared to The Mansions at Spring Creek. This site is top notch, staff are brilliant, serf vice requests are handled in a timely manner and with professionalism. Office staff are unbeatable.     We recently moved in and we love this place. From top to bottom it checks many areas on our list. were glad to be here. And we moved since we saw whatā€™s really going on in real estate in the metroplex. Dallas county is coming for you with 94% property tax increase in zip code 75044 since 2014. Yikes. Hello foreclosures to many folks when your taxes triple. The rate should be 1% of total value but the municipalityā€™s greed is intolerable.This complex stands out and is tucked away far enough from PGBT begins a green belt.Not only do they have an amazing resort like atmosphere, they have a nicely constructed building. This lends itself to a classy design and noise reductions are not heard due to their level of investment with the new construction. The trash valet comes five nights a week.Two members stand out from their staff. Ask for these two ladies to help you with your lease: Chanda & Michella. These two received no commission for our sale but did so much for the person whom signed us up. They truly did way more than whatā€™s expected. Theyā€™re both just good people with hearts of a servant. We see that their actions facilitated our move. We will be sure to write a letter with superlatives to let management know how much sales professionals can make a difference even when they do not get credit. Thanks again ladies. We wrote this bc of you šŸ˜€!

    I would just like to give Anum the highest of high praise. She was amazing! I had to tour twice within a week and she brought so much energy to the table it was infectious.     I rated Will and the property a four because, I am not currently a resident. And the property is still under constriction.Will made my decision to sign my lease on the 1st visit a no brainer.I never thought I would find a property staff as pleasant as the staff where I currently reside .I have visited 3 times since signing(for decorating purposes). And Will was just as charismatic and informative as he was on my first visit.I cannot wait to move into my new home.Yes, my rating went from 4 šŸŒŸs to 5. Shyli, Will and Randy has made it a pleasure to be a member of the MSC family. Oh! Let me not forget the assistant manger, sorry I forgot your name, but you know who you are! I emailed a concern, within hours I received a call as requested and he came by my apartment (with my permission)for confirmation that my concerns were no longer an issue.

    I moved in a little more than a month ago, this is my first apartment and so far I am loving this place! WILL was my leasing agent, he was very outgoing and helpful during the whole process. As well as he took his time giving me a tour of the whole place. All of the staff is friendly and always willing to help you as soon as you walk into the club house. I personally love that about this place... kind staff is the most important thing I look for. Iā€™ve had no maintenance problems, all my neighbors are very cool, theyā€™re pet friendly and the environment is just amazing. What I love most is how theyā€™re located near everything youā€™ll ever need. Thereā€™s Walmart, Target, Sams, Wells Fargo, Chase, BofA, Chik-Fil-A, Wendyā€™s and whole bunch of other places. Also how beautiful these apartments look as youā€™re passing on 190, but yet they seem a bit hidden. Itā€™s like a woah and oh moment! I also love how modern they look by the color scheme, the stainless steel appliances, and the flooring. All the square footage is very spacious and open- thatā€™s a plus! Ohhh canā€™t forget the mini bar! Did I also mention that theyā€™re currently building a retaurant here? Yup AND the delivery is FREE for residents. Still anxiously waiting for it to open to try it out. Final point is how organized they are and always ontop of things. Very much recommend for you to come check them out and get a tour!

    The moment I drove up I fell in love. Even though theres still construction going on (including my apartment) you can tell its a gorgeous community. The inside is so elegant and very chic.     Visited with a friend who lives on property as I amcurrently looking for my own place. We were in the pol when Jakie came out to check wristbands. You have to have a wristband on in order to be in the pool. She even brought us some water. Itā€™s a fairy sprawling property at the pool amenity is really great and we were treated nicely.     Weve only been here a few days, but so far we really love it. It is a huge upgrade from where weve lived before. Its clean, quiet, friendly staff, our neighbors are cool, and its a great view. As far as the inside, its gorgeous. Perfection. Its like living inside of those model houses you walk through with the upgraded appliances, extra tall doors, jetted tub, etc. I dont know anyone elses beliefs, but this place is a gift from God. I literally say Thank you Jesus every day that we experience our new home. So happy to be here. BIIIIIIG shout out to Michaela Kuenzle for the smooth tour and application process. She is just AWESOME and my children love her. When she is unavailable, other staff (like Shyli Eaton) was more than willing to help. Upon move-in there were no hassles and it was smooth to adjust. I can go on and on. Its quite pricey, but it is so worth it. šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ The pool area is so neat and clean too. They really take care of this place.     Omg what can I say, Chanda is AWESOME. I called The Mansions after having an issue with another apartment complex and was a little discouraged by what happen. Thank goodness I got Chanda. When I called The Mansions at Spring Creek, she let me vent and listened to my situation in its entirety before letting me know my options.After I was done she definitely showed empathy and understanding and remained professional. She was also attentive and assured me that she was going to do everything she could to help me. I must say she followed through on everything that was discussed.So I would recommend The Mansions at Spring Creek to anybody that will listen. I came back several times (4 or 5) before I made a decision on which apartment I wanted and Chanda was patient with me each time. Oh and I canā€™t forget the Assistant Manager Simon as well.     I was not able to rent here due to not having any garage spaces available. This was a must for me. But Chanda worked very hard to do the best she could for me. I toured many apt complexes before making my decision. Some were comparable in amenities and quality of the apartments. But NONE compared to the level of courtesy and assistance that Chanda provided to me. I wanted to rent here just because of her attention and efforts.     Berkshire Preserve is a very cozy place to live! The units are updated with a sweet modern touch on the inside and every unit has a private outdoor space. The community is clean and quiet. Outside you see people dog walking, or walking/jogging for fitness. The grounds are very well-kept!

    Fantastic experience from the START! I met with Simon, who literally has the most genuinely honest, easy going personality. From that point of comfort, I was able to have all my questions/concerns answered. I had gone from skeptical to assured & slightly excited for this transition! The professional demeanor and ambience I have experienced in this process, with this company, was one of a kind.     I am beyond amazed by the staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. After multiple bad run ins with other complexs, The Mansions defiantly exceed our expectations. I suggest these to anyone out there. We are excited to move in to these beautiful homes. -Lauren and Austin

    The leasing attendants (Will and the manager Cheryl I believe) helped work through our issues with amazing quality. They never made it seem like we were imposing, and they were able to work through all our problems with great care!

    I just signed my lease, and I CANNOT wait to move in already!! The tour was amazing, and the apartments and amenities blew me away:) Best of all, Will, the leasing agent was very knowledgable and accommodating, making me feel right at home!!
