    I move in very soon but the staff here are so great. I toured other places near by and Berkshire had the most respectful and sweet staff. They made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner even when they were busy. They maintained really great transparency with pricing and thing to consider. The amenities are very demure āœØ and overall these apartments have a great location to all my essentials. The small 1 bedroom apartment is also very spacious and does not feel small at all. The price is great for the space and amenities you are getting. Im so excited to move in.

    The apartment experience has been amazing! I recently moved out of college to my first apartment for my new job, and I was initially worried about securing a place since I was a full-time student with limited work history. However, they were incredibly accommodating to my special needs and made the process so much easier.The apartments are beautiful, and the staff, especially Erin and Kerri, have been outstanding. Kerri, who was my tour guide and leasing agent, went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and answered all of my questions.The amenities are excellent, and the environment is very quiet. The location is great, being close to restaurants, supermarkets, and The Woodlands. To top it all off, they even offered me one month free, which I truly appreciated. The staff is professional, responsive, and always gets back to you in a timely manner.

    This has by far been the best apartment community I have had the privilege of which to be a part. Kerri (my leasing agent) was incredibly friendly, informative and made absolute certain that all of my questions and concerns were addressed both during the showing process and for the duration of my time living here thus far.The community is very diverse and the neighbors are incredibly considerate and friendly. The dog park is large and very accommodating to energetic pets. The facility is very pet friendly and the grounds are always kept clean.The amenities are incredibly nice/up to date and the facilities are very clean.The staff are very friendly, outgoing and extremely helpful with any issues that may arise.I cant recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a new home in the Spring area, please make the Berkshire a priority visit.

    This has been by far the best apartment complex Iā€™ve ever lived in! I had to move from Dallas to Houston right during hurricane weekend and the move-in process couldnā€™t have been easier. Everything went smoothly & took less than 15 min. The front office staff has been so great and accommodating, they even helped with getting my packages to my front door (due to a post-surgery lifting restriction). From Andrew, Kerri, to Erin & rest of the team - the front office staff is an A-list team, friendly & very helpful. The apartment complex as a whole is beautiful & has everything you could want or imagine for modern living. Definitely the perfect home, highly recommend. šŸ˜Š

    These people are the most amazing! The place is beautiful and well maintained, Ive been here for over a year and I have no complaints about it. The maintenance team is very efficient and quick to resolve any requests, but the leasing office team is out of this world. Erin is very special, she is very attentive and kind, she was able to help me in my leasing situation, as well as Andrew and Allison, the manager. I recommend this place 1000%, itā€™s very safe and beautiful without forgetting the good coffee. :)

    Great property! Moved here from the woodlands and we absolutely love the building, amenities, and location of the complex.We also love the security measures the complex has put in place. Overall, our unit is very nice, we just recommend that the complex hire a different painting company when getting apartments ready for the new tenants. Maintenance is also super fast to fix any issues, and management has been wonderful. Erin and Kerri do a fabulous job!

    I just moved in to Berkshire from a different apartment complex and have had the best time. Kerri is the best and helped with everything along the way. She made the entire process easy, welcoming, and fun at the same time. I definitely recommend her and Berkshire.

    I recently toured with Kerri, and she is amazing!! Sheā€™s so funny and nice, it felt like I was touring the complex with a best friend. I highly recommend her and just submitted my application. She answered all of my hundreds of questions and wasnā€™t bothered at all. I really canā€™t wait to live here!

    Wow! Gorgeous property! Stopped by for a tour and absolutely fell in love with this property. Perfect location that is by HEB, lots of restaurants, and gas stations as well. This staff is wonderful and very accommodating, and answered all questions I had. Definitely recommend!

    Alexan is a great community to live on, the common areas of the complex are extraordinary.The staff at the office are kind and friendly.The complex has a lot of things to do. The gym is equipped with the best possible equipment, you also find televisions everywhere in the property (perhaps their weakest point is that because they have many flaws on TVs) and many common areas where you can enjoy either with friends or just to enjoy been with yourself.The main room is equipped with 2 booths spaces, a BIG living room with 2 TV sets, pool table, 5 chair poker table, shuffleboard, a bar -kind- with 12 benches (that includes fridge, oven/microwave oven and sink), a private BIG TV room, private office with a private conference room inside and 2 computers (one Mac and one Windows with printer) 2 semi private reading spaces, all this inside the private office.What else could I say about this AWESOME property...You need to live here to realize what you can do living in here.

    Erin has always been super helpful and the property is in the best area! I wanted to update my review because thereā€™s just too much to not show appreciation for. I added the pics because my pups are everything to me, and ever since moving in the office has been the kindest people and restock the treat jar for them. They love this place! They get excited to see the office staff, the dog park is kept up with and I do love how they have people come scoop up for the owners who dont get their dogs doodoo :) Itā€™s also nice to see 1-2 security cars driving around at nights. I walk the dogs at 4am most days see constant patrol. A lot to appreciate in this community and the convenience next to 45 and all the local stores. ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

    This community is very nice and well established. The amenities, security features, and location are ideal, and the staff is great. Kerri is professional, kind, and helpful. Having those qualities in the leasing staff where you live or are planning to live is a blessing.

    The apartments are nice and in regard to safety they make whoever enters feel safe. Great place with great surroundings as well. Without hesitation the property manager Allison and Erin are always there to answer comments, questions, and concerns.

    After living here for 2+ years, I can say its a great place to live! The front desk staff is always willing to help/answer questions. The amenities are beautiful and well cared for. My pup loved the dog park being so close. Maintenance was super quick & responsive to issues in the apartment. Overall, we would definitely recommend Berkshire Exchange to anyone apartment hunting!

    I absolutely love living here at Berkshire Exchange. This is a beautiful & wonderful community. They are very helpful, understanding & accommodating & I love that. Location is perfect youā€™re near everything you need (eatery, shopping, & fun activities). Honestly, the best housing rental Iā€™ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend choosing this place as your next home.

    I love this property and the staff is amazing, especially Kerri. She made my move-in very easy. She was very professional, attentive and made sure the unit was ready although I requested an immediate move-in. Any issues that may arise are addressed promptly. That means a lot to me because of my bad experiences at my previous property in River Oaks. Do not hesitate if youā€™re looking for a luxurious, clean property with a plethora of amenities.

    We have lived here since October and have loved our experience so far. Firstly, the office staff has been AMAZING! The team really care about the property and its residents as they are very responsive and take action if you have any concerns. I have to give a shoutout to Erin because she has been such a big help since we have moved in! The maintenance team also does a wonderful job at keeping the property clean and addressing any maintenance concerns. We have also really enjoyed the events the front office has put on from ugly sweater parties to bingo night! Secondly, the building is well kept and the apartments are beautiful. We have so much space in our unit and love the modern touches. With the weather heating up we have been able to use one of the two pools on property - one of our favorite amenities. Lastly, I feel at ease with security driving around monitoring at night time and security cameras on property. I couldnt recommend this place enough as so far our time here as been the best we have ever had at an apartment. Thank you to the property manager, Erin and the front office staff for making this property feel like home!

    My move-in experience at Berkshire Exchange was one of the best in my life. Moving from California, I couldnt tour in person, but Allison in the leasing office was incredibly patient and answered all my questions even though I called just before closing time. Kerri was also very helpful and gave me a warm welcome.My move-in date was on a Sunday when the office is typically closed, but Erin came from home to help me move in, even carrying large packages and mattress for me. Andrew was so kind, lending me screwdrivers on the first day. Everything is well-organized, and from the start, I could tell the staff were reliable and dedicated. Highly recommend!

    The Complex is awesome, we just moved here and we love it. The staff from the leasing office is great, Andrew were super helpful with the whole process and the move inā€¦ They allowed us to work in the common areas a couple of days before the move in date, because we didnā€™t have power in our previous home because of the stormā€¦ we really appreciate that. Thanks!!

    This is the best place to live! I guarantee you there is no other home that will offer you the best community and tranquility that you need. The staff and the community events are always amazing. I remember this man cooked seafood boil and it was the best. A special thanks as well to Alison for being an amazing property manager and a very lovely thanks to everyone that formed part in my apartment selection

    Iā€™ve been at the Berkshire for 10 months so far and I have been extremely happy with the property, management and the office staff! The layout of the complex is nice and spread out - like you donā€™t feel cramped but at the same time itā€™s not overwhelming. And all of the amenity areas are always very well maintained which makes it very inviting! And I really love how super pet friendly it is here. On top of that everyone in the office is super accommodating and friendly. Iā€™ve not had one issue with anyone Iā€™ve dealt with or ran into a situation where they didnā€™t do what they said they were going to. And thatā€™s really something! Just recently I transferred from one building to another and the whole process was so smooth, shoutout to Erin who made it happen - thank you for everything!!! And Sierrah in the front office is always super nice and willing to go above and beyond! I really appreciate everyone in the office. I feel like they really try to make the place feel like home and they are here to help. Much different experience here than at other places!

    It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to wait a few months for the hype to come down a little.I moved to AE first week of June (moved from California), expectations were and remain high.Building - Always clean, smells fresh, lobby and amenities are easy to access. Before I moved I had read the reviews on the gate not working and It did worry me but honestly, i dont know if its just my luck but I have not had any issues.Apartment - High ceilings, new appliances, modern design. I live on the 3rd floor so I dont hear much other than the cars revving engines in the am. But thats because I am facing the main street. My neighbor apologized to me the other day because of his newborn crying at night, but I had never heard anything. I have a cat and my neighbors said they do not hear him. There have been a few things with the apartment but maintenance has taken care of it within a 72 hour window.Staff and Leasing process - Staff is very friendly, I actually signed the lease without event visiting the location since I was in a different state. The process was simple and easy. Sometimes I did have to call a few times to get updates but that was just me being that one annoying person that likes to be updated every hour lol.I dont really have any complaints about it, the place is beautiful, they do things to bring the community together, and are very responsive whenever there is an issue. The break ins do scare me a little, but I got insurance, and never leave anything in my car so I try not to worry about it.I am very happy resident and would really recommend it to anyone looking for a different apartment experience. - I had a stayed at multiple time shares while vacationing and Its the same feeling.. :)

    We have lived here 2 years and going onto our 3rd. Berkshire has been nothing but communicative and understanding. Property Management and staff are always helpful and friendly. Weā€™ve had no real issues and look forward to being here another year. Terrance and Erin have been the best. This community is great and in a safe area.

    I love living at the Berkshire Exchange. I moved in October 2020 The maintenance team upkeeps the grounds so beautifully. Our head supervisor, Alison, Arron runs a tight ship and that equates to a fabulous living experience for the residents. I feel safe with 24-hour security, as well. All of the management at the Berkshire Exchange is extremely helpful and friendly, though I would like to make a special mention of Mr. Chris and Terrance. Terrance and Chris are sure to always greet all with a smile and is ever happy to help with any small or large request I have.I could not be happier than I am with this spectacular resort-style community.

    My experience with Berkshire Exchange has been awesome! Terrance is the one that helped me throughout the whole process, and was nothing but amazing. The community is well kept and maintenance is friendly and fast with completing orders. They have security patrolling at night which is such a relief to know that management does truly care about their residents. The community is also quiet and mature. It is also accesible to major supermarkets as well as the mall. Iā€™m defiantly happy with living here. Truly a hidden gem in Spring!

    The new management has done a very good job on the property. The office staff cares about providing solutions to all your doubts and problems. The maintenance staff are professional, courteous, respectful and always solve your problems quickly and professionally, additionally they work hard to keep the property immaculate. I love live here

    It was time for me to start looking at apartments since my lease was coming to an end. I went on a few tours at other apartments in the area and saw some that I really liked. I stopped by Berkshire Exchange and met Sierrah. Sierrah, basically sold me on Berkshire. Her personality and attitude was amazing. Everyone knows moving can be stressful, but she made sure my process was easy and smooth!!!!!!

    Berkshire Exchange is a great community to live in. The property is upkeep is excellent, maintenance is fast and always on top of things, and they provide 24hr security. Their team is professional, and very helpful at your request. Erin is always on top of things, and does a really good job at providing residents with quality service.

    Not one to write reviews however the staff here has been absolutely amazing. After having a horrible experience with 22Hundred Apartments after relocating from ATL, Terrance in the office was able to work with me and get me into my unit as soon as possible.I was supposed to move into 22Hundred however right after I picked up my keys to my brand new apartment I soon discovered a roach infestation which left me living out of my Airbnb for an additional week. After coming in for a last minute tour and explaining what was going on, Terrance was extremely patient when helping me apply, understanding and just outright kind as well as everyone else in the office. Outside of that, the apartments themselves are extremely clean and well kept. Everything is updated and there are so many great amenities that make it worth the price. Ive only been living here a week however as someone who works from home, its been extremely quiet during the day as well as night and the neighbors are super friendly. I really love living here so far and hope my experience continues to be 5 star.If not Ill def update my review lol

    I have been extremely pleased living in Berkshire Exchange. The management and the staff are always there when you need them. They go the extra mile to ensure things are taken care of in a timely fashion. They have some type of activity every month to involve all the residents and they take care of the grounds. If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend these apartments.....very beautiful inside and out.

    Only thing I have to say is that, Sierrah Costello is a Rock Star! I went to Berkshire Exchange Apartments looking for a potential place to live, with the hopes of looking at other Apartment Complexes to compare too. Needless to say, I didnt get that opportunity to look elsewhere because Ms. Costello left no room for doubt about living at Berkshire Exchange. Thank you to the whole staff from the Manager down to the cleaning lady, yall definitely made me feel welcomed and I cant wait to move in next Month. And yes I met the cleaning lady lol, who gave me an high-five which I thought was cool. Awesome team all-round!

    Want to give a shout out to Gustavo Barrera. He is a maintenance worker for Berkshire - we had an issue in our appartment that resulted in a ton of smoke. We werenā€™t home but he went in and fixed the entire situation. Thank you Gustavo!!!!

    Nice community to live. I have been here for around 6 months. The location is pretty convenient, you are close to the 45 which makes easy access to the location. There are nice stores around and everything looks pretty new. The facility is beautiful, it has nice common areas and a gym that I love it. The apartment interior finishes are very elegant with nice floors, countertops, and high ceilings. I have a great view of the pool and I am close to the dog park. My doggy loves it.     My husband and I are looking to move when our lease is up and exchange is one of our top picks. The leasing office in itself is an amazing experience. The two pools are so beautiful and the actual property is beautiful as well. We were looking at the two bedroom and loved the open floor concept the island kitchen counter top and all the cabinet space.Hannah toured us and she was very informative, great conversationalist and answered all our questions. Alison the community manager was friendly as well and the other Leasing Agent Kristopher! Overall this is definitely number 1 on our list of places to move.

    My wife and I have been living at Berkshire Exchange since May 2021 and we have really enjoyed our experience. The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The Administrative Team is always willing to listen and help to address any challenges that may arise. Also, the Maintenance Team, especially Pedro Altuve, is outstanding and they do a great job of making sure the community remains in great condition. Certainly recommend this community if you are interested in living in the Spring area.

    Couldnt praise Alexan Exchange enough! My wife, dog, and I all agree this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in!The attention to detail in the construction of the units, amenity spaces, and even the landscaping is very evident. The units are spacious, with attractive layouts featuring ample lighting, sturdy cabinets, and our favorite; a huge kitchen sink - you could brine at least two turkeys in that thing.The staff are excellent - personable and always willing to assist however needed. We think they have handled the challenges of COVID very well, and especially appreciated measures taken to ensure residents could still use the (well-stocked) gym safely. The maintenance team uses a resident app to very efficiently solve maintenance requests. Thank you Alexan Exchange team!6 out of 5 stars!

    Berkshire Exchange is a beautiful apartment complex. The leasing office is probably nicer than any other leasing office I have ever seen. Hannah gave me tour of the complex and was very informative with everything I asked and showed me a 1 bedroom model apartment. All of the apartments have 10 foot ceilings while is my favorite part about the property. I would love to live there.
